The Sales attendant Sushil promised us verbally that he would show us the pre-documents before the car gets despatched from the Chennai factory which would stand as a proof that the vehicle purchase is made of July/Aug
2020, for which he asked us to pay rs 2, 00, 000 for the further confirmation of booking the vehicle. We, the customers were promised verbally about the same. But he had asked us to sign the pre-stamped docket mentioning that the cancellation charges between rs 3000 to 3500/- shall be charged, if the customer is cancelling. But at the time of signing i had explicitly told him that we are looking to buy only July/Aug 2020 model and if the pre-documents are not furnished then the deal shall stand cancel and the cancellation charges shall not be applicable, though its pre-stamped and you, the Sales attendant is asking the customer to sign the pre-stamped docket. The sales attendant Sushil assured us that there shall be no hidden charges and the deal shall be transparent and he shall fulfill our requirement.
Shreenath Hyundai deposited into my account rs 2, 21, 500/- instead of rs 2, 25, 000/- and for the same no intimation was given nor the customer's bank account details was asked.
I, hereby, need a reason for the deduction of money and demand a full 100 percent refund and also a receipt for the deduction of the money.
Awaiting the refund full amount and if deducted require the receipt for deduction, stating the reason. As in this case due to the failure of furnishing the documents the vehicle had been cancelled. The Sales attendant Sushil and the Sales Manager Bhavesh Mehta failed to keep up to the customer's promise. And argued and debated and behaved atrociously at the showroom.

Updated by Purvi Arunkumar 1. The car dealers are cheating the CUSTOMERs by mentioning that if the CUSTOMER cancels the car, then rs 3000 to 3500 shall be deducted. Of course the CUSTOMER shall pronounce the decision of booking or cancelling. It should be rectified 'Why's the CUSTOMER is cancelling the car.
2. Car dealer Hyundai deducts amount on their whims and fancies . So how do you justify that.. 3000 or 3500.
3. The Sr. Manager Bhavesh Mehta gesturised his staff to video record the argument. How fair is it to record the lady's video without seeking permission.
4. Clearly, a case of gender indiscrimination too as the Sr. Manager Bhavesh Mehta furnished frivolous record of the purchase as against the despatch documents of the new car. Attaching the same.
5. The Manager Bhavesh Mehta gives his mobile to the lady CUSTOMER to check the correspondence of the documents which he emailed to show that the despatched car from the factory is the new model. He becomes prompt to email it across after the booking cancellation was already done. Meanwhile, the staff Deepak snatches the phone from the lady CUSTOMER, thereby his. nail gets ### on the wrist. How can the staff touch the lady CUSTOMER. And for the phone which Bhavesh had given to the lady to check the correspondence.
6. The staff of 20 people gathers around the lady CUSTOMER and vociferates imprudently in support of their Manger. All of this to pocket rs 3500/-
Pl look into the matter urgently to refund rs 3500/-.
