Address: Trident Hyundai-KR puram

Hi,

I had booked a new hyundai creta car ( pearl black) last month on Nov 11th 2020 at Trident Hyundai- KR puram . Service representative Mr Balaji (+[protected]. I was confirmed that within 30-45 days delivery would happen. Even today there is no allocation details for my vehicle. All I get is an answer that there is a manufacturing delay.. some time spare parts delay . Based on his confirmation I have sold my old car which was a Hyundai Santro. It is not correct on the part of the representative to falsely state the delivery date. I had made the entire payment ready . Now he is stating that car may ve delivered in 2021..

    Even after 3 month of buying my creta sx car i didn't get the number reason being HSRP process is not doing by dealer and RC is being issued by RTO just because this HSRP.

    Also please help me to contact the local Hyundai dealer so that i can get my service and other issue solved easily.

    I took the car from Lucknow with 1 month temporary registration now came to mumbai and pay all the tax etc..
    dealer is not able to do the HSRP please help

      I own hyundai i20 sports variant and this is second time the rat has cut the fuel pipe. The service center does not provide any information about putting any additional mesh or covering to the pipe. This is serious and repetitive concern which the company has to look into. There are so many cars parked outside on road but always the rat finds our car to bite the pipe at same place. Even after changing the location of car parking still the rat finds the car and bites the same pipe. Difficult to find any solution.

I have purchased grand new i10 nios sportz cng varient in red color on date 3rd September 2020 from garve hyundai wadgaon pune.As I serviced my car 2 times there is always problem of engine light that's what my car don't run as accelerator is full.i have attached the photo of that indication with this mail.i m waiting for positive reply from your side.

          Hello hyundai motors, this to inform you that my car's (creta Sx 2015) paint is peeling of from different areas of cars and earlier also we faced this issue but it was resolved but now again the paint is coming off from different areas of cars .from the door handle area ..the front bonit of car ..form the doors of car ..it is a humble request from hyundai motors that they look into it soon and resolve our problem as soon as possible.

              I have booked Creta SX IVT 1.5 MPI on 08th October 2020 from Republic Hyundai Ranchi. While at the time of Booking it has been advised to me that Vehicle will be delivered by October End. Subsequent to this they have committed that Vehicle will be delivered by Nov2020. Now again this date has been crossed and now they are telling most probably vehicle shall be delivered by Dec-20 or Jan-21. My only submission that whether this is an acceptable proposition in Hyundai to make a false commitment and to force to customer to think that they have made blunder in booking Hyundai Vehicle. Request you to intervene and see if deliver can be delivered in next 15 days.

                I have bought Verna SX top end in year 2019 with registration no. MP 20 CJ 4183. The issue which we are regularly facing with the car is that after a layoff period of 5-6 days the car is not starting. On further examine it was noted that car battery is getting drained frequently. However, as per service center (Anmol Hyundai) the car battery is working fine.

                We have encountered this problem around 5-6 times in which the car has not started post lay off period of 5 days.
                It is requested that further action to be taken at the earliest to change the car battery, if required.

                    Rs 2, 25, 000/- was paid in total to Shreenath Hyundai for the car Venue IMT without clutch. Rs 25, 000/- was given as the booking amount. The Sales attendant Sushil promised us verbally that he would show us the pre-documents before the car gets despatched from the Chennai factory which would stand as a proof that the vehicle purchase is made of July/Aug
                    2020, for which he asked us to pay rs 2, 00, 000 for the further confirmation of booking the vehicle. We, the customers were promised verbally about the same. But he had asked us to sign the pre-stamped docket mentioning that the cancellation charges between rs 3000 to 3500/- shall be charged, if the customer is cancelling. But at the time of signing i had explicitly told him that we are looking to buy only July/Aug 2020 model and if the pre-documents are not furnished then the deal shall stand cancel and the cancellation charges shall not be applicable, though its pre-stamped and you, the Sales attendant is asking the customer to sign the pre-stamped docket. The sales attendant Sushil assured us that there shall be no hidden charges and the deal shall be transparent and he shall fulfill our requirement.

                    Shreenath Hyundai deposited into my account rs 2, 21, 500/- instead of rs 2, 25, 000/- and for the same no intimation was given nor the customer's bank account details was asked.

                    I, hereby, need a reason for the deduction of money and demand a full 100 percent refund and also a receipt for the deduction of the money.

                    Awaiting the refund full amount and if deducted require the receipt for deduction, stating the reason. As in this case due to the failure of furnishing the documents the vehicle had been cancelled. The Sales attendant Sushil and the Sales Manager Bhavesh Mehta failed to keep up to the customer's promise. And argued and debated and behaved atrociously at the showroom.

                    1. The car dealers are cheating the CUSTOMERs by mentioning that if the CUSTOMER cancels the car, then rs 3000 to 3500 shall be deducted. Of course the CUSTOMER shall pronounce the decision of booking or cancelling. It should be rectified 'Why's the CUSTOMER is cancelling the car.

                    2. Car dealer Hyundai deducts amount on their whims and fancies . So how do you justify that.. 3000 or 3500.

                    3. The Sr. Manager Bhavesh Mehta gesturised his staff to video record the argument. How fair is it to record the lady's video without seeking permission.

                    4. Clearly, a case of gender indiscrimination too as the Sr. Manager Bhavesh Mehta furnished frivolous record of the purchase as against the despatch documents of the new car. Attaching the same.

                    5. The Manager Bhavesh Mehta gives his mobile to the lady CUSTOMER to check the correspondence of the documents which he emailed to show that the despatched car from the factory is the new model. He becomes prompt to email it across after the booking cancellation was already done. Meanwhile, the staff Deepak snatches the phone from the lady CUSTOMER, thereby his. nail gets ### on the wrist. How can the staff touch the lady CUSTOMER. And for the phone which Bhavesh had given to the lady to check the correspondence.

                    6. The staff of 20 people gathers around the lady CUSTOMER and vociferates imprudently in support of their Manger. All of this to pocket rs 3500/-

                    Pl look into the matter urgently to refund rs 3500/-.

                      New creta e-diesal engine number MALPA813LLM076263*K was purchage by me from M/S Brars Hyundai(Punjab) India dt 09 nov 2020. When All papers related for Registration Number(RC) submitted to office of SDO(C) vigilance Hissar(Haryana) by me, he objected that the RC can't alloted dueto vehicle's chassisnumber in forms 20, 21, 22 and in others documents are not asper manufactur's chassisnumber as provide by dealer. When I contect inperson, he refused to correct the same dueto some resign that I can't understand.you are requested to solve these problems as early as possible so that I take RC from the Govt intime ie. upto 9Dec 20.panelty @ govt willbe pay by the Hyundai co/Dealer after that.                         Hi,

                        I have bought i10 dual tone on Feb-19 after got good review about hyudai and service support but unfortunately it not works...

                        I have given my car to workshop at 26th Nov-20 for repair with all my documents of id proof and insurance which was taken from dealer and they replied it will be repaired within 15 days you don't worry..
                        But after 12 days I called at workshop to ask about my car and dealer said all the spare are received at work shop but we didn't start the work because their surveyor has objection about photos and other technical parameters but note that, how it was luckily that I called dealer and he didn't response my call and after 5 mnt he call me back with surveyor and telling the story.
                        I dont know what is the reason behind such drama.
                        I just want my car get back with fully repair and service by insurance company of dealer

And second issue for parsing process fee given RTO due to cf charges I am all payment process timely but document send show room to rto late send .

                            Battery Life Elite i20

                            How can a car bought in March 2018, suddenly have a battery level below 75% by December 2020. On top of that it is a petrol car which is driven daily, completed 25000Kms so far. It is mostly used in city travel and occasionally out of town.
                            Service charges are exorbitant and we expect a smooth experience later on. However in servicing, I had few nuts and bolts tightened because honestly my car was not giving me any problems. The bill...

                            Hyundai Elantra front 2 seats AC vent pipe completely damaged, dealer asking to replace the seats. HMIL in turn guving the Wear & tear issue. This is the product quality of Hyundai after 7 years the AC vent pipe goes for a Toss, such a fragile product. Inferior quaility and non repinsive revert from their service Head.

                              After a very long waiting period I got my vehicle on 06/11/2020.
                              I paid Rs.5000 for basic accessories kit and 1300 for so called door visor and Rs.8500/- for seat cover.
                              Now here comes the real stuff, when i checked mobis app i came to know about the scam these people are running
                              1.Floor mat-Rs.899
                              2.Door visor-Rs.1199
                              3.Perfume-Rs.389
                              4.Non slip dash mat-Rs.149
                              5.Neck rest-Rs.799
                              6.Mud Flap-don't know the MRP, but considering the price of previous gen Rs.769
                              7.Tissue box-Rs.599
                              So the total would be Rs.4803 and I paid Rs.6300.The difference is Rs.1497/-.

                              I highly doubt that the stuff they provide is genuine or not.!!!

                              My doubt is that..How can a firm charge a customer above the MRP? And they have denied me a GST bill for the above said items.

                              2.Seeing the seat covers in MOBIS i specifically asked them for a model with PU-Fabric combo, but they said the hyundai genuine seat covers are useless and they promised me their own branded seat covers saying that its far better that the OEM seat covers. Trusting them I paid the whole money (Rs.8500/-)in advance and left the car at showroom for seat cover fitment. When i returned from my office in evening, I was shocked to see the poor quality of seat cover material they have used. When i confronted the so called accessories person, he arrogantly asked me to take the car and leave.
                              I shouldn't have never trusted these people, they didn't even show me the material they were going to use for the seat cover and convinced me it will be the same as Stanley quality.
                              I demand a full refund for seat covers, new OE seats and the rest of the money they took me for the accessories.

                                Hyundai Elantra front 2 seats has AC Vent which was not working given to DS Hyundai with the assurance that they will get it rectifed and have requisite expertise, after taking the car saying that they dont have the spare and you need to replace the front 2 seats completely costing a Lac.

                                  Fraudulent policy/ behavior in Hyundai Dealership I have made a Complaint in respect of not providing all Accessories after full payment Request ID 1-[protected] and sent series of complaints to Hyundai costumer care even at regional head level 1 I have booked Creta (1.5 MPi MT E) on booking amount of Rs 25000 /- on 17.10.2020. On the Booking form total value was Rs 12, 56, 450 /- (inclusive of accessories costing Rs.1, 55, 000 /- with Alloy wheel with 17 “ Goodyear Tyre).List includes (1. Touch screen Music System 2. Speaker Front 3. Speaker Rear 4. Active Cable 5. Speaker ring 6. Mat 3D 7. Mud Flap 8. Perfume 9. Diverti 10. Roof Rail 11.Fog lamp 12.Steering Control 13.Front Chrome Grill. 14.Sun Glass Holder 15.Door visor 16.Parcel Tray 17. Alloy wheel with 17’ Good year Tyre. 18. Side Steps 19. Seat Cover 20. Window Beeding 3. I took the delivery of Creta on 30.10.2020 without some of the accessories (1. Alloy wheel with 17’ Good year Tyre.2. Side Step 3. Seat Cover 4. Window Beeding 5. Replacement of Sun glass holder with White light illumination)4. However even after 30 days from the date of delivery the balance accessories as mentioned in above (point 3) has not been provided as the dealer demanded that the replaced 16 ‘” steel wheel with tyre will be property of Dealer even after payment of full cost of all accessories and cost of vehicle by me.5. When I have paid for the full cost of car inclusive of full accessories why dealer is insisting upon that the replaced steel wheel with tyre is his property? This is against the agreed, signed & written documents available.6. As such, I had to register my complaint to resolve the issue which is being created at the end of dealer even after full payment of Vehicle cost and accessories cost.7. To this date I have not been provided my balance accessories even after full payment made.8. In between dealer had assured me over telephony though his representative to payback me the cost of balance accessories not provided for Rs 71000/- by 25th 2020 but nothing has been heard or received either from Hyundai side or Dealer side. 9. As on date ** My Complaint has still not been resolved***Even the customer representative at regional head office level are not able to resolve and are not reachable whenever I am trying to reach out to them to number has been provided via their mail.10. Further, cost of my "to be released tyres" is depreciating day by day as accessories are still not provided to me by Dealer. Neither, I have received my pay back of Rs 71000/- for cost of accessories not provided as was assured from dealer representative on 21st Nov 2020.
