Fraudulent policy/ behavior in Hyundai Dealership I have made a Complaint in respect of not providing all Accessories after full payment Request ID 1-[protected] and sent series of complaints to Hyundai costumer care even at regional head level 1 I have booked Creta (1.5 MPi MT E) on booking amount of Rs 25000 /- on 17.10.2020. On the Booking form total value was Rs 12, 56, 450 /- (inclusive of accessories costing Rs.1, 55, 000 /- with Alloy wheel with 17 “ Goodyear Tyre).List includes (1. Touch screen Music System 2. Speaker Front 3. Speaker Rear 4. Active Cable 5. Speaker ring 6. Mat 3D 7. Mud Flap 8. Perfume 9. Diverti 10. Roof Rail 11.Fog lamp 12.Steering Control 13.Front Chrome Grill. 14.Sun Glass Holder 15.Door visor 16.Parcel Tray 17. Alloy wheel with 17’ Good year Tyre. 18. Side Steps 19. Seat Cover 20. Window Beeding 3. I took the delivery of Creta on 30.10.2020 without some of the accessories (1. Alloy wheel with 17’ Good year Tyre.2. Side Step 3. Seat Cover 4. Window Beeding 5. Replacement of Sun glass holder with White light illumination)4. However even after 30 days from the date of delivery the balance accessories as mentioned in above (point 3) has not been provided as the dealer demanded that the replaced 16 ‘” steel wheel with tyre will be property of Dealer even after payment of full cost of all accessories and cost of vehicle by me.5. When I have paid for the full cost of car inclusive of full accessories why dealer is insisting upon that the replaced steel wheel with tyre is his property? This is against the agreed, signed & written documents available.6. As such, I had to register my complaint to resolve the issue which is being created at the end of dealer even after full payment of Vehicle cost and accessories cost.7. To this date I have not been provided my balance accessories even after full payment made.8. In between dealer had assured me over telephony though his representative to payback me the cost of balance accessories not provided for Rs 71000/- by 25th 2020 but nothing has been heard or received either from Hyundai side or Dealer side. 9. As on date ** My Complaint has still not been resolved***Even the customer representative at regional head office level are not able to resolve and are not reachable whenever I am trying to reach out to them to number has been provided via their mail.10. Further, cost of my "to be released tyres" is depreciating day by day as accessories are still not provided to me by Dealer. Neither, I have received my pay back of Rs 71000/- for cost of accessories not provided as was assured from dealer representative on 21st Nov 2020.

    I planned to put my car in scrab,

    Because brake not working many times in especially rough road surface,

    Purpose of car is safe journey

    I didn't feel with i20

    Also not wish sell my car because brake problem can affect buying person also.

    I planned to go new standard quql car unlike hundai

      Very bad service provided by Hyundai in Himachal Pradesh district hamirpur..16 days is going to over but they are not able to arrange a master cylinder and brake pipe Hyundai grand i10 sports . Because of this my vehicle is blocked at work shop view automobile hamirpur. I already made complaints 2 times in customer care services as well as official mail but unfortunately no satisfactory response got .Kindly make some positive feedback .

          I dont know whether you are attending/ not attending my complaint because as a customer i have lost all the trust in you.
          I used to be a maruti suzuki customer and for the first time i went to hyundai on 28th of November 2020 to get a quote on Grand i10 NIOS AMT. I went to Kottayam Adichira popular and Thengana popular, and from Thengana, I received 8.02 lakhs as the on-road price. Kottayam popular offered 7.95 lakhs and based on this thengana popular also contacted me and asked me whether i could give the booking there if they give the price as 7.95 lakhs. I agreed since it was near to me. I gave them advance money on 29th nov, and on last day, 2nd december they contacted and said they have made the booking and going on with the price of 7.95 lakhs and 7.92 lakhs to be transferred as balance.
          Today my loan account got opened and i transferred Rs. 7.92 lakhs to the account. I informed them after transferring the amount and in about 15 min after the transfer they called me and said the scheme no more exist and they can give the vehicle only at 8.05 lakhs. Money is not the matter here. Of course its a matter, since every penny is a hardly earned one. More than that, the trust myself or some other person gives u as a customer is broken there and clearily cheated me. Once the booking is made how they can simply inform me at 6.45 pm that scheme no longer exist. May be they have clear idea that the loan is opened, fund got transferred, and customer wont be cancelling the same since its involve a lot more procedures to start with the cancellation from customer end, refund and all.
          Whatever be the service you render, misleading or cheating the customer purposefully is a pucca fraud.
          Its the prime responsibilty of hyundai to take this matter to the higher ups and to order an enquiry and to deliver the customer service as promised. The call recorded with the team lead committing the price and booking made is with me. So please move the necessary action immediately and deliver me the service as offered.
          Waiting for your genuine reply here. Also please provide me the mail ids of higher authorities, if you cant deliver the right to me.Booking is made in my wifes name Jentilia Joseph at Thengana Popular dealership, Kottayam district, Kerala state

            My hyundai car has been shinked in rain flood water at plant area during heavy rain on 24 Aug. 2020.
            Then i decided that to repair it again and shifted to hyundai authorised service center (B Mangatram Bhuj Gujarat) on 05 Sept. 2020 by arranging a towing vehicle without start the car engine.
            But car service not done by service centre till now also not given response positively.
            So please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

              Dear Sir/madam

              Myself Cyrus Karadia, GST, Superintendent.
              Residing at Navsari, Gujarat.

              Owner of i20 sports 2016 model.

              Myself with my Brother in Law had came to Una, Gujarat for Aurvedic treatment of cancer.

              On returning to Navsari from Una, Gujarat my car got break down at una, Gujarat I took my car to Hyundai workshop but it was clearly denied that he is unable to do work and told us to take Amrili or sawar kundla, Gujarat. So on the way to Amrili my car was total stop running and gears have stop working completely. Then I contacted online and near by Hyundai workshop for toing my vehicle but each and every one were giving each other number but not a single person was arranging me toing vehicle after 2 hrs holt I request one local person who was driving tractor and he was ready to tou my car to Hyundai work shop which was near to savar kundla. Just as we we're just 1 km away from savar kundla, Gujarat I recived a call from Mr chetan who was working in hyundai at Amreli, Gujarat stating that savar kundla work shop will not be able to do as there is no such major break down facility. On reaching there the said person at Hyundai also refused to do work as he was also not having spare parts of gear box and instead of arranging for touing he told me to take to Amrili only.

              Then I contacted other local gaurage person who was just 100 mts from Hyundai company work shop "somnath car care".

              On investing it he should me that not a single drop of gear oil was there and due to it the break down has occure and even told me that your gear box is not damage from downside so there is no possibility for gear oil to be leak.

              All the above issue I have discussed with Mr. Bhavin Naik, who is looking after service department at Navjeevan Hyundai Navsari.

              Now the main issue is that I have my car for routine yearly service on 3.10.20 and after service my car has hardly run 50 kms at Hyundai Navjeevan, Kabilore, Navsari and specifically told the person who was in charge of servicing Mr Bhavin Naik and told him to change each and every oil i.e. engine oil, gear oil, filter etc. What ever is needed to be changed.

              Now Mr Bhavin is not agree to accept his mistake. Instead of helping me very roudly he said to me to bring my car to his workshop which was 501 km from the local gaurage then only he will reply and cut my phone by saying that he has other work to do.

              Dear Sir/madam who will bear this expenses and the trouble I am facing at this movement with cancer patients.
              I know you are going write we sorry about inconvenience faced.

              I request you to tell Navjeevan, Navsari to bear the expenses and make the matter close.

              OR if you say shall I file case against Hyundai company and Navjeevan Cars, Navsari.

              Such a worst after sales service given to your customers.

                We had booked a Hyundai Creta EX model with Ashiyana Hyundai, Patna dealership. They charged us 25K as the booking amount and promised to deliver the car within 1 month. It has been more than 6 months now and we still don't know when will the car be delivered.

STEERING IS NOT MOVING FREELY. I HAVE GIVEN IT FOR SERVICE AT YOUR LAKSHMI HYUNDAI, BIRLA JUNCTION, VISAKHAPATNAM. THEY HAVE REPLACED THE STEERING MOTOR WITH NEW ONE. DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2020 I HAVE FACED THE PROBLEM WITH SELF MOTOR. CAPTIONED SERVICE CENTER HAVE REPLACED IT AND CHARGED AROUND RS.11, 700/-.

                  IN THIS CONNECTION I REQUEST YOU TO REFER MAILS SENT TO [protected]@HMIL.NET ON 21TH OCTOBER AND 22ND OCTOBER 2020. MY MAIL I.D. IS [protected]@GMAIL.COM.

                  OFTEN AND OFTEN I AM FACING THE PROBLEMS WITH MOTORS.

                  I began to have trouble staying aloft since May, 2018, and on 25th November, 2020 again the Steering Motor completely failed. I believe that this occurred because of a design or defective parts (STEERING MOTOR AND SELF MOTOR) flaw in my Vehicle, and I am asking that your company cover or share with me the cost of the required repair.

                  After researching this specific problems and talking to other i20 Car owners, I have learned that this is a common issue with i20 Active Cars. I believe that the failure of this module was not due to neglect or error on my part. I am asking that the Hyundai Company cover in full the cost of this repair.

                  i20 Active reputation and marketing emphasize your Cars durability, reliability, and safety. Before this mechanical failure, I was very pleased with my i20 Active, and in a few years I will need to upgrade to a larger one, but now I hesitate to choose one. My friends and relatives also own i20 Active Car, they are functioning perfectly, and they aren’t so sure that they will stick with the brand after watching my experiences with the mechanical failure of my i20 Active.

                  Please restore my faith in your brand, stand behind your product, and cover the cost of this repair.

                    Im paraplegic (wheelchair user).

                    I was planning to buy i20 but vishal hyundai panvel dealership refused to sell me as rto procedure for tax excemption is a lengthy process so they cannot sell me and asked me to check with mumbai showrooms which was very disappointing so i went to kharghar showroom they didnt refused bt said they are not aware of the process so they will check and will let me know but even after following up with them they didnt had any answer and no response from them.

                    This is very disappointing that dealership and their agent dont have any knowledge and also not helping me or guiding me.

                        Rear shock Absorber replaced on date 10.06.2020 at Surjeet Hyundai Service centre Airport road Indore.
                        Shock Absorber are not working properly, car bubbling and jumping from rear side during running.It is not comfortable and safe during car driving.

                          I have booked Creta 2020, SX IVT white colour on 25/10/2020 at Modi Hyundai Showroom, Santacruz west branch.
                          I was assured to get the delivery within 4 weeks. Even after the waiting period the sales person is still delaying the dilivery and there is no clarity on when will I get the delivery of my car. Kindly look into this.

                            Delay in delivery of car as promised

                            I have booked for new hyundai creta car SX manual model petrol car with khandpure motors LLP, Khandwa M.P on 05/10/2020 and given rs 21, 000 for booking charges. During the time of booking the dealers promised the delivery of vehicle will be delivered within 20/11/2020 as I have my marriage on 28/11/2020

                            The dealer secondly promised the booked vehicle will deliver to me before 25th of november 20120 at any cost. But, still...

                            Hi myself santhosh i had taken a new hyundai creta 2020 diesel manual top end sx(O)in june . vehicle had come with nexen 215/60r17 96h npriz cx version tyres and today due to some stone tyre was damaged and we tried to purchase it from service center in bangalore. they are saying stock non availability also product is not available in company only . issue is i cant replace with any other company tyre because the other three tyres are in good condition . if i place with any other companies tyre like bridgestone appollo etc it looks odd.
                            so when the products are not available dont place items in the cars. please place with available materials in the market. now i need a tyre from that nexen company .

                              Sir,
                              I booked a Grand i10 Neos Sports car on 30/09/2020 from Pothens Hyundai, Pothens Motors(P) Ltd, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. At the time of booking they offered me seat covers, neck rest and door visors.Booking receipt number is 018380. I exchanged my maruti alto car for Rs110000/-. In the first week of October I received continuous calls from Pothen Hundai saying that "the car is ready for delivery and please pay the balance amount for the new car". I paid the balance amount on 12/10/2020 through Bank of India Thiruvallam branch as I have financed the amount from the bank. After receiving the amount the Pothen Hyundai executive Sri Vishnu and Smt Sajitha said the vehicle had not arrived yet. They told me the vehicle will be arriving next week only. But the vehicle arrived only on 19/10/2020. They informed me the vehicle is ready for delivery. I decided to receive it on 26/10/2020 because astrologically that is a good day for me. On 26 oct 2020 the company said they didn't get the temporary permit. So I couldn't receive the vehicle on that day. Then I received the vehicle on 29/10/2020 after getting TP. The company didn't give the offered items that they offered at the time of booking. Then the company executive said that the vehicle price is raised at the time of delivery so they cannot give the offered articles. He said I have to pay an additional amount for the offer. The executive Sri Vishnu received Rs 3000/- extra from me after the delivery of the vehicle as service charge.
                              The grant i10 neos sports model is a very good car to own. The features of the car are very attractive too. My friends asked me about the car and dealer. I can't say anything because I was cheated by the dealer.
                              I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved within two weeks I will consider taking further action to resolve the matter either through consumer court or through civil court and I may be compelled to share my bitter experience with social media platforms as well. So I am eagerly waiting for a favourable resolution from your side. My vehicle details are annexed below,

                                I came to know today that how my Brand New Creta got theft in 10 days after buying. People at Hyundai showroom are providing PIN to thieves and they easily prepared the duplicate keys and take the vehicles easily. Is this the quality of security maintained by Hyundai company? PIN sharing with somebody is a dangerous step and it should not be shared without generating the request by registered user using OTPs. Not sure how I would be able to purchase another Hyundai vehicle.

                                  This is Suvodh kumar from Etawah U.P i have purchased a vehicle Hyndai Venue S 1.2 from Nimbus Hyundai pvt ltd Noida SEC-5 U.P on Date 30/oct/2020 .They have cheated on me as the salesman Arvind Dubey promised the Ex-showroom price 746700 on the booking documents and taken the payment as the price in booking documents but after the delivery when they have given the invoice along with RTO document in which the Ex showroom price in the invoice was 740000 which is 6700 lesser then the payment i have given later when i have raised a complaint about it with the salesman he talked rudely with me and said your money has been gone and and also he accepted that there is a fraud he has done with me .Kindly look after the issue and give me the compensation or otherwise i will file a complaint in the Consumer complaint court .

                                    I have Booked Hyundai All new i20 Asta(O) Petrol on Last 9th Oct 2020.The Dealer told me Deliver the car With in one month after Launching the Car.( Car Launched 5th Nov 2020)
                                    Now the Dealer told me no stock car arriving only Next Feb 2021.

                                      I booked a venue S model on 29th of oct 2020. It was promised to me that the vehicle would be delivered on 12th or 13th of Nov.
                                      Even after booking on 29th oct 2020, the receipt that i received bore a date of 6th of nov 2020. I should have been alarmed by this itself. But, since i was busy in my marriage i didnt bother .
                                      Basically this car is booked in name of my sister. The executives there then pressed hard to make down payment as well as to get loan disbursed. The same was done also.Afterwards the sales executive said that the delivery wont be possible on 13th and the same would be done on 16th of nov by 12 o clock.It was ok to me. On 16th of nov when i called the executive, he didnt pick up my calls. I rushed to the show room and there it was told to me that no such vehicle is going to be delivered to me on the said date.Neither any confirmation of delivery date could be made.
                                      After pursuing them for 3 more days, i was informed that the vehicle would be delivered to me on 5th of dec 2020.
                                      It is sheer conning. It not only caused me inconvenience but They got my loan disbursed and now i have to pay the interest amount also.
                                      Further i had informed all my relatives that the delivery would be made on 16th but that too didnt happen.Moreover, i am using a rented car afor my daily to fro from office .All this has caused me incomparable inconvenience.
                                      If this is the pre sales service, the after sales service could be well imagined. Kindly arrange delivery of my vehicle at the earliest as the way the executives have treated me has caused me a lot of mental agony . Is this the way business is done?
