This is to bring it to your notice that there has been delay and negligence happened in my car service .Its there in Kanchana hundai service station since Oct 9th 2020 .Initial issue reported was Car was not getting started and as per the service Centre investigation i ECL part was not working it should be replaced, now different issue identified by the mechanic post ~ 1 month . I feel that there is lack of skilled mechanic and supervisor due to which i have to struggle.

    On September 29th I visited Sharayu Hyundai at Navimumbai for my i20 elite car clutch repair they told me that clutch master cylinder and Slave cylinder is out of stock and will be available after one week.
    Now it's been almost one month I called them and parts are not available. I also called another service center at Rabale Navimumbai even they don't have parts for clutch. They are telling me that there's a shortage of parts in the Company itself
    How do I use my car
    I will have to think twice before buying another Hyundai car.

      Creta steering hard

      Address: Latur

      I have suffered from steering jam (hard) while on road twice in last 15 days.
      I contacted your service center at Latur & was told to restart it. It worked.
      I showed my car in this center on 27/10/2020. They told me that it is updated now. But I did not get any message regarding updating. So I am perturbed & horrified to travel. What will happen steering becomes hard in the center of the road ?

      Dear Team Hyundai,

      The incident took place on highway from Jabalpur to Indore, the clutch stopped working when we asked for road side assistance the executive confirmed it will take 2-3 hrs. So we opted for local repair and somehow managed to reach bhopal by evening and haulted over there as no service center was open by that time.
      Next day we started our journey from bhopal to indore and again same problem occured while we were about to reach indore we again asked for road side assistance team confirmed that towing van will be coming but same will not get serviced as it was sunday 13-Sep.
      Somehow we managed and reached back to bhopal.
      Next day on monday 14-Sep we visited JK Road service center at bhopal wherein they confirmed that this model series is having Manufacturing defect of Clutch Cylinder and company is replacing the same but it has a long wait time so you please go back to your home town and raise a complaint at local service showroom.

      So we managed to return Back to Jabalpur and again raised complaint at local service center Prestige Hyundai Jabalpur. They acknowledged that it is manufacturing defect and confirmed that stock is not available currently and they will inform us once they will get the stock.

      then they have given multiple dates for stock availability, finally after multiple followups we were asked to visit showroom for servicing on 25th but unfortunately they have not replaced the complete cylinder rather just replaced small spring.

      So either the outlet is cheating us or the company itself is fooling as.
      Even after confirmation that its a manufacturing defect of cylinder just replaced 1 spring. What if the problem re-occurs and who is responsible for all the trauma we have faced on the highway and rigour followup for more than a month.

        Hi,

        Special Attention: I haven't received my car till date let's see whether is crosses quarter anniversary, half anniversary or a anniversary with the blessings of Hyundai WorkShop

        Last year when I met with a minor accident with my car, the time services provided by Hyundai WorkShop was really good. From claim intimation to claim settlement and from workshop coordination. I got my car before the date conveyed by the workshop because Hyundai WorkShop had coordinated very well with the Insurance and me.

        But my current experience has shocked me that a company like Hyundai WorkShop can do such things with a customer, I can say that it is next to mental harassment. In such a pandemic situation services should be much better at least for communication.

        On Nov 07 i will complete a quarter anniversary of my car which is still parked at the workshop to be repaired.

        I tried calling Hyundai WorkShop personally and he said approval is not given whereas Insurance had already sent approval on 25th Sep.

        Then again con call blaah blaah blaah and all blame game between Hyundai WorkShop and Insurance guys.

        So worksop agreed to start work and finish it within 10 to 12 days which means i would have got my car max by 15 Oct, but we urged to take a few more days and I was supposed to give my car by this sunday 25 Oct 2020.

        However still no clear communication from Hyundai WorkShop when will i get my car, what's the bill, what is not covered, what is the sum i need to pay, when to reach there and how to take it forward...

        Story is still continuing... GOD knows when i will get my car

        Around 14 th oct i got photos of my car stating work is in progress and car parts are went to painting and will come in 2 or 3 days, hoping to get car by 25 oct was really happy

        So 3 to 4 days before 25 Oct we called up again to re confirm as we have to book tickets and need to go all the way to Kolhapur to pick up the car
        so again we got the same message parts in painting 2 more days it will be done.

        So now when today I'm trying to get details of the car from Hyundai Workshop and BAJAJ Insurance.
        Bajaj said they it will take more more 10 to 15 days
        Hyundai Workshop still not aware how many days it will take

        Need to ask a question to Hyundai WorkShop who's gonna bear my daily travelling expenses which has incurred to me through private cabs daily.
        who's gonna bear my travelling expense to kolhapur to bring back my car.

        And still don't know the status of the car, Hyundai WorkShop has a new tagline that seems like "Send your car to us and Forget it". If you're lucky, we will give it back to you as per our time.

        If we have to do each and everything why we need to go to an authorized Hyundai Workshop, there are many other workshops with lesser charges and better services.

        After such a horrifying experience I have already shared this experience with my all friends and colleagues and asked to stop all future kinds of relations with Hyundai as soon as possible and make sure that they also share experience in their group and make them stop also.

            Though i love hyundai cars, im regretting my newest buy i20 Elite.
            The car is good, undoubtedly.

            The sales office - Himgiri hyundai and their service partners in gurgaon are the worst i had ever dealt with.
            Extremely bas services, extremely slow reactions, just distasteful.

            I had huge problems and arguements while buying the car, and now im struggling everytime i have to deal with the service partners.

            Nobody knows whats happening, one keeps passing on contact details from one to another.

            I do not think im going to buy hyundai cars now.
            Competitors are much better in terms of sales, knowledge, relationships and after sale services.

            On the name of a free service they also charge you for a bloody shampoo for car wash amongst other things !!!
            One feels mugged - its not a FREE service!!
            Making labour charge free is not a big favour to us!!!

            Latest service 27/10/2020

            The car was taken from the residence at 10am, returned at 7pm.
            (Apparently it was to be taken for 3-4 hours only.)

            Multiple calls were made to me asking for random things like insurance details, which oil, arrival departure, google maps, address, etc etc on a working day!!!

            Advisor calls at 2pm to ask what all repair works need to be done!!
            It was told that the car was getting washed from 1030-2pm!!!

            After other discussions - many of them regarding payment of engine oil, washing material, filter, etc!!

            The car gets returned after 10 hours - dirty, unclean, oily hands all over, full of dust and dirt.

            If the washing and waxing happened at 2pm, the car should not wet to attach dirt to itself.

            Pictures unclear due to night time.

            Working people, family people do not have time to send the again the next day to get it fixed.
            Its about time management, customer management.

                Hyundai we are loosing faith in you ... All the Google forum are flooded with your AMT version to be unsuccessful ... Bearly at 9000 kms clutch plates are getting damaged at mid of the road !!! No replacement nothing being provided ... instead our way of driving is blamed ..why don't you please look into your built quality!!

                    Hi im imthias i had bad experience from your showroom named ss hyundai kottarakara, kerala. thet are forcing me to take insurance in showroom itself .creta petrol e varient..i ask to salesperson mr hari and ask also to sales manager mr jijo and if im not ready to take insurance from their showroom they will not take booking still what should i do...shall i file case against the showroom...

                      I was in high regard of Hyundai for its robust products and its after sales service.

                      However it seems that that respect has started to slide and I am starting to lose respect for your company.

                      I am stating the reason below:

                      I have a Grand i10 Megna which was bought on 20 December 2018.

                      I had a bad noise in the suspension side.And gallops Hyundai Vastral Ahmedabad didn't Solve this problem.
                      I've visited WorkShop a minimum of 45 to 50 Times but your "HYUNDAI staff is useless". your staff can't find a proper problem. and he can not solve the problem which i describe above.
                      In my car I've been making noise for the last 1 year and 4 months. But your workshop staff can't find a proper solution and your Hyundai staff put brake oil and grease in Balancing Road bushing. Is it a valid solution??? As per my Knowledge no one can add grease between the metal part and rubber part. Can you tell me Hyundai can approve this technique for Balancing road problems??? I have attached some photos of my car underbody that appear to put grease in the balancing road bush. Finally i have dropped my car (GJ 27 CF 6443) at your company "GALLOPS HYUNDAI" with all original documents. I don't want this car for this car. I'm want replace my car. I have donet my car in Hyundai. In the future I'll never buy a Hyundai car and I have never suggested to all my relatives and friends to buy any Hyundai car . Hyundai is a very cheap company.I have visited your workshop every fourth day of the last 1 year and 4 months for this problem but still have not solved this problem.
                      I have visited your workshop for this problem in june 2019.
                      I have sent my first Email for this Problem at[protected] and now[protected].
                      Hyundai india and gallops Hyundai play with customer emotions. Both can't resolve my problem. So finally I have decided I'll drop my car (GJ 27 CF 6443) at your workshop permanently.
                      We belong to the middle class. we can not fight against you.Hyundai is the winner in this matter and i lost my first Dreams and my first car

                      this is manufacturing defect model.
                      Hyundai showroom people and service people seem to have no clue about why something is wrong.
                      Its the lack of knowledge and guidance to the customer which is disgusting.
                      Its the same in Gurgaon as well.

                      Loosing faith in Hyundai.

                        I have given my Car on 16th Sep for an accidental service at SRS cars Vilupuram. Till now I am not getting proper response from them and whenever I contact they simply saying one part is pending to receive. This has been the story for last 4 week. I have raised a complaint with Hyundai ref no 1-[protected] on 13th Oct there is no response on this complaint as well. Also sent email to [protected]@hmil.net as well. I am very much worried on my car and need to get it back after proper repair and service. I strongly believe they did something wrong with my car and hence delaying to respond me. if this is the case Hyundai must replace this with new car. Please help.

                          Hi,

                          I have got done my Hyundai Eon Sports car serivce from the Advaith Motors, Behind HDFC Bank, Bannerghatta Road, Temple street on 17th of Jan 2020. Today went out of station to my home town and recently I purchased Air inflator and which I wanted to try by connecting to the power outlet (i.e12v socket which is near the gear) and the socket was not working hence I took it to the near garage to get it fix as this was a small work.

                          The mechanic checked it and told, the grounding is not there for the socket hence it is not working. And to fix it he opened the box and the shocking was he shown to me the Air bag connection is not been given and the connector is just kept simply inside the box and they have closed it.

                          I have taken the photo of the same and attached herewith for your reference. Further I also attached service bill of Advaith Motors for your reference.

                          Please take the necessary action and I will also consult the advocate and take the legal opinion to file the case.

                          I am really disappointed with the service and will never recommend this Hyundai brand and also the Advaith Motors for the car service.

                              This is Venkata Krishna Mallidi customer of Hundai motors I have purchase i20 petrol car in may 2019 vehicle no AP39BB3222.

                              Due to some of my relatives hospitalization issue I came to Kakinada on 1st October then the clutch issue came car was breakdown and I have taken to nearest Sai sreedevi service center till now the part is not available and my car with service center only I'm facing so many problems without my car in this pandemic condition they doesn't know when will the part will come and the car will ready.

                              Please look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible it's very very urgent for me.

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    I have purchased Hyundai i20 Active Petrol Version during the first week of January, 2020, vide Vehicle No.AP31 DU 1659. Sofar my vehicle ran for 14850 K.M's (in 45 months). On Friday i.e 9th October, 2020 I have used my vehicle for 45 K.M's. On next day i.e. 10th October, 2020, when I tried to start my vehicle (Self Start), I could not. On 11th October, 2020 I have contacted your Lakshmi Hyundai Service Centre, Birla Junction, Visakhapatnam. They said that, the reason for not starting of vehicle may be due to discharge of Battery which is 45 months old and need to be replaced. Immediately I have replaced my old battery with new battery. Even then I have faced the same problem. Service Centre has sent some body to identity the problem. They verified and noticed the problem is with Self Motor and estimated Rs.11, 000/- for new Self Motor.
                                    Now I would like to know that, Self Motor problem is it because of non utilisation of my vehicle regularly or
                                    Is it because of rough usage of vehicle or
                                    Is it requires any periodical maintenance for Self Motor also, but I don't think so for Self Motor, or
                                    Is it the problem with the Hyundai Company by non providing Standard Self Motor installed / fixed to my car.
                                    Why because, I have faced Steering Motor problem within 1 1/2 Years from the date of my purchase of this car. During the month of June, 2018 on many occasions during my travel Steering was stucked for few seconds, I am unable to move the steering on any side., luckily in few seconds I am able to move steering freely. This complaint was attended by captioned service centre during the month of July, 2018.
                                    It seems that, Motors provided in my car has problem from the beginning.
                                    In best of my knowledge and on enquiry with your Service Agency, normally Car Battery will be discharged, if wie don't use the vehicle regularly / daily, but not the Self Motor.
                                    As the Self Motor damaged is not in a regular course and it is very clear it is due to the problem in this part itself. I mean it is due manufacturing defect. It is the responsibility of the company to change the SELF MOTOR at free of cost.

                                      With most respectfully and humble submission. I have the honour to inform you that, on 18th October 2020 I went to Hyundai servicing centre Segunbari, District Tinsukia, Assam for replacement of ball join of my i20 active car. But it is very upset to inform you that instead of replacing wear and tear parts they had fixed my old part.
                                      Now sir, my car produces more sound than before in right side of the front tyre.
                                      Therefore I, I earnestly request your goodself to take action against servicing centre for their part of arrogant and carelessness activities.
                                      Your's Customer.
                                      Still I have not heard anything from Hyundai motor India company. It seems that my queries was useless
