Though i love hyundai cars, im regretting my newest buy i20 Elite.
The car is good, undoubtedly.
The sales office - Himgiri hyundai and their service partners in gurgaon are the worst i had ever dealt with.
Extremely bas services, extremely slow reactions, just distasteful.
I had huge problems and arguements while buying the car, and now im struggling everytime i have to deal with the service partners.
Nobody knows whats happening, one keeps passing on contact details from one to another.
I do not think im going to buy hyundai cars now.
Competitors are much better in terms of sales, knowledge, relationships and after sale services.
On the name of a free service they also charge you for a bloody shampoo for car wash amongst other things !!!
One feels mugged - its not a FREE service!!
Making labour charge free is not a big favour to us!!!

The car was taken from the residence at 10am, returned at 7pm.
(Apparently it was to be taken for 3-4 hours only.)
Multiple calls were made to me asking for random things like insurance details, which oil, arrival departure, google maps, address, etc etc on a working day!!!
Advisor calls at 2pm to ask what all repair works need to be done!!
It was told that the car was getting washed from 1030-2pm!!!
After other discussions - many of them regarding payment of engine oil, washing material, filter, etc!!
The car gets returned after 10 hours - dirty, unclean, oily hands all over, full of dust and dirt.
If the washing and waxing happened at 2pm, the car should not wet to attach dirt to itself.

Working people, family people do not have time to send the again the next day to get it fixed.
Its about time management, customer management.
