Apropos the caption, the undersigned draws your kind attention towards the fact that in the month of July-2020, the undersigned had made booking of Hyundai Creta (EX) Petrol variant with the abovesaid dealer in lieu of which an amount to the tune of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) was remitted in the form of booking amount vide NEFT Dated 30.07.2020
It is germane to mention that the undersigned had earlier visited Grover Hyundai Ludhiana for purchasing the said vehicle and as per the quotation so provided, the ex-showroom price of the said vehicle/ variant stood at Rs. 9.99Lakhs while the on-road price of the said vehicle/ variant stood at Rs. 11.12Lakhs. That the said dealing, for some reasons, could not be materialized pursuant to which the undersigned visited the Goyal Hyundai showroom at Jalandhar.
That at the time of booking the said vehicle with their showroom, one of their executive Mr. Bhupinder Singh gave me the on-road quotation of Rs.11.14Lakhs while the short waiting period was assured thereupon. That the said booking was made in good faith however despite regular follow-up, delivery of the said vehicle was delayed on grounds better known to their executives.
That Mr. Bhupinder Singh, in the month of August-2020 coordinated with me with regards to delivery of the said vehicle however the on-road price of the vehicle was re-calculated to Rs. 11.19Lakhs. Despite an increase of Rs. 5000/-, the undersigned agreed upon to assume delivery of the said vehicle which was eventually denied on grounds better known to their staff.
That the said misdeeds of their executives were condemned upon which I was made to coordinate with one of their Sales Executives Mr. Kishan Kumar. That Mr. Kumar on several occasions dismissed my request stating scarcity of stock and therefore all my request fell in vain. That the undersigned understands about availability of stocks in limited quantity however even on availability of stocks, priority in no order was given to selective customers.
That undue delay in delivering the vehicle has been caused to favor selective customers and the undersigned is yet to assume delivery of the said vehicle till date. Recently, Hyundai India had announced revision of ex-showroom prices of all variants of Hyundai Creta and ex-showroom price of the variant booked by the undersigned has been inflated by Rs. 62000/-. That the undersigned has been made to suffer losses on account of deficient services and unfair trade practices so adopted by executives of Goyal Hyundai
That on account of such deficient services, the undersigned has been made to suffer a monetary loss to the tune of Rs. 1.20Lakhs (approximately.In anticipation of a prompt response.
Kindly intervene into the matter and resolve my issue.
