I have purchased Hyundia creta in 2006 and drove for 17000 kms till now.Though I drove the car sparingly, it has got starting problem.I took the car to service center Laxmi Hyundai, Nizampet, Hyderabad on 04-Oct-2019.After scanning the car, they told there is a problem with Smart key assemble and needs to be replaced. They told that they had ordered the part on 06-Oct-2020.Even after 10days also part is not received and still car is lying at service center.Though car did not not have any other problem, due to unavailbilty of spare part, I could not get the car repaired.I am really disappointed eventhough car is driven less kms, how smart key assembly got spoiled and taking too much time to get it replaced.I am repenting of buying Hyundai car.
Sorry it is 2016 model.Type error
Customer care people called and they said they would follow up.I am withdrawing my complaint

    Sir/ Madam,

    Apropos the caption, the undersigned draws your kind attention towards the fact that in the month of July-2020, the undersigned had made booking of Hyundai Creta (EX) Petrol variant with the abovesaid dealer in lieu of which an amount to the tune of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) was remitted in the form of booking amount vide NEFT Dated 30.07.2020

    It is germane to mention that the undersigned had earlier visited Grover Hyundai Ludhiana for purchasing the said vehicle and as per the quotation so provided, the ex-showroom price of the said vehicle/ variant stood at Rs. 9.99Lakhs while the on-road price of the said vehicle/ variant stood at Rs. 11.12Lakhs. That the said dealing, for some reasons, could not be materialized pursuant to which the undersigned visited the Goyal Hyundai showroom at Jalandhar.

    That at the time of booking the said vehicle with their showroom, one of their executive Mr. Bhupinder Singh gave me the on-road quotation of Rs.11.14Lakhs while the short waiting period was assured thereupon. That the said booking was made in good faith however despite regular follow-up, delivery of the said vehicle was delayed on grounds better known to their executives.

    That Mr. Bhupinder Singh, in the month of August-2020 coordinated with me with regards to delivery of the said vehicle however the on-road price of the vehicle was re-calculated to Rs. 11.19Lakhs. Despite an increase of Rs. 5000/-, the undersigned agreed upon to assume delivery of the said vehicle which was eventually denied on grounds better known to their staff.

    That the said misdeeds of their executives were condemned upon which I was made to coordinate with one of their Sales Executives Mr. Kishan Kumar. That Mr. Kumar on several occasions dismissed my request stating scarcity of stock and therefore all my request fell in vain. That the undersigned understands about availability of stocks in limited quantity however even on availability of stocks, priority in no order was given to selective customers.

    That undue delay in delivering the vehicle has been caused to favor selective customers and the undersigned is yet to assume delivery of the said vehicle till date. Recently, Hyundai India had announced revision of ex-showroom prices of all variants of Hyundai Creta and ex-showroom price of the variant booked by the undersigned has been inflated by Rs. 62000/-. That the undersigned has been made to suffer losses on account of deficient services and unfair trade practices so adopted by executives of Goyal Hyundai

    That on account of such deficient services, the undersigned has been made to suffer a monetary loss to the tune of Rs. 1.20Lakhs (approximately.In anticipation of a prompt response.
    Kindly intervene into the matter and resolve my issue.

      Dear Team, I have purchased Car from DPM Hyundai Srinagar Garhwal in 2017 Sep, post that i have recently received call from SBI bank as i have financed the car from State Bank of India, they require invoice copy of Purchased car.

      I have contacted Hyundai customer care and dealer, but that have denied as it is too old.

      But Invoice copies can be generated from system, but company is not providing the same.

      pls look into this matter.

        I have bought one of the best selling car, i20 sports plus(DT) on 20/02/2019.On Wednesday (16.10.2020), the car suddenly got stopped in the middle of the busy highway and upon calling customer care, the car was towed down to nearby Akash Hyundai, Guwahati. Yesterday, I got a call from Akash Hyundai regarding the problem I have have faced. I was told that there was a problem with the clutch master cylinder of the car. Since my car was within the 3 yrs warranty period, I asked them about the same. But to my surprise they told me that I have to pay Rs. 8000 for the repairing the clutch.And if I want warranty coverage then I have to take my car to some other hyundai service centre at my own cost. I was also told that cars in this segment have this issue and there is lack of availability of parts.And it might take several days for it to get repaired.
        On hearing that I called up the customer care and told the entire issue.But I was shocked to know when they told me that the above mentioned Akash Hyundai is not even listed as a service centre. If that's the case, then why they took my car to an unlisted service centre? Why are they charging me for the parts that are covered under warranty?

        Is there any manufacturing defect with the car??Was it worth to pay 8.5 lakhs for a car which just broke down within 2.5 years of its purchase?

        My wife is in her third trimester of pregnancy and emergency might occur at any moment. As such, I requested for a standby car as well.

        I even wrote several mails to the higher authorities regarding this but no revert from their end were received for that matter.

        Is this harassment necessary?

        A quick resolution is expected asap.

          They give coupons while renewing the insurance with 40 percent more price than the market and while providing these coupons to the service station they treat customers like beggers

              Dear Team

              I had booked a Creta 2020 in the name of Yes Bank Ltd user Ashish Gupta with Arora Hyundai, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur in Aug and dealer had confirmed to deliver the car by 15th Oct. To be sure on this I also had a word with Hyundai ASM Mr. Sanjay Sharma who had also assured for delivery by 15th Oct firstly and then by Navrataras. But since last month end Mr. Sanjay Sharma was not well and not attending office so I had met the Regional Sales Head Mr. Rajat Goel who had assured to check the status of the same. But still i do not have any proper status of the delivery from the dealer.

              Request you to kindly check the same and get the car delivered at the earliest.

                Hi i purchased a car from hyundai dealer Dee Eem hyundai gurgaon last year on 13th Oct. 2019 . Till now my CNG is not updated on RC .
                then i complaint to hyundai dealer so mammy times . Always they said we will resolve your issue but still noting happened . In between dealers customer care said sir we will resolve you issue till 13th Oct 2020.
                They assured me sir your CEV ENGINEERING CNG kit will be charged due to some reasons and replaced again by other CNG kit Motozen dealer as i denied . But they assured me sir all will be fine but after replaced my car CNG then car was very noisy . Has no pickup in my car then i returned my to dealer three time but still now improvement . Still i am suffering from the same problems my car not running above 60 kmph .

                  I have booked for the hyundia Venue 1.2l petrol.have made the full down payment.and now I don't need insurance as I'm getting it from outside more at a lower cost than the showroom is providing.when I asked the general manger to eliminate the insurance amount he said it is mandatory.. I really want to kno from hyundia that is it mandatory?.

                  From the day I have purchased the car its showing a TPMS & Some Alert sign on dash board I have also filled up the air to the required pressure but still is not going, I have visited Pune from Mumbai and suddenly car start button is not functioning when I have called up the Hyundai Car Care engineer from Kothari Hyundai, Pune have visited and told me that there’s some problem with Starter of the car and it needs to be replaced, since its a new car he told me that it needs to be ordered from Chennai plant and it will take 15-20 days to deliver the parts, I have also checked with Sai Auto Hyundai & Shreem Hyundai, Mumbai and both have told me that it will take similar time due to unavailability of parts.

                  I fails to understand how poor management this is from Hyundai Motors India and how come new vehicle give all this problem to customer, also there's no proper response and timeline on parts availability and poor quality of parts & service.

                    Hi Hyundai Team,

                    I am owning hyundai venue GJ01 KW0926 my vehicle broken down because of some pipe leakage in the system automatically while running and car got stuck in the middle on the highway it’s heating up new car .Any how after towing with so many struggle i have reached Ahmedabad now it’s been 8 days i have kept my car hardly drown 3k KM and still there is no update on parts availability.
                    This is very disappointing from the company like hyundai.

                      Respected ceo/manager,

                      This is pandu from hyderabad, i purchased a new car on thursday elite -i20 car in bharath hyundai at gowlidoddi show room in hyderabad.

                      Without quality check cars are selling.this is my problem please listen.i believe alot hyundai company but oath is gone

                      driving: showroom to my home .there are 8 major important issues .

                      1.overheated in interior.

                      2.a/c is not working

                      3. Coolant oil is not there

                      4.engine is overheated

                      5.dangour signals

                      6.distilled water is not there.

                      7.wireless charger is not working.

                      8.there is more pollution from silencer -carbondioxide

                      This happened within 12 hours time period.during driving along my family morning 8:00 am -6:00pm on the road. No response from your end.whole family is struggled because of your company car without quality check cars are selling

                      I need a new car (elite i-20) or refund the money.they committed child part replacement part and instead of that entire engine assembling but i need entire vehicle replacement.

                      I go for new car if i-20 car not available, if any difference amount is there that i will pay.otherwise same new elite i-20 car provide.i dont need any other argue.

                      If that vehicle is also any same situation ready to refund the money or provide the new car

                      Please dont sell this manufacture deffect vehicles any body in the market.
                      There is no explanation about car parts about engine interior and exterior in the show room.

                      I have some proofs i am attaching here please look in to once.they have taken a car with towing yesterday 8:00 pm

                      Still my problem is not rectified four days is over i will wait for 2 row 13:00 pm.give me conclussion 2 row i am waiting for your reply.

                        I left my car for servicing at LRN hyundai salem TN, on Oct 03 and they delayed delivery . When I went to service centre I found that there are lot scratches all over the car. The service guys gave irresponsible answers saying it was there when I dropped the car .cctv camera shows nothing . They did not take any pics when I drop and they wanted me to accept that all the scratches were there already. I have raised compliant many days ago and no responsible answer from the service department. They keep saying lies and there was no scratches on car body before I left flit for service.car is in service centre for more than 10 days and they are giving silly reasons for not resolving it. Raising compliant via call centre makes no difference.
                        Already raised with zonal manager chennai. No difference so far. Till date car is on service centre. They just want is to get frustrated and take the delivery of the car. Completely senseless service from sevice centre and pathetic co ordination by the customer service team so far.

                        Better take pics of the car before I leave it for service in hyundai service centres and never trust them and expect them to be loyal to their work. They will do all the mistakes and they will run off and hide so that customers will get frustrated and take the car out.
                        Beware of those service centre people.

                              Dear HMIL
                              Already i have raised a complaint against HMIL for not not opening of the airbags during accident.

                              Now my vehicle is getting total loosed by insurance company, that much heavy damage happened in this critical situation also your vehicle airbag was not opened, Due my cleverness at that time am living now.

                              Hyundai supplied such a un safe car to customers,
                              Hyundai has to replace the vehicle with new one.
                              failing your action will leads to further action.

                                Labour charge, is professed to be free. But under misleading pretexts, labour charges of Rs 2827.48, on purely unverifiable, cosmetic heads.
                                Oil change etc Rs 1405.33, I don't mind. But 2827. 28 labour charges, is too much. You shd say only car washing free. Not free service.
                                Out of that 1200 on wheel balancing/ alignment, all on computer machine

                                      Very bad experiences I come across with pavan hyundai near kanakapura road Bangalore.
                                      I bought i20 asta used car on 14th Sept2020. Showroom guy told that vehicle is in good condition without any lapse in service and replacement. The vehicle was driven 53100 kms but clutch is very hard, driver side door was repainted looking yellow in colour stain...
                                      Initially I ask for the past owner details for insurance transfer and RC transfer assistance but this Hyundai showroom guys didn't gave the number. Somehow I traced the number of past owner of that vehicle.
                                      Later on I got all the information from the past owner, from him they bought with cheaper rate and they told him that we will be replacing clutch, a/c vents and repainting driver side door and then we sell, but they not did any replacement and they sold it for 85000 margin profit. And also I come to know that vehicle was met with an accident and got replace head laps, bonet, fenders, fog lamps, radiator and frame and so on...the total claim made is 1, 20, 000.
                                      Later on I informed to used car manager but he told that once vehicle has been sold we won't take any responsibility on that... Then I wrote mail to Pavan Hyundai MD Mr. Alok I explained him everything but he is also least bother to give solution to my issues.
                                      I think all Hyundai showroom will follow the same business culture only their motive is to make profit and cheating to customers...
                                      I still believe Hyundai company will look onto this fraudulent happened to me and will surely help me in providing compensation.
