I purchased a elite i20 sports vtvt car (Reg. No. Ts07gq7686) in may 2019 from laxmi hyundai, lb nagar. On 29th august 2020, i have visited laxmi hyundai attapur to explain my clutch problem. Technical person there drove the car and told everyhing is okay. One thing which i don't understand is how can he be a technical specialist, he doesn't even understand what i am able to understand, finally they charged around 4500 for service and just the next day i again faced the same problem. I have called the service manager and he asked me to share vedio. And on 3rd sep 2020 my car had towed to laxmi hyundai, attapur due to clutch breakdown. It became very hard and broke down in huge traffic. Next day on 4th sept 2020 service manager called and he told me that they don't have the part that to be replaced, and they need 5-6 days to arrange part. After 7 days on 11th sept 2020 i called him regarding status. He told me that part has not arrived yet and he doesn't even know when it will be arrived it's pathetic experience after buying a new car from hyundai. What kind of quality measures hyundai is taking how can a part broke down just after 19000 km and how irresponsible the service center is, they don't even bother to tell customer when they can fix the problem. They didn't provide me any spare vehicle. From last 11 days my work is hampering due to this problem. I am having worst experience with hyundai and its service center.

This is another trash, I don't know who resolved and when.This is full cheating No one didn't even reach me but still they marked it as resolved.whats wrong with this Hyundai why are they playing with middle class people's hard earned money .They don't even have basic quality measures and good service but they tell themselves as best customer satisfaction last 3 years, I am sure they might be doing some thing in that survey as well. When they are not interested in resolving the issue why do they participate here. This is pathetic service from Hyundai.

    The paint of my car elite i20 asta o (i.e. top model) is getting peeled off just after completing of 3 years of purchase. this is very disappointing to have this experience so early in a top model car of very trustable and good company. I request you to get it repaired free of charge as it seems manufacturing process defect or poor quality of paint used.

    Hi, Myself Pavankumar I bought new I20 Magna starry night color on April 2021 in Mysore Advaith Hyundai showroom in Karnataka, found coating peel off of approximately 10mm not more than a month.
    Due to lockdown could not able to complaint on the issue with Hyundai car showroom.

Next day on 1st sept 2020 i called eros hyundai service manager regarding status of my car. He told me that they don't have the part that to be replaced, and they need 5-6 days to arrange part. After 7 days on 8th sept 2020 i called him regarding status. He told me that part has arrived to nagpur and car will be handover to me on next day. Next day on 9th sept 2020 i called him, he told me car will be delivered to me on next day evening. I called him on 10th sept 2020 evening, he didn't receive my call. They didn't provide me any spare vehicle. From last 11 days my work is hampering due to this problem.

        My self abhishek sharma, edalhatu, new morabadi, ranchi, jharkhand.

        In last few months in i am suffering from clutch problem in my car. I was went three times in services centre - fairdeal hyundai, plot no. 57, village - gadi opp., seventh day adventist school, bariatu road, ranchi, jharkhand, pin-834009 for repair of my car. Service centre technician check my car but didn't solve the problem. Service centre also change my car - cover assy - clutch as some of rupees - 7430 (Seven thousand four hundred thirty only).
        Still i am facing the same problem and service centre didn't give me clear answer, why this problem happened after change many parts.
        So kindly look it matter and help me to short out this problem.

            My car paint is peeling off and bubble like formation on the roof. The car is just out of warranty of 3 years. But it is very surprising to see this happening in such early stages. I am sure this is poor quality manufacturing process and not seen in any of my hyundai cars bought earlier... Please solve this issue regarding paint.. many hyundai vehicle’s paint are peeling off in my town also like i20, creta ..

              I purchased grand i10 sportz in oct 2019 and after taking regular followup with capital hyundai, noida and hyundai regional office still cng not endorsed on rc. After taking so many followups, yesterday i went again to capital hyundai, noida showroom where mr. Sudhir balyan (Gm, sales) talk to mr. Gaurav kukkar (Hyundai regional office, delhi), both are forcing me to replace present unapproved kit to brc kit for just approval only and then they do refit the present kit again!!! This is fraud/ illegal act which is not accepting to me. I asked both of them to get endorsed the present kit which was fitted by hyundai or get removed it and refund my amount.

                Hi,
                See the below step to understand my complain.
                1. I have purchased a new car in feb-2016 from m/s. Planet hyndai, khokhara, ahmedabad-gujarat.
                2. I sent a car for 1st free service in may-2016 at m/s. Preffered motors, gandhidham-gujarat.
                3. I received call from m/s. Prferred that quanity of engine oil is too low in your car.
                4. Immediately i personaly go their and check. Only 200ml oil found in my new car. I am surprised & afraid to see that. (If i leave this service then what happened with me in future. Think that…)
                5. I contacted to the sales person of m/s planet hyundai and ask for this issue but not getting satisfied response from him
                6. I have logged offical complain in hyundai and based on that received call from customer care (Shivani bhatt)
                7. She respond me that this may be a technical issue that i don't know but i will give you assurance that whenever you come we will check and let you know
                8. She told me like anything that i am here for the customer. If you have any issue in future i will be touch personally and resolved.
                9. After that i came at planet hyundai they took my car for a day and told me that oil replaced, car checked and found no isue.
                10. Recently in this year when i go to planet for yearly service. I received a call from service representative mr. Darshil that not a single drop of oil is in your car.
                11. He told me that i will fill up the full oil and check if any leakage is there and after three month you have to come at show room for checking of the oil.
                12. When i go after three month again oil finished. After that i have contacted to the manage mr. Umesh panchal, he told me that it is not possible in such a new car & 45000 km so he suggested me to take the compression test but the value found low.
                13. After that i have contacted to ms. Shivani bhatt but when he found that this car does not under warranty then she told me that i can't say anything and can't help you.
                "my question is,
                1. How it is possible in such a new car & very limited kilometer. Infact all the services has been doen in the hyduai showroom till today.
                2. Is the problem is from beginning?
                3. Is the problem creat due to oil not filled when i buy the car?
                4. I am sure that this problem is manufacturing becuase oil indicator not show when oil is low or empty."
                I know that, i am too small against hyundai & planet both but i am a customer. If i am not getting satisfied response then will go to the next being a customer because every middle class has a dream to buy a new hyundai car in his whole life and it is being very difficult to us when this kind of incidence happened. It is painful to us that we are suffering due to others comfort or careless attitude or casual approach.

                  We are coordinating with mr prabhat singh but their is no response from his end
                  Infact he is just giving false statement that he had registered our complaint with hyundai and awaiting for approval for replacement of part.
                  After contacting hyundai we came to know our complaint is not registered from modi hyundai.
                  Is this you call service after sales
                  I need to get this complaint rectified on priority as we are planning to travel and with this problem we cant take the vehicle.
                  Hope this problem will be rectified on priority and no more excuses from your end pls

                  my vehicle is bought from Modi Hyundai Goregaon in January 2020... Complaint is with Silencer and Engine sign is displayed on the screen. Problem checked and they said need to replace the part but waiting for approval from Hyundai but after calling direct Hyundai number came to know that my complaint is not registered with Hyundai.

                    I purchased a Hyundai I 20 in the year 2009 from spring Hundai Kolkata Reg. no. being WB24K 4639 . This vehicle was shifted to Patna in 20012. And since then it is being serviced by Krish Hyundai Patna . ever since I have been facing a great problem with the clutch operation of the car . Invariably the clutch gets fixed and become inoperable, the car does not move . clutch is released only after an hour . Till such time I have to wait amides heavy traffic Once I was to miss the flight .The clutch pump has been changed by dealer 3 times and I have been put to great physical, mental and Financial problem .
                    This was not all the worst happened on 2nd September 2020, I had to the car in an urgency to travel a distance of about 6 Kms. . The clutch was fixed twice and I could not reach my distention and vehicle had to be toed to the dealer to rectify the problem Who having made me sit for an hour told me that clutch pump was not available in Patna and same is ordered to be available in 4 days . Finally the car was toed back to my garage awaiting availability of the pump
                    Most surprising every time while clutch pump was changed, on enquiring about the reason for the problem and frequent change of the clutch pump, instead of manufacturing defect, I was told this is because I DO LESS DRIVING. Now I am seriously thinking that I should promote personally and through media, who do less driving should not purchase HYUNDAI car.

                    I had registered a complaint no . 2707924 on 7th Sept. 2020 of my Hyundai car no WB 24K 4639 Neither you have responded to my serious complaint nor has your dealer Krish Hyundai attended to my problem and I have been without vehicle for almost a fort night.
                    Please let me know when would look into my serious problem and rectify.

                      I am writing this to let you know the bad experience I had in your service centre Pioneer cars India pvt Ltd Keezhur, Iritty, Kannur located kerala on 21-08.2020.

                      I have given my Eon Magna Car (KL 59 E 9385) for paid service on the above mentioned date. After service, I was driving back to my home, in the mid way smoke came from the EPS module and steering became hard. I was not able to drive the car. So I stopped the car and told the complaint to the concerned person in the service station. He told me that it happened because of the water reached the EPSmodule due to flood. I agree that the 2019 flood affected my car. But let me make it clear that the water level did not reach upto the EPS module level and moreover after the flood I repaired the car and last one year I am using it. How come after one year suddenly it happened.
                      So I request you to rectify my car's power steering problem at your own expense. If not, I will file a complaint in CDRF (consumer disputes redressal forum) against the service center.

                      Looking forward to hearing a positive response from your end.

                        We bought an i20 registration no-up 78 fx 8477; vin no-malbm51blkm736367 from triupati hyundai motors on october 2nd 2019. It's a new car which has covered 4151 km till now and somehow on september 1, 2020 around 20:30, my only son was driving the car and its clutch got free while driving the car. It has not even been a year properly and i do not think it to be something very common because a big company like yours should not have defects like this at such an early stage.

                        I am very upset seeing this type of quality being distributed in the market. My only son was driving the car and if something would happen due to the same then who will be taking the responsibility for that. Even you can imagine the seriousness of the situation considering that there is always a person’s life behind those wheels and i want someone to take the responsibility for this situation.

                        I would want a full replacement of this car because even if the parts are replaced in the old one, i would not be trusting it again and not expect anyone to drive it due to the manufacturing defects which i faced in a brand new car. I want a serious action to be taken against this.

                          I recently went to book a new car (Hyundai Creta) at Fortune Hyundai dealership in Greater Noida. Apart from Ex-showroom and RTO charges they are also charging me for Handling. As per my knowledge "Handling charges" over and above ex-showroom price is illegal and vehicle dealerships across India are generating thousands of crores of rupees every year through this unfair trade practice.

                          When I tried to question the Sales executives, they confirmed that in Hyundai it is mandatory to pay Handling charges and I should confirm it from Hyundai. Therefore for the past 10 days I am trying to contact Hyundai Customer Care, Regional Sales Heads and even the CEO Mr. S.S. Kim. However, I have not received a single reply or call from anybody in Hyundai.

                          I wish government makes a strict law to clarify this situation.

                            I bought venue sx diesel last month, and figured out the door lock and unlock sound are just car horn sound and it is blaring like air horn and not able to be muted. I got ear pain due to this from the day 1. It honks once for locking and twice for unlocking. I took the car to dealership to get it muted but unfortunately they disagreed to do that and added it will void the warranty. And dealership agreed that other hyundai car models has mild sound and some models has option to mute it but especially venue there is no option and no support to mute it. I personally checked venue sx-o has a separate mild sound for lock/unlock but venue sx doesn't have mild sound instead of full blown horn. This differentiation was not mentioned anywhere when i bought.

                            As a common man, i am feeling bad for annoying neighbours by honking when lock and unlock and even some my neighbours are complaining. Dealership provided an irresponsible answer that do manual lock/unlock with keys like stone age, with that i am getting scratches near the keyhole and having heavy luggage in the hands, difficult to do manual key lock/unlock. This feature will definitely should be fixed with an option mute/unmute or mild sound like venue sx-o. Is there anyway to knock hyundai's attention or legal option to get it resolved.

                              Car lying at punya sheela service centre hoshangabad madhya pradesh.
                              Car under warranty with run of only 15000kms. Clutch gave up on highway on in first week of August.they changed cylinder.again the car stopped on 26th august.since then it's lying with them.
                              Today is 3rd Sept.they don't have any parts to replace.
                              Worst is they say the clutch cylinder s were faulty and their are many new i20 cars facing the same issues.
                              They don't have any clue when they will be able to fix it.
                              Worst of all it would never be safe for me again driving this car

                                  I was riding my car in slow moving traffic and all of a sudden the clutch did not work, it became hard and gear did not engage and the car stopped. I switched off the engine, the clutch pedal became hard and couldnt press and car did not start. I was in the middle of the road for about 2hr and later the clutch became loose, i was able start the car and reach home. I contacted service centre and they said they need to replace clutch slave cylider as it is worn out, my car has done only 19000km, how can car part wear so soon. And service centre is charging around 5000 ruppees to replace
                                  The cylinder. It is diificult to trust both the car manufacturer and the service centre, i feel like i got fooled. Please take neccessary action against them.

                                    The person concerned informed that 5 lts of petrol was in the car. But as soon as left the premises the fuel warning light came on. Since there was no petrol at the allipure filling station I decided to fill it at Garia were I stay. But the car stopped well short of Garia. Now the distance between allipure n garia is about 5 kms. I don't think a new car consumes that amount of petrol.
                                    The car had to be parked by the side n petrol was fetched from the nearest pump.
                                    Horrible experience... while purchasing a car

                                      I booked hyundai creta e diesel on 10th june 2020 at bohra hyundai in name of shilpkar india pvt ltd. I was told that i will get the car in 2 months but inspite of several reminders i am not getting it. Moreover no proper reply about the tentative time is given when we contact the dealer. I also contacted manager of hyundai india mr rajesh regarding the delivery time, but to my surprise i was told that company is not manufacturing the e model and he can't say when will i get the vehicle. They had no reply to my question that why they took booking if the company is not manufacturing it or why i am informed after nearly 3 months of booking. Further to my surprise they are insisting me to take a higher model which i clearly refuse.

                                      My only concern is that why such a big company hyundai is cheating their customers by first taking the booking for basic model and then telling the customers after long waiting period to switch to a upper model. If the company is not interested to manufacture or sell the basic model they should not take the booking for it or inform the customer that company is not interested in manufacturing basic model and they don't know if the the customer will get the car or when he will get the car.

                                      Best thing would be if hyundai add a slogan to their booking form "book at your own risk".

                                      This is my first experience of dealing with hyundai cars. I had been a loyal customer of naruto for last 25years and always had a feel that maruti is best suited in indian system. This time i thought of changing it and got my lesson.

                                      Thanks a lot hyundai for the premium experience. Let me wait and see the height o[censored]nprofessionalism to which hyundai motors can go!
