June 19 I gave my creta car to Derik Hyundai dealer for water service & tufflon coating, that day evening I received my car in that time so many cars in that lane so I didn’t checked, then I parked in one shopping center I noticed there was a damage then I took my vehicle to showroom within hour then I asked them who damaged this because they put some clue & paste it I had some evidence photos also. Nagercoil derik service cheating us please take action

    I have handed over my car grand i-10 (Dl 8c al 5692) on 05/06/2019 for repair work at unity hyundai workshop jahangir puri delhi 110033, my car ac was working properly at the time of handover to hyundai guy (05/06/2019) but at the time of delivery on 21/05/2019 my ac was not working, i am not happy with the services of hyundai workshop (Jahangirpuri), i have faced lots of difficulties between 05 june to 21 june 2019 due to the delay by hyundai workshop.
    They have not given me the proper information about my car work and i have visited 4 times in between.

    I took the i20 car 3 months ago.And now the car accident happened.Then the company has refused to pass the insurance.And when I came inside the concept Hyundai, I got the memory card and people removed.Is a bad service

      I am a 84yr old consultant surgeon who has retired from aiims new delhi.
      I had booked a santro car in my name from hana motor plaza ltd, an authorized dealer of hyuandai motors - a-30, main cooperative industrial estate main mathura rd new delhi-44 (Phone nos.[protected]/[protected]) in december 2018, making part payment (Booking order attached) and in feburary 2019 full payment, after which i was ensured, the car delivery after 3-4 days. However, no delivery was done and i went there personally every 2-3 days and they kept saying, just 2-3 days more.
      In 1st week of march, they did not pick up the phone and when i went to the showroom, it was closed.
      After that i contacted the main hyuandai office at jasola, plot 5 banni building-a mr, vishal kher –agm at hyuandai motor india ltd. Regional director for delhi-[protected], who i spoke to repeatedly on the phone, since march2019 who said we will look into the matter, however nothing happened till now, they have not returned my money, as the dealer is authorized with hyuandai, it should be the responsibility of the company to take action and reimburse us.
      Please sir, i am a senior citizen and it is my hard earned money, i find it difficult running around from pillar to post, for justice in a case where i have been cheated.
      We have Hyundai i20 Elite Mileage is only 8 kms.
      Poor response from showroom Lakshmi mills coimbatore.New model .

      I left my brand Hyundai xcent at Cuddalore VbSrs dealer, we are very much disappointed about their customer response and also delay on their delivery time

        This is to bring to your notice the kind o[censored]nfair trade practices that elroy hyundai dealership indulges in.

        On april 22nd 2019 i booked a hyundai creta ex car at the hyundai elroy dealership at e-13 defence colony new delhi.

        I made a booking amount of rs. 25000. I was told that the delivery would take a maximum of 4 weeks as this was a brand new variant.

        On april 26th 2019 i was informed by elroy hyundai's sales executive mr aggarwal that if i made the balance payment within the next 2 days i would get the delivery of the car within 5 days.

        Placing reliance on mr aggarwal's assurance i made a payment of rs 1085000 on 29th april 2019. Vide cheque no. 418379..

        The cheque was duly credited on 1st may 2019.

        As per the assurance of the sales executive i should have been given the delivery of the car by 5th may 2019.

        It is now the 23rd may 2019 and i still haven't got the delivery of my car. They have changed the delivery date more than 5 times.

        The management of elroy hyundai does not have any clue whatsoever as to when they can deliver the car. They keep on prolonging the delivery date on one pretext or the other.

        I am a 70 year old senior citizen and have not come across such unprofessional and callous attitude from a reputed company like hyundai.

        This whole episode o[censored]nnecessary tension caused by false and misleading statements by the elroy hyundai executives for having paid such a big amount without getting the promised delivery has taken such a toll on my health that i'm currently being hospitalized at max hospital saket, new delhi.

        It seems as though this practice of luring customers into making payments of large amounts is the modus operandi adopted by hyundai.

I have noticed at the time of service that my car running km was wrongly mentioned 72000 in your record instead of actual km. For this, i am following with your executive since last 3-4 years to update record but they are promising me that they will rectify record, but till this date same not resolved.

            Requesting you to update your record actual km 30300.

            Hoping that this time my request will be resolved.

              Respected Sir,
              We are your Hyundai Customer more than 15 years. We had used Santro (TN 74 Y1111), Santro Xing (TN 74 S 0182), Grand i10 (TN 74 AF 9120), and now using Hyundai Xcent (TN 75 AC 2801). We are doing services also in your service centres. I’m very much struggling with this new Xcent vehicle tyres(Tyres Pictures are attached). I have drove only up to 14, 000 kmts. But the vehicle is trembling much and we are scared to go more than 5 kmts. I complained many times at Good Year Company and the complaint number is : Q[protected]. They received cash from us and sent only 2 tyres(Cheque picture is attached). But the problem is not cleared. I don’t have contact with Good Year company but I’m your customer. So you have to help for my comfort journey by providing 4 tyres. Still I have confident on Hyundai Family. This problem makes me to get mind depression. So, Please kindly help us to get back the peaceful and comfort journey.

                Bought my huyndai verna from koncept hyundai green park. Manager assigned to me asked me to contact them whenever i have to book service or insurance claim. He even forced me to buy insurance from him for smooth claim settlement. But right after delivery whenever i tried to approach them for important issues like navigation not working or mileage being v low. Even vn my car met with an accident, they did not provide any assistance and kept my car in bodyshop for 1 month, claim settlement was also a problem. I have given feedbacks, have spoken to managers but i think hyundai does not believe in quality customer servic3

                  I kumar chandan booked hundai verna on 09/09/18 at baidyanath hundai, deoghar, jharkhand. I made a booking amount through cheque - 7568 dated 11th sep 18, unfortunately due to some financial issue, i have decided to cancel my booking and asked for refund and i submitted written application for cancellation at hundai showroom and handed over to sales person vikash pasi. Sales people said i will get my refund amount through cheque but i have not received my amount till date. I also informed to cistomer care (Service request id is - 1-[protected]) regarding my refund amount but still it has not been resolved.
                  I would appreciate it if anyone could understand my concern and help me to get my money without spoiling relationship with baidyanath hundai. I am really going from a bad phase and heavy financial crisis. I look forward to settling this matter amicably.

                    I had purchased Hyundai Elantra vehicl from Neel Motors on 20th April 2017.(Rege. No.MH12PC0963.
                    In the month of October 2018, I observed that there is issue with the battery when the vehicle is breakdown in between the road. I approached to Neel Motors and their service center Ishnya Motors to resolve this issue. He has resolved the issue and told us that the issue is because of discharged of battery. After few days again I observed same issue and again I approached to the dealer for resolving the issue. This time the dealer told me that there is problem with battery and we will replace the same as it is under warranty. The dealer approached to Excide Battery and replaced the battery with new one. I suppose that this is new battery and having warranty of 2 years from replacement date.
                    After 8 months again my vehicle experienced starting trouble on road.This time again there is problem with battery.and my vehicle is with dealer for almost 2 weeks. (8 to 21 of June) Daily I am taking follow up with dealer and now he is not ready to support me saying that the Excuse battery is not ready to accept the warranty claim.
                    This means either they have provided me an old battery faking as new or is it is really new they should provide me 2 years warranty for new battery.Even after demanding written explanation on mail Ishyna Motors is not sending me the one why there is delay in returning my vehicle after 2 weeks.
                    Twice my vehicle is breakdown on road and I have to face traffic jam and public agony as it was in the middle of the road. This is mente harassment for me after paying so many money and purchasing class brand like Hyundai Ekatra.
                    Since last 2 weeks my vehicle is with your dealer and I have to travel by local transport services which is another headache for me. I am not able to meet my commitments in time.And because of this my business is getting affected

                    My sincere request to you please look in to this matter and help me by giving good quality battery with 2 years warranty without any cost to my pocket.

                    I look forward your prompt response on this. As recommend by trading standards I would like to keep a complete record of my case.so please reply back via this email account.

                      Hello

                      Pathetic service by Hyundai:-

                      1) My car Grand i10 (model-2015). During warranty period, Service of car was done through srishti hyundai, rohtak. There was Steering music control issue and reported to service representative. However, issue was not resolved. This issue is not resolved by till date after more than 2 year.

                      2) During paid service (Year 2018), it was reported that left front indicator is malfunctioning. sometimes it was operating and sometime not operating. However, Issue was not resolved by Hyundai showroom. It is major safety laps on account of hyundai showroom. This malfunctioning may result into major accident during driving. Who is responsible for this?Till date issue is not being resolved.

                      3) Third current major issues. My car met with accident. I submitted car at Hyundai Showroom on dtd 29.05.2019 for repair of car under insurance. As per information from Insurance Surveyor, This incident was reported by hyundai to insurance surveyor on dtd 03.06.2019. After repair of car, car was picked up by me on dtd 16.06.2019 and paid amount of rs 25000 to Hyundai.

                      As per insurance surveyor, intimation was delayed as per policy and surveyor is asking for delay reason.

                      I had repeatedly done followup follow up with Mr Shiv kant sharma, Mr Som dutt and Mr Vikaas at Hyundai Rohtak.

                      My policy is getting expired on dtd 03.07.2019 and intentionally Mr Som dutt is not sending delay reason to Insurance company.

                      This is creating a lot of mental harassment from Srishti hyundai side.

                      May please look into the matter and take appropriate action the culprit and compensate me for all mental harassment.

                        I purchased my car from Singh Hyundai Motor Yerwada Sales centre in Pune in Jan'2019. I was told that my first servicing is due after 6 months. I have not been provided RSA certificate which i was informed will receive at the time of my first servicing. I was told that i shall receive a call for my first servicing, however till date i have not received any call from them. I am trying to contact all the numbers provided by them for service request however, all the numbers given are switched off and even online request was made for servicing for which no call has been received from them till date. I contacted other Hyundai service centre and they told that my RSA details have not been punched in the system by Singh Hyundai till date, therefore it is not reflecting online. Where can i get my Road Side Assistance certificate for which i had paid an additional amount at the time of purchase of my car. Also I want to get my car's servicing done immediately failing which my first service will lapse.

The car is insured by Hyundai only. The problem in the car was just driver side window mirror and right side view mirror which has to be replaced and minor dent and paint. The manager at garage/repair centre told me that it will be done in 05 days I told them take 07 days but complete vehicle should be with me on June 17, 2019. Since then every day I am calling them and personally making contact but they are now saying that side view mirror is not here and we cannot give it to you. Even today on June 20 when I made a call to them and they are saying it is yet not done. Every day they are saying come tomorrow.
                          I am requesting humbly to please intervene in to the matter and direct them to do it as soon as fast. Already I have lost to much money and time and getting mental tired after talking everyday and getting the same answer.

                            The issue that I have experienced was: Engine was giving lot of smoke and vibration was there in the engine so dealer repaired the engine and gave me back after 2 month but after travelling again only 500 hundreds km the engine break down in bihar in highway in mid night the we called up at 1 am in midnight to 24 ×7hyndai customer service no one picked up the call again we rang Customer care at 6 am and the car was towed to krrish Hyundai kankar Bagh patna and his under repair and still under repair we are totally fedup with this car

                            It occurred on: 20/06/2019

                            This meant that For 2 months we without car and had to travel in auto and bike but after getting the car after 2 months we thought that everything will be okay but after again 1 day the car broke down and whole night we were on the road with my family

                              We have Hyundai Motors India's service center in Rajnandgaon from where we have purchased the Elite I20 Auto car on 30/04/2019. So far, neither registration copy has been received nor we have received the original invoice. When we had talk to Mr. goverdhan (Mobile number [protected]) about registration and invoices, then we do not respond properly and we were told that it has not come yet and today (19/06/2019) it has been 15-20 days, still we have not got.

                              We bought the elite i20 car from a bank loan. The bank's manager is asking us everyday that why we have not yet submitted our registration copy and invoice copy to the bank.

                              Mr. goverdhan says that the registration copy has not been received from the RTO office yet but they have not issued any invoice of Hyundai so far. We have asked the Rajnandgaon RTO office, they said it does not take more than 10 days to get the registration. And Hyundai has not been issued the registration and also Original Invoice in 1.5 months.

                              We request you to take strict action against Mr. Goverdhan and team, so that this type of mistakes should not be repeated in future.

                                I purchased a New car 31 may 2019 but the bount of right side is more space than left side and air bouble in head light it's manufacturer defects or dealers defect .the company cheat me the car is damage before delivery to me I have phone to m b Hyundai the delear is also not take proper action and not provide any time good response to me then I have many times phone

                                  I have booked a Venue Car in Malikipuram Show Room, E.G.Dt. For the same i faced a lot of problem. They are charging too much of extra cost like Handling Charges, Logistics Charges, Essential Kit etc...

                                  I am facing a lot of problem. For the same a raised a complaint on Lakshmi Hyundai to Our Deputy Transport Authority.
                                  So much Price Variation is therein Lakshmi Hyundai when compared to other Show Rooms

                                  Please take necessary action on Lakshmi Hyundai and Save the People

                                  I own a Hyundai Creta which I bought on October 2016. My car has shown areas of rusting in upper areas of the front doors in the inside. I am deeply saddened by this as this is a premium vehicle which I had to give 17 lakh rupees.
                                  I didn't expect such a situation from Hyundai.

                                    I recently purchased a car HYUNDAI VENUE on 14/06/2019. From till date i have an issue in car's mic. I am not able to use voice commands i.e call to rahul, navigate to Jaipur, etc. Or i am also not able to voice conversation woth phone call because i heard caller voice but caller didn't heard my voice this is implied that car have an serious mic issues.. but sometimes when i start my car this mic is working properly for couple of seconds but after few seconds misbehaving and malfunctioning again.. this is so irritating and feel so shameful, when i drive with some guest or family member.
                                    Sir, I recently purchase this car and such kind of issue in newly purchased car is so disappointing to me. I was decided to changed company from Maruti to Hyundai beacuse somebody told me this is better then Maruti but your service is so wrost then maruti.. i must say Maruti still have good market and best services then hyundai..
                                    Sir, I am an advocate and in my city i am first owner of Hyundai venue but when people ask me what's new in this car and I am totally speechless and feel so shameful. Beacuse I am not able to to use blue link and not able to receive phone calls in car.. it's so embarrassing and disappointing to me. Everyone said venue is wrost car and hyundai still not resolve my issue it will definitely down Hyundai goodwill. I think choosing hyundai is my very bad decisions i never suggest in my family to buy hyundai cars.
                                    But now a day i waste my 12lakhbin your car, So please resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will resale this car to you . And never ever recommend to buy Hyundai car to anyone known to me and I swear for that.

                                    Microphone issue in venue while making calls. Caller does not hear my voice. What has to be done. Bought car on 22nd of june 2019
                                    Same issue I am also facing with my new Venue
                                    still there is no update how many time i complaint in company but there respond or update
                                    Also having the same problem, didn't got any solution from hyundai customer service and showroom maintenance is totally blank about mic error

                                      I have purchased Hyundai I10 Grand Asta on 10th March 2019 from M/s Rahul Motors, Sankarmutt Road, Shimoga, Karnataka. I have finalized the purchase and bought it. I have been told by my friend that M/s Hyundai Motor India extend the benefit of corporate discount to Government servants and pension holders. This information was not informed by the sales person in the show room upon insistence and conversion he admitted and told that the record required is not sufficient.
                                      I would like to inform that I have been relieved from service on 28thFeb2019 . The company totally closed down and initiated the process of pension payment for that they gave individual letter to concerned person and PF office for the same (The letter is attached with this mail) the same was given to show room person.
                                      It is almost three month over I have not got any benefit from M/s Hyundai and show room person are keep on saying the document is insufficient which is not correct .
                                      Wish some good sense will prevail and extend the benefit to me as it is been given to others
