    Hi, i am from deepali nagar, nashik. I want to reactivate my internet connection (User id-amolsc). I am continuously doing with ion office team at nashik since last friday i. E. 3.7.2020. But, there is no response & my internet connection is not yet reactivated. Need support to resolve the matter urgently.

      Los light is red (Optic fiber connector is broken)
      Been waiting since a week and can’t afford to wait more..
      Without my knowledge and without visiting the place uh people are marking the problem as resolved and mentioning the fake time..
      If not fixed it will force me to report n complaint the issue further..
      Please fix it only the connector is broken it will not even take 5 mins for the technichian
      I need a quick response from ion n team no one in the customer care is receiving the call..
      Hope uh understand the covid-19 situation n help accordingly its difficult to work from home..
      This is the worst ever experience ever from ion
      And if this is not solved i will recommend ion to anyone else.

        I am using ion internet for 4.5 years.
        Last year during rainy season, my router got spoiled as lan wire that came from window was filled with water from inside and it got carried to my router.
        In a good faith and minding this as somewhat accidental cause, i changed my router.

        This year again router is spoiled due to exactly same reason. Ion is expected to bring a proper lan wire that would not carry water to router however their local office and customer care are of opinion that they can’t help this matter and asked me to change a router again.

          I have provided shifting request from mumbai naka to rane nagar bus stop, new cidco 1 month back.
          No one is taking care of the same. The no provided not responding, if responded then its not in my area call on this no with end 71, if i call that no he again gives another no, this sequence is going on from last 15-20 days.

          Very third class service by i-on

            My wifi is not working so i called one of the service providers but he refused to come help me because it was past 5pm, saying he is done with work so now i am helpless and cannot carry important work due to no wifi. Because of the pandemic as we know that most o[censored]s have to work from home and wifi is very important. I am helpless, kindly provide help asap

              I am suffering from internet issue from so many days...
              I have wifi connection of i-on internet.
              Regarding this issue... I am trying to contact with you via so many numbers of yours...
              Then also nobody is receiving my call; some contacts are not reachable...
              Now - a-days, your internet connection is slow and not well; due to that i am unable to do my office work...
              Really, you disappointed me...
              Then also i am humbly requesting you to please co-operate me; and solve my internet issue as early as possible.

              My name is Sagar Patwardhan and I reside at Thana Naka, Panvel. My internet connection also has been down since the morning of 9th June. All efforts to contact them have turned futile. Phones are out of network or they just keep ringing.

              During the pandemic when Work From Home is so important, the internet service makes things the most difficult.

                From last 5 days there is no internet service at home. Power supply resumed from 2days but still they are not able to find solution for internet problem. Other service provider's internet is working very smoothly. Now i want to change my internet service provider but this company ion has forcefully taken 6months plan charges from me plus installation charges which very befor company said no charge for new connection. Now i can't change my provider as i paid for 6month salso there is no speed of internet. I am from lonavala.

                  I've been using their services for quite some time now. While most other internet service provider's service is uninterrupted in kharghar, navi mumbai,, my internet isn't working from the last 3 days.

                  Complaints with customer care, local office have yielded no results apart from fake promises. Now the customer care is not reachable via the phone. I called up the area manager and he insulted me saying he made a mistake by receiving my call. I'd renewed only before a few days and i've lost all hope that the services can resume as the people involved appear incapable and resorting to providing incorrect information.

                  The area manager's response was outrageous and totally unacceptable. You don't talk to a customer who has been loyal to you for so many years in such uncourteous manner. We call because we pay and we believe that getting service and a proper, responsible answer is our right as consumers.

                  I urge the top bosses to take a serious note of this and give a feedback if they initiate and inquiry into this.

                    Hello team ion,

                    Awaiting your response, for 2 days, i have not been able to access the internet. Still not responding to me, how irresponsible you guys are. This very frustrating and misbehavior with the long-running customers.

                    Continuously, trying to reach your service engineer and again and again, he refused the call and closed the raised ticket-tkt3585986 without any prior notification/closed issue.

                    This is really unacceptable. Henceforth, seriously we need to think to continue with the ion team for further subscription.

                    I have raised another ticket-tkt3603069, i hope your team takes the necessary action and resolves the issue as soon as possible.

                    I raised two tickets for to solve the issue still the service engineer refuse to attend to resolve the issue.

                    Are you kidding? I am getting the issue for 4days my internet not working and you guys continually closed the tickets without resolutions.

                              I waited for 15 minutes to get connected to ION Customer service, and as soon as I got connected this stupid representative hangs up on me without saying anything... I asked him his name he said "Arshad" thats it and just hung up. He was not at all in a mood to talk. Is this the customer service we're supposed to expect from ION everytime we call.?

                                Service is pathetic. The connection gets down again and again, and when you call at the office, they pick at once, notes the issue, but no technician visit for days. And when called again no one picks up. While collecting payment, they send someone within half an hour but no one while solving the issue. No value of customers, they just want money.

                                    This is the worst internet provider i have seen. no internet for 25 days...even after frequent follow up no one to respond. guy came and activated the internet which worked for a week and again it is not working since 5 days. problem is repeatative and company seems to be a fraud.

                                      I am not getting connected to ion network facing wifi network issue from yesterday once the request was raised but till now facing same issue i m unable to connect with any one not even online msging apps i have to do my office work kindly solve the issue in priority or else we need to change the broadband connection and opt for some other company who ll provide me better services than your company
