I took new broadband connection from ion for 6 months. I paid whole money at a time for these 6 months. Then the issue comes up after 10 days of connection. I called so many times to customer care. Every time they are creating new ticket, but none of the tickets are not resolved. Technicians, customer care whole team is very negligent on customer issues. Please take action on these kind of cheaters[ion] who is eating innocent public money.
Same issue. Rajamony was the person whom we paid the money for an entire year. I have complained for nearly 15 times in the last 30 days. Horrible internet. Horrible people. Let's drag these guys to consumer court.

Yes. You are right. They are looting lot of public money under this broadband internet services. They should be punish by consumer court.
I took new broadband connection from ion for 2 to 3 years in nashik city .I paid regularly monthly charges but last few month I called customer care and technicians about net connection but problem is not solved by the technicians. And also when we called on land line number no one can response to take telephone that time they give the answer technicians are visited to your area but noboady can response. Whole i on team is very negligent about the customers issues.
So I requested to you please take seriously action about these queries. Thank you.

    I have purchased 1 year internet plan from I-On Broadbrand (contact No. [protected])
    Username: gv_madhusudan
    Last 5 months I have been facing problem of slow browsing speed. I have put complain many times but each time I have been told by the net provider that the govt. has stopped this plan and hence you are getting slow browsing speed and if I want better speed I should upgrade. Please note that I have purchased 1 year internet plan after the test demo by the net provider on my devices. I expect that the net provider should provide the same browsing speed throughout the plan.

      I am in MIT manipal and ion provides internet here I have been complaining about my lan not working for past a month and they Everytime say you conpalin has been registered and when I call they say no complain on your name has been registered
      When the semester started they said the wire is cut so it will take whole of August to repair so I said nothing but now it's September 15 and no one has come till now and I am tired of complaining against them this is too much now
      Take action ION
      Half the time the internet is not working, and when I call on their office number they ignore me.its a repeated issue.

        Internet doesn't work in the morning and evening time... When i call the customer care they disconnect the line.. And when kept on calling my call was answered after 5.25 sec. On top of that when asked why is the issue being on a regular basis an agent from vashi, sec-14 customer care tells, "aisa hi hoga thode din ke liye, thoda adjust kro" i mean which company tells treat's their customers like this... Gonna switch to you broadband which is gmfar better than you guys... Pathetic service...

          When will sbi improve its functioning.. Its so irritating to deal..

            My name is Snehal Thakur. I am using i-on internet services since 1 and a half year. For the month of june i started getting frequent discontinuation in internet services. I raised complain on 20th june 2016 and that got resolved on 30th june 2016 and for that too I followed up every day. I did not receive any positive response on my complain however I got pathetic customer service who are not ready to help consumer. I was given fake promises every day. I requested for a call back that i got after 4 days. That was too frustrating. Afterwards on 2nd july 2016 i faced new issue and that too took 3 days to resolve resulting into mental igony. And now i came to know that they have degraded my plan from 1mbps to 512mbps without any information. I want compensation for mental tourture.               I am using broadband service by ION. Dvois is the parent company. On 12 March 2016 two payments were made of 1144 each as one was showing unsuccessful. But later both the payments were accepted and when i called the customer care they said they will refund me one of the payment. I have been calling the customer care almost 4 times a week. All i get is a promise that i will get a refund or extend one months service. But that does not happen. I have also mailed to the customer care email but did not receive any response.

                My self anwar ansari. I had taken a connection of i-on wireless axs company before 3 month now the problem is my connection is not working from last 8 days. I had complaint from last 5 days to the consent company person but i am not getting a proper reply. Every time i call them they always say my technician will be there to solve your problem. Till now date no body has come to solve the problem and they are talking to rude to me and making so much excuses. I had warned them i will take a legal action about your company then also there is not a person coming to solve my problem.
                Its my humble request to you please look after my matter and help me out.

                  D-vois SSV Broadband: Lousy customer service - no internet since 3 days and every time one calls the call center - it takes at least 4 mins for some person (unhelpful and lacking common sense) to come on line. After 4 calls (over 3 days) when I was promised that they would send the Technician; there still is no resolution and no technician! The promptness you show in cutting off the internet before the 1 month expires, is nowhere to be seen in dealing with the patchy and absolutely hapless internet connection. A disaster is how one can term this. I'd rather call this 'Devious and Devoid of customer interests' instead of 'D-vois'... Ladies and gentlemen please opt for a better service provider!

                    Above mentioned are my used id and reg number, I have requested the ion customer care on 18th of march 2016, to shift my connection from Vashi to Ulwe, as i have shifted my house from vashi to ulwe. They promised me in a day or two their executive will come over here to set the cable and configure the connection. everyday since i used to call them to get the status of my request, they used to say the agent would come over tge next day. till today (may 1st 2016) no one came here to set the connection. when ever i call the customer care, i get a msg once after the call i hung up that the issue gas been rectified.
                    i had made calls for more than 150 rupees to customer care even then the issue werent resolved.
                    i have recharged my account on 15th, but since i have shifted and they have not transfered the connection these 15 days i got it wasted.
                    due to this i missed a job opertunity.

                      I have got internet services provided by i-on (Fka dvois ssv) both at my home & office buts service is very really bad.

                      All of a sudden internet gets disconnected everyday. Even though their engineer attends the problem, it becomes very frustrating to call them every now and then to register a complaint. Also, engineer never comes on time.

                          Have I-On DVois {SSV }, broadband services; just upgraded to 10 Mbps Unlimited (no fair usage); since 4th of March;
                          Paid full year advance of Rs 11, 640/-.

                            I received a mail from cashunit r.b.i-online.[protected]@hotmail.com sent to my email id advocate.[protected]@gmail.com containing a letter stating to receive an unclaimed amount and submission of personal information. Now if the mail using the name of RBI is fake then my request to the RBI authority to take step against the unknown sender. Hence it is very unfortunate that some one send mail in the name of RBI and RBI has no security policy to prevent this type of mailing system which is spoiling the honest and goodwill of RBI. please response to my complain.

                              Good morning, The customer service provided by this company is extremely poor. Mr. Gurujeet Singh from the Nerul office is completely useless and disrespectful. I have been using the internet service provided by SSV for a couple of years now but there is no proper customer service provided by the nerul office. It has been more than 4 weeks the wifi at my home is not working. Even after several complaints and paying the bill for this month there is no response from the company. The toll free number given is just for the sake of providing a number to fool the customers. I'm done with requesting and now I demand a response from the executives in Nerul office to get my problem with the internet solved. Pronit Chatterjee

                                  On 23rd May 2014 have paid 600/- monthly charges for unlimited internet service for 30 days and got internet connection from "i-on wireless axs" company, Navi Mumbai. and also paid 500 for installation charges. Company person promised me to provide 30 days unlimited internet service. But they did not provide service for all 30 days. Many times there were connection problems so that internet was not working. For that month total 4-5 days it was not working. Now after 30 days that is on 22nd Jun 2014 they disconnected the connection and asking me to pay for further service. I am asking refund to them for that 4 days on which they did not provide any service. But they refused to refund my money. They lied to me and cheated me. They did not even reply to my e-mail. For that complete month I faced lot of problems and mental harassment because of this company. I want your help for justice sir, please help me sir. I don't know how to approach this situation.                                     On 26th Jun 2014, I purchased wifi router from I-ON company for Rs. 1500/-, who is providing Internet services through cable in our area, is not providing Bill for same purchase. Requested them, but executives of company informed that we never provide the bills for same kind of purchase. Since Company is mention for 3 years warranty period for this router . We need a Bill to secure the warranty period. Need your intervention for the compliant .

                                      These guys are not returning me my money that I have already paid to them from my credit card. Also when I give them a call they are making fake promises that they would give me a call back but they are never calling me back. Also its more than a month now and I have given so many calls to them but they never tried to help me out. I have even shared my credit card statement with them but they are not listening to me at all. Apart from that its really frustrating when there advisor manish walia gives wrong information . There advisor manish walia advised me to got to the consumenr court if I am facing any issues with them. So I am registering a complaint here. They do not want to give my money back I think. Due to all this I am facing mental harassment. Increased Mobile Bills as I HAVE GIVEN SO MANY CALLS TO THEM I am also Felling dis-respectful due to manish walia as he was very rude also I am feeling cheated as they promised a call back but never have one
