My internet is not working since 5 th aug 2020 .Earlier also it was under brekdown for 10-12 days in july 2020
Nobody is bothered in the company customer care dept never lifts the phone I want refund of my subscription for this period of 1 month I have written mail and talked to local franchise...

I have given complaint on 4th of august, on 8th august one engineer came and said internet wire has got cut and need to be adjusted. He said, he will come on 9th august and will repair the things. I am facing these network issue from mornig. I logged complaint in afternoon and chasing them from hen still they didnt came to resolve issue. What pathetic service is this? Its month end they really dont seem to bother they are just not picking th call and keeping it in airplane mode.. So disgusting...

Last year i have bought 6m unlimited plan in around rs 4000
My plan is going to expire now after one year
When check the plan it has been increased to 2 to 3 times in cost
Also there is no monthly and quarterly plan available

We need some action to be taken against this and rate to reduced...
