      My internet is not working since 5 th aug 2020 .Earlier also it was under brekdown for 10-12 days in july 2020
      Nobody is bothered in the company customer care dept never lifts the phone I want refund of my subscription for this period of 1 month I have written mail and talked to local franchise

            I have given complaint on 4th of august, on 8th august one engineer came and said internet wire has got cut and need to be adjusted. He said, he will come on 9th august and will repair the things. Till now no one has again visited my place and rectified the complaint. This is 4th time i'm giving the complaint. Irresponsible things are happening by not rectifying the given complaints. But for renewal these people will make you irritate like anything and call to me for twice in a day or thrice in a day. If we give a complaint it is taking lot of time and very irresponsible.

              Respected Sir,
              I have taken an I-on wifi connection from my local internet provider and he also a cable operator.My package is ION 50m-15oul-3oul-free.I paid a sum of Rs 3600/-on 28/6/2020.My wifi does not work properly at all.Most of the time my wifi does not work . And from last 7days my wifi connection is not at working.I am tired of complaining to my local internet operator but he does not have any customer sevice at all.Even I directly lodged a complaint to the customer care of Ion internet services they gave me an ticket number ie 3822563.After that no response at all. Please do the rightful.

                First of all i have been without internet for last 2 days. Los light flashing. Not resolved. I have missed an important meeting today as a result of this.

                Second, my internet package expires today. I have been trying to renew using app. Firstly it does not even recognise to renew the package i am on. When i try to change the package the payment screen is charging a completely different amount to the cost of the package.

                      I oftenly telling you about our internet range... Then also permanent solution is not getting from you... Our internet plan is 10mbps... But range is not well always... You are really disappointed to us...

                        Hi, my net plan is 60 mbps and internet is working literally slow and in speed test showing 0.23 mbps speed and not able to open any website and it is affecting my work from home productivity kindly provide the faster resolution asap. Kindly expedite the same

                          I am facing these network issue from mornig. I logged complaint in afternoon and chasing them from hen still they didnt came to resolve issue. What pathetic service is this? Its month end they really dont seem to bother they are just not picking th call and keeping it in airplane mode.. So disgusting

                            Last year i have bought 6m unlimited plan in around rs 4000
                            My plan is going to expire now after one year
                            When check the plan it has been increased to 2 to 3 times in cost
                            Also there is no monthly and quarterly plan available

                            We need some action to be taken against this and rate to reduced

                              I had raised a complaint 3 days ago saying my wifi is not working. It's still in 'not started' status. We called up the person who had assisted us with connection, several times since last 3 days but he has been saying it will be done in half an hour, by evening, by next day etc. It's been 3 days and he has now kept his phone switched off. Worst service ever... We have recharged until october and are not able to use it at all. Also, we have faced this kind of issue multiple times before but no one is helping us with a permanent solution. Every single day the internet drops and we are feeling so helpless with no one to reach to. We are working from home and in last 5 months we had to stay off work almost 10 times due to this wifi issue. We do not get paid on days we don't work but we have paid your wifi charges already in advance. Please atleast give us proper service.

                                I have taken broadband for my home from ion and since i have taken this connection. I am getting frequent disconnection problem. Since the current scenario of lockdown in india. It is mandatory to have continuous internet connection. Please look into this and resolve asap.

                                  I have been facing issue with promised bandwidth per my subscription. Can some someone please look into this on priority.

                                        My internet is down since[protected].
                                        Since then i am trying to reach their customer care but no response yet. After 5-6 days of internet breakdown their technician called me asking about the problem. This was happening too frequently. They were not fixing the issues on time. As i work from home so internet is essential and so i decided to discontinue services from ion. I have asked for refund but they have never responded since my first email on[protected].
