Internet is not available last 20 minute, LOS option red is blinking continuously, I also try it switch off then on the switch but still its not working and internet is not available .

    Address: I-ON Fibre Mumbai

    We got a new wifi connection from I-ON Fibre in December 2019. From March 2020 till date we have no WiFi connection. I have paid for Rs15000/- for a full year subscription valid till Jan 2021.
    I have called the company repeated and complained but no one has bothered to resolve my issue since months.
    I want a refund

                The wifi is connected to the devices but we are enable to utilise the network.
                We have also tried to fix it by switching it off and on but it's not getting fix.

                  My net is down on 10th September and no one yet addressed the issue after contacting ion office through phone plus personal. They always giving false promises.

                  Service of i-on is very pathetic and bad in Nerul Navi Mumbai.

                    Hello,
                    This is ankur kelkar. My user id number is si_ankur204. I am facing internet speed issue in every 2-3days. After 4 to 5 times calling to provider i'm getting response and they are taking so much time like full day for fix the problem. I am doing work from home and thats why i have taken this plan i. E. 50mbps for 6 months. But for this issue its affected on my work and i faced salary cut for a day because of this.
                    So, its a humble request to you to solve this problem which i am facing.

                      Im highly disappointed with I-on as i find this is the most ### ISP in india. Being a Sme CUSTOMER, they cannot provide its CUSTOMERs basic uptime service and to top it off, they dont have working CUSTOMER care numbers. Stupid ION and its service. Highly regret spending on annual plans with it. Negative rating from my side.

                        I have taken a NEW Broadband WIFI Connection on 28 Aug 2020 but till date Iam not able to use WIFI and I have made payment for a year subcription.
                        I have asked for REFUND but No Reply and No Solution to Disconnection. I have made several complaints on Phone and Email but not received any answer till date.

                          Irresponsible staff members even does not answer any call poor service...
                          Also my net has been shut from last 20 days no response given by service provider... And even when staff members receive call they argue with us and mostly they does not even received call...
                          Delay in solving queries very poor service
                          I m completely dissatisfied with services u should take care of Mumbra branch properly... staff members are pathetic...

                            My internet is struggling to get me 2 mbps, however they are charging me for 60mbps. No other devices connected to wifi. On my single device i am getting 2mbps speed that's it. Raised multiple requests but no resolution nor any response on that. Request closed without any communication. My id is ankit_94. Please look into this issue.

                              My user name is nbc_hemant1983 and I am using ION since 2 years almost.
                              All seems well before the Corona pendamic started.
                              After this I have raised at least 20 complaints so far and the response and the time required to resolve the issue is pathetic.
                              You can only raise complaints through the App. There is not a single phone number that is available to complaint. Even the phone numbers given on the sites are not working which is shame for the company. We can not escalate the issues as there is no escalation matrix given to the customers.
                              I have lost all faith in this now and I am searching for a better connection to through this ION connection from my home.

                                This is might be India's worst service provider. I-on internet disconnected very frequent with no reason, customer care person tooks ample of time to resolve a complaint such as power On, plugged or unplugged error, restart of modem irrespective of distance between office and customer (within 100 meter). Lodge a complaint on 25.08.2020 at 11.00 Am with ticket no. TKT3903185, for no internet from 24.08.2020 at 20.30 pm onwards. The reason is related to power supply which could not resolve in more than 40 hrs. There attitudes are like typical government officers you have to request them, pleased them, beg for support.
                                Even though they are not providing senior's contact number or email address. I-on do not have grievance redressal mechanism, everything settled at there level at there own discretion.

                                  First of all frequently connection issue and they close the ticket without my knowledge.
                                  The customer care never receive the call and does not respond. Experience the worst service ever.kindly resolve the issue asap.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have yearly subscription since from last 2 months internet is not working properly and though i have 10mbps speed package i am only getting 2-3mbps.
                                    Which is unethical and i am raising this in consumer forum as cheating grievances on public by giving false commitment
                                    And even after raising so many compliant no one come to check and to resolve the issue.
                                    If you guys dont give proper service then refund my whole money back I don’t want such stupid connection of yours.

                                        My internet has been down since almost 10 days now, and i have been following up with the customer care person daily but the issue still has not been resolved. I asked the customer care executive to give me the contact information of local office, but they refused to do so. I also requested them to cancel my subscription and refund my amount but they have staright away refused the same. They are always ready with new excuses each day. Everyday i hear that it will be resolved by tomorrow or today, but theres no action yet. Worst experience ever. I had recently paid 6000 for a one year plan, and now i am stuck with such third grade service.
