    This is the worst internet provider i have seen. no internet for 25 days...even after frequent follow up no one to respond. guy came and activated the internet which worked for a week and again it is not working since 5 days. problem is repeatative and company seems to be a fraud.

      I am not getting connected to ion network facing wifi network issue from yesterday once the request was raised but till now facing same issue i m unable to connect with any one not even online msging apps i have to do my office work kindly solve the issue in priority or else we need to change the broadband connection and opt for some other company who ll provide me better services than your company
      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        This is to inform you that ive got 10mbps speed but i think ion has fooled us every one hour ive to restart my wifi connection such a bad experience and such a bad service network doesnt stay for more than 1 hour
        If you're not able to fix this problem i need my refund

        Such a bad experience network doesnt stay for more than one hour is this the way you service i understand its lockdown going on but water is going beyond the neck better resolve this or i need my refund stop frauding people

            My name is laxman kurmanna jakleti, i am the user of i-on internet and my user i'd is r1d_505.

            Please note that recently, i have made payment on 28.03.2020 of amount ₹449/- transaction no.4680421.

            I am writing this mail, i made payment but my connection is not renewed last 29days.

            I already raised ticket 10 to 15 times, mailed to rekha gupta and complaint to i on customer care & manager [protected],[protected] nahur west village road, mumbai. however, the problem is not resolved till now, i am unable to use internet facilities.

            Could please check and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              Hi,
              My registered number is [protected].

              On saturday (April 18), my internet stopped working and later that day, i saw that the modem's los light is red. I raised a ticket later that day to notify the issue and the ticket was marked as resolved even though the internet didn't started working.

              I called ion support early yesterday (April 19th) to notify the issue and i was told that they will send a technician to fix the issue and yet it took another day for the issue to be resolved i. E. On april 20.

              My brother went to the local office just to check out what they are doing about my issue. As reference to my previous complaint, the manager and the staff at ion local office in mumbra is as rude as possible. I don't care who they are, the staff is annoying and rude and they usually talk the same always.

              I and my brother work from home abiding the lock down and with this constant issues, our work is affected heavily. I have let you guys go for a lot of times but not this time.

              Today on april 21st, my the los light on the modem turned red in the morning at around 9.30 a. M. And i reported the issue like i usually do and yet there's no one here to fix the issue.

              The ion connection at my place goes down after a few weeks for several days at end.in march 2020, the internet was down for 5 days due to los red light issue and this month isn't any different.

              Either compensate me for all the days i have lost and yes, it isn't 7-8 days so you can check your records and tally the number of days the internet was down. Or i will be disconnecting the connections of other ion users in my building and thankfully, there are many that you cannot handle since almost all the connections are from ion suffering the same issues day in and day out.
              I-On internet not working, just 6 days ago I recharged or renewed my plan via online ion app it worked but since 2 days it stopped working and it's showing active there as shown in screenshot below I have also restarted router and also contact the service provider but still not working please tell what to do next
              I am xyz even my wife from two months my wifi speed is very slow it is very poor

                Dear Team,

                My name is Ninad Joshi

                My internet was not working since yesterday evening.

                I have raised the ticket for the same.
                Ticket No: TKT3438178

                Also send an email to the support team at [protected]@i-on.in

                But the issue is not resolved.

                Then today morning i have again contact to my service provider and again he raised a new Ticket with the same issue.

                New Ticket No: TKT3439117

                In call he told me a technician will come to my place in between 12.30 p.m. - 1 p.m.
                But at present no one is come and he put his mobile number switched off.

                Due to this issue my work is getting hampered.

                Also customer care number which is on google[protected] is invalid.

                And another customer care number [protected] (Vashi head office) is ringing but no one is answered.

                Could you please help me check the issue and revert back ASAP.

                  During such an intense situation (Covid-19) our management has advised us to work from home and in the middle of the meeting internet service goes down and the important call meeting gets disconnected and i am not able to do any further office work due to their internet service i face the loss and my productivity goes down and i loose the credits in my career. Due to this internet service i am facing lot of issues because everytime their service will be down and after raising complaint they take full day to solve it and till that how should i work. I pay internet charges to do work and they in every month i face this similar issue and i am fed up writing the complaints. Please take legal action against them there could be many sufferers like me. Thank you

                    I have internet connection from ion. From last 4 days internet connection not working. I called local office ion office in chandivali mhada colony and registered the compliant. Compliant was register and lady told she will send someone. Next i called them again as no one was send. 1st they told compliant was not register but after agrument they agreed and again told they will send someone. But not again. I am continuously following with them no response.

                      I purchased ion broadband service few days back. I bought a plan of 150 mbps but they are giving only 60 mbps speed. Initially they told it eill increase
                      But it didn't. Even after giving numerous complaints, they are closing complaint without rectifying issue. Still my speed is 50 mbps. Other service providers give atleast 90% of promised speed. But ion not even giving 50%.
                      Really poor service. Looting the customer. My contact no is [protected]

                        Ion internet going worst day by day. When i took a connection for 3 month's it's working fine and then after i renew my plan and internet stops every day at the same time that is 11 am to 4 pm. And it goes on for nearly 15 days. I put a complaint through an app and when i called them then they haven't even received my call and after they received i explained my problem to them so he told me our man will come and resolve your problem.

                        When i ask for an extension then they told me we can't give you any extension because the problem solved within time. So basically i paid 500 rupees for the internet but no use to me.
                        After the end of the month, the care person called me and told to recharge my account. I told them please extend my internet because the internet was not working for almost 15 days.

                        After i renewed my internet because i need the internet. On the next day again red light is visible. I wait for the whole day to come person and repair my internet but no one came and on the next day the internet automatically start. When i call them they were not picking my call. After that almost month's end again there call to recharge account and i told no to them because they had not extended my internet.

                        After i renewed again the same problem. There is red light visible and when i call them they didn't answer my call which is so irritating.

                        Please either extend my internet plans or refund my money.
                        Wifi not working from today morning...n since 15 days lot of network issue plz resolve the problem asap...
                        Even, after paying huge amount of service till we, the customers face atleast
                        10-15 times internet issue in a month.
                        Kindly, requesting you sir/madam to look into this matter.

                          If there is any other word than bad and worse experience then that would be better for ion. # service and bad customer care support.
                          1. They charge 500rs for 28days in those 28 days half of the days you will face wire or connection problems.
                          2. Then after problem arrived they will ask concern person to look for it then that person will come according to his time till that time customer will wait and warm his # on the bed waiting to get fix his internet and resume his work.
                          3. When finally you lose temper and go to the nearest ofc then people will say sir we have one person he is now in other area he will come sir. So company has only one person to fix hundreds of customers problem??
                          4. When you ask customer care about the problem that they are charging for 28days and every month at least once or twice they having problems and because of that they should give you extension in days then they will tell you to mail and wait for more 2, 3 days to receive txt.

                          This is a what ion does with customer please please please don't go with ion

                            No matter how many times i raise a complaint the internet issue lives. I have subscribed for 40 gbps unlimited plan but all i get is 15-25 gpbs.. All they have to say is "there is a problem with your router" how many routers are we suppose to change.. Ion just don't have the potential to deliver. Also they close the complaint ticket without even resolving the issue. I've been with them for couple of years now.. Will change to some other provider.. Highly disappointed in ssv ion broadband.

                              Hi, i have been facing issues such as slow and intermittently working internet. i'm an active stock trader and have literally lost 1000s due to ions mediocre internet service. the connection disconnects every couple of minutes and the complaints get closed without being attended to. the speed is pathetic and even the cable connector crimping is done unprofesionally causing incessant disconnections resulting in monetary losses for the buisnesses that depend on that.

                                My ID was generated successfully, but later no connection is done till date.
                                I have escalated this issue several times to customer care and central office and been taking follow everyday but no response.
                                Look into the matter on priority or wale I will go to consumer forum with this kind of pathetic service.

                                  Dear ion team,

                                  I have never seen such pathetic service from any of my service providers. Your team is inefficient and irresponsible. The complaint is taken but customer service is not botthered to ask whether the customer is satisfied or not. Just of the sake of taking complaint, complaint is taken.

                                  I have paid the amount for the whole 1 year and i do not want to continue any more. I have repeatedly complaining and also have sent written communication but i think the senior leadership team is not bothered about it. Really very sorry to say this.

                                    I have subscribed 100mbps plan and the internet sometimes work and sometime doesnot work.. Why this # happen.. And also wehn the internet works the speed is slow.. I got around 30mbps download speed.. Why i on why? Why would recharge 100mbps? Should not i recharge 30mbps plan with less money?? I just wasted my money with i on.. If the issue won't fix i will leave i on brodband.. Just waste of money.. Whn i call my isp provider of santipur nadia they says that this problem is normal it cant be fixed.. Lol... No more i on again.. I will leave i on after my plan expies

                                        Local support not responding for calls. No network since yesterday. The guy Sukharam gives one different excuse each time we call. Still the issue is not resolved
