I am using i on internet since last 6 years... but since 6 years my internet is not working very well... very low speed, sometimes no internet at all, fluctuating speed... i try to complaint there representative but he does not pick up call... there office number always stay not available or wrong ( the number they have given on internet ) ... now there is work from home and i couldn't work very well because of this internet... need to take serious action against this company!!

I am writing this complaint second time and there is no proper fix of the wifi connection issue. My id is pooja_khanna. No body answer the call or respond properly on the issue of no internet access. My router is not working and second light is just blinking. My address is 202 b ranadevi bldg, sector 20, near ram mandir, cbd belapur, navi mumbai-400614

The connection is never stable, it loses connection every 15-20 mins and I have. I need to work online from Home. and I need to connect with Office PC through a VPN. It requires a minimum speed of 4 Mbps. I have a plan of 8 Mbps.
Connection loses often times while working due to lack of speed. Speed get reduces at 0.5 to 2 Mbps most of the time.

I have applied for internet connection last week, since one week I am following up on customer care number, no every time they said it will installed tommorow but not yet installed, today I asked Mr Anil, customer care I want to talk to your superior, he disconnected my phone. Not at all happy with your service and this kind of service not at all appreciated, pre installation if I am getting this service then what will be post installation service ?

The main wire connected to wifi is broken down.

Wire has been cut and I am able to connect my mobile with wifi but no data connection is showing.

There is no internet from last 12-24 hours. The connection is never stable, it loses connection every 15-20 mins and I have to remove the adapter & start again. No complaints are answered & closed without Customer's consent. When you call on the number the normal wait time is 15 mins. Very poor service.

From may 2021 internet not working regularly.
In Month of May-2021 I raise more than 6-7 times ticket on ion app.
When they resolve issue internet working 1 or 2 days than face same issue...

Iam facing internet issue from last night red light is flickering in my router who's indiactee los for the wifi it's been 3rd or fourth time this month and no staff of local service provider is responding me with the problem or helping out...reslove my problem for this or else I will change this service to any other provider after my expiry of this recharge.

Dear Managment,

This is shoeb manik my customer ID is manik218 & mobile no:-[protected] a member more then 1 year.

I am writing this mail to you to complain regarding references. I had refer to my brother via customer care and went to mumbra ion office for connection the lady after asking its refer so she told us their is no beetel machine available right now it will take 3 to 4 days for installing. Then i had complained to the manager he had sent 1 person to my brother address to install.

But the person visited my brother house and told the point is far from installing point and the rain is coming it will be break from winds and not able to install the connection.

My point is being the greatest network why ion person is not installing n giving the excuses of wind or wire is thin as other local wifi provider is providing the wifi in tue same address.

I request you to look in to the matter as being ion is the greatest wifi provider in mumbra not accept such a silly excuse from your team.

For the past 5 days there is no Internet connection in WiFi. The quality has also dropped significantly. Please look into this matter or we would have to switch to other ISP.

The owner of ion cable in ulwe sec 19 he took money 2400 for new installation after taking money he does not give us anything he doesn't started cable I can show the screen shot he took money on Sunday till now he have done nothing so this how worst ion is ? This is how you provide worst service if I did not get call tomorrow or I did not get refund I will show this on media what is this you doing how worst iOn is taking money and no work doing worst people worst stuff

It is so irritating that the ION customer care number is not working, not the freaking app & neither the website.
What kind of an ISP is this???
My office work is hampered, is ION going to pay????

Internet not working since 3 days. When raised complaints via app, the ticket was closed without resolution and no update. On calling the customer care was told some major issue in the area. On 3rd day when again called was told fire in the region . Raised again complaint via app. On multiple follow up on 3rd day, the technician came and changed the connector and issue was fixed.
