    Internet is not working since past 2 days and the technician is just saying i am repairing, the part which is been broken has not yet arrived, and now the technician is not picking up my call. I am not able to work due to this network issue
    Its so much big company i was not expecting this.
    The service provided is pathetic.

      I am Lavita Lewis ([protected] / [protected])

      I had issue with the service the from 17th December no service. Their tech comes without information and no responsibility as to what had happened. Again on 20th a tech came all of a sudden without informing my mom and dad are not tech savvy yet the come on odd times on 20th Dec the came in at 2pm and checked the line and just left without information when confronted by my dad they said they are going to eat food and come back at 3 no one turned up till 5 and then they say that wire is bit by rat need to pay 300 for additional wire this is a outside work if rat or and tech might have cut its ion responsibility but they are charging the customer for the safety of their wire. We pay for the service and this a things also we customer have to pay what is the use. Upon this when connected to the Customer care the women handling the call was using a scripted line plus when ask to transferred to Senior or Escalation she was just get me off the phone also was forcing me to accept a call back which i duly refused the agent was so adamant on the call back she disconnected my call

          Hello it is worst network I had a work at night I should submit some work to client but no internet at night and how many times I should call to the persons regarding internet not coming but no one will respond even at night times also it will not work worst network might be I should shift to other network and I will shift it's over..

            Wifi keeps disconnecting
            Wifi has no internet access...this message keeps popping up...plz resolve the problem as soon as possible

              I was using Ion internet having userid H815378, Ion sent me a reminder sms to pay for continuing the services, i did recharge online on 16.10.2021 however on 18.10.2021 my service which was supposed to be renewed got disconnected.

              When i talked to their customer care they asked me to sent them an email, which i write on 18.10.2021 however till date they never refund nor initiated the refund process.

              Ion has such a shameless pathetic customer support to deal with.

                Dear Sir,

                i am having repted problems with my net it works fine for a week or so and then again the problem repeats, what kind of services are provided, this is effecting my wife job and my Daughters education i had upgrade recently to 40mbps also to solve the issue as your team said may be problem if with 30mbps speed is not enough ? can i know do you realy need 40mbs to run one laptop???also if you can not maintain proper services please remburse the balance money will swithc to reliance in that case

                  I am using ION broadband service from last 6 years

                  From today morning Wi-Fi stop working please do the earliest but don't delay by saying Sunday is holiday or something like this because I am working from home and I need net on Sunday also

                    I had taken service for 6 months. Paid full amount and extra Rs.500 for device which was refundable after I return it.however during the connection period I faced lot problem.slow network. my mobile network was better than their network.i had paid for 60 Mbps but I was getting less than 10 Mbps. After fed up with their service I had returned the device.but they are not refunded my amount.past 6 months Iam communicating with them but they are not replying.they will say we will get back to you in 24 hours. till date they have not called me neither they have responded in email.they willl just forward my email to other team by saying concerned team will solve my problem.

                        I take the new connection of ion since last week I face the problem of the installation process. Installation not done till now. I am not satisfied with this service. And service provider man rudly behave. I don't like this

                          I am feeling extremely disappointed to express the dissatisfaction I have faced in the last one week.

                          I call the customer care on Saturday 4th September, 2021 to request a new connection for ion broadband fiber. I got a call 2 hours later asking for the details which i shared. I was informed that they created my id and password and forwarded the same to the local office.

                          I checked next evening and found the local office guys didn't recieve any id password with my registered mobile number. I waited for one week and again checked on 11th September, 2021. Again the local office guys had not received any id or password with my registered mobile number. Neither had i recieved any sms for the same till date.
                          I called the customer care again and got to know that the sales department had not yet created any id or password for me. I expect you to understand my irritation on knowing this.

                          However the agent on the other end informed it will be done asap. Now its already 2 whole days with no results.

                          It is very annoying that for a simple internet connection we have to take so much pain. I donot know as a customer who to go to to get a simple net connection in this digital time. This is really exhausting if I have to constantly follow up for your work.

                          If this is not the right place please let me know where I can address this.

                            1-I had paid on time for net service on 29/08/21 & got this alert msg

                            Your A/C has been renewed with package ION 30M-30UL-F & Amt:- 470.00 on 29/08/2021. Click http://bit.ly/I-ON to Download ION Mobile app. Team ION

                            2-Net service was started in the evening. But from 1st Sept, 21 again it got disconnectd.

                            Your Account# {Account} is inactive. Download ION app at http://bit.ly/I-ON and renew now with your User Name : sns_narendrakumar and Password : 123456. Team ION

                            3-On contecting your khanda colony contact No. I be was told that technician will visit

                            4-To to my surprise since last two days after disconnecting they are asking for payment, even though I keep telling that I had paid for one month.

                            5-Earlier I had shifted from Mulund to Khanda colony. Paid all shifting Chgs etc & get connection here.

                            6-But while contacting your customer care No, came to know that your co had not removed old mulund address and as of now two nos still exist in your system.

                            7-It is customer fault.

                            8-I STRONGLY PUTTING THIS AS A COMPLAINT FOR WHOM SO EVER IN YOUR ORGANISATION INCLUDING KHANDA COLONY. Expecting the higher authority to look into all such aspect and take necessary action within your organisation.

                            9-Even though my issues may be solved, but I want my next renewal date to extent by 3-4 days or till no of days it is not solved. While disconnecting your company is working very professionally & promptly in case of not renewal, them in the same way can your company work very professionally & promptly to take action/remedial action etc with such complaint. I do not know ..

                            Expecting to look into urgently.

                                I am residing at Ulwe, Navi mumbai 410206.

                                It's been 3 months & above submitted my documents at your ion office sec 21, Ulwe but I am yet to receive connection, even I have made ennumber of round at this office but people here sitting doesnt respond positively nor picking calls.

                                Being brand ION must give customer satisfaction but here is total different, no one is bother.

                                Also I have update in your portal long back that I need connection.

                                Seems ION is now not interested in giving connection & customer service.

                                I suppose now Rajesh Sharma (MD) will only do the needful.

                                  I have raised a ticket for internet down but no action was taken by ION local office and when called customer care they disconnect my call after bad behavior by saying you need to wait till tomorrow for resolution and not even ready to refund 1 day or extend 1 day.

                                  Please escalate this take action against ION

                                      but only for month the speed was good now there is fluctuation of speed and service is not good, it is not covering 15 feet distance, not covering area of my house
