I have been using ION net from last 4-5 months. During July and early August I observed lot of bandwidth issue and network droppage.

I have been working from home and my kid also attends online classes not only for school but other activities as well. I also run my TV on wifi.

Please work on the mentioned issue asap else i need to look for other option. I cant afford the drop atleast in my office and school work.

    Regarding refund of deposit

    ION BROADBAND is just a joke. I paid money for 6 months and took a broadband connection in banglore on the 24th of April 2021..at the time of installation the sales manager Mr Guna made a lot of commitments regarding their service.
    Due to unavoidable reasons I had to shift to Mumbai on the 2nd of August 2021..I called up Mr Guna and asked him to collect the materials on the 30th of July 2021 which he did promptly..

    I have complaint about the LOS light is red but there is no revert from your end.
    This what the service you provide to customer.
    ION is a big company and if the company doesn't solve the problem and have power issue for more then 24 hrs then its a huge issue that the company is creating...
    The company will extend the internet days for what the have not solved the problem.

            Pathetic service, making this work from home miserable. I had to take leaves because of no internet. Is this for what I am charged monthly.I would never recomend anyone from now and I am switching to other service provider which is the only option left.

            Current ticket is pending with them for 2 days, the status is showing as not started.

            As a customer I feel cheated and mentally harassed.

              I have raised complaints on 19th, 21st and 22nd for internet down or slow internet but no one attends complaint and get very poor response on customer care.
              Another issue about availability of plans. every time planes get changed and become more costlier. I don't have option to chose less GB plan and end up paying more money

                This boardband is completely useless. I am using this since past 1 year and throughtout this time period this boardband has proved me it is a total waste of money. Not a single day I got a good internet connection. Every other day I have net issue they never pick the call and always the net is in poor condition. Whenever other boardband will be available in my area I will throw this boardband connection out of my house.

                  I have requested for disconnection on 02/07/2021 but till not returned the deposit amount. Even now not forwarded for disconnection. And Charging amount for another 11 days incorrectly from my bill date. I believe I need not to tell reason for Disconnection.

                    I newly take ion service I before ion give very good service but now it look like fake

                      ION had not been shifting the internet services even after regular follow up and complaints. They say they are low in staff, and ignore people s complaints. They are not even checking if the modem can be shifted to the new house or not and delaying everyday. In the current pandemic situation, work from home has increased and due to not shifting of connection, i have lost almost a week s work.
                      Customer care professionals are not responsive, they don't take action even after frequent complaints, they say we will inform and nothing is done. They neither provide technician s contact even as a extreme case nor transfer to a supervisor. I am regreting taking ion services. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. Can someone please help!

                            I have been using your internet connection for the last 4 years. But since the last few months, I am facing an issue with the connection. The Internet keeps disconnecting or I face the packet loss issue.
                            For example : Download speed : 50mbps
                            Upload speed : 0.02mbps
                            I checked my Wi-Fi router and all cable connections thoroughly and found no faults.
                            It was still okay to face such issues in a week or 2, Now it's happening every day, I've suggested your network to my friends too and now they are done too, I hope you take this mail seriously
                            and fix my issue as soon as possible, as we wont continue your service.

                              I have lots of issues with Ion broadband.

                              Starting from the customer service.
                              It's seems like no one is bothered about I-on customers.

                              Specially the service provider of Mumbra location.

                              If there is Internet disconnection we have to wait for 2-3 days to get the issue resolved.

                              This indicates pathetic service from your end.

                              If you are not able to provide proper service to the customer why are you running this internet service.

                              At people will save their money and will have some peace of mind.

                              Every other day there no internet connection for some reason.

                              Is this the way you people are running a business.

                              I'm very disappointed with your service provider in Mumbra location.

                              You should expand the technical people to provide timely service.

                              As you must be having huge customers in Mumbra.

                              The reason Im writing this long email conversation because Im very frausted with your pathetic service.

                              Will your people will be able to resolve my issue in this decade?

                              Seriously I will take this matter to the higher level as much as I can.

                                  It is very disappointed that there is network problem in our since last 2 weeks i have regularly.
                                  I talked with wifi person but they said that I will come after 2 hours and not came and everyday I called him but he is not receiving my call then I texted him but he seeing the message and not replying. If this happen again then there are 4 people who are using your wifi then they will not purchased your pack again. Please check and resolved.
