I worked for two months
Each month i sold about rs.60000 products but my ASM (Rahul Arora) cannot give my salary due to i not achieve the target .this is very wrong your company should take care n check about the workers can getting their salary or not.
Whereas my convinience charges that i spend about 3000 also debited from my pocket please ask your jammu office incharge that whats going on there.even my colliges also arw in trouble n cannot getting their salary but now this is over n i m leaving my job just because that company has no policy no rules

    I am a resident of Durgapur city. On 13th January, 2015 I bought a Wireless Keyboard with Mouse with serial no. 01611VR01712 from Klickers, Nachan Road, Durgapur for Rs. 950/-. The company gave a 3 years warranty.

    I have purchased the Wireless Keyboard with Mouse but after 1 year it was troublesome for me. The mouse was too slow and the scroll was not worked properly so, i gave this mouse and keyboard to your nearest I ball service centre for change it and I got a new one but after few days again my mouse was disturbing and again i gave it to your nearest branch for change and after few days i got a new one but right now mouse and keyboard both was nagging an didn't work properly. Continuously i faced a problem and can't complete my office task because of serious problem of my keyboard with Mouse.

    And now I am tired of it, therefore request you to kindly accept my complaint letter. I am enclosing all the necessary documents like the cash memo, the guarantee card and photos.

    I am looking for a favorable response.

      The Touch screen is broken accidentally, I have contacted the local service center but after one month they return me back saying spare not available. I have registered complain online and checking frequently for availability of spare but the service center person keep on saying it is not available with them.The question is if they don't have the parts how are the new tablets being manufactured?

      Poor after sales service isn't it ? if they can't provide the spares.

          I always believed iball provided best quality products and guaranteed by give 3 years warranty . But it provides it wrong because its provides cheapest quality CHINA PRODUCTS under its brand and the worst part is customers have to visit their service centre every week for replacement of its products. THey are happy to help by exchanging once defective product to another. YOU keep replacing your bad product again and again by wasting of time and money each time you vist their centre. BUT they dont care product replace kar hai toh come here and replace. AND at the end you buy a new one. AND what say about their window dressing for paper work ... when product given no comment but when return it say scratch.
          STOP WASTING OUR TIME AND MONEY PLZ PROVIDE BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS AND BEST REPLACEMENTS... NOT PRODUCT THAT CHANGE HANDS.

          CHEATING PEOPLE OF INDIA... RAISE YOUR QUALITY STANDARDS
          I brought a iball 8GB memory card from retail store. But this is not working properly. iball company ia a great fraud company. Dear friends don't buy any product of iball. This is a third class company ever.
          My tab model :- 3G i80 16 GB has getting touch pad problem again, it has been allready repaired one time in warranty period, still the problem rises
          Please repair the camera early .i have given one I-BALL TAB SLIDE BIO-MATE IMEI NO [protected] at your bolangir authorised service centre M/S R.K MOBILE ON 06/04/2017.I have not yet received it as the authorised centre has sent it to BHUBANESWAR for repair .

          Kindly do the needful early in this regard

            Sir,
            I have owned one i-Ball Tablet set ( Model No. Tablet PC Slide Cuddle A4, Brown colour with Serial No. [protected] with Warranty period till 10th Feb 2017) vide Invoice No. LMS/RI/15 – 16/13740 Dt: 11 Feb 2016.

            There were multiple problems occurred in the Tablet set for the second time and I had handed over the set to your Customer Care Centre located at the Best IT World (India) Private Limited, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar on Dt. 25th January 2017 holding the Document No. [protected].

            A similar type defect was also arisen after six months from the date of purchase. That time also, to get a best service, I had handed over the device at the same service centre. In that instance after receiving a call along with SMS from the Customer Care Centre I had visited to collect the set. Though I had intimated the Customer Care Centre prior to my arrival for collection / repair of the set; what I found during my visit was that the device’s battery was totally charge-less to test the set before delivery, which was a normal parameter.

            During my arrival at about 5.30 pm, there was a power failure and simultaneously the concerned mechanic was absent to provide me vital tips & references about for what were the actual defects occurred in the tablet set ! Without having any option, on assurance of the Counter Boy I received the set with reflecting my dissatisfaction on the Customer’s Satisfaction Receipt.

            But later on the same problem started & persisted in a more aggravating mode. So again I handed over the set at the same Customer Care Center on 25th Jan 2017. But even after 40 days have been passed since deposition of the set I am totally in dark about the status of tablet set till now.

            According to the Customer Care Center, after correction of defects of the set, they were to send me intimation through SMS or call to my mobile number to collect the set. I found that the contact number that mentioned in the Customer Receipt was a fake one. Also without getting any such communication from the center, after a gap of 15 days, I had visited the Customer Care Center on 9th February at about 5.40 pm from my side as the given Warranty period was running out to enjoy !

            The similar difficulty that I faced earlier was again arisen and I was unable to collect the set even after such a long gap. Even they had not mentioned any second contact number in the Customer Receipt for any communication. So during my visit on 9th Feb I collected the contact number from my side for any future communication.

            In this situation, I want to bring to your kind notice that who should be responsible for loss of the warranty period that had given by the Company to a customer? Even the Customer Care Center has not yet made any kind of communication to me till date about whether the device has been corrected / repaired or not ! I couldn’t understand the reason for why such a long time needs for rectification of the problem?

            In this circumstance your service providing system is unethically forcing me to debar from enjoying the period of warranty!

            Also if the device is kept for such a long period with you in the name of repair then what the meaning is o[censored]sing your brand products; unnecessarily generating dissatisfaction in the mind of a customer! So I bring to your notice to take necessary & needful action to give me justice as soon as possible.

              I had bought I-Ball computer with warranty. But when I took it to Service Centre at Nehru Place, I was told that they cannot repair it as only the SMPS (Power supply) is I-Ball but mother board is 'Asus' hence they cannot repair it and system needs to be taken to Asus service centre. This is for all to stay informed so that prior buying, one should get written confirmation from I-Ball's sales outlets for future repairs etc.

                Till today iBall Andi 5M Xotic 2GB 2150mAh Battery yet to be received. On inquired in this regard, the Customer care ask me to wait another one week to get the said product due to non availability of iBall Andi 5M Xotic 2GB 2150mAh Battery. It is very difficult to utilised the service of Iball handset without battery.
                Please do the needful at the earliest.

                Till today iBall Andi 5M Xotic 2GB 2150mAh Battery yet to be received.It is 3 months battery is not available, i call the complaint no it takes more than 10 minutes to get through but thay say the same thing battery is not available you will have to wait more 15 days.

                It is more than 3 months Iball is not having battery very strange.I am not able to use the phone.

                Service is very very bad and i would like u to take some precaution so that customer is not take for a ride.

                  As per iBall’s warranty terms and conditions, liquid damaged product is not covered under warranty, It would be repaired on chargeable basis.
                  Furthermore, as per the report, you have collected your mobile handset on 10-1-17 from the service center.
                  If you are willing to get it repaired, we recommend you to visit the service center and confirm the estimation.

                  I m impressed that Iball has reverted me .
                  Now, as per what is mentioned that the mobile was damaged due to liquid found in it but there was not any sign of any kind of liquid in the mobile at the time when delivered the mobile at the service center .

                  So, its clear that it got that liquid in it when it was with the service center or in transit between service center and Iball company.
                  Further, it was not collected by me on 10th jan but was collected on 29th jan that to with explanation that the mother board and connector is damaged which again was not the case when i had submitted it to service center.

                  I think i am not going to get my issue resolved and i'll highlight this thing on social medias like FB, i'll request and make people aware that not to purchase any Iball product as they just sell and after that Iball i not bothered whatever happens to the product .
                  They advertise their product by hiring Celebs like Kareena Kapoor, they pay hefty amount to them but not bothered to deliver a better service to their customers.

                  I am sorry but its a very bad expereince i had with Iball, how come such a brand can do this with their customers nowadays when there is cut throat competition between almost all brands.

                  Never expected such silly revert.

                  I'm going to post all the conversation on FB let the world know about what Iball do with their customers

                    I m buy a tab IBALL Q40i from flipkart in 6/may/2015 2-3month is working fine but now its OTG problems Software problems display and software issue I'm visited two time but my problems not solve. I'm visited to authority service center Gorakhpur but technician say we not repair your product because your product in warrenty...please hard action on Iball brand.

                      I bought dis laptab last year. Within a month I realised dat some of d keys r not working on keyboard. Like when I was trying to type @ it was typing ".
                      It was not getting properly charged.
                      Then in the month of august 2016 it got hanged one day and then stopped working.

                      I tried to approach to ur service centre, but after many difficulties I managed to.

                      Then ur service centre kept it for two and a half bloody months to repair it..

                      When finally they gave me back I m still facing the same problem..
                      I had a word with the service centre guy and he asked me to bring it back..

                      Sir, as I bought it on 14th Feb 2016 and even during the warranty period I suffered a lot.
                      And now after 20 days the warranty period will be over..

                      What should I do..

                      I am a working professional and it is not easy to go all the way to service centre again and again.

                      I am highly disappointed by the product and services

                      I further want to make a complaint in consumer court as I gifted dis to my hubby and got embarrassed..

                        I purchased 7 iball Brilliant3G tablets on 23/1/16 with invoice no.282 at Delta computers, Dondaparty, Visakhapatnam. From day first after charging battery never stands.Hanging.When approach d Delta they said goto service centre.They said this is very failute model.Eventhough they accept for service.But problem not rectified.7 tabs r near waste.I lost toatal confidence on iball product.All my expectations exhausted.I nevet recommend ur product.U pursue d matter n replace d tabs.U r cheating d consumers.We spend money to see ur brand.But u give worthless, useless tabs.If product is fails why u r not call back.Even single day we use.Pl. take action to replace.

                          That I had purchased a tablet PC Slide 6351-040I in the month of July 2015. Since the purchase, the set was hanging repeatedly and there was a problem in charging the battery also. Two to three times, I have visited to the service centre of Bhubaneswar to repair the set. To-day i.e. on 13/01/2017 same hanging problem arised and the service centre people are asking for charges, though my set is in the warranty period. The service people are saying due to rust inside the set there is a hanging problem and the rust is due to entering of water into the set. But I am not agree with the water issue. The set itself is giving problem since purchase. My set kindly be changed as my set in the warranty period of one year.

For screen replacement.they kept tablet for 1 week and said that company is not manufacturing screen so company will provide set replacement with amount of screen cost. I accepted for that given my tablet for exchange on 12/12/16 at service center. It's almost 40 days complete still date product was not replaced. when call to customer care of iball they saying it will take some more time.i requesting you to resolve this issue..

                            With due respect my iball compbook is not booting nor charging. Laptop is in warranty period purchased a month before. What is procedure for going to service centre.. Means what are the document required...

                                Dear sir,
                                I placed iball slide tab to service on 19/11/2016 document number: [protected] they told me to get the tablet back max in 10 days, but in 10 days i have not getting any call so i call him and they told me that some part is coming but defective so it takes a time to solve. My question is that why this taking more time? They should mention the problem its their duty and responsibility to inform customer about things. They told me that they want another 7-8 days to solve this. Then i contact to their head of the department but they also neglect this things and not getting any satisfied answer, expecting getting replay to this issue within 2days of time if i didn't get any response then i will raise complaint in consumer court.

                                  I was purchased a bio mate tablet through snapdeal which has been delivered to me on 31.08.2016. This tablet is very fine and good condition but it is some problem has been raised in few day. The battery is charging very slow since 15 days. After purchasing of this tablet, battery was smoothly and fast charging but now this day charging done very very slow I.e more than 7 hrs taking charge battery.                                   I was purchased a bio mate tablet through snapdeal which has been delivered to me on 31.08.2016. This tablet is very fine and good condition but it is some problem has been raised in few day. The battery is charging very slow since 15 days. After purchasing of this tablet, battery was smoothly and fast charging but now this day charging done very very slow I.e more than 7 hrs taking charge battery. Please help me and suggest what I can do for better charge to battery. Your reply is aspected to given me as early as possible. Thank you sir.

                                    I m unsatisfied with the service given by i ball authorized service center of gumanpura kota rajasthan.
                                    There are some villagers are working in center. There behaviour is awkward.
                                    My experience to deal with them was so bad..
                                    The name of a person who make job card is lalit there
                                    Please provide good services to customers
                                    They are deaf. They are irresponsibble.
                                    They doesn't give reply quickly, i asked something to them they didn't response.
                                    Yeah they response after 3-4 time of asking again n again.

                                      I bought a iball cobalt 4 smart phone 10 months ago. I have warranty card also .some month ago i felt a problem in my device that it has a uncertainty in screen . I go to customer care of iball at chandigarh and ambala cantt and i am very disappointed with the service of customer care in both places . My device is not properly doing work at this time . Please help me .

                                        I buyed iball andi 4.5 p ips glitter before 1 year from shop sj-now the phone gets software problem ie-the apps are not getting uninstalled and error ocuurs as google core processor stopped for the same i call for customer care they suggested nearby service centre-ezzy solution vapi where i showed the mobile but he also said its not repairable and its motherboard is gone for which he demands for 3000 rs

                                        I had made an order on 26 november 2015 of iball wireless headphones costing me Rs 912 and i cancelled the same order the very next day.the amount of refund received by me is Rs 400 only.
                                        Why is it so? Kindly inform the same and refund further amount without delay.
