Iball x1 4g with volte support 16 gb 10.1 inch with wi-fi+4g (Imei no:[protected])
I bought the above mentioned product on 12.07.2017 through flipkart. I faced poor battery problem within 2 months. I complaint to flipkart online but there is no response. So i take it to the nearby service centre, they told it as manufacturer defect and "we will replace the product". It took around 20 days. And they returned product with imei no:[protected].
But it doesn't end up, the product which i get back also having the same battery problem that it doesn't charge and again i take it to the service centre for the complaint. But they informed me that this product with imei no. [protected] is registered with the other customer name. They issued me a refurbished product and said we will make service and let you know. This time they return the product in switched off condition and told that "go home and charge with your charger, then it will work”. But it doesn't even on this time.
I don't know how to deal with this, it is not at all easy to buy a tab for rs.15000/- as a women, i did this for my child learning process. But my money is wasted and also my time and energy through running behind this problem. It takes me to the mental depression that my amount of rs.15000/- is wasted.
I need my money back not the product. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    Last year 29th April 2017, I purchased I Ball-3G Q451 from Tushar mobiles dehuroad pune, After two months of purchasing, I stared facing technical problem in the tab. When I approached dealer he simply addressed iBall customer care number and advised to go there.

    I went to iball customer care which is in Pimpri, they repaired the problem and gave to me. But my problem is not ended here. Since then, Device stared giving me trouble frequently, I approached customer care 3 times every time they repair temporarily. Now, I'm facing new problem with the tab. Tab is completely opened one side because of over heat. Please find the Pictures in attached documents. I want to replace this faulty piece with new one if not possible please return my money.

    With in one year, New tablet undergone 3 times repairing and service center people provided temporary solution.
    Either you provide new tablet or extend warranty period to one more year.
    Unless you agree to aforementioned condition, I'm not interested to compromise and collect the tablet.
    Thank you.
    Usb device does not recogniz problem. Junagadh service center denied to resolve. Rajkot service center is trying to solve.

      There is no update coming of the handset software i ball andi hd6 from many years.
      Iam very frustated of your service.
      Every time ota update says there is no update, why the update was not coming also after a long duration period (Years).
      Now i understand why peoples dont trust on your service.
      Plz do something and plz give the updates.
      I was always waiting for the updates, but there was no signs of the company i ball about it.

          Dear team of iball customer care,
          I had purchased the iball excelance notebook sn:[protected] from the microciti shop in panjim, goa back in june 2017. The invoice is attached to this email.
          It worked well until 2 months ago, when the touchpad stopped reacting.
          I went to the service center in panjim, goa; left the notebook with them and was told that i’ll get a call after it is repaired.
          A few days later i got a call to pick up the repaired notebook.
          Well it wasn’t repaired! The touchpad was still not working!
          Is there no final check that the device works before calling the customer? I asked, but no answer!
          What else could i do except to leave it again there? Then a few days later i got another call, that since nothing could be found wrong with the hardware, it has to be a software problem.
          But the system has to be formatted and all data will be lost.
          I asked them, can you guarantee me that it is really a software problem and the touchpad will work afterwards?
          The answer was: no sir, we cannot guarantee this.
          So i had to spend money and purchase an sd-card to save the data.
          Again i went to the service center; they formatted the whole system and called me 3 days later to pick up the device.
          When i wanted to re-install all the personal software i realized this time that not only the touchpad was still not working but now the keyboard stopped working, too.
          Again i went to service center and asked what sense does it make of letting a customer come for the fourth time, spending money on sd-card, petrol and of course time, just to see the things are getting from bad to worse? Of course i got no answer to that question too!!!.
          I was told to get a call in 3 days and the whole keyboard will be then replaced.
          Nobody called; i had to call after a week’s time, asking for what happened.
          Then finally after 4 more days of waiting, the part was available and i was told to pick up the notebook again.

          I thought already the service is bad but unfortunately there is also improvement possible, yet into the wrong direction.
          The touchpad and the keyboard were indeed working but the rear casing was damaged this time.
          I will shorten now the telling of this endless disaster, because after another trip to the service and failed repair i asked for a replacement of the whole notebook, to which the service center agreed.
          Yesterday i went again there; actually i lost the counting of all the trips and calls by now, to pick it up. But surprise, surprise: the replacement turned out to be a used device with scratches on the screen, notes written with a permanent marker on the keyboard and the notebook was in general in a sorry state.
          How can a rundown secondhand device be the exchange for my notebook which has clocked hardly 80 hours o[censored]sage?
          I am struggling now for almost 2 months for getting a professional and satisfying repair job done.
          I find all this trouble and time waste unacceptable and i ask your company to deliver me a new and untouched notebook as a compensation.

          This was sent via email to iball customer care on 2018-april-03
          Today i received a call, saying it is against their policy to give me a new notebook, the only concession they offered was the replacement of my 80 hours used device against a device in "running condition" and what that means, see the description above. I also was denied to speak to a superior with the same lame excuse, that this is also against their policies.

          We had already informed you that our service center will replace your non-working product with fully good working product but it wont be a new box pack. As per our record you have collected your Compbook Excelance (Serial No.[protected] from our Goa service center and the call is closed on[protected].
          In future if you need any assistance please feel free to contact us or write us email. We will look into the matter on priority basis and update you accordingly.
          This was my first and certainly last business with iBall !

          After this call today I went to the service center to pick up my notebook.
          At least I know I handled it well.
          This can't be said for this rundown piece of a crap what they'd offered me as a replacement.
          But guess what?
          My notebook had to be fished out of a staple of devices, placed on the dusty floor.
          The guy took a cloth and wiped it “clean”.
          I asked where is the pouch and he answered “you didn't give a pouch!”.
          I left without another word !!!
          On the same afternoon I received an email, saying that I have picked up the notebook and therefore the call is closed.
          Really true to their motto: “Assuring you our best of services at all times.”

          Now don't think of, if this is already their best service, how bad it could be otherwise?
          All these sweet words about replacing with "good working product" and "for any assistance feel free to contact us" have nothing to do with the complete failure of your after sales service.
          The satisfaction rating of 14% for i-ball speaks for itself.
          This was my first and certainly my last product I'd purchased from your company.

            i ball _ speaker _ humming problem

            I had purchase a i ball speaker 2.1 _ tarang bt, on 28th feb. 2018 after 5 days i noticed a humming noise is coming & it is continuing as i plugged on the speakers _ on 9th march i went to i ball authorized service center & handed over the product. Almost 20 days is been passed product is not been repaired &
            Nothing response receive from their side....

            Dear sir,

            I bought a iball compbook three month back from jorhat.
            But in three month the compbook send to service centre three times but still not completely solved my issue.

            Sl no is[protected]

            Charging not done properly. It never charge when you are working.
            It is not possible to charge 100% in a single day.

            The internal storage capacity was 32 gb when i bought. But after coming from service centre it is showing only 27.5 gb.

              I have purchased a 4g q27 model tablet online on 19th march 2017. Imei no: [protected]. Since i bought this there is several issue with this tablet. First overheating issue. Then not charging issue. For all these issue company kept my tablet for almost 10 month. I have bought this but service center people have used this. Still my tablet is at service center. Now when i have demanded a new piece they are giving me a box open piece with 1 month warranty.

              This how this brand is cheating on customer.

As a special case we are providing 1 month extended warranty on the replacement Tablet. Now the call is pending for your approval. Kindly give your confirmation so that we can arrange the replacement and close the complaint.
              Company don't bother about this kind of complaint. They still stand as it is.Hence there is no impact of this this site.

                I would like to inform, that today I was denied service at an Iball Service Center located at Central Avenue Kokata. They said that the laptop which I bought through Amazon from Dealer named EXIGO IT INC, BANGALORE is not an authorized seller of Iball Company so they won't provide me free service which I should get as my laptop is under warranty period. To repair the laptop, out of that I have to provide them 9k approx for repair and servicing.
                When I called Amazon, their executive told me that I have to send a service denial email from Iball Comapany mentioning that EXIGO IT INC is not an authorised dealer of iball and thats why I was denied service. From that very moment, I first requested the service center for the service denial letter, but they said they can't do that kindly contact customer care or log into the website www.iball.co.in. So I did that too, the executive on all said that they can't do that, I have to send an email requesting for service denial letter. I did that too, and still no reply from Iball. I want to raise one question how would that how can an unauthorized seller sell and iball laptop??? Companies should inform that they would only service products from authorised dealers, Why don't they do so? Kindly look into this matter and inform me what suitable thing to do next. I am attaching the purchase invoice provided from the dealer with this

                  When i go bapunagar ahmedabad gujarat they said girl not repairable dongle but when i go home seen youtube videos its repair by me own and your service center not checked and said pcb has to be changed then i asked what pcb price they said equally new dongle. If service center not working so why they opened i don't know would you like to explain me.

                    I have brought iBall slide 4GL tablet, its screen is broken and I got repaired on 19/08/2017 when I got back its touch pad not responding. I also change it now my tablet screens brightness got dim and also touch pad is not working properly. When I visited service center at shastri nagar Jammu they said that its warranty is over you have purchase again new screen and touch pad.sir please look into the matter as within four month how warranty is over.

                      I got this one month back and it was not charging properly they told me that 10, 000mah but evdn i cant charge for 2 times also my phone was only 3000mah very waste powerbank even not charging properly i got it from movie planet hydera ad tolichowki even it was not charging fast also box mentioned that it was works very fast...                       Because my warrenty is end and i have unfortunately delet all files. So what i occure? Your product and your service is very very bad. Am not satusfied to your product. My money is waste because i buy iball product. Its not better to other companies like hp, hcl,...

                      I have purchased i ball slide i 1017 and s/n : e[protected], in 2015 and i have barely used it and suddenly the touch pad stopped responding and when i visited service center at ahmedabad and they gave me an estimate of 1300.00 rs and i am ready to pay for it, but they said they do not have spare screen and they require 15 days to get from the company and after 16 days they said spares are not available and now i am left no where. If a company can't supply spares after 2 yrs and as per service center its an old model. I like to tell i ball that mine is a hard earned money and can't change tablet every second year. I request you to arrange spare part or this is the last time i am buying and i will tell all my friends and relatives not to buy your products any more.

                          Issue :- i purchased iball adopter for hp laptop and after 1 month it defected and i run away service center many time continue to above one month, after they give me to repaired adopter but i wan't recieve but forcely told me it can't give costomers with replacement by service senter so they provide me repaired adopter which defected my laptop battery.

                            I have purchased i ball slide 3 g q81 tablet on 16/7/2016 and after one month (August, 2016) a problem arises due to battery and the battery goes o% and after that the tablet does not boot, it was totally dead. I gave the tablet to service center (Kailash mobiles) akashganga, supela, bhilai, chhattisgarh and it was under repair for one month. Then it was handed over to me and after two months in the month of october the tablet had problem due to touch screen. Again it was given to service center and the screen was replaced by the service center in one and a half months time. We used the tablet since that day in the mean while we face lots of problems related to the booting of system and touch and it hangs too much and it was too much slow. Actually the screen which was fitted by the service center was not original i think. On 9th, september, 2017 again we went to service center to complain about the tablet, than the service agent mr. Kailash checked the tablet and told that again the touch is not working properly. He guided us to talk to customer care and given its number and it was[protected]. After that we tried several times to customer care and the phone was connected on 11th, september, 2017 and talked to ms. Rashmi customer care. She had given one complaint number idcc89221 and she told that it will fixed after 15 days. Sir it is going to be one month uptill now nothing has been done and we are facing lots of problem regarding this tablet from the date of purchase. Kindly rectify our problem as soon as possible.

                              I purchased on feb 23, 2016.

                              Screen broke in january 2017, gave to service center. Got it repaired and paid rs.3000. But after 2-3 days when i got the chance to use camera, it wasn't working.

                              So service center changed motherboard.

                              I happen to feel the need to use otg after 2-3 months and it wasn't not working.

                              Why is this that one thing is repaired and the other stops working. This is not good. You should check the device yourself at the facility with your checklist.

                              Now my phone is out of warranty, and the service center is saying they might change motherboard again.

                                Now i am unable to use this product. Not working.
                                I contacted your service center and i went there as per his advice.
                                But i found there door closed. That same number was silent.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  It is inform that i had purchased a i ball comp book i360 laptop via paytm mall through order id number #[protected] in the name of anil choudhary.
                                  My mobile number is [protected]. Your retailer//vendor has send me wrong charger of this laptop, (I. E charger is not supported to laptop). As well as in back side of laptop there is many scratches found.. The packing of product for the delivery is very less. It was tempered and the seal was not there. From inside the packing was also broken.

                                  They disappointed and they delivered a used product to me.

                                  However i have attached the photos please find the same.
