I have purchased i ball slide 3 g q81 tablet on 16/7/2016 and after one month (August, 2016) a problem arises due to battery and the battery goes o% and after that the tablet does not boot, it was totally dead. I gave the tablet to service center (Kailash mobiles) akashganga, supela, bhilai, chhattisgarh and it was under repair for one month. Then it was handed over to me and after two months in the month of october the tablet had problem due to touch screen. Again it was given to service center and the screen was replaced by the service center in one and a half months time. We used the tablet since that day in the mean while we face lots of problems related to the booting of system and touch and it hangs too much and it was too much slow. Actually the screen which was fitted by the service center was not original i think. On 9th, september, 2017 again we went to service center to complain about the tablet, than the service agent mr. Kailash checked the tablet and told that again the touch is not working properly. He guided us to talk to customer care and given its number and it was[protected]. After that we tried several times to customer care and the phone was connected on 11th, september, 2017 and talked to ms. Rashmi customer care. She had given one complaint number idcc89221 and she told that it will fixed after 15 days. Sir it is going to be one month uptill now nothing has been done and we are facing lots of problem regarding this tablet from the date of purchase. Kindly rectify our problem as soon as possible.

    I purchased on feb 23, 2016.

    Screen broke in january 2017, gave to service center. Got it repaired and paid rs.3000. But after 2-3 days when i got the chance to use camera, it wasn't working.

    So service center changed motherboard.

    I happen to feel the need to use otg after 2-3 months and it wasn't not working.

    Why is this that one thing is repaired and the other stops working. This is not good. You should check the device yourself at the facility with your checklist.

    Now my phone is out of warranty, and the service center is saying they might change motherboard again.

        Dear sir,

        It is inform that i had purchased a i ball comp book i360 laptop via paytm mall through order id number #[protected] in the name of anil choudhary.
        My mobile number is [protected]. Your retailer//vendor has send me wrong charger of this laptop, (I. E charger is not supported to laptop). As well as in back side of laptop there is many scratches found.. The packing of product for the delivery is very less. It was tempered and the seal was not there. From inside the packing was also broken.

        They disappointed and they delivered a used product to me.

        However i have attached the photos please find the same.

          I had bought iball slide tab 3g q27 tab during sep 2016 through amazon and was out of order within 9 months of procurement and has been replaced by tablet elan 4g2 during august 17, stating as new. It hardly worked for a week and i have to return it again on 14th september, 2017.

          After that one message came as the tab is under repair then another message came the tab is under replacement process and again another message came as the tab is under repair.

          Finally a message came that the tab is ready at the service center and may collect.

          As per the message i went to the service center at palakkad, but to my dismay and utter surprise, i found that the tab's outer screen guard and even the inside screen guard has torn at the edge and scratches at all corners.

          Definitely this was not there when i returned it for repair, and that too a "brand new" tab as told as replacement, which was not even a month old and not used for even week in fact. The dates may be confirmed from the records.

          I was totally taken aback seeing the plight of the tab, and i have not taken delivery of the same. I definitely require the screen guards to be replaced and the scratches removed.

          I have spent almost rs.12, 000 and had not used it for a even 9 months and the replacement had become out of order within a month and now the condition of the repaired one is like this.

          I request to needful and hope a positive response

          I did not expect this from a firm like iball. Hope i will get a new good tab which can be
          Used at least for 5 to 6 years trouble free, for the amount i have paid.

          Hope my concern is genuine and will be treated in the real sense.

            I procured battery through e-bay supplier with label iball andi 5m xotic 2gb 2150mah battery for my mobile. But it was not charging. I am kept the handset till today as idle because o[censored]nder specified battery. As i made e-payment i am suffered a lot for refund. It was not 1st time, but four times. Earlier battery is out of service.
            Till today i am unable to get original iball andi 5m xotic 2gb 2150mah battery. The company of iball andi 5m xotic 2gb 2150mah may please take care of their customers to do needful. It is very difficult to utilize the service of iball handset without battery.

              1st day i bought from your vendor, tablet was slow and battery was bad to worse and since then 19.04.2017 till date three times it has been given to service centre vashi. Problem is, battery, once you charge and then shut down it becomes zero, first time service centre told it is due to change in hardware settings and same thing second time but now i am sure that this slide is useless. As since purchase this slide is not used even outside my home and the whole purpose has come to zero. What a failure of goodwill for me of iball... Never expect such a nonsense product.

                I have bought iball andi gold 4g but after 10 months its touch screen has not working and loud speaker has noice. I have go to give the service centre from trivandrum. Many few days i go to service centre, bt not resolve my problem. Then they said to the handset transfered to the head office mumbai. Then 2 month iam wait my handset. But not give my handset, and they inform the 40% product price give to me. But i am not interested to this company compensation. I will need the full refund amount of my product. My product to service centre trivandrum which is suggested by iball customer care but after making me fool for 2 months they have told me that my product will not be repaired even my product is in warranty...[my service serial num : [protected]]

                  In december 2016, my father faced some issue with his existing phone & asked me to buy a new phone with normal functions as he was not comfortable to use smartphone. I went to shop where sales man referred me to buy i ball.in july 2017 my father passes away & my sister took this phone as a symbol of memory of our father. On a night of last week of august phone started creating some noise & withing few seconds battery started to smoke & got blast. My sister has kept it next to her bed & 4 year baby was also sleeping with her. Although she heard the coming sound timely & get away but one can understand the damage which may happen.
                  I highlighted the issue to the company via their official mail & as a reply they asked to provide invoice copy which was shared through same channel. Now they wants my personal contact details (Mobile number, address) to provide me the details of local service center.
                  Getting phone repair is not my concern here, i just wants to ensure that company should follow the define security standards so that previous life of the consumers does not comes into danger.
                  Please suggest next course of action in this matter.

                  Finally after a long month, It can be said that my complaint is closed. Since the very first day I was having email communication on mail id [email protected] & also raised concern through this portal. After raising concern at this website, I ball support team asked me to submit damage phone to local service team. I hand over damaged phone on 13 Sep & on 15th got a mail saying that my phone will be replaced in 8 to 10 days. Yesterday almost after 14 days got call from local center & was asked to collect replacement from local service center & did the same. So I have got new phone of same model from I ball. I appreciate the efforts of service team.But also suggest them to respect the customer & time. In today's era, customer never expects such a late reply (which you people do) If one will ask me to buy any other product of same company then there will be big question mark in my mind .

                  Yes, I am having communication with the customer care team & have submitted so called 2.4T Triplite (The phone which puts life in danger) as per their desire to 'Assuring me their best of services at all times'. But that does not bring my faith in your product.
                  According to available service person at center, A Fresh H/S of the same model may be given by the company. I am waiting for the final revert from their side to take any call.

                    I have purchsed an iball 5.1 music system, 5years back. Somehow the remote got damaged externally, for which i am unable to change the volumes of the sound box. I had physically contacted their service centre 6 months back, however the issue have not reaolved yet. I have contacted their online customer desk as well and no one is able to resolve this issue. Without the remote the system is not working properly. I want a replacement of the remote or the whole music system which ome is preferable.

                      Dear sir, i have purchased i ball exemplaire compbook last year through snapdeal. Initially it was ok for few days but after then i encountered display problem as the screen shows nothing except two white bars. Now i regret for purchasing this product as it is of no use. I can't even repair this as company has no service centers at kharagpur, west bengal. I hope you will take proactive action towards this to solve my problem.

                          The iball tablet 7803q900 has been designed to send an sms to a mumbai number every time it is powered on, this costs 1.5 rs per sms. The service centre people say it is to track the mobile and a security feature. I wonder what security it brings to the user. Please help disable this thing. It is caused by 'com. Sts' package running. But we can't uninstall it without rooting. The service centre guys don't help either. Every time you lose 1.5 rs on powering on this tablet

                          This is not a specific complaint, pertaining to one tablet. The Service centre is in Palakkad. It has been told by them that this android package called com.sts is installed in Iball 7803q900 on all android KitKat versions. This they say is for security purpose. It sends an SMS when a SIM is inserted or if the phone is rebooted to a number in Mumbai. Please clarify the issue. I don't mind giving my details, but since this is a general issue please reply here what to do with this package 'com.sts'

Now when battery downs to 45%, it automatically, its power automatically off and when phone is connected to power, only then its power on.                               My brother had purchased a iball slide 6351 q40i tablet on 20th august 2016 (Which is a great mistake) but after the purchase tab and accessories works perfectly only for approx. 3 months and then the charging cable stops working. I have changed the same from nehru place service center then thereafter tab stops working within 4 months of purchase and when we are trying to power it on just showing the iball logo and not booting up properly. This is the first time we have visited service center for tab issue and the service center installed android and tab starts working properly. Then after few months tab stops working we have visited service center, nehru place second time for tab issue they have again installed android and this time the speaker stops working (Which we have checked after reaching home) and we have also observed display issue while touching and then again tab stops working this is third time same story repeated again service center repaired speaker as well this time and then after approx. 3-4 weeks tab is not working stucking at iball screen while staring up. We have visited 4 times to service center and in each turn they have taken approx. 3-4 hours for service and faced 5 times issue in this tab including accessories. This is not at all acceptable we (Me and my siblings) have wasted more than 24 hours (Including travel time) for the service of this tab. I don’t need this tab, kindly instruct iball to provide me a replacement or refund me the money.

                                  I bought i bal snap4 g2 in pune. I have uploaded whatsapp. I am recieving messages from my friends but videos or photos they send does not get loaded on my tab. Please help me to get proper setting. I get message that download failed the download was unable to complete pl. Try again later. Also i get message unfortunately messenger ihas stopped. I am not able to open any video on my device. I have another device where i dont face such problem. May be there is some setting required. Please help me to open videos sent by my contacts on my device. Guide me to proper setting

                                    Given for repair under warranty more than 15 days product not repaired I think the OEM responsibility to give parts soon to customer, it have been given at nihal Telecom bhiwandi, on27 July 2017, but still no reply from the service provider

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam
                                      I wish to submit complain about today's incidence at unique infosystems & Telecom, located at shop no 47, the mall, Station road, Malad west, Mumbai. I had given my tablet for servicing about 15days back. Defect was touch screen was not working, Sim slot was not working. As touch screen was in warranty period it was agreed to be replaced free. Sim slot I requested not to repair as this was chargeable. Today when I went to collect the tab, i was told that for sim slot I have to pay Rs.850. Due to this huge argument followed. Manager over there treated me and my children badly. He threatened to call police, shut the office door and made me sit for 1.5hrs. Due to all these I felt mental agony. Finally to buy peace I paid Rs.850 and left. I was told that touch screen can be repaired only after sim slot was repaired. This is cheating. I demand refund my amount with apology letter.                                         I buy this iball slide snap 4g2 tablet 7 inch product 10 october, 2016.

                                        Which is imei : [protected].

                                        Having display problem and go to services center of iball and submitted my tablet phone after 7 day they call me and said me your tablet phone is going to replacement process you will take your product after 30 day, after 30 day they give me replacement tablet phone and this product is old and used tablet phone and when i refuse to take this they forced to tale me please used this product.
                                        And not giving me my tablet or new one.
