Finally after a long month, It can be said that my complaint is closed. Since the very first day I was having email communication on mail id
[email protected] & also raised concern through this portal.
After raising concern at this website, I ball support team asked me to submit damage phone to local service team. I hand over damaged phone on 13 Sep & on 15th got a mail saying that my phone will be replaced in 8 to 10 days. Yesterday almost after 14 days got call from local center & was asked to collect replacement from local service center & did the same.
So I have got new phone of same model from I ball. I appreciate the efforts of service team.But also suggest them to respect the customer & time. In today's era, customer never expects such a late reply (which you people do)
If one will ask me to buy any other product of same company then there will be big question mark in my mind .
