Auto cut every 10 min and not response in customercare service please solve this problem immeditatly

Maine iball ke toll free no par 10-15 baar call kiya, koi response hi nhi aa rha h, service center gya toh unhone mera laptop submit nhi liya bola online complain krne ke liye ab mai kya karu tollfree no pe call krne ka baad phone hi nhi receive krta hai.

I purchased iTab on 9/8/2020
Tab was broaked I October
So, I was called for service to Yantra
Tab is in Yantra service station from 1 month due to part not available
I want urgently Repaired tab in Pune
*I have icici Lombard policy also
* Yantra and icici were forced me to take a 75% total loss amount
Why should I bear 25% loss
It is iball company's responsibility
Pls. give me answer urgently
