I had booked Bus Ticket from Sholapur to Nagpur. Details are given below: Booking ID- GOBUSfa0ca[protected], PNR-X6NQEM, Travels- Chintamani, Leyland A/C Sleeper, date of journey:30/09/14. When I started travelling Bus people said that AC is not working. When I asked for refund they said since its Online done we cant repay you even a penny. Then i called the IBIBO number printed on ticket. When I told the problem they first disconnected the phone that they cant do anything. Later also when i asked him to refund he didnt helped me but rather asked me to put a mail to ibibo. I didnt asked for suggestions to me as this is well known to me. But the number is for solving the problems. Its the worst respond given by him. I want my money of A/C refunded. I would not prefer ibibo any more now. Gulfam Pathan.

    I booked a hotel TSG Blue resort, Havelock from goibibo online portal on 11th September. The two booking I made were of following id's HTLRHBFMY6, HTLBB528MM. Before making the booking, I called your customer care to make sure that the hotel was available on given dates. Their response was yes. Once the booking was done, I received a mail which clearly stated "Your booking is confirmed. Kindly do not call us to confirm" But to my surprise, I receive a mail from Ms. Manika Gupta that TSG Blue resort was overbooked and I am being upgraded to some other hotel. Well the cheating started from here, because the new hotel being offered was not an upgrade but a deterioration from my existing booking. But Ms. Gupta didn't shy away from shamelessly lying to me. Maybe that's your company's policy. She then called me and told about this exciting '"ÜPGRADE" to which I straightaway refused. I wanted TSG or a real upgrade. She told me she will get back to me in 24 hours. I haven't receive a call from her since then. Just a mail that give us more time, we are trying to get the same old hotel. Everyday, I am calling your customer care because there are a tons of other bookings I have made based on your confirmation which includes my flight to Andamans. Everyday, I am being told to give some more time with no solution being given. I thought I have had enough and decided to just cancel my booking with you and take it from Yatra, for atleast they dont overbook. But to my surprise when I go to refund page, it shows the refundable amount as 0 because I used a promo code. And it shows my booking at TSG still confirmed. So I wrote a mail to [protected]@goibibo, in response to which Mr Ansul Singh contacted me on Saturday eve. He said that the issue will be resolved in by Sunday afternoon. But on sunday, I got a mail from him that the matter will be resolved in 48 hours. I waited patiently for 48 hours to pass, to receive another mail that it will take 24 more hours. I waited more till today when I have again received the same autorespoder mail that will will take 24 hours more. Well I dont know if you think your customers are fool but if you dont, then you are probably wasting your valuable money on having a client delight manager. If decision on a hotel booking ugrade can take 5 days in your company, you dont deserve to be in this business. Goibibo's client delight manager Ms. Anjali.[protected]@goibibo.com, who is always on cc yet her team is only sending me autoresponders in reply has totally failed in even ensuring that status is being clearly communicated to the client I dont think goibibo can solve my problem. Please refund my complete amount so that I can book my tickets from some more reliable portal regards Astha Saith

      Hello, Its been more then 75 days since I applied for my cancellation for Air India booking via ibibo but no refund received yet ibibo keep sending me automated generated email responses but no satisfactory response or refund (It was initially told me that maximum time taken to refund your amount is 45 days but its already 75days passed) I already sent multiple mails to ibibo on this issue but they keep sending me automated or pre composed mails only Please help me to get my refund back, I am really pissed off from the service which ibibo is proved to me Looking forward to get positive response and help from consumer forum

        I had done a hotel booking through Goibibo mobile app. The money got deducted however the booking was not confirmed by Goibibo. I tried to call and even after waiting for on IVR I could not talk to the customer service representative. So finally I drop an email at [protected]@goibibo.com asking to initiate the refund and done other booking. I verified with the payment gateway as they confirm the amount indeed got credited to the Goibibo account. I'm following with them since 7th September however not getting any response at all. Only I got ticket number Goibibohotels-704267 till now and no concrete response yet. I even included their management email id [protected]@goibibo.com however they also seem not to bother about customer and the services. It is horrible experience booking with Goibibo. Sachin Bhartiya

          I have made Hotel Booking (ID HTL6HHMGAU) & (ID HTLP749SC5) for Hotel Royal View, Jaipur, I searched lot of websites for best rates but on my iPhone app of Goibibo I got a offer for discount on hotels so I decided to book the hotel for my journey through goibibo app. Before confirming the booking I read the cancellation charges which is clearly mentioned that "zero" cancellation charges will be if I cancel my booking before 3 days of my arrival So as per my trust on Goibibo from last 2 years, I made the booking without hesitation or worrying for my money But after some time I saw that I made those bookings in wrong hotel, so immediately without thinking for I made another booking on same dates in Hotel Paradise, Jaipur with booking ID (HTLUM8WK92) & (HTLAQWEZVL) After this when I came to cancel my previous bookings, I saw that goibibo is charging INR500 for my each booking which makes me shocked that when there were zero cancellation charges how it it will be.. Then I immediately call on your help desk, then your representative told me that if I applied a offer there will be cancellation charges, but I have not seen any message of this type while I was making the bookings, & in iOS app there is no such type of condition in offers also, & as customer we are not going to read everything legals on a website to make a booking, as we try to save time not waste our time on reading such things, & if Goibibo using our ease to cheating us by this type of misrepresentation, then there will be no trust among a customer & company, I request you to kindly cancel my bookings having booking ID (HTL6HHMGAU) & (HTLP749SC5) & refund my whole amount without charging a single penny on my bookings, as I made the booking on a trust over your company, not the hidden terms & conditions.                 let me start with the experience i had in kashmir- 1) though i booked 2 AC Innova, still the driver was not ready to turn on the ac. then why did we pay for ac. instead we could have booked for not ac car 2) The rooms we booked were Presidential suite, but in srinagar they gave us 1 executive suite. after a lot of arguement and a long wait for 2 hours we got presidential suite. 3) we were 9 people and booked for 2 Ac Innova so that we can be comfortable enough. we could have booked for small cars but we booked innova. the drivers were not ready to put the luggage on the carrier instead hey wanted to fold the seat. 4) i confirmed from the ibibo executive Mr. Riyaz, regarding wifi in room and i was told that we will get wifi in roms but we didnt get. 5) i confirmed from Mr. Riyaz regarding the swimming pool in the hotels, he said there is swimming pool. swimming pool was available only in one hotel that too not in working condition. he could have told us that its only in one hotel. 6) from the 2nd day onwards the climate was cold there, we wanted AC to be turned on in the car. but driver didnt let us. he insisted on blower and for the ind infrmation, only putting on blower is very harmful for health because it contains only engine's hot air. thats why we wanted AC. 7) The drivers were so smart that they were asking for toll tax. though it was already included in our itinerary. 8) the drivers were not ready to take us anywhere for the local sight seeing. they were so lazy. they always said ma'am market is closed. but after going there, we could see all markets were opened. they used to lie everytime. 9) though the car was n disposal basis, the driver were told that after transferring us to hotel, they could leave for their rooms. as if we went to kashmir, only to stay in hotel. 10) the agents are so careless of yours that they switch off their phone when people try to connect with them. ya i am talking about mr riyaz, instead of helping us, his phone was switched off 11) we booked for 3 presidential suite, but in gulmarg hotel, in total there are 2 presidential suite. then how come you people booked for 3 presidential suite??? 12) when Mr. Riyaz sent me the itinerary, it included sonmarg also. but because of his negligence and my over confidence on ibibo that the confirmation itinerary would be same as the one sent before, led to big mess. the confirmation voucher did not include sonmarg. jabki the itinerary sent before had it. is this the professionalism you all work with. i booked with ibibo thinking that its a big group and everything would be in place but in vain. it would have been better if i would have booked it through some one else. I know its useless writing the feedback but still i had to write. atleast dont do the same with someone else. everyone is paying money and deserve the service in return.

                  I booked an NPC Service Apartment, Hadapsar, Pune thru goibibo on 23rd Aug @ 7 PM & instantly I got reservation confirmation so when I reached Hadapsar couldnt able to locate NPC for almost 4 hour, infact I called goibibo customer care & asked them to help me with contact person # from NPC they also culdnt track right number/person as the number itself were either switched off or wrong. This exercise was done both by me & goibibo executive till late night 12:00 AM!! ( I have saved the call recordings assuming a risk). Below is issue highlighted to goibibo team on 1st Sep but so far no proper response from them. Infact they promised to resolve issue by 5th Sep even that deadline was also crossed. :- I have been chasing team since a week but still no clarity on my refund request. My concern about this booking is - 1.Booked NPC Service Apartment of which address was complicated. 2.Contact numbers provided was wrong. 3.3 different phone numbers were tried by me along with goibibo executive to locate hotel. 4.All 3 numbers were incorrect or switched off! 5.Spoke to goibibo executive(Ayushi) on 28th Aug, n I was assured of call back from superior but didn't get @ all. 6.Called up today again to goibibo to check status but again I was assured call back by eod today! Nothing has happened. I doubt if there are any SLA's followed on timeline assured by goibibo. Note: - I have all call records since 23rd Aug, the day I faced problem n had lengthy conversation with goibibo executive(Aman n one more person whose name I don't remember). Infact I made entry in Copacbana Security person, Hadapsar, Pune but unable to track d right tower n apartment! I was all lost in Pune till night 12 AM(23rd night) along with my wife n 4 year kid! It was so frustrating to get stuck in new place n no one to help u late night.

                    Greetings! I am Prem, a senior editor. I am a customer of goibibo.com. My latest booking with goibibo.com are return flights for four people from DEL to AKL, travel dates are December 4th and December 15th. My goibibo ids are prem.[protected]@gmail.com and vaibhav.[protected]@gmail.com I booked the flights with goibibo.com on August 14, 2014 believing that I am being offered a competitive fare and as per the website which has mentioned several times of the "Lowest price guaranteed" or "minimum price guarantee". Please note that tickets for the same travel dates and for the same sector is available for INR 52, 722 on the website of Malaysian Airlines and for Rs. 53890 on goibibo.com website whilst I have paid INR 61, 367 for the same although I booked the flights two weeks ago. Even as on 27/08/2014 goibibo.com is promoting the offer "Upto 40% off on Malaysia Airlines" and its fare is still more expensive than the fare on Malaysia airlines website. I find it unacceptable that goibibo.com has charged me more than what the airlines is charging on its website and I am willing to take a legal action against the misleading practices. The airlines and agents encourage travelers to book in advance to benefit from discounted fares, in my case the fares have gone up.                           On 14 august 2014, with out any notice Rs. 227 has been cut from my SBI bank account mentioning transfer to Ibibo web pvt. limtited. This deduction of money has been taken place even when there was no commercial purchase or order done by me. Do refund back the money fairly and reply to know my account details. Thank you !

                              Hi, I was booked a ticked on 23th July 2014 and cancelled on 24th july 2014. The refund amount is not processed still now. For that i have called 8 times to customer care regarding the same issue. Each time i am getting answers stating that "we will process your request and this issue because of some technical issue and it will be resolved with in one/two working days" My booking details are: Booking mobile number : [protected] Payment id : GOBUSAND[protected] Starts From : Bangalore Destination : Kodaikanel Booked date : 23 july 2014 Cancelled date : 24 July 2014 Journey date : 26 July 2014 Refund need to be : 425 For this amount i have called 8 times and spent around 50rs for customer care to get same response. If it is not going to processed, Please let me know i will do some other useful work.

                                Goibibo loots customer in the name of offers and has not refunded my amount on cancellation, , I had booked Goibibo ticket for 1233 amount as an offer and booking was confirmed with an invoice, , due to some reason, , my wife tried checking the cancelation process, , however the their system without informing jus cancelled the ticket, , I called them several time, , please donot cancel ticket, , I need it, , but they said I will have to book again, , I tried that but now the charges were tripled, , I called again to them and they said I will receive the refund, , , but after 4 days I received a mail stating u will not receive the amount as airline charges are higher, , I mean plz dnt think we are fool, , it's our hard earned money, , and your cust service is pathetic, , They don't know how to talk and no courtesy, , they give stupid, , , and obnoxious explanation that I shud have read the rules befor booking, , I said WOW, , this was only left now PLEASE requesting all of you DO NOT USE GOIBIBO, , they fool you and loot you

                                  Good evening Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket on 04th Aug 2014 (approximately 11 PM) and later on it was canceled by me. But till now the amount is not credited to my account.I called so many times to the customer care executives of GOIBIBO, but all the time they are saying within 24 hours your amount will be appeared in your account. I have attached the full proof of this conversation.Please kindly go through the attachment and try to solve this problem. It is already 16 days. The customer care executives are not able to solve this problem till now. So there is no alternative for me without informing you. Below the screenshot was sent by the Customer care executive.In that screenshot it is clear that the amount is not refunded.                                     I booked 2 bus ticket from pune to chandrapur by mistakenly date was entered wrong so I requested to update the booked ticket date they told it is not possible, you have to cancelled the booking and again book new ticket I did cancelled the ticket and selected go cash option to use further refund amount but I try to use this option to book again the ticket even selected the check box to choose gocash option still all amount is debited from my credit card. Now I requested gocash amount to refund in my card they are saying it is not possible even they mention while transferring in gocash if you are not to use it later you can transfer to back you money into your source account from which the amount debited still they are not refunding to my money back and saying you will have to use it for future booking only it is not possible to refund your card.They were saying in mail they will refund or resolve this issue in 48 hours and after 48 hours I called in customer care then they said not possible to refund to card only you can use it future booking it very incorrect if customer don't want to use then their money should be given back. Please take action on this they cheating the people in this kind of situation.

Please note that as per RBI guidelines now from august 1 there will be no implementation transfer virtual currency into any real time account. Moreover this has been notified to the customers in our T & C. The amount once transferred to go cash can not be transferred in the bank account. Hence your go cash amount is safe for your future bookings.

                                    While choosing gocash option there is written if you don't want to use this amount further booking you can transfer back to your account that is why I used this option.Now you are saying it is not possible it is completely cheating to users.

                                    I need my money back to in my card at any cost now because you are completely misguiding the users on website.

                                    I'm facing a similar problem. I too did the same mistake of converting money to Gocash. You will be surprised to know that you can not use any Promotional code while making booking through Gocash. Gocash really sucks. Its a good way they have chosen to trap customer's money. Since you are an editor, I would suggest you to take up this case in media and make the customers aware of the GO Cash trap.

                                    Booking aborted, money deducted

                                    Hi, I booked a ticket using goibibo app and payment from my account got deducted, but my booking got aborted. Even I was trying to get customer support but no response. Hope to get my money refund soon.

                                      Hi, We live in Bangalore.We had an important family event to at Hyderabad. I had booked bus tickets for our family (two adults + two kids) via GoIbibo well in advance.Depart on Aug 14th (operator: Omer Travels); return on Aug 16th night. We were assigned confirmed seat numbers. Our bus was at 9:30 pm on Aug 14th.At about 4 pm, I called up Omer Travels[protected],[protected].They said, the bus is scheduled on time; reach boarding spot 5-10 mins before schedule departure time.We reached boarding point 30-mins before time. When the bus arrived, we were not allowed to board. Reason being, the seats were allocated to someone else.We were told that, all seats booked thru GoIbibo were at discounted price & hence cancelled.Other fellow passengers, who had booked tickets thru other agents, boarded the bus with no issues.Omer Travels also mentioned that they had indicated GoIbibo about it threedays in advance. When I called up GoIbibo, they mentioned that they have no such indication from the operator & they will sync up with Omer Travels & work it out.I called up GoIbibo multiple times; begged them to make some arrangements so that at least I can attend the family event; but all in vain.They also charged me a sizeable amount for cancellation of my return bustickets, even though I didn't travel due to their error. I also ended up loosing entire money on my Hyderabad hotel reservation. It looks like:- - GoIbibo provides good deals and customers like me fall prey to it - If the vendor doesn't honor the deal, all they have to offer isone simple word: "sorry". They do not take accountability of their promise.They are a big cheats. What can be done: - by GoIbibo, to make up for me missing important family events plus loosing lot of money - they don't keep taking customers for granted & keep cheating repeatedly SJ135
