    In the process of booking an online air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi, amount Rs.3739 was deducted from my account on 25th july, 2014. But there was some error so ticket did not get generated. I sent a mail to ibibo.com that day only but did not receive any response yet. Please look into the matter and give my money back into my account.

      I have booked my flight(PNR No-44TVR4)form Mumbai to Lyon for the journey on 9th June 2014 with a total amount of approximately Rs.59000(with reschedule cost), but due to some unforeseen reason I have to cancel my ticket on 7th June 2014.It is more than one and half month since I have cancelled my ticket and I haven't got any refund yet.I have put lot of mail as well as call and the service guy keep telling me that it will be refunded within a week or in 2-3 working days as they have got the refund from airline.Moreover when I called this week on Monday, they are telling me that they have got refund and it will be refunded soon in 2 working days but due to no refund in my account, when I am calling them again then they are telling me that the airline hasn't refunded the amount yet.They are not even giving satisfactory answer and moreover the call is not free and they are putting me on hold for more than 10 minutes everyday.

      I am very much upset with your service and consumer support.
      Inspite of frequent calls to you about my refund status, you guys are keep telling me new things everytime, I call.as for example, one day I got response that airline has refunded the amount and it will be reflected into my account within 3 days, next time I heard that airline hasn't refunded my amount and when I called on again someone told me that it has been refunded to my account but truth is that I haven't got my back till now.

      I have filed complaint against Goibibo in consumer court via Docket No.[protected] and 1408185 .Please use the same docket no. for further communication.

      As per mail it says that I will be getting my money back in 5-7 Days but I haven't got my money back yet.

      I think you guys are keep making story every time I call or drop a mail.

      I have contacted the bank and they are saying that there is no refund done on the date 4 august 2014 for the amount of 24, 554.More over they are investigating into the situation right now.

      I am suppose to get Rs 37, 052 not Rs.24, 554 so where is my rest of the money??

      As discussed earlier, the refund was pending from airline's end.

      Also, please note Goibibo is a facilitation platform and shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline.

      Further, the refund has been processed in your account.

          i booked spicejet flight from surat (departure 17:00 hrs) to new delhi through goibibo on 23/06/2014 for the travel dt.24/06/2014 & paid Rs.8493/- through HDFC Visa Credit Card. soon i got msg on my mob no-[protected] that Rs. 8493/- had been deducted. further PNR GOFLDb64e [protected] was alloted. thenafter i got msg on 25/06/2014 that my ticket was not confirmed due to technical computer processing error, so txn was unsuccessful. and also that refund would be credited to my HDFC Visa Credit Card A/c after 10 working days. sir, i regret to say that till today, i did not get confirmation from GOIBIBO about any credit made from their side or not. please intimate me soon so i can claim from HDFC BANK authority.             We had done a group booking from goibibo to a resort for 27/7/2014. Booking ID:127316HTL5VYPQYA Their website said that the rooms were available. We booked 8 rooms and paid the full amount. But after a few days when we called up the resort, they said that no booking was done. When we called the customer care, they said that there was some misunderstanding on rate issue between goibibo and the resort. They kept us hanging for more than 15days, everyday saying that they'll call us back and never returning one single call. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! They would not even let us talk to their managars. Only the customer care support guys (Ajita, Anandita, Amit) would talk to us and procrastinate. Then finally they gave a totally different reason that no rooms are free!!! How is that possible because we booked the rooms which were free! To cross check when we called the resort, they said that the rooms were blocked for us but pending payment from Goibibo. I dont understand why they had to play a game for 15 days! And later answer that there were no rooms free in the first place. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never go for this rubbish site to book your travels since they can cancel it at the last moment! Worst Experience ever!

                      Consumer Complaints GOIBIBO – REFUND NOT GIVEN.

                      Booking id – GOBUS7F2E[protected]
                      My journey dated 20 June, 2014 from Agra to Lucknow was booked from goibibo.com, by VOLVO Bus ( Dep time – 10:00 AM from Agra ) . The bus broke down in between Agra and shikowabad (at Toll tax gate) . No arrangements were made by vendor. I had to go from my own . The conductor told that money would be refunded from respective sites . On 21st June I had a talk with company’s representative and he told it would be refunded within 4-5 days .
                      Till know my refund has not come . Again I had a talk with their representative and they told to wait. I even sent many mails but they always say that we are in talk with the vendor . NOW IT HAS BEEN 25 days since the booking .
                      And my money is not refunded . Kindly help me .

                            Hi All, Below is the email I wrote to GOIBIBO - to: management goibibo date: Thu, Jul 3, 2014 at 6:29 PM subject: Re: Complain of Bus Journey mailed-by: gmail.com Will you again say this is happening first time in your operations? 1). Booked a bus ticket as shown below: Booking ID – GOBUSMOB7370e[protected] PNR- XES4FX 2). My wife and 4 year old kid was travelling alone due to some emergencies: 2). When they entered in the bus somebody else was sitting on the booked seat(1st and 2nd number seat) 3). when we asked about this to the operator they said madam you can sit on the other sit seat 3rd and 4th numbers by mistake this ticket number 1st and 2nd is booked 2 times due to online transaction failures Please note there is no prior notification from bus operator side directly to the travelers 4). after their request my wife shifted to other seat which was 3rd and 4th number 5). In shridi somebody came in midnight and asked is very bad manner saying 3 and 4 number seats are booked on our name, they were shouted like anything on my wife and fighting like a tow market 7). My wife was afraid and she called me and I agreed her to be calm and shift to the given seat that seat number was 5th and 6th number which was one of the worst seat and not even safer. My Question are: 1). How to booked same seat to two different person? 2). If this is happened from bus operator side, did not they informed you about this change? 3). Should not this be prior inform to the passenger who is travelling? 4). Does not highways are safe for travel in nights for ladies and kids? Please reply so that I can logged further complaints .                             I booked a ticket in Sharma travels pvt ltd from Tirupur to Bangalore on 15th may, they took money from my account but the ticket was not booked and till now the money was not refunded.

                                We had a trip to Nainital recently vide above mentioned booking ID but I am Sorry to say that we had a very bad experience at The Emily. Though we liked the place at first sight, the management there was pathetic. There was no dedicated reception and nobody was there to take care of guests. We had to go to staff room/kitchen again and again for basic requirements like drinking water and milk for baby. We asked for drop to mall road In evening but cab didn't come for one and a half hour. Our entire evening was spoiled waiting at the lawn. Worse was when there was no water in washrooms next morning. There was no one around to listen to our problem and again our time was wasted looking for some help. Finally we managed to speak to the manager over phone and he shifted us to another property which was little better managed but not upto the mark. We went there just for 2 days to relax and enjoy but we ended up in struggling to find comfortable stay. We booked first time through goibibo and had a nightmare experience. The details and claims mentioned at Goibibo website proved to be false. It was all misleading information and looks like fraudulent. Also, the tariff mentioned at hotel premises was Rs. 3000 plus 17.42% taxes, while we were charged approx Rs. 6500 for a standard room. Our entire trip was spoiled just because of false claims by Goibibo. Furtehr, when I mail them about my experience they just said they will share the complaint with Hotel which they didn't even after 8 days of my mail. They seem to be not interested in their customers pains.

                                  To be very frank, Goibibo, the very favorite booking site, till my last trip. the discount coupons makes them uncomparable to any bookings site in India, navigating thru-out the site is excellent, easily understandable and they quickly makes refund. With all the goods said, here comes the attractive aftermath of their business after booking. I’ve booked for one night stay at a famous 4-star hotel in Chennai. I’ve cleared all payments including all sort of taxes prior. And I went to the hotel at 11pm, next day checked out before 6 hours ahead of my actual time to catch my transport. While checking out, hotel management in any hotels usually check for any outstanding payments(like the usage of their snacks or any others), in my case, they’ve asked me to pay 2500 rupees as a tax, even though having the fact that, I cleared all payments online before. I explained them, I’ve made all the so-said taxes and asked them to check the voucher print. But, those uneducated craps replied me you’ve only paid them and not to us. Then, I immediately called up Goibibo customer support at that urgent situation, and hardly waited for about 8 minutes to get them connected. Then I’m transferred to the hotel-issue handling department. there comes the unknown fact of tat favorite site(hate to say like now). A lady answered, and I explained her all the happenings there, and hearing to all, she replied in a very cool attitude "um-um. ohho. I can’t solve this sort of issues." Further while responding her to check atleast my payment on tax, she exactly done like "haha. we got nothing to do with what hotel management is asking you in this regard, I think you may need to follow them" the heck, you bi h, how can you hesitate to say them when I PAID ALL THEIR TAXES TO YOU, and for, what the f k you sit there to take calls. you crappy creature, you won’t deserve a single penny they pay you. And know what, you can’t spend even a single second as a customer-support faculty anywhere in this world other than Goibibo. Definitely not going to turn to this site over again. And for you Goibibo CEO’s and profit makers, don’t think of long live with such illiterate customer-support, and you are actually paying them to spoil each your efforts and ruin business.

                                    Hello Sir, I have booked Aranyam River Retreat, Mohanchatti, Rishikesh with check in date of 18th June, 2014 and check out date of 20th June, 2014 with GoIbibo with booking id-HTLUZ7XBVQ. I have faced so many difficulties while staying in the resort due to which I had to leave within a day. 1. The portal was showing 2 rooms left when we booked the resort but when we reach there, it was only 2 o[censored]s in the whole resort. We would not have booked the resort if we were aware of actual facts. 2. The portal also never mentioned that there were no fences around the resort, how can such an important thing be missed by them. Being a girl, I was very insecure and had to leave the resort within a day as trespassers were seen anytime. Even there was no guard in the resort. If it would have been mentioned on the portal, we would never opted for it, who will take the responsibility if something happens there as villagers have full access to the property. 3. Also, we opted for River facing room with all meals. But there was no buffet in the hotel. It was told to us that they cannot levy the buffet for 2 people. If that would have been the case whey we end up paying for buffet services. Even for Alcarta there was no menu card in the hotel. It is simply cheating the guests. 4. Also, the travel portal is mentioning SPA Services(chargeable though), yoga and meditation but on reaching there we came to know nothing like this ever happened there or can be arranged as there was no room for SPA services. If this was the case why they are fooling the people who wanted to go to such places to relax. Not only, I had to shed so much money as I have to stay at haridwar unnecessary for one day coz already had a train booking on 20th evening but have to face so much trouble and mental harassment in all this chaos and waste of time and energy. I had to even comprise my paid leaves for this trip which was all misrepresented by this travel portal. I would like you to take urgent action on them so that more people should not face same difficulties and help me to get my hard earned money back from this portal. Waiting for your strict action on the same.

                                    Providing 50% refund will not solve my purpose as I have to incur the cost of hotel and other expenses in Hardiwar for a day unncessarily. Also, my whole journey was in vain due to this misrepresentation of data by your portal as well as Hotel website. I have to bear the to and fro charges of the taxi amounting to almost Rs 3200 as well to reach this hotel which would not happen otherwise. Request you to bring these issues in front of the merchant and help me to get the resolution on the same on urgent basis.

                                      i Got a call from Max Life call center phone no[protected] at 14:14 today, Sales consultant names "ADITYA SINGHANIA" that's what he mentioned . He has just no decency to speak to the customers, No antiquates to speak, No idea of what he is trying to sell . I request you guys to improve the Market facing people and then try to sell your product, cause sales people like these just hamper the Brand of the company . Incase you need more details do write to me .
