Hi,
I have tried to book railway ticket though Goibibo mobile app.But booking has been failed and till now I did not received refund. I took helped from online automated support system and they told me that within 4 -16 days refund will be credited but I did not get any refund.
Below is details :-

        Refund is under process saying that they are contacting the airline for the refund.. But the airline has already emailed us to claim the full refund from the agency from were we have booked ticket.. But goibibo customer care isnt responding for that... Its not our fault that the flight has been cancelled its your lookout.. The consumer should get the refund as soon as possible../so that other ticket can be booked..19000 rs is nt a matter of joke for a normal middle class family...

        There was cancellation of the flight SG3083 on 31/03/2019. PNR-B67PXV. when i contacted spice jet they have replied back saying the amount has been refunded on 02/04/2019 through your channnel. still i have nopt got the payment. kindly provide email address for goibibo for the complaints
        Intried to book train ticket on 26th march 2019.
        But the payment was declined and amount was deducted from the account.
        Since now it is more than 15 days .
        Still the refund was not completed.

          My name is Venkatramana S Bhat. I have booked 2 seats in an AC bus from Udupi to Bangalore on 19.03.2019, ticket no.RBN34ED9DA4. On 19.03.2019, the bus operator informed me about cancellation of AC bus and have asked me to go by ordinary bus. I refused and cancelled my tickets. The Bus operator cancelled the tickets and informed me to get the refund from Goibibo as the tickets were booked through Goibibo.

          Since then (19.03.2019), I am calling goibibo customer care (more than 15 times) and asked for refund of my booking amount Rs.1496/-. But goibibo is silent about this issue and whenever I call they say ~`our team is working on it` and no specific time period is committed by them.

          I request you to take up with the Goibibo and help me in getting my refund amount.

            Nobody is able to observe the evidences and, accordingly, nobody has a duty to pay compensation to the anonymous author .

            the author can introduce with basic requirements for general complaing, if in need,

            In addition, the claimant has to to pay for the legal assistance of the lawyer / the legal profesional in the civil aviation and be responsible for the collection of the documents in time.

            The cost of the legal assistance start from Rs 6000 for such types of cases in India or
            from USD 350 for such types of cases, if the author wants hearing in the US district court.

            Last day of lodging the complaint is 27 April 2019 for the cases related to the Jet air carrier.

              This is reference to flight ticket booked from gwahati to bangalore on 20th april.

              The flight was cancelled from jet-airways directly and was communicated several times via phone.

                I had booked a flight from mumbai and delhi and then rescheduled it. Only the date was changed. During the reschedule, money was adjusted and the new flight was booked. That flight was cancelled. Goibibo returned the extra amount i paid for the new flight but is not giving me the money that was readjusted from the earlier flight. I have called them 6 times, mailed them more number of times but no feedback at all. I am completely disappointed.

                      I booked a room at OYO 136 Townhouse anuj pandey from 20th April to 22nd April (Booking ID - HTLZAJCKB2) but when i along with my wife reached at the location, hotel does not exist. After roaming here & there for 1 hour, i called at the shared number from goibibo and taken the mobile number of the property but unable to contact anyone as number was not reachable.
                      Now its been 1 & an half hour and i called goibibo customer care support([protected]) and someone name Sajid picked up the call and kept me on phone till 20 minutes and then told me that he will give me a call in next 5 minutes. I waited for 15-20 minutes but when nobody from goibibo called me and as its 11 PM and i was standing on roadside along with my wife. It was really scary for us now but i make my wife understand saying that Goibibo is a big big brand and they will definitely help us with best they can and again i called on the same number of Goibibo customer support and now its been picked by some one Anil and i again make him understand about my pathetic situation and anil gives me assurity that someone will give a call in next 5 minutes but again nobody called me.
                      Now, there is no other option and have to kept our security as the priority and i book a room again paying huge amount at Ranbirs from the Goibibo platform only (Booking ID - HTL2FECCJC) at 11:30PM.
                      Then, when i checkin at Ranbirs, i again called on the very same number of Goibibo customer support and some one Rahul picked the call and responded very well after listening and taken me at confidence and again does the same as previous staff of goibibo did to me.
                      This was seriously pathetic and shocking that a big brand like Goibibo on which shown an unprofessional attitude and shown how carelessly they work. They didnt even think of their loyal customers even after many calls for help.
                      You people cant be able to even think of that how much i and my wife suffered yesterday, we wasted our time, wasted money, waited for hours at roadside for hours with our luggage... you cant have any resolution for it.
                      Please return my amount i paid for my second booking i.e. 4338 + fare i roam around. Total = 5000/=

                        I have booked flight tickets from mumbai to heathrow for 24th may, transaction id being - vt191100079000010753156. I paid on 18th april, 2019.

                        We have been constantly following up since the time we have booked, as the amount of rs 53, 499 got deducted as soon as we secured our booking. Toll free number which is definitely not helping and gia being super useless, there is no way to get any refund either.

                              Tickets booked : totally we booked 7 tickets.
                              2l, 3l, 5l, 6l, 2u, 3u, s4

                              Problem 1 : didnt get proper communication about bus number and timing.. We waited more than three hours in kengeri ksrtc bus stand with child in hand even the day was rainy.
                              The numbers provided in the booking were unable to contact.. After sometime when the bus has come, its not the one mentioned in booking.. We booked for non ac sleeper bus.. But the service was seating.. They threatened us to board into that bus. But we dint board and asked for non ac sleeper bus as we booked...
                              After sometime we got non ac sleeper bus but all our booked tickets are sold out to other passengers. Its like multiple sale for same seat. Thats a fradulent act done by bus service - ashwini travels..

                              Problem 2 :
                              We were asking for our booked seats.. Bus driver was arguing and harrashing us.. We asked to move bus to police station.. And tried to file a complaint against the travels.. But they are well prepared for it and convinced polices by their influences.
                              Bus operator told that they will repay the money and arrange the bus for the travel. But the alternative bus we got has no proper facilities to travel safe.
                              The driver was rash driver, dint slow the bus even a bit when bua nears speed braker.. All we are allocated with last row seat the seat was balanced with tied rope... Got injured due to the unprofessional drive.. We asked for first aid kit. But its not provided.. Asked driver to stop the bus in nearest hospital. But driver denied the obligations. An unpleasant day it was.

                              No proper response for customers.

                              We are kindly requesting to take action on the owner of the travels and cancel the total travel licences of ashwini travels also compensate for the troubles we faced.. Ashwini travels has to take responsibility on spoiling our total journey plan, and punished for making us injured.

                                We booked hotel at ooty for 19thapril19 to 20thapril19.
                                Upon arriving at hotel at around 9pm, found that it was locked from outside. Called the hotel reception. They told they don't accept through goibibo and used foul languages. We had to suffer a lot as it was night time, too late to get another hotel and money was deducted by goibibo also.
                                Goibibo does not have a customer care no to report to also. Again their support link does not work.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have booked a ticket for april 11th. I received a message from airlines on 4th stating the flight had been grounded (737 boeing security issues). Please find attached the screenshot of the ticket and message from airline.

                                  I checked the site given in the message, unfortunately there weren't any alternate flights available and i opted for full refund, the ticket from bangalore to bagdogra got cancelled.

                                  I have tried connecting to spicejet customer care, and they stated that the refund will be sent to the agent (Goibibo). I also tried connecting to ibibo's customer care: [protected], it keeps telling me we are experiencing unexpected volume of calls and the call is not getting connected to anywhere.

                                  When i checked the same pnr on goibibo it still shows booking confirmed.

                                  I have searched a lot for a mail id to write to, couldn't find any as i saw refund will not be processed until people contact you. I am totally confused and worried about my money. Kindly requesting someone to help me.

                                  The amount was INR 4283. I have called the spicejet customer care and was assured the entire amount was refunded. How come only 3101 was refunded. See attached spicejet invoice copy. Flight was grounded.

                                  Refund the entire amount at the earliest.

                                    I had booked ticket from toronto to bangalore on 7th may and return on 21st august 2019. Pnr no. Pkv65b. I wanted to reschedule the flight date and tried for three days but it did not happen. Then i requested for cancellation. Now it is more than 3 days still i have not got any message regarding the cancellation and refund of the booking. I have called goibibo in all the numbers displayed on the website. And gia was also not helpful at all. There was no customer care support. I never expected such a worst service from such a big company. I hope and trust atleast now you would take my request as priority and refund the amount.

                                        With reference to current news of jet airways shutting down their operations, i have received an email today morning from jet airways that my flight as per the details below is cancelled and that i should contact the agent for refund. I have been constantly messaging ibibo through mobile app but not getting sufficient response to my queries as it is auto generated. We expect go ibibo to contact us just like jet did and inform us about the cancelled tickets.
                                        They are still shwoing me status as flight on time which is wrong. So i request them to send me updated flight details and procedure for claiming refund.
                                        The flight details and booking reference is attached as photo.
                                        The same happened for a different jet flight booked through mmt for which i already got the complete refund back. Expect the same service from goibibo
