This is with respect to the complaint on the hotel booking done on 19th may through goibibo.com. I received this message confirming my hotel booking "dear muthukumaran, your booking is done and confirmed. Booking id - htlslkzpbg for lotus bay view pondicherry. Check in 15 may and check out 16 may. Have a pleasant stay! Your tkt: http://goo. Gl/tdnneq", but when i went to check in to the hotel i was denied a room saying the booking has been cancelled. I was not given any intimation on the cancelation. I tried to speak with the customer care for 90min standing at the hotel entrance. And finally was given accommodation which was not upto our satisfaction. The entire point of vacation was ruined by the service of goibibo. I was promised to receive a call from their supervisor but am i have not received any yet. I even tried to connect with them on twitter, but no response received. Was this information helpful? | |||

Goibibo — Money deducted but ticket not confirmed yet
Money has been deducted from my account but ticket is not being seen, they do not have any contact numbers wherein i can contact even, as the customer care is completely IVR based only
