    Hello All, Please note, recently i booked a room in Sikkim at Yarlam Resort, Lachung having booking ID HTLXNCYSUW from GOIBIBO. Last week i received a mail from Goibibo and they said there is some issue with this hotel so they are upgrading to some different hotel and when i cross checked that hotel detail in net it was 3rd class hotel as a replacement of 1st class hotel. I checked the price online and found that there is a difference...

    This is the complaint that I forwarded to GOIBIBO I booked a hotel for 30th of Jaunary 2016 Country Inn and Suites by Carlson Candolim Goa. I booked the hotel and I clicked and applied the coupon gokarde and and opted to use my go cash which showed me that the final amount that I would have to pay was about Rs.14000 and Specifically clicked the link and applied the coupon GOKARDE and opted to use my GOcash but today as I was chceking my bank details I came to know that the actual amout that I have been charged is 17121, which is a huge loss for me . Plus the Gocash which was amounting around 3000 has also been deducted otherwise. I want the amount to be refunded immideatley. I have been booking with GOibibio for a long time now be it hotels or filghts and especially via the GOKARDE offers. I called your helpline and the guy told me that no coupon was applied from our side I am not a fool! I specifically applied the coupon and click on the link and opted to use my gocash! I think there has been a technical problem from your side and I want to be charged for the original amount and be refunded the remaining cash. Or let me cancel the room I asked the helpline guy about cancellation and he told me that it can be cancelled and I will receive a refund of Rs 420. OF RUPEES 420! Do I look like a fool ? I have cancelled hotela before as well infact a few days back I cancelled a hotel booked for Jaipur and I received a full refund. I want this problem to be sorted as quickly as possible otherwise I'll have to contact the consumer forum. I have been swindled because I specifically applied the coupon code.

        We have booked air tickets with Goibibo for flight from Delhi to Indore on 12 Nov with Air India . But however since the flight has been rescheduled from Air India, we had to cancel our ticket and Air India agreed to pay full refund. After 15 days, we contacted Air India and they informed the refund money has been transferred to Booking agent Goibibo . We have contacted multiple times however Goibibo hasnt processed our refund fully until today. They are not responding to emails on time. We have given the details of refund from Air India to them to help out. We have made complaints with Goibibo customer care many times and issue has not been sorted out till now.             Hello Myself Gaurang Shukla and staying in USA. I recently have to visit India and first time I choose some different company other than Make my trip to do my flights bookings and I had the worst experience and felt like i am robbed. Here is the way this company rob people, they have marketed go cash as a reward cash money that you will get once you make any reservation and they have marketed it such way that you can use that money in your next purchase, trust me they will rob your money by luring you by lucrative money back deals but will charge you more for what you can get at cheaper rates in other websites and finally giving you nothing in go cash (you can use only 5% of Go cash at a time) I made a reservation they have nothing mentioned about term and condition about go cash except in a small letter you cant even see When i called there was one guy from customer service named Manish I had the worst customer service experience, He was prepared for the answer and didn't even listen to my problem (i am sure he kept my phone away when i was explaining anything to him) and this Manish was speaking it too fast that he didn't care at all to resolve my query and when i asked him about the his full name he pronounced his name is such way that i don't get it at first attempt, repeatedly asking he mentioned something which i can at least hear Manish Khimani (not sure if he has give right name at all) but this guy was simply ridiculous more that the company he works for. This company is marketing in a wrong way about the go cash... Please please stop robbing people and someone should take action to in their thief marketing of go cash, they should put terms and condition (atlest the main thing)major thing in bold letter

              I had booked tickets on 11/12/2015 for date 24/12/2015 from pune to sawantwadi, and i paid 2850 online, But i got a message on 24/12/2015 saying that the tickets has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded, i called them and told to arrange other bus but they denied, again i called after 5 days and was told that the money will be refunded in 5 working days, again i called after few days and was told that i takes 7 working days, i called on the 7th working day and was told that it takes upto 12 working days, now i am very irate and wants to sue goibibo.com as i had beared a heavy loss, i had my holidays spolied, and i had to pay 3 times extra to book tickets suddenly due to festival season, and i have to wait for such a long time, i want my refund and i want compensation from goibibo.com

                Dear Management - Goibibo.com, This is to my utmost dissapointment I had to write this regarding my worst experince using GOIBIBO for my Travel booking purposes. I have tried to book tickets of 14 Jan 2016 to 17 Jan 2016 for 6 people from Goibibo site. Despite, of my 4 attempts there was an error and tickets are not booked however, in the 5th attempt the tickets are booked for wrong dates July 14th-17th which is not my schedule at all. Since I booked these tickets separately it’s impossible to enter wrong date from my end as I paid two different amounts INR 17000(approx.) & INR 18000(approx.) separately for To and Fro Journey When I contacted Air India for this discrepancy they advised to contact Goibibo and when I contacted back Goibibo, they are now kicking back to Air India. Now I’m hanging in there with no resolution to my problem, when ever Im contact your customer care they are not giving and concrete resolution. However, GOIBIBO customer care accepted their error as its same day and date in the month of january and july 14 Jan 2016(thus) to 17 Jan 2016(sun), July 14th(thus)-july17(sun) PNR no : Hr2n5 - INR 18000 PNR no : Hr2xz - INR 17000

                  Hi, I had ordered a dress material, for which the amount was debited from my account but neither had i received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account, when i called up voonik they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment.I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved...

                  They cheat you in ways in a very crooked way. Not explicit in what the cancellation rules, charges are, and what they mean exaclty by their new Rs.2000 cash back offer 'GET2000GC'. It doesn't mean that you can get Rs 2000 off your next purchase with them. Its only 5% of the 2000 cash back that you can use for your next purchase with them.

                  From my experience, my advice would be - take you business elsewhere. The airline itself is the best option i think.
                  The amount of time i have lost is what really riles me up, going behind one of their 'offers'.

                  Never again will i go anywhere near go ibimbo.

                    I have made a Hotel booking on 21 Dec 2015 at 14:35 from Kotak Mahindra Net banking eStore which takes me to Goibibo portal eventually. I have done two bookings, one using my account and one using my wife's account and paid the amount using my Kotak Credit Card. I have got the Booking ID after doing the bookings with this platform. Below are the booking IDs. - HTLC5M6WJA (Costing Rs. 2068) - HTL7ZDU9UT (Costing Rs. 2068) These bookings was for Hotel Apana, DIU for 28th 29th Dec 2015. I don't know why goibibo team is still saying that payment is not received to them when I have valid transactions IDs and the amount is charged to me by my bank. I already attached all the communications / proofs / bank statements and written a mail to management (Aditi) as well. However, there is no response yet. I already have several tickets created with Goibibo and 1148688 is the latest one. Others are 1101465, 1110762, 1110967. Every time I am just getting a ticket number without any result or outcome. Moreover, I called to management on 29th Dec 2015 and advised that every Hotel listed on your website in DIU claimed that "BOOKINGS with GOIBIBO will not get confirmed, and advised me not to do any bookings with you". This was my personal experience when i was in DIU. Did you opened your website for just cheating people and getting their hard earned money without providing any service?

                      Goibibo just takes money and never does any follow up. It's the user who needs to do everything from confirming hotel and managing check in timings. There is no use of this app and not reliable at all. It's better to use other apps like Oyo which are more user friendly. Their customer care is worst.. They don't know what they are for

                            I have booked two rooms through goibibo with booking ID's HTL6P7UC67 and HTLSQA5MBT on September 12th 2015. Booking was done for dates 25th-27th December 2015 at Bella vista hotel in Munnar. I have paid Rs.5734 for each booking which amounts to Rs.11468 for 2 bookings. When I have reached the hotel on 25th December, they refused to allow me to check in as previous payments form goibibo were pending to the hotel. I kept calling to the customer care for more than 4 hours 30 mins. At around 5:30 they booked an other hotel(Meghdhooth) for one night and I was assured that another hotel will be booked for 26th before my checkout. Next day I neither received a mail nor a call. So again I contacted the customer care and was assured again that they would get back to me in 15 mins after booking a hotel. I did not receive any confirmation. So I kept calling them and each call was for about an hour. I was kept on hold every time without giving me a solution. At around 8:30 pm after again contacting the customer care, we were informed that they have booked 2 rooms at Highrange INN in Munnar. Later when we reached the hotel we came to know that no booking was made by goibibo. We again tried contacting them and again wew were put on hold without confirming the booking. We had to pay Rs. 11000 for a single room instead of two rooms as we did not have any other option. I expect a total refund from goibibo as they have totally ruined my two days trip at munnar and made me suffer for their mistakes.

                            They asked me to contact them. But 3 tickets i have raised are still in pending state.
                            I too had booking for 20 Dec to 22 Dec in Bella Vista and I had suffered the same agony. I am going to file a case in Consumer Court.

                              I booked a hotel and cancelled after 2 days. On Booking confirmation email it was clearly written that it is free cancellation. But when I cancelled the Booking they didn't refund me full amount.
