There is almost 30 mins of wait to get connect with customer care agent even after call get connected they simply disconnect the call...

I am trying to call the customer care from last 2 days no one able to help me, firstly there is 30 min of wait time even after call get connected the agent simply disconnect the call.. pathetic service...

I am an ICICI bank account holder, whenever I call their customer care, I have to wait for 30-40 minutes i.e if you call them twice for some issues it will take your precious 1.30 hour, I am thinking of closing my account with them due to this...

I got scammed on credit card on 22 sep.
I recently applied for credit card as they came to our area and didn't even activate the card as my name was incorrect on it. Last date to do that was 24 sep.
