Dear Sir,
I am Jai Prakash Pandey user of ICICI Bank Credit card no [protected] on 26 Jan 2024 my moblie was cloned by someone and transactions done of Rs 75885 from my credit card.
And at the same time, I got call from ICICI Customer care about this transaction was not done by me and already file the complaints on 29 Jan 2024 to ICICI Bank over the phone and my nearest branch Lalpur Ranchi about the same.
After this bank was credited this amount as a temporary credit to my account and now, they are refusing.
I think after these complaints bank is not giving me proper response.
Request you too Kindly me on this.

Already reported to Police Station, Cyber Crime Cell, Icici Bank and all.
Same time when bank called me about this transaction, I already denied that this transaction was not done by me on 26 Jan and bank is already not updated this transaction at the sameday on Imobile App. They updated these transactions on 28 Jan 2024.
Then how I know about this transaction.

      I am tarun kumar, an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-24 on 27 feb 2024.

      I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

      I need my money back and am ready to complain even in court if required.

      their is no resolution with their i send email to customer care as well

              Ref Complain No DEABD E[protected] and thereafter reply ICICI on 31 December 2023 I had never made the payment of Rs10986 to Life Insurance Corporation If I had made payment as per ICICI kindly provide transaction statement from ICICI I am having my statement with me which never shows the details of the transaction of Rs 10986 I am not bound to make this payment and I will not be paying this payment Kindly do the needful at the earliest I intend to close my credit card immediately
              Presently I am having an credit card No [protected] with ICICI Bank Rupay Credit Card earlier I was having credit card [protected] on 28th December 2023 an amount of Rs 10986 was debited from my card which was not made by me Accordingly I raised the complaint with ICICI Bank and they were agreed and the amount was credited in my account on 2nd February 24 Now again the amount of Rs.10986 is debited from my account on 29th January 24 with the reason that the amount was made either through OTP of CVV From September 23 to January 24 I gone through my bank statement the expenditure never been made by me I raised the issue with the bank but nothing has been done till Due to this fraud I cancelled my earlier card No[protected] and was issued a new card No[protected] The expenditure of Rs 10986 never shown in my statement which I am being compelled to pay Kindly look into the matter and expedite the same at the earliest I never made the expenditure of Rs 10986 and the amount has never been shown in the statement

                I am Abhishek Baranwal, writing on behalf of my father Raju kumar Barnwal.

                Mr. Raju kumar Barnwal is the Bond Holder ( Bond Holder no. 0026-503 of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 29.01.1999.

                It has matured / redeemed on 29.06.2023.

                  As per the above topic, i was talked with ICICI bank customer care services at 22 Feb 2024, near about 3.00 pm. The call was discussion about extra charges on closed loan account, but that persons hadn't any knowledge only they attained the call. Customer care no. 18001080
                  It is just transferring the call from one to another. And no one knows about the problem I mentioned. I have spoken to at least 7-8 people. Because they are only interested in fooling the customer. In this way, the service of the bank is running. Even after talking to so many people, they still haven't given me any information. I say there are so many people to fool people. Such services should be stopped. They hadn't any answer that's why they are doing complete time waste of customer. please carefully listen the attachment audio.

                      My account is freezed from 20 feb 2024.
                      I contacted to nearest ICICI Bank Branch they say account cannot be freezed from here. they say account is freezed because of suspicious transaction or account does not keep money in saving account. I said to unfreeze they say they cannot unfreeze.i cannot do any transaction...

                        Cash deducted 175rs without my knowledge or email or sms. When check I saw amount deducted for CashTxnCharges Branch. Nowadays monthly deducted charges for some some reason. Please check and revert back....

                          Unable to add Payee NRE

                          I have opened NRE Account, Its been more than 4 days since the account is open and active. I'm trying to add a payee, but it is keep erroring out with reason "Addition of new payee can be done only after 24 hours of a mobile number udpate." i have waited too many 24 hours already. its is urgent and i need to transfer money, and now the money is kinda locked down in ICICI account and unable to take it out.                           I am ICICI account holder, 17 FEB '24 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch- JAN23+GST" charges without my knowledge.

                          JAN 24 - 1215.40

                          I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding an unauthorized debit from my account. Without my prior knowledge or consent, money was deducted, which I find unacceptable and indicative of poor business practices.

                          It is concerning that despite paying for SMS alerts, leading me to believe that this might be a scam. This lack of communication only exacerbates the frustration and mistrust I feel towards your services.

                          I kindly request an immediate refund of the deducted amount and a thorough investigation into this matter. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate it to your higher authorities and relevant regulatory bodies.

                          I trust that you will take this matter seriously and act promptly to rectify the situation.

                          I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer and debited the money. I am really worried about this deduction.

                            Last month, I used the cash deposit machine at my local branch to deposit some money. Before doing so, I asked a teller at the branch if there would be any fees for depositing a specific amount, and I was assured there wouldn’t be.

                            However, when I checked my statement recently, I saw a charge of Rs 569 on February 17th for cash deposit. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed that this charge was for cash deposit.

                            I’m disappointed that I was misinformed at the branch and that I didn’t receive any notification about this charge. I’ve been a loyal customer with ICICI for 10 years, and I kindly request the team to review and reverse these charges, or else I may have to escalate this matter to the Banking Ombudsman.

                              I, JITUN NKUMAR JENA, current bank account holder Company Name JRL Management of your bank with a/c no.[protected]. Recently I noticed that my account has been debited with an amount of Rs.40299 for not maintaining a minimum balance.

                              Till now total Rs.40299 were deducted for the last month 25th January 2024 without any intimation.
                              So here I am requesting you to please refund the debited amount to me.

                              From now onwards I will maintain minimum balance in my account.

                              Due to genuine reasons, I failed to maintain the amount, and therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and help in this regard. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.
