Im Koshinder ac holder of ICICI Bank unfortunately. Because I never face this type of things form others bank.

I took a phone on emi by Bajaj finance. And attached my ICICI Bank Ac from emi payment. Due to some issues I unable to pay On Time 2 emi payment. But after that I paid all amount
By Paytm.

On 27 Jan 2024 I credit around 15000rs in my ICICI Bank. when I saw in my ac 0.0 balance

    I have taken a loan of rs.2000 from amazon pay later but due to financial problems i am not able to pay the loan and maintain amount in my account but i will close my amazon pay later account and paid the loan but ECS charges deducted my bank account rs.9283.please help me on this and try to refunded my amount i am very worried and i am facing financial problems right now.

      Dear Sir/Madam This email is with reference to the fraud transaction that occurred on my ICICI Sapphiro Credit card issued to me on dt-15.06.2023. I have taken a home loan of 1.00 Crore from ICICI bank on May end 2023.In parallel to that I have received a phone call from ICICI bank for issuing credit card “Sapphiro” as a special customer. I have accepted the request and provided the necessary details. This card was received around mid-June at my home with a limit use of Rs 4.00 Lakh. I tried to register this card with the help of document provided with documents provided with it. Once I tried to generate its PIN no, OTPs were going of some other mobile no ending with 2255. I have reported this incident to the ICICI representative that some issue is there with this card as my mobile no is not linked with it. ICICI representative has come to my home also to activate my card and ICICI Imobile app activation. He tried a lot but still this could not get activated and also witnessed that PIN OTP is being going at some other mobile no ending with 2255. After that I have submitted a written form with ID proof to update my phone no and activation of credit card with bank Imobile app. But did not get any solution. I have also requested to discard this card and also warn that some kind of fraud may also occur as same is not reflected in my net banking account or Imobile mobile app. But card was not blocked by bank or provide any advice to me other than to try with customer care. I was advised to call customer care. So I raised a request with ICICI customer care no (Customer care of ICICI is not an easy task to connect with) and provided me request no SR[protected] but still it was not activated I again tried next day then they said your card is get activated for online transaction and also will show on I mobile app just uninstall and again install the app. I did the same but it was still not shown on my mobile app with a message that no credit card is issued by bank to you. But transaction was get started. I have made two nos of transaction worth Rs 500.00 and Rs around 2421.00. I was continuously in touch with ICICI representatives (having whatsapp record of all communication-copy enclosed herewith) to resolve the issue. Why I was continuously requesting to update card on my mobile app: I am well aware of kind of frauds being occurred in market. So I changed my transaction limits of my ICICI debit card also upto limit of say around only Rs 5000.00 or 10, 000 for online transactions/shopping etc (check my debit card limit change updation on 09.07.2023).Same thing I want to do with credit card also. The day I received this card I was continuously insisting to update this on my bank account or mobile app from ICICI customer care by doing emails, phone calls, bank representatives so that necessary limits can be activated. But got no solution even after 2-3 weeks time. Everytime I use the app it was showing that no credit card is issued to you. When I did not get any solution for this from Jhajjar Bank I have mailed many times to customer care also of ICICI (Mail copy enclosed herewith) but got no solution only they were refeing customer care phone nos with whom I tried a lot but no solution of I mobile app credit card updation. All this time I mobile app was showing that no credit card is issued by ICICI bank to you which every time make me nervous and make a call to ICICI representative and do what's app msg also about my concern (WhatsApp msg details enclosed). Now on dt 18.07.23 I received an OTP for Rs 79021.00 and Rs 99272.00 by some “Nobroker”.I have received a phone call from no-+[protected], thought of some customer care no, once I received this call-a transaction of Rs 79021 occurred of my credit card. I immediately call ICICI representative and blocked my credit card and inform about this transaction. I have in parallel called at ICICI customer care no and registered the fraud transaction having complaint no-SR[protected]. I got an assurance that this transaction shall be stopped and amount reversal will be done. I have also received a confirmation from customer care and ICICI representative that this transaction has been stopped and reversal/settlement of amount shall be done in next few days. But as on date I have come to know that no solution has been done yet and it is still reflecting in my credit card expenditure details and my complain has been closed also. My submission: · From the very first day I was complaining about this card issues through all possible channels of communication to ICICI. All the time I only got assurance of get some solution but got nothing other than anxiety. I have even requested to discard this card. Kindly help me out. I come to know about this form recently. I am attaching communication with bank representatives. I have phone call records also regarding the complaints i raised regarding issues with the credit card with bank employees.

        Dear sir,

        I have taken 35000 rupees loan from ICICI Bank, due to some personal reasons I could not repay my loan amount, till now no one approached me for the loan repayment, and I also forgot about this loan, now I checked in cibil it's showing outstanding 3.61.512 rupees, interest and overdue charges. Loan amount 35000. But interest is 3.26.512 rupees, day by day thare was an increase in the amount but no one contacted to me for loan repayment. ICICI Bank is intensionally doing this. I want to close my loan account. I want settlement option. Even now if any one will not contact I will go to court.

            ECS charges deducted many times in a month. The loan was closed and the loan was on COVID pandemic time 2020-21. My 5500 Rs deducted and when I contacted with customer service I got reply that more 7000 Rs will deduct. The loan amount was 4050 Rs from Dhani loan app and now I'm losing around 12000 Rs. Kindly Reverse my amount deducted for ECS charges.

              My name is Nilesh, and I am writing to urgently address a transaction dispute concerning my ICICI Coral Credit Card ending with 8014, specifically related to the current statement for January 2024.

              I have identified a significant discrepancy in my statement, specifically related to a transaction that took place on March 28, 2023, with the following details in the current January 2024 statement:

              Transaction Date:[protected]
              Reference Number: [protected]
              Transaction Details: RUDRA MOTORS, SANASWADI, IN
              Transaction Amount: 11, 728.00 Dr.

              On March 28, 2023, I initiated a transaction for Rs. 11, 728 with Rudra Motors. This transaction involved two authorization attempts, AuthId: 575937 and AuthId: 531988, both for the same amount. AuthId: 575937 was successfully authorized and credited to the merchant account, while AuthId: 531988 resulted in a failed transaction. Despite the failure, an amount of 11, 728.00 was deducted from my account.

              To address this issue, I initiated a dispute on March 29, 2023, which was registered under the successful AuthId 575937 transaction with SR[protected]. However, upon receiving a statement from Rudra Motors related to this dispute, I discovered the error and promptly contacted ICICI customer care. I requested to reverse my dispute on the successful AuthId 575937 transaction with SR[protected] and raised another request on the failed AuthId: 531988 transaction with SR[protected]. An INTERIM CHARGEBACK credit for the failed transaction was received on April 1, 2023 (Reference: [protected]). Subsequently, the dispute was resolved, and I observed FINAL CHARGEBACK CREDIT (Reference: [protected]) and INTERIM CHARGEBACK DEBIT (Reference: [protected]) entries in my June 2023 statement.

              To my surprise, the same transaction entry has reappeared in my current January 2024 statement. Upon contacting your customer care, I was advised to verify the matter with the merchant, Rudra Motors. After investigating with Rudra Motors, I learned that they received only the passed transaction amount with AuthId: 575937 on March 28, 2023. They have declined on claiming the failed transaction again on 18th January, as per information provided by ICICI customer care.

              I urgently request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. It appears there might be an oversight or an error in reprocessing the transaction on my current statement.

              Got phone call and email regarding credit card dispute on 9th Feb then on 16th Feb after followup from ICICI.

              They mentioned they have initiated a dispute for the below mentioned transaction through Service Request Number SR[protected].
              [protected] RUDRA MOTORS, SANASWADI, IN - DB 11728

              The request would be processed within 7 weeks as defined by the rules of Visa.

              Icici informed that temporary credit will be process within 2 working days.

              But I didn't see temprory credit and my credit card statement also got generated, waiting for this resolution

              I checked status of provided SR which supposed to solved my problem,

              But SR[protected] I see it marked as status closed with comment: Already Resolution Provided to Customer by SR[protected]

              But same detail I mentioned in all my mail and in this forum as well that even after this resolution same amount again got shown as debited in my JAN 2024 statement (with past date 28 March 2023)

              I'm feeling getting harassed now :(
              If correct resolution not provided I will need to seek legal advice

              ICICI updated on 23Feb that they have created new Service Request Number SR[protected],
              But I don't see any temporary credit for the disputed amount which supposed to be processed in my credit card account within 2 working days from the dispute initiated date as per their mail.
              Got phone call and email regarding credit card dispute on 9th Feb then on 16th Feb after followup from ICICI.

                My ICICI bank account was charged with Rs.14500 1st Nov 23 and 35000 29th Jan 24 with prior notice and without my knowledge and authorization. Because of this my ch. Emi bounced and i am having to pay penalty. Either Refund this fund or pay my penalties. This is cheating

                    Today from my account around 39000 unauthorized ecs charges has been debitted without my knowledge.
                    ICICI has debiited these charges before as well.
                    But this time amount is very high .

                    Transactions ID related to: ECSRTNCHG01_011222_SR[protected]GST

                    Lot of same type of transacations happened from account and debitted around 39000 Rs .

                    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                      Hi i'm Prasad,

                      ₹826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CH GS till DEC-23) on 27-Jan-2024. I have neither subscribed nor used my Demat account till now.

                      Also I did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI bank

                      We people are here because of trust towards ICICI bank, I'm your oldest customer. Deducting charges without notifying user is totally unacceptable behavior from ICICI Bank.

                      Kindly refund my money at ASAP. I don't have the requirement for Demat account and I didn't provide permission or request ICICI bank to activate or renew the account.

                        Charges got deducted with below mentioned description
                        457.48 got deducted with the description of ecsrtnchgs041223_sr[protected]gst

                        And 526.50 got deducted with the description of ecsrtnchgs031223_sr[protected]gst

                        And it's not the first time that the amount got deducted from my account.

                          On 9 Jan 2024 I credit around 7100 rs in my ICICI Bank. Next day when I saw my ac my ac was zero. It's so furestating. Im still in shocked. Without any info me back deducted. My all money.

                          I want to request please refund my money back. If you have any changes. You can deducted money of 2 times 590. But how 9 time how...

                          Please resolve my problem. I attached proof of money deducted by screenshot.

                              On Jan 23 2023, an amount of Rs. 1 lakh was deposited in my ICICI savings account. As soon as the amount was credited, charges of Rs 590 was debited mulitple times, precisely 10 times. The description of the charges is Nach_Ad_Rtn_Chrg Of Bank Icici... with a certain date. There are charges incurred in the mulitple dates of the same month for example, 03rd Nov, 05th Nov etc. ranging from October 2022 to January 2023. I lost Rs. 6000 in a moment, which was deposited for a critical purpose.

                              I expect the bank to explain me these charges and revert ASAP.

                              Immediately after I lodged this complaint, there have been emails and calls from fraudsters with the new method of scam in the name of Consumer Forum and ICICI bank.

                              Details of scammers:
                              [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, +91- [protected], +[protected]

                              They say they're calling from ICICI bank to resolve the complaint in consumer forum. They ask you to write down the following steps and follow on i-mobile app while talking to them on call.
                              Voucher code- RF20000AZ
                              PIN- 9897
                              They ask you to go to Services>Cardless withdrawal> Amount>Voucher code (because amount is numeric they ask you to add only numerical value which is fraud money they take from you).
                              Upon raising doubts, and asking why they're not communicating on email they insist to do on call and did send a following email later :

                              Dear Consumer,
                              As per your complaint your amount is initiated as a refund from the gateway.
                              Here are the details of your voucher
                              RFC20000AZ, It is a prepaid voucher you are able to redeem this voucher as a cash into your account and if your amount is in the multiple of 500 then you are able to withdraw your amount as a cash through the ATM.

                                  The incident is on 22nd Jan 2024.

                                  There were two EMI payments of SIP due on the same day. But I paid manually through the Groww App but they still deducted the balance from my account on the same day.

                                  If I paid on the same day then ideally you should return my payment of Rs. 590 + Rs. 513 for the same.

                                    Money deducted from my account I.e. Rs. 590 for unknown transaction without any intimation.

                                    I received an invoice of Rs 590 where particulars are mentioned as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG_TPSLSIP... and ICICI never responds to any queries. I have the right to know why is this amount deducted. For this money deducted there is no any text message received nor any email received. Kindly refund my deducted money....

                                    Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. On Date- 06/12/2023, time- 03:34 pm, my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university Marksheet claim request, School of Open Learning, North Campus of Rs. 500 through eazypay - icici gateway.
                                    The thing is, I haven't received any service for the payment I made. I contacted my bank for chargeback request but it got declined by the merchant on 02/01/2024.
                                    Now, I need help with this issue I'm facing, I want either my marksheet or my money back. I hope you understand my concern. Thank You.

                                      I have seen that from my account continuously deducting POSDEC charges. It's deducted 29.50 from my account 7times (13th multiple times) on JAN 2024. I am very disappointed for this charges. Take an action immediately before/after deduction of amount not receiving any standard message from ICICI bank.
                                      This is totally i agreed as looting amount from customers.
