Hi I have a credit card with ICICI bank, card num [protected], name Meluri Vanditha. Recently i lost my job and I have incurred huge losses in my business and i am on the verge of closing down the same. I am single parent and I need banks help to make the payment towards my credit card. I want to pay off my complete balance on my card, but in the recent past there has been huge charges that has been incurred on my card, I would request you to consider those charges and possibly remove all the charges in the recent time so that i can pay off my card. This would be of great help if this is done. Also please tell me the final amount to be paid so that I can clear the payment at the earliest.

        Later, I have moved to United States for higher studies. I didn't get any email notice or call if this account has changed to SAVINGS Account.

        After long time, I recently came back to India and when I load my account, It went to ZERO all of a sudden deducting multiple transactions like, "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~02MAR2
        3~cffbc5d~400CD", "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~02SEP2
        3~386ba8e~400CD", "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~04JUL2
        3~f12aa36~400CD" and so on...

        I need an immediate refund on all these transactions. And also need a written explanation behind these deductions.

                I am a holder of ICICI money multiplier bond 1098-MMB-Three.
                Now I have received a letter from 3i InfoTech Limited, asking me to submit my bond for redemption, through email which I have submitted immediately after the receipt of their letter.
                I have not received any intimation or receipt from them, though it was more than a 8 Months I am yet to receive the money to my bank account since i have opted for ECS or Direct Credit payment. I have given all the particulars in the ECS/Direct Credit portion. However, i am giving the bank details once again below. I am requesting you to credit the amount into my bank account immediately, without any further delay, as it is already late by more than a month.

                    ICICI Bank on 28.12.2023 and 01.01.2024 cut ECSRTNCHG charges of 221 Rs. and 14 Rs. Respectively without any reason despite that I allready make SIP to mutual fund on same day on which it was schedule.to deduct.Now ICICI Bank cutting charges from my account whenever I add balance to it. Pls let me know when will this stop. And how much more will Bank deduct amount from my account.

                      I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a transaction charge of Rs. 177 that was deducted from my account on December 27th, 2023. This unexpected charge, however, has caused me concern. your customer care team assured me that no charges are levied for withdrawals or multiple deposits made through ICICI ATMs. Feeling confident in this information, I proceeded with the 5 deposits in the month of November and now on December 27th, received this unexpected deduction of Rs. 177.

                      Given the misinformation I requested customer care, to kindly provide a reversal of the Rs. 177 charge back into my account but their customer care girl disconnected the call.
                      I use to think ICICI is the best bank of india in terms of service and customer satisfaction, but this incident changed my prospective entire. Imagine how many people would be going through this every month and no body would be raising their voice thinking Rs. 177 is such a small amount. But still it's hard earned money.

                            Hi Sir,

                            I am a ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily from 1 23/12/2023 to 27/12/2023 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation Email, SMS or any Phone call. The total amount charged INR.1769.98. The bank hit charges multiple times like (383.19+0.01+590+206.78+590=1769.98).This is ridiculous. I am requesting my refund back to my Savings Bank A/c. Otherwise I would like to deactivate my account from this bank, this is not fair.

                            That I had a Donation due in UNICEF, Due to Medical issue I i dont have sufficient fund that too INR.500 for that you deducted Nearly Rs.1770. That is not at all loan due thats just donation amount. for 500 Im paying 4 four time higher amount. I need my money back.

                                I never enrolled any policy. Rs.1899 (PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy) is deducted every year for around 5 years from my account. I requested to cancel it and I also went to my local branch and gave a letter to cancel it. Still it's been deducted, I really frustrated and disappointed with this bank activity....

                                I Raju Rai had salary account with ICICI bank since 2013. Last Thursday 14.12.2023 my account was freezed without my information / confirmation.

                                I am continuously co-ordinating with my CRN / Customer care emailed him, but no response receive from Bank.

                                My EMI also paid on time. Pls help to resolve the same. this is month end I am unable to do the transaction.
