Sub: Redemption of ICICI money multiplier bond 1098-MMB-Three
Ref:-Bondholder no: 4566-996 Certificate no: —5995
I am a holder of ICICI money multiplier bond 1098-MMB-Three.
Now I have received a letter from 3i InfoTech Limited, asking me to submit my bond for redemption, through email which I have submitted immediately after the receipt of their letter.
I have not received any intimation or receipt from them, though it was more than a 8 Months I am yet to receive the money to my bank account since i have opted for ECS or Direct Credit payment. I have given all the particulars in the ECS/Direct Credit portion. However, i am giving the bank details once again below. I am requesting you to credit the amount into my bank account immediately, without any further delay, as it is already late by more than a month.

    ICICI Bank on 28.12.2023 and 01.01.2024 cut ECSRTNCHG charges of 221 Rs. and 14 Rs. Respectively without any reason despite that I allready make SIP to mutual fund on same day on which it was schedule.to deduct.Now ICICI Bank cutting charges from my account whenever I add balance to it. Pls let me know when will this stop. And how much more will Bank deduct amount from my account.

      I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a transaction charge of Rs. 177 that was deducted from my account on December 27th, 2023. This unexpected charge, however, has caused me concern. your customer care team assured me that no charges are levied for withdrawals or multiple deposits made through ICICI ATMs. Feeling confident in this information, I proceeded with the 5 deposits in the month of November and now on December 27th, received this unexpected deduction of Rs. 177.

      Given the misinformation I requested customer care, to kindly provide a reversal of the Rs. 177 charge back into my account but their customer care girl disconnected the call.
      I use to think ICICI is the best bank of india in terms of service and customer satisfaction, but this incident changed my prospective entire. Imagine how many people would be going through this every month and no body would be raising their voice thinking Rs. 177 is such a small amount. But still it's hard earned money.

          I am ICICI account holder, on 27 Dec'23 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov23+GST" charges without my knowledge.

          Nov'23 - Rs 749.30

          I want you to refund the amount.
          Without customer knowledge debiting the money is showing the cheap behavior. And charges...

            Hi Sir,

            I am a ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily from 1 23/12/2023 to 27/12/2023 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation Email, SMS or any Phone call. The total amount charged INR.1769.98. The bank hit charges multiple times like (383.19+0.01+590+206.78+590=1769.98).This is ridiculous. I am requesting my refund back to my Savings Bank A/c. Otherwise I would like to deactivate my account from this bank, this is not fair.

            That I had a Donation due in UNICEF, Due to Medical issue I i dont have sufficient fund that too INR.500 for that you deducted Nearly Rs.1770. That is not at all loan due thats just donation amount. for 500 Im paying 4 four time higher amount. I need my money back.

                I never enrolled any policy. Rs.1899 (PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy) is deducted every year for around 5 years from my account. I requested to cancel it and I also went to my local branch and gave a letter to cancel it. Still it's been deducted, I really frustrated and disappointed with this bank activity....

                I Raju Rai had salary account with ICICI bank since 2013. Last Thursday 14.12.2023 my account was freezed without my information / confirmation.

                I am continuously co-ordinating with my CRN / Customer care emailed him, but no response receive from Bank.

                My EMI also paid on time. Pls help to resolve the same. this is month end I am unable to do the transaction.

                  Dear sir madam I am a account holder of central bank of india on 26/10/23 a fraud was made to me by icici bank headquarter employes they used to open unlimited bank accounts and they also open a fake websie Namely MOZ then they have done fraud with of rupees 6 lakh. The beneficiary name of icici bank account is Siddhant Mohite and his account number is A/C[protected].This person has did fraud of me My Name dulai sarkar mobile-[protected] email- [protected]@gmail.com, So i request you to take a legal action on this otherwise what I will do with this icici bank you can, t imagine also, If any documents required asked me..Thanks

                        Account closure misleading and high annual charges fraud

                        Icicidirect handlers charge too high annual fees claiming it to be free while opening their account.
                        Many others have complained but no action is taken and marked resolved.
                        Looks like this website is having a deal and will be exposed if no prompt action taken against company.

                        When i tried to close their demat account they closed only my trading account and i have been charged again.
                        Fraud company is charging...

                        Hi my registered email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com .I am holding your bank credit card for 1 year and never missed any payment. But this time I made payment on 1 December of 44000 rs but it was stuck in server and made payment again on 6 December again. But bank charges late payment of 1000 rs and interest charges of 6072 rupees . As this was a mistake and first time. I made regular payment timely so kindly reverse this charges. As your customer care and email doesn't, give satisfactory answer

                            ICICI Refused to refund- Assisting scammers

                            I lost money in online investing scam. I got a message in whats up regarding a part time work writing reviews. First they pay me . Later they joined me in telegram group and insisted me to invest. I invested then they block me. I reported issue in cyber crime . Approached banks for refund. Credited banks IDFC, SBI raised charge back but beneficiary banks ICICI, IndusInd, Punjab National bank refused refund without any reason. I lost 51, 700...
