ICICI bank closed my account without intimating to me and I just got the message that your account has been closed and your balance is Zero. Even on their app, they deleted my account details without giving any reason. They also closed my I-Wish account, and when I approached their customer care, they had no answers. They were just making assumptions that may be because of KYC, or maybe that and that, my account has been closed. But no right...

I had called ICICI customer care on their number[protected] to seek help regarding a transaction on my credit card. I attempted to get in touch with a service agent and the IVR asked me to input the Credit card PIN after taking the card number.

All banks including ICICI constantly remind us to never share OTP and PIN under any circumstance. So why is the customer care for ICICI asking me for the same.

I am an ICICI customer for the last 7 years and I moved to the UK about 1 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is no longer exists. I need to update my UK mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all.

I am ICICI account holder, Sep'22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-AUG22+GST" charges.

I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

Sir, 09th Aug'2022 was the last date to pay my ICICI credit card bill payment and I have made the bill payment Rs. 26, 539.77 through my SBI netbanking. but the payment declined and amount was deducted from my SBI account. I have applied for amazon pay ICICI credit card on 24th July and during that time i have been told that will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. But its been more than 2 months i have not received it yet. i have called to customer support many time either they disconnect the call if ask more questions on what next can be done or they keeps on telling "your card is approved and will be delivered once printed" or they says there is a technical issue....
