Hi,

I am ICICI account holder, Sep'22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-AUG22+GST" charges.

29 Sep'22 - Rs 1327.50

I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

Hi. My amount of Rs.12, 000 has got debited on 10th Aug'2022 with Ref no: [protected] but still not yet credited back to my account. Whenever I'm trying to reach ICICI, they are saying that amount has been transferred to Receiver. Receiver account was not credited with the amount....

Please provide the information about the transaction which is happening every month on 22nd, if it is related to demat account.
I want to close it ASAP.

When I am trying to pay the cc bill using I mobile app of icici it was decline due to insufficient balance. But the amount is showing in sb account but i am unable pay due to this disturbance.

Sir, 09th Aug'2022 was the last date to pay my ICICI credit card bill payment and I have made the bill payment Rs. 26, 539.77 through my SBI netbanking. but the payment declined and amount was deducted from my SBI account. As the payment date was last date I have made another payment from my KOTAK bank netbanking to avoid late fee. but on 11th Aug'2022 I found that my both amount has been credited to my ICICI Credit card account.

I have done a transaction through SBI payment gateway for my Sisters Engineering semester fees from Icici Mobile Banking. The amount is got deducted from account but i got payment failure error. I have applied for amazon pay ICICI credit card on 24th July and during that time i have been told that will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. But its been more than 2 months i have not received it yet. i have called to customer support many time either they disconnect the call if ask more questions on what next can be done or they keeps on telling "your card is approved and will be delivered once printed" or they says there is a technical issue....

I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They says there is no charges o[censored]sage of card and now they deducted my money. Irony is they don't even notify this deduction.
