ICICI has a scheme where in you put money in a fixed deposit and then they give out a secure credit card.

I applied for the same and it has been a month since I have not been able to use my credit card. I have been going to the branch every week for the past 3 weeks trying to get the credit card to work. This last week, the credit card was activated. Now, I tried to generate an ATM pin several times. Now that I have the pin, I was told that my email address and mobile number were not updated in the system. It has been a month since I have a new mobile number and the number was already updated the day the application was submitted at the branch.

But I have been just wasting money on transport and my energy. Today is Feb 20th and I have been still unable to use my card.
Everytime you call customer service, they have some thing new to say. The back office where the application for credit card are processed, no one picks up the phone. One has to call customer service several times to find out why the customer information was not updated. They keep apologizing but nothing really changes. They asked me to contact consumer complaints to address my issues. So, now I am here registering a complaint.

    My ICICI CC no: [protected]

    I have been getting calls for ICICI bank employees for false credit card charges. According to ICICI credit card, the charges are for premium payment for ICICI Pru policy. Now, first thing, I have not signed any policy document with ICICI Pru, secondly, I have neither paid the premium with netbanking nor swiped the card for paying premium. Then how come I am being charged for the transactions which I have not made?

    I got a call from ICICI bank guy Dhyanesh Uday (mob no: [protected]) for 7-8 times. He asked me to come to Bhandarkar road ICICI bank Pune branch for settlement of this issue. So I had been to ICICI bank Bhandarkar road, Pune today to settle this matter. Dhyanesh made me waiting after reaching bank, he told me today his manager is not available and come on monday. I took a leave from office for going to bank and after going to bank, he is telling me this thing. Then he said, wait, I will come there, then after waiting for 1 hour, he said, today its not possible.
    Then I shouted on him for making me wait for 1 hour, after which he started using abusive language and used bad words. I am going to launch complaint in PRABHAT ROAD, PUNE POLICE STATION against him ( or anyone from icici bank), if he uses this language next time.

    Can you please send me the credit card statement which gives details of transactions that I have made for ICICI pru policy? Also, I want to know, if I havent paid the premium online, I havent swiped the card as well, then how come the transactions are added to my statement? I need to know the reason why was the transaction of premium payment added to my account?
    If this issue is not solved in 10 days, I am going to take a weeks leave and do 2 things:
    1. LAUNCH COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT, 2. PUBLISH THE WHOLE STORY IN PUNE MIRROR.

    Once again, I am telling you, I have paid every rupee that I have spent with ICICI credit card (Pls check my payment history for this). Current outstanding charges are false as I have neither swiped my card to pay premium nor made online transaction. This is automatically added by you and should be reversed.

    ICICI — Harrasement by ICICI

    I am Sukhchain Singh from Ludhiana Punjab & having saving a/c[protected] in ICICI Bank Frz. Gandhi Market Br. Ludhiana. ICICI Bank alloted me a credit card [protected] with credit limit of Rs. 20000/- & then proposed a health insurance policy debiting Rs. 12000/- to my credit card a/c on[protected] in a self styled manner without my any request for credit card as well as insurance policy. On receiving insurance proposal, I immediately back-referred for cancellation of insurance policy as well as credit card. ICICI cancelled this policy vide its letters dated[protected],[protected] &[protected]. I also received an e-mail dated 9-2-2008 from ICICI that my policy had been cancelled w.e.f.[protected] & full refund of Rs.12000/- had been credited to my credit card a/c . But ICICI Bank has been showing Rs.15081/63P debit in my credit card a/c & marked lien on my saving a/c for Rs.17192/63 w.e.f. Nov.2007, which is unjustified .Inspite of repeated requests & representations till today ICICI has not removed lien from my saving a/c. ICICI has harrasing me since last two years by raising unjustified debit to my credit card & freezing my hard earned money in my saving a/c. Kindly help me. Thanks.

    I got a mail from [protected]@icicibank.com saying: since ICICI Pru policy was not canceled within free lock ( 15 days) period, you have to pay the premium amount.

    Now first of all, when the courier was sent, I was out of town, so I could not cancel the policy within free lock period. So I contacted ICICI Pru, Aundh, Pune branch personally and told them to cancel my policy. According to them, this Hospital Care policy can not be canceled. The only way to cancel it was stop future payment. Therefore, I wrote to ICICI account manager for stopping future payment ( I have sent a snapshot of proof to [protected]@icicibank.com).

    Now, since its process flaw from ICICI Bank, and negligence of ICICI account manager, I am not going to pay for 2nd premium.

    This matter have given me too much of pain in my life. Just to get out of this mental harassment, I am ready to pay first premium amount 4391Rs. I am not going to pay 2nd premium because I did sent a mail to ICICI Account manager on 05/05/2009 ( Proof attached ) to stop further payments to ICICI Pru for this policy.

    Since 2nd premium was paid because of ICICI's negligence, I am not going to pay for it.

    I havent got even single rupee benefit out of this matter, still just to get out of this pain, I will pay 4391Rs and not a single rupee above that. Let me know if this is fine with you.

    I have not got any resolution yet. Your representative have contacted me and informed that my policy is closed now. But no-one have bothered to find out why was the 2nd premium paid from my credit card, when even after my instruction to stop the payment.

    I visited ICICI Suma house, Bhandarkar road, Pune office and met Mr. Upendar Bulbule Debt Manager. Before starting conversation, he assured me that if he finds that fault is from ICICI, then he can settle it. When we explained complete matter along with proofs, he changed his words. At end he said, he doesnt want to understand this, he simply gave a random amount 16, 978Rs, and said that he can settle this matter if we pay this amount.


    Now this is the flaw of processes of ICICI, and mistake of account manager also both departments are not in sync with each other, and because of same reason, I have been charged 2 premiums i.e. 4391+4391 = 8782 Rs.

    I am ready to pay the first premium amount ( 4391) as I could not cancel the policy within free lock( 15 days ) period. Since 2nd premium was charged to me because of negligence of ICICI account manager and flaw in ICICI processes, I am not going to pay for 2nd premium.
    Let me know if this if fine with ICICI.

      My housing loan LBCAL[protected] got paid last month. Since then I have been trying to find out what to do next by calling Customer Care.

      When I finally figured out on my own, I was shocked to see the state in which my original deed was in. The deed has been totally mutiliated and damaged by the 2005 flood.However, the great customer friendly ICICI Bank did not have the scruples to let me know earlier. The bank staff were not at all co-operative and I am really left thinking that I made a huge blunder in selecting ICICI for all my banking needs. I am definitely going to take some actions but just wanted to make others aware of the similar fate.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I had completed my payment of all my dues with reference to Credit Card from ICICI Bank. Till Date they have not issued the No Dues Certificate. Due to this i cannot avail any loan facilities from any bank as my name is appearing in CIBIL.

        I am attaching proof of Full & Final Settlement Letter & Receipt for your ready reference.

        I have continuously done the follow up with the bank representatives & customer care but till date i have not received any reply or communication from the ICICI Bank.

        The requirement of No Dues Certificate is because i had settled the payment in Year 2008 but they came up again with additional amount due. And so i require the no due certificate.

        The attachment is not working as itis in PDF file pl give optional email address to send the same.

            1 i have requested to change my postal adress below.
            2 i have not recieved the renewed card yet.
            3 i have done the payment thru cheque[protected]dated 22.12.10 of amt 1500 rs.for which i recieved the confermation on 27.12.10 reciept of 500rs.and on 11.01.11 with the same cheque no[protected]reciept the confermation of 1000rs but from my account rs 1500 has been deducted on 28.12.10 inclusing the statement of my bank account (hdfc) please give me a explenation.
            4 i have done the payment thru cheque (959466)hdfc bank dated 22.01.11 the same has not been debited from my account yet.we are not responsible for the same.Note-we are undergoing to harrasment calls on daily basis (9 to 10 calls in a day and no action have been taken for above said reason.please urgently revert with the expenation for each point.

              I have applied for Car Loan of Rs 2 Lacs with ICICI bank towards purchase of new car from Pratham Motors, Belandoor Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. I had signed all the documents on 18/09/2010. The car was never delivered to me but a fictitious bill was raised by Pratham Motors and the loan amount was disbursed to Pratham Motors without any intimation to me. I also understand that the first installment of loan and file charges were also paid by an anonymous person on my behalf to get the disbursement of the loan. I was shocked when i came to know that an amount of Rs 6444.00 has been debited to my bank account towards the second installment of loan. I requested the bank as well as Pratham Motors to provide me hard copies of all documents relating to the above transactions but same are yet awaited. I am being disturbed by the bank persons on my personal phone and have also contacted my relatives for realization of their EMIs against loan which was never taken by me. This has embarrassed me a lot. On the other hand i have requested to send me all the documents and a legal notice in this regard so that atleast i am aware of all the transactions between Pratham Motors and ICICI Bank officials on my behalf. I suspect someone must have forged my signatures on the bill of M/s Pratham Motors which was accepted by the bank as well. Even the ICICI bank does not have the information about the car registration details with Bangalore RTO.

              This is case of forgery along with mental and financial loss to me ever since I applied for the loan. The brief details of the case that I have, are given below:

              I had never purchased any vehicle from Pratham Motors. I wish to be reasonably reimbursed for the mental and financial losses and indict all those officers/officials of the ICICI Bank and M/s Pratham Motors who are involved in the forgery.

              I would like to bring it to the Notice of everyone about the fraudulent practices used by ICICI Bank.
              I have availed a car loan of 5Lac Indian rupee, 5 years back (March 2004) from Standard Chartered Bank. In 2006 this loan got transferred to ICICI. I have paid all my EMI’s (amount 10651/-) against the loan to ICICI bank without any default till date. The last EMI was paid on March 2009. The loan account is ready for final settlement. I called up ICICI Bank in first week on March about the settlement procedure, I was told that the closing formalities would take sometime between 15 to 45 days and it would be done. After waiting for 15 days I called up the customer care centre on 19/03/2009 again to enquire about the status and I am told that the same account cannot be closed as there remains a pending amount of 1284/- against my loan account. I requested them to provide about the details of the pending amount. I was just told that these have been some charges carried forward from Standard Chartered bank. After enquiring more with the customer care I was told that there seems to be an error and a complaint would be taken against same and I would not have to pay anything, the closure would be done in some time. When I asked about the complaint reference number, I was told that there is a system problem and the same would be taken as soon as the systems starts functioning normally and I would be getting complaint number SMS’ed to me. After waiting for the SMS for 3 days I again called up the customer care centre for further clarification about the pending amount. I was just told that I would have to pay this amount to get my loan account closed. They refused to give me any clarification about the amount as to why is it still pending. I was just told that they have been pending since the time the loan account got transferred to them 3 years back. I called up the customer care again the same day to lodge a complaint regarding misleading information I have been provided till date. I had instructed the executive not to debit this amount from my account till the time I get a clarity about the same. This time I was given a reference number. To my horror I see on 25/03/2009 that the same amount has been debited from my account without my knowledge and instruction. After checking with the customer care I am told that the executive who took my complaint on 23/03/2009 has done it by mistake and the same cannot be reverted back. I also come to know that my complaint was not taken on totality on that day. The officer had not bothered to take down my full complaint. I was cheated by the bank in the whole episode. I have lodged a new complaint with ICICI without much hope. I would like to highlight below mentioned

              1) Why I was not told about this pending amount 3 years back when the loan was transferred?
              2) Why was the bank hiding this information for last 3 years?
              3) Why is the bank not giving clarity about this pending amount? It is the banks responsibility to provide the detail information on demand.
              4) Why has money been debited from my account my knowledge and instructions? The bank has no right to deduct money from my account without any information explanation and my proper consent. This is unethical and goes against regulatory guidelines.
              5) The whole customer care mechanism of ICICI is fraudulent. Its a bank owned and run by greedy frauds

              As a consumer I feel cheated

              This is my 4th mail in last one week regarding my car loan Ladel[protected] EMI of rs 5887, my last 3 months emi was bounced due to ICICI bank credit card they had put lein mark in my a/c[protected] and withdrawl rs 7621 in the month of july 2009 without my notice and information.

              But after realising the mistake, the bank had done the reversal on 4ht mar 2010 into my A/c. In the mean while the bank had charged late fees & other charges into my car loan a/c . As the mistake was from the icici bank side why whould i bear the charges . I am ready to pay my 3 EMI rs 17661 in three months .I[censored] check the credit history of my car loan u will not find any bounces till 57 EMI
              This was happened only due to ICICI bank Employee's.

              Tell me the process or give me the contact perosn name and no so i can do the payment, I think this is the nature of the bank to harrash the customer always .The corporate office had ensured me that u need not have to pay any charges against ur car loan until & unless ur got the reversal of rs 7621 in ur A/c

              My name is Ayub khan and I had availed of a car loan for my Scorpio from ICICI Bank Ltd. and my last EMI
              was paid on 5th April 2011, but inspite of this ICICI has not given me a N.O.C stating that my dues are all
              cleared. I have been corresponding with various officers since 2009 but no action has been taken as yet. According to them ,one EMI of August 2009 is pending even though I have made payment for which I have the receipt. Instead of sorting out my problem they have been charging interest for non-payment since August 2009 which is unfair and causing me a lot of stress. How can ICICI expect it's customers to pay charges when it is their fault for delaying action?

              As per my complaint regarding payment of all my EMIs in respect of my car loan to ICICI and not getting a N.O.C. I would like to point out that I received a reply from ICICI Bank but after 2 years they have the audacity to tell me that the representative who collected my EMI in cash for the month of August is fake and the receipt too is fake. They told me that I have not checked his credentials before making payment and that ICICI is not responsible for this.How can anybody come to my doorstep and ask for the correct amount and also the month for which I had to pay? We got to know from their collection agents in April 2010 that their representative, viz, Ganesh Shinde had absconded with cash from various customers but ICICI does not want to admit the same. They are asking us to pay the same EMI twice which is very unfair. Kindly advise me on this matter as they want me to make a police complaint. Why can't they make the police complaint and what did they do about Ganesh Shinde for the past 2 years. This is nothing but mental torture for me and my family.I always check the credentials before making payment but how would a layman know whether a person is genuine or fake? Whenever there was a delay in payment of an EMI, I have been asked to pay cash and I have done so even inthe month of April 2010.

                I have over 1900 points in my credit card but none of the gifts/options are given to me for redeem through the customer care of the online redeem facility of ICICI BANK Credit Card department.

                I want to draw attention of people to not to use such credit cards which shows up points in your accounts but do not allow you to redeem even one.

                  n. a. — unnecessary charges

                  I am Rolyn R. Soliman, a citizen of the Philippines. I am a "charter member" of standard chartered credit card (mastercard), most probably becasue i was one of the earlier ones here in this country to avail of its services.

                  I have already CANCELLED my mastercard regular # [protected] some years ago yet i still receive a statement of account from your company as there still is some money in that account (just a few hundred pesos that was left when i paid my accountability fully, i guess). A formal letter I signed signifying this cancellation was duly sent to your office per instructions of your customer care center.

                  However, what is alarming is that the last billing i received (though not bothersome yet) is the fact that a P50.00 fee appeared as "account maintenance fee". I am wondering what in the world that was, as i was thinking how you can maintained an account that has been ordered CLOSED and CANCELLED. This maintenance fee will surely eventually eat up the remaining purchasing credits in that card until it becomes an accountability... when that happens, then it now becomes very alarming...

                  I request therefore that you reverse all the charges you have slapped on that "supposed" CANCELLED account, convert into actual value and make a check (send to my billing address), then finally totally obliterate the account from existence so you won't be sending me those things anymore...

                  I reiterate, i formally requested the cancellation of my credit card (mastercard regular) account, so you don't have anything to maintain... i have ceased business with you without any intention of resurrecting the account, so don't slap me with unjust charges, fees or penalties. There is no account!

                  I will feel obliged to raise this issue to proper authorities in my company if this unsavory things goes on.

                  With all due respects... i reiterete: please write the check for the remainder of the purchasing credits and totally extinguish my account. Please don't give headaches like these to your cardholders. It stains the name of Mastercard

                  ICICI Bank — unnecessary charges levied on savings account

                  ICICI bank has levied unneccessary cheque return charges on my account. The problem was from the beneficiary bank account where they had sent an image for cheque processing wich was not clear. The same cheque was presented later and cleared. These charges are not valid as the cheque from my side had no problems.

                  This fraud could have been avoided if Bank people reacted or tried to verify with me when first transaction o[censored]S$2198(Rs1.2 lakhs) has been declined. Which all other banks do so in this case . ICICI bank claims to have more than 3 millions credit card users, so might be they cannot handle such huge user base.
                  These type of fraud are happening to lot of people which is a shame for banking sector as there systems are vulnerable to few criminals people.
                  I request to all credit card users who are affected from these type of frauds and fight for the justice.Please contact me for the same.

She committed that the amount 2350 rs which i pay on 09 Feb. will reflect in the statement of feb which generates on 13 feb according to her and the next statement of settlement which generate reflect only remaining 3000rs . But the statement which i received reflects pending of 10363.02rs. Now this is complete cheating with customer, showing your fake and wrong commitment with customer. i am not a fraud i ready to pay the settlement amount but you completely laying. If your not on your commitment I will go to the consumer court and your nodal officer .Hoping your support and consideration . Looking your kind reply

                            Happened on 7th Feb 2011 at 1:55PM at JP ATM in ICICI bank ATM at sec 62 Noida, The transaction number is 9202

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that I requested for withdrawal of Rs 20000 but the money did not come out successfully and it got stuck in the machine at the place from where the money comes out. The guard (Upendra singh [protected]) present at the ATM tried to pull out the money out but he was not successful then the money went inside after a few seconds and the 20000 amount did not come out again ever. I got the transaction slip with 20000 debited from my account[protected] which is wrong. I wrote a complain in the register and guard present had put the signature there. I called and lodged the complain with the customer care but he put the call on hold and then disconnected twice. After a long attempt I was able to lodge the complain (SR[protected]. On the same day I gave an application along with the copy of transaction slip at ICICI bank Sec 62 Branch but that also of no use. They closed the SR on 11th Feb saying the money has been dispensed from the machine which is wrong. On 11th Feb again I went to the branch then again lodged a complain with a new SR[protected]. I am not sure whether they will entertain this time or not.

                            Please help me. It's my hard earned money. I have only witness in the form of guard.

                            I got my money back. I caught hold of the man who is reponsible for putting the money in/out of the ATM through guard and then asked him to show the ledger of 8th Feb then he told like I have shown the extra amount to the bank. I took him to the General manager then they talked to the cutomer care executive and since I was having proof in the form of Guard and cashier, ICICI could not deny that money was not there so they had to credit the amount back to my account.

                              I had taken a personal loan of Rs.100000/- (One Lakh Only) from ICICI bank. Due to recession there was a huge fall in my business & i could not continue paying my emi's, here is when i got an offer from ICICI bank team to settele my loan at Rs.60000/- & they issued a settlement letter for the same Ref-(T32/PL/BLR/173743/[protected].

                              In which it says that i have to pay it in two installments ie.

                              1st installment Rs 25000/- on 30/06/09
                              2nd installment Rs 35000/- on 30/07/09.

                              I tried to arrange money but failed to do so & i decided to pledge the little left over gold that i had & arranged Rs 25000/- on 30/06/09.

                              But days were getting worse in my business & i totally failed to pay the balance money before my due date given to me. But during the course i kept my self close to the bank employee by name Mr.Raam & i was updating my status. Finally the due date crossed & they kept silent. Further i followed it up frequently & took further extension period for the balance due from the concerned employee verbally.

                              Then after almost one year i got a call 0n 27 August 2010 from a collection manager from ICICI bank stating that my PL has to be closed immediately & told me to pay the balance amount ie Rs 35000/-. i accepted for it & he gave me an option to pay in two splits.When i asked him about the closure letter he said that for settlement we do not get closure letter but we get NOC & to get NOC the due amount needs to be paid first & he promised me that the same old settlement letter stands good for the same.

                              But i clearly told him that there is a clause stating that if i do not make full payment before 30/07/2009, the the settlement letter given to me will not be valid. but he said that not to worry since i will be having the payment paid receipts which will sum up to Rs.60000/- ( My settlement amount) i will have full rights to get my NOC by showing the receipts.( Receipts Nos[protected]Rs.25000/-,2)[protected]-Rs.25000/-,3)[protected]-Rs.10000/-)

                              But now when i get back to them for my NOC they are saying that what ever i have paid is gone for my loan repayment & not for settlement.I am already in deep financial crunch & ICICI is further expecting more money from me to close this loan.

                              I humbly request if anybody could take action on this issue & help me to get my loan closed. Because of this my name has gone to CIBIL and my life is in real mess.

                              Please help me.

                                  I am a customer of ICICI BANK GOLD Credit card since 5 years, credit usage of 40K to 50K per month, never missed a payment deadline, after all this, ICICI has denied my the reward points which I was promised, they left me at the mercy of 'i-mint' which has got the cheapest rewards redemption. I get a decent annual sal and legal foreign income too, I strongly beleive I am eligible for any kind of card you offer and want to upgrade my card and avail this watch. but finally All the help I need from you is buy me that watch via the rewards. If you care your customer and business ethics, rather than saying no to me fight my case with your seniors and please make it possible. make me feel good being your customer, I cant stoop any further, also rather than leaving me at the hands of that cheap i-mint rewards you could directly ask me to stop business with you.

                                  ICICIBANK CREDIT CARD — Reward point cheating

                                  Icici bank reward points are a way to cheat public.Every tme I ask for redeemtion of reward points against some item their customer care officers reject it saying that item is not in stock.But If the Item reqires a payment in addition to reward points they will accept redeemption request

                                  So I have to make many calls and writings to senior marketing persons to ake them accept redeemption request.Even after that the wont send the Item requested saying that My address could not not be located so reward item could not be delivered.But They have no difficulty in locaing my address when they ae comming with card statement!!!..

                                  So ICICI is using reward points as another way to cheat public

                                      I am using ICICI credit card since more than 2 yrs.
                                      I have use is to purchase laptop & for Fuel , shopping in malls and always paid the bill.

                                      Problem started with without giving complet information about Health Policy , Icici custermor care activated health policy for monthly Rs.99
                                      I ask them to cancell it , they cancell it with cacellation charge applied.
                                      I did not paid the bill as I was not inform while activation of policy .
                                      the bill came every month with huge interest, It is really heartburning to pay for no fault.
                                      I told them to cancell my Credit Card, but still bill came with huge interest.
                                      On 23rd Dec 2010 from my ICICI saving account no.[protected] Rs.5185.59 was debited without my permission to pay for my Credit card No. [protected]. It is not stop there againg in this month credit card bill came with asking me to pay.
                                      If this is the kind of banking service ICICI offering then god help them.

                                      Hi, Im Haneesh on 13/05/2008 I received an ICICI H.P Gold credit card, where it is was said that I will get cash back (based on criteria provided) for every purchase of fuel (more than Rs. 300) only at HP fuel outlets. Since I was using credit card for the first time I called customer care to confirm on the same, the customer care executive explained me as it was provided in the HP fuel purchase manual that I got along with the ICICI credit card welcome kit. I purchased fuel for Rs. 400 at HP fuel outlet on 5/6/2008 as per the criteria I was eligible for 5% cash back. Credit card bill was generated on 7/6/2008 in the statement I saw there was no cash back of 5% I immediately called customer care to enquire on the same, the customer care executive she told that the cash back offer was withdrawn on 1/3/2008 itself. I was surprised listening to that lady today morning 1) Here customer care people are not updated with proper information by their company. 2) When the HP fuel purchase cash back offer is with drawn why the hell they are still using the same old manual/Brouchers in ICICI credit card welcome Kits. I was having a very good impression on ICICI bank but today I suggest people not to go for any of the ICICI bank credit cards, If you do then please be prepared for the surprises. Also I would like update this piece of information on behalf of ICICI bank (which they couldn't do) to the ICICI H.P GOLD CREDIT CARD users that the CASH BACK OFFER is no more.

                                      I am Dhanajay Shinde using ICICI service from last 6 years. I have my salary account and my personal account with the icici and have a very good relation with this bank.
                                      Recently looking at the services provided by this bank i planned to use ICICI cerdit card. So i got ICICI TITANIUM card. Now few days back i got a bill for my purchasing and found that you charged me nearly Rs 680/- for my outstanding amount of 1562/-This is really shocked me. No one has informed me about the fine and the due date.
                                      They just send a bill at my given address and not sent any single message or a call has given to make myself aware about the outstanding bill. I was out of station for so many days. When i return back i got such a shocking surprise from your dept.

                                      I also had 4 times discussion with the customer care. But no one is ready to help for this. This thing has made a scaring impact on me. Now i really dont want to continue with your service.
                                      I have paid my outstanding amount but i will not pay the additional fine which is happened due to improper communication.
                                      I would like to suggest you that if can fine some one with such a huge money at list try to make him aware by contactting him directly. This can be done by phone and regular follow up.
                                      If this thing continue then people may loose faith on such a big banking organisation.
                                      Please forgive for being harsh at some places in the complaint.
                                      I dont want to continue your service anymore.

                                      This brings to your kind notice that I have not received initial bill for the payment of Rs. 538.00 for making the payment for mobile bill. In fact I have not authorized the ICICI Credit Card to make the payment of bill on my behalf. There was call just to confirm my address and I do not know when the bill was directly paid by the Bank. I have only received the bill from the Bank in the month of April 2009 to pay Rs. 1485 and subsequent bill in the month of May 2009 for Rs. 1983.58. I paid this bill out of fear that again ICICI Bank credit cards will levy penalty of Rs. 400.00.

                                      Even I think no Money Lenders in the word will charge such exorbitant /draconian payment of Rs. 1938.58 for not paying just Rs. 538.00. It is to be noted that even for this payment I am not at fault as I have not received proper bill in due course of time nor any information regarding nonpayment either by telephonically or by e-mail.

                                      ICICI Credit Card — Levying of penalty for no fault

                                      Sir,
                                      I received credit card statement ( ICICI Bank Card [protected]) advising me to pay Rs.1649.25. I took pay order on 3/1/2011 and put it in the drop box of ICICI Bank on the same day. But they have credited the proceeds after a lapse of 15 days on 18/1/2011. Despite the lapse on their part, they are trying to collect Rs.500 as penalty from me for late payment. I am sending emails to their avilable mail id but I am getting any favourable response. My request id they should reverse the panalty and advise me the Nil Balance position. Can it be done?.

                                      ICICI bank is now a days cheating customers right and left and to be taken to task. I also received statement for my unused transactions that too for withdrawl of Rs.100/- using ICICI credit card, which is ridiculous( u know that Rs. 300 is charged for withdrawl of cash using credit card). For Rs.100/- withdrawl they are charging Rs.300/- as charge and + service tax).
                                      This matter to be brought to the notice of head of banks and restrict transactions of ICICI bank to save innocent and middle class persons from this wrong billing and cheating.

                                        I had a auto loan ac no.sadel [protected] with icici bank ltd .the emi were not cleared on time from my bank ac so i was paying to icici bank every month,since 2006, on the basis of their collection
                                        department calling me every month regarding the repayment of the loan amount with a montly installment of rs.6134/-.
                                        i finished all the installments in march 2010 and when i contacted the bank for the noc against my loan ,i was told that 5 installments and plus late chrges +cheque bounce charges were due in their
                                        records with a total of rs.approx.70,000/-and i was told that i have to visit icici bank at jhandewalan with proof of payment and obtain noc.
                                        i was simply surprised because i had paid all the due amount and i have the receipts as a proof of payment .
                                        i visited the icici bank at jhandewalan with the receipts and i got another shock of my life when i was told that out of all the receipts the last 6 installments were not received by the bank and the receipts
                                        were fake.
                                        i questioned them that how it could happen because i was paying according to the calls received from icici bank for the payment and nobody except icici could call me .
                                        i wrote mail to headoffice mr avijit.bose and after one month of their verification they found that the receipts were neiter issued by icici bank nor from any of the concerned icici agencies..
                                        my question is how on earth the six fake receipts were issued against my payment of rs.36804/-bearing the name of icici bank .either the management system of icici bank is so loosely and carelessly
                                        held that the icici agencies operate on the basis of some modus operandi or some gang of snatchers .I MEAN what the hell ,how can anybody else come to know of my loan amount ,about my cell
                                        no.,about my emi amount,about my address until and unless icici bank provides the details to anybody .and whoelse can boldly issue me with bogus receipts .NOBODY WILL DREAM .THAT SO AND
                                        SO IS PAYING HE EMIS SO it is clearly the work of misuse of power ,misuse of customers laws ,misuse of blind faith on the calls from icici ..AND VERY CLEARLY THE HAND OF INTERNAL
