HELLO, I'M SURESH G P WAS HAVING ICICI CREDIT CARD NOS [protected] HAD DONE SETTLEMENT OF Rs 83405/- IN TWO INSTALMENTS.THE FINAL AMOUNT AT THE TIME OF SETTLEMENT WAS @ Rs 1,20,000/-
RECENTLY I APPLIED FOR HOUSING LOAN, BUT SAME WAS REJECTED BECAUSE OF HEAVY SPENDING ,WHICH AFFECTS MY CIBIL SCORE
SO I APPLIED FOR CIBIL CREDIT REPORT,WHERE I FOUND, THE ICICI C/C HIGH CREDIT AMOUNT IS Rs 1,20,22,618/- (ONE CRORE TWENTY LAKH TWENTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN RUPEES ONLY).WHEN THE MAX LIMIT IS Rs 1,20.000/-(ONE LAKH TWENTY THOUSAND ONLY) SO SAME I INFORMED TO ICICI C/C CUSTOMER CARE TO RECTIFY IT.
I RECEIVED REPLY FROM Mr RAMLAL MITHRA ,CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ON 15 DEC ; WE INFORM YOU THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE HIGH CREDIT VALUE AND IT WOULD BE UPDATED IN THE CIBIL AS PER YOUR CREDIT CARD UTILIZATION.
I OPENED MY C/CARD A/C ON[protected] AND WITHIN ONE YEAR I USED THE C/CARD TO FULL LIMIT.THEREAFTER I PAID INTEREST ON SAME PER MONTH. ON 22-12-06 I PAID SUM OF Rs 41705/- BUT SAME IS NOT UPDATED IN CIBIL REPORT days past due/asset classification -- 615/01-07
ON 22-01-07 I PAID Rs 41700/- AND COMPLETED SETTLEMENT
I WANT TO KNOW ,HOW ON EARTH YOU HAVE CALCULATED THE HIGH CREDIT OF RUPEES (ONE CRORE TWENTY LAKH TWENTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN RUPEES ONLY) FOR TENURE OF TWO YEARS, ON MAXIMUM USAGE LIMIT OF ONE LAKH TWENTY THOUSAND ONLY
. MOREOVER WHEN THE CREDIT CARD IS BLOCKED AFTER ONE YEAR.EVEN AFTER CALCULATING WITH 100% INTEREST RATE,YOU CANNOT REACH THAT FIGURE.
MOREOVER HOW CAN I UTILIZE MY C/CARD , SO THAT YOU CAN UPDATE IN CIBIL, WHEN IT IS ALREADY BLOCKED AND SETTLED.

DURING SAME PERIOD I HAD DONE SETTLEMENT WITH SBI CREDIT CARD AND THEY HAVE MENTION THE HIGH CREDIT VALUE AS A AMOUNT FOR WHICH SETTLEMENT IS DONE.
ACCORDING TO CIBIL ,THE DEFINATION FOR HIGH CREDIT ,IS THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CREDIT USED(HIGHEST BILLING) IN THE HISTORY OF THE ACCOUNT, THIS IS FOR YOUR REFERENCE. NOW PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

    On 13 Oct.10 I had draw payment on IVR ICICI pru.life Insu. co, by credit card Of ICICI bank, this payment decline on 15th Oct. but it's debited to my credit card Ac, decline payment of policy No, 03571853 till date not received to Prue.Insu. co., so so Pru. insu. co, has given a letter on 22,Oct10 vide Ref. 29390316 state that we premium amount of 5000/ on 15th oct. 10 through credit card has been decline on 16th Oct. the reason cited by your bank is credit card declined to obtain the required clarification from your bank for dishonored.
    ICICI credit card bank send me email that transaction of Rs. 5000/- on 15th Oct.10 has been settled from their end both side not given good response , not reverese 5000/- last three month passed away no solution come out

    ICICI Bank / ICICI Pru. Life Insurance — Refunding of Money debited by Invalid Inter Bank Transaction

    Rs 5000 Debited Twice from my Account as a part of EMI Payment for ICICI Pru. Life Insurance. First time money debited of Invalid Transaction and Section Time Debited due to Valid Transaction.

    Two Country's Big Corporate are playing Dirty responsibility passing game, while people like us are getting churned in between.

    My Money is not refunded since last two Months and no one is taking responsibility of it.

          Hi,

          I have taken a mortagage loan from ICICI bank for 11,50,000/- on Jan 2007 and initially they told me that the EMIs will be for twenty years but later in my amourtization schedule of my loan is showing upto Dec 2039.
          Here i have to pay atlease 55,00,000 means around 5 times to my actual amount.

          I have surprised with that and no option from my side.

          And also for the cheque bounce for the...

            Hi,

            I applied for the Demat Account in ICICI Bank in the begining of October. On 26th October the person came to my house for collection of PAN Card copy and collected xerox of all documents. Executive informed me that PAN card copy is not clear. Immediately I scanned and maailed copy of my PAN card to the executive. I had to wait for one month for the physical verification of my PAN card. After around 10 follow ups with the Sahakar Nagar branch executive Physical verification of my PAN card was completed on 29th November 2010. Surprsingly, I recieved a rejection sms on my phone on 3rd Dec 2010. I contacted Mr Murali from Sahakar Nagar branch and he informed me that mail has been sent to Mumbai office and reply is awaited. I contacted customer Care on 9th Dec 2010 and they informed me that Form is rejected due to unclear copy of PAN card. To my surprise can a scanned copy of PAN card be unclear ? I raised a request with customer care viz # SR[protected]. Mr Murali asked me to send a mail with attachment of PAN card again and request number. Immediately I sent a mail to Murali with PAN card copy and request number. I recieved sms from ICICI bank stating that Rejection form number -- [protected] has been rectified and sent for further processing on 14th Dec.
            Again nothing was done till 5 working days. I contacted Customer care and they informed me that my account will be activated within 5 working days. 5 working days completed on 20th Dec. Still the Demat a/c was not activated. I contacted Branch manager Mrs Prameela of Sahakar Nagar branch on 22nd Dec. On the same day I visited brand and Mr Murali provided me number of Mr Sudhakaran(a/c Activation Dept) for speaking to him directly, I tried to call him many times however he did not answered the call. Finally I was able to speak to him around 3pm. He informed me that he'll call me once he reaches office in another 1 hour. However he did not called me back till today.

            Branch Manager of Sahakar Nagar branch told me that she is promising a/c will be activated on 27th Dec.
            I have to invest in the Infra bonds for which I have applied a Demat account. I have to submit my Infra bonds latest by 10th of January which I can buy only when Demat a/c is activated.

            I tried calling Mr Murali several times today however he did not responded to any of my calls.

            I am very much dissappointed with the services provided by the ICICI bank. There is not value for words or promises and always harassing the customers. I cannot expect that opening a Demat account would be taking 1 year in such a reputed bank. Can you please assist in the matter else I am agreed to even cancel my savings account with ICICI.

              This is a serious complaint about ICICI bank credit card. I have made my payment regularly in my last statement total outstanding was 12,964 and by mistake I made a payment of 12694.00 a difference of around 277 Rs. and ICICI has charged me an interest of 455/- and a service charge of 45/- Rs (on total outstanding) . I really surprised by this and want to throw this card on the face of the customer support guy who rudely refused to say anything abot it. I really shocked by the behavior of ICICI bank. He was giving me the reference of a very very long very tiny written termns & conditions about the interest charges.

              I REQUEST ALL THE ICICI BANK CARD HOLDERS PLEASE DON'T PAY BLINDLY YOUR BILLS AND ITS CASE OF CLEAR EXPLOITATION OF CUSTOMER WE SHOULD RAISE VOICE AGAINST SUCH PRACTICES. THEY HAVE THESE METHODS TO MAKE MONEY FROM HELPLESS CUSTOMERS.

              I AM NOT GOING TO USE THIS CARD ANY MORE AND REQUEST ALL TO USE CARD OF BETTER AND HONEST BANK.

                    R/sir,

                    This is to state that I am unsatisfied with your Credit Card Service and would like to bring your kind notice, the negligence of your staff towards customer’s care/ complaints, hence request to go through this complaint.

                    My credit card No.”5176 XXXX XXXX 4002". I had an credit card outstanding balance of Rs.38,879.00 as on 25th November, 2010 and I paid the full amount on the same day. Later I made two transactions and I repaid the full amount for those transactions also and had NIL amount as due till date.

                    Today while I made a transaction of Rs.1664.00 in a supermarket I came to know that I had an outstanding due of Rs. 2003 .

                    When I inquired about the customer care they are replying that since I did not call then for the pre closure of EMI amount the amount has been deducted from my credit card.

                    This is really atrocious that while I have paid the full due amount on my card, I have to pay an extra amount only because I didn't call and inform them. Even if there is any outstanding they could as called me and informed/asked me regarding that as they have done before; other than deducting it from my credit card without my notice.
                    While converting into EMI the customer care person, who have called me, just informed me that if I want I can pay the full amount and can close the due amount and did not tell that I should call and inform them. Even the customer care persons are not polite while replying.

                    Even if there is any outstanding due without notifying me how can the bank take it from my credit card?

                    I will repay the Rs 1664 by the end of December ( for the transaction I made on 24th December, 2010 only ); so TERMINATE my credit card immediately once you receive that payment.

                    Please treat this message/complaint urgent and final. Oblige. The very immediate reply / response is expected at E-mail address- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                    ICICI Bank — Deduction of amount without notice on customer transaction

                    The bank has deducted the amount Rs 150 + Rs 15 serv. tx (By Cash :11000 ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :15 CR INR 10,835.00) for the transaction. I have raised a query on this and they said that this is because i have deposited the cash to my a/c in an ICICI bank brach which is other than home branch. And this policy is in effects for last 4-5 years. I have asked the executive to send Bank policy copy which refer the same. This has not done yet.

                    The strange thing is no other banks are levying any charge to their customer, who is depositing money in to their a/c (whether it is homebranch or outstation branch).

                    My question is how come a bank can charge to their customers for depositing money to their own a/c (whether it is homebranch or outstation).
                    I can understand if they are deducting the amount if i drop a outstation/otherbanks cheque to my a/c. and is acceptable. This is not at al acceptable

                    I need a solution and cash back to my a/c.

                      Respected Sir,
                      ICICI Bank opened a CAR LOAN account instead of Savings Bank and they have sanctioned an Overdraft limit of 172000 on the account without my knowledge in the year 2004. I have signed an agreement to open a SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT. Even after opening the OD account, they haven’t communicated to me about the OD account and neither sent me the DEBIT CARD or the Cheque Book for the account. Till the year 2009, there was no correspondence from the Bank and immediately after that, they have started sending me statements for the said account. I wasn’t even aware that an account exists in my name with the Bank. In the year 2005 they have debited the account with Rs. 1750 as annual charges for the sanctioned limit and since then they being debiting the account on monthly basis with Rs.500 as late fees and Rs. 250 as interest. I've not utilised the said limit and they said account is never operated by me even once.

                      Because of the above mentioned account, the bank has put up my name in CIBIL. I have a clear report in cibil, but just for the error committed by ICICI bank, I have a poor credit report


                      I have visited them on several occasions but it doesn’t have any positive outcome and I'm being just harassed by ICICI Bank officials. Even their branch manager is not coordinating and I feel that I’m just wasting my time running behind them. I've even written mails to the bank, but there is no positive response from the bank.

                      I request if you can please look into the matter and have the problem sorted..

                        NOW ICICI SAYS THAT YOU CAN'T REDEEM THESE POINTS BECASUE YOU USED PLTINUM CARD .
                        THEN WHAT IS THE MEANING OF REWARD POINTS. PURLY CHEATING THE INDIAN CONSUMER / CITIZEN WHICH I HATE.
                        CHEATING INDIAN CITIZIN SHOULD BE PURY CRIME AND A LAW SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO PUNISH ALL OF THEM.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have been trying to get hold of my own money from ICICI Bank and have sent various letters by recorded delivery to the branch in India where i opened my account. I went to the branch in Leeds and asked for the money to be transfered over from my account, however the bank will not release the payment as there is a signiture mismatch each time and they are asking me to remember my signiture 4 years ago, i went with my driving license and my passport and asked them to identify me and send a copy of my passport to the india ICICI bank, however i keep getting a signiture mismatch form and they won't give me my money even though i have showed them my ID???????????????

                          What type of FSA regulation is this?

                            This is with reference to my Account Number[protected], which has been unduly debited with Rs 3544.76 as AQB fee.



                            I was not informed of such a clause before . In fact, I had specifically told your Customer Services Manager to reverse that charge.

                            My association with your Bank goes back a long way and I regret to inform you that this is the first time I am encountering such a problem.

                            I request you to kindly look into the matter and remit the said amount into my account within the next two days. I also email to your customer care as on 26/10/2010 but no one list bothered to reply,

                                Hi Sir,

                                I have deposited my chequa in your ICICI Bank ATM
                                G-20/21 Krishna Apra Building P-3 Sector 18 Noida.
                                That chequa is from standard chardted bank and
                                chequa number is 317082 and amount is 11500 RS.
                                My account is[protected] which is in Salt lake
                                kolkata(W.B.). Issue is that chequa is not cleared
                                even yet. I tried in ICICI bank sector 12 But could
                                not get proper response. Then I moved to Sector 10
                                Noida I got same response from there.

                                Yesterday I went to same ATM and found that
                                Nobody has gone to collect the chequa there.
                                There is no guard there. On that chequa box
                                room some building maintenance work is going on.
                                I talked to labour he told me Nobody has come to
                                colect the chequa.

                                I think this is huge mistake of ICICI management
                                a lot of customer is suffering badly.

                                Please arrange to collect the chequa from

                                  I had a taken a car loan from ICICI in the year of 2007 for a tenure of 3 yrs. I had to pay one advance EMI. I received an offical amortization schedule from ICICI shortly after the loan was processed. The last EMI w as for 5-Dec-2010. My EMI amount was 10955. I had linked my car loan to my online bank account.

                                  Just months ago, I noticed that in my online schedule said my last EMI was due for 5-Dec-2010 whereas in my printed record it shows 5-Nov-2010.

                                  MISINFORMATION CASE 1

                                  To clarify this I natutally called the customer care, and they told me I still will have a balance of some 2800 in the month of December 2010 remaining and for that they would deduct my entire EMI of 10955 in the month of December and then refund the excess amount after 21 days without interest.

                                  Another time I called customer care, they said they would only deduct 2800 balance amount. And note most times I spoke to a senior customer care person, one Ms.Prachi Mohite (supervisor) also said the same.

                                  MISINFORMATION CASE 2

                                  I finally decided to visit the branch and clear the confusion. I met Ms.Vaishali (Branch Manager) at J.B. Nagar, Andheri E, ICICI in the month of October 2010 and she told me to IGNORE the online statement and provided me a fresh printout of my amortization schedule which thankfully matched with the one I had received early on from ICICI.

                                  UNETHICAL PRACTICE 1

                                  I started getting calls from the collection centre after 5-Dec-2010 that I owed money to ICICI bank towards car loan. When I checked my bank account online I found that without intimating me an amount of 2400 was deducted towards loan. This was done after assurance from a branch manager that no amount would be deducted after November 2010.

                                  FALSE PROMISES

                                  Enraged by this, I visited the branch and again met Ms.Vashali who took my contact details and told me that she would look into this matter and get back to me after 2 days. I patiently waited for two days, again to be called by a collection executive informing me that I have to pay up.


                                  UNETHICAL PRACTICE 2

                                  I checked my online account again and found that an additional amount of 2398 which I had deposited for my ECS towards my insurance policy had also been dedcuted. If you notice the customer care said I only owe some 2800. Then why was this additional amount deducted?

                                  WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME & HARRASMENT & UNETHICAL PRACTICE

                                  I was really really angry this time and stormed into the J.B.Nagar branch and this time met a Mr.Santosh Paradkar (CSM), who took two hours to look into the matter and explain the entire ordeal to me. The conclusion was thus, the ICICI had FORGOTTEN to charge the PROCESSING FEES at the time of processing and they very cleverly adjusted that amount against my EMIs such that my prinicipal amount was outstanding at the end of the loan. This is a very unenthical practice according to me, because if I refuse to pay the prinicipal then I become a defaulter and am forced to pay this amount that some stupid fool forgot to take at the beginning.

                                  My journey with ICICI soured since they messed up on credit card accounts and instead of aplogising and clearing the matter they wrongly reported me to CIBIL. And now with this loan, they are again going to label me a defaulter which brings me to think if they deal like this, are they going to have any customers buying car loan from them. I wouldn't mind paying extra elsewhere but getting peace of mind.

                                  This matter is yet to be resolved and they are going on deducting from my bank account. I have been asked by Mr.Santosh to seek redressal of my grievance at ICARE... but such is ICICI.....kya KHAYAAL AAKPA! Mentally harrassing the customer, wasting their time and money!

                                    My salary account no[protected] ICICI bank, Nashik ( sharanpur Road- brach) is freezed (blocked ) without any prior information when i called customer care, i was told that my salary is not being credited in the account so it is Freezed. But From last two month's my salary is deposited by my company.My problem is that after submitting all documents & Filled request form on 11th Dec.2010. There is no responce from bank. They are not able to give the reasons to un-freeze my account. My two months salary @50,000 rs. is blocked. Who is responsible for this?
                                    I would like the question the authority as to How can they act so late on salary accounts, when all the documents provided are notarized/ court attested and shown with originals. I have other accounts in my name in competitive banks as well but never faced such a delay and humilation. After rounds of calls and visits to ICICI branch I still have no clear information on how to proceed. My account number is :[protected]ICICI Bank – Nashik Branch)
                                    I was assured that the account will be active in 2 days and My account did not get activated and its been going to be 20 days. After contacting bank people I was told that there looks to be an issue in documents and they will get back to me soon. But till date no information is provided. I suffered a lot of pain as I had done some online transactions into my account. the transaction of money has gone thru in my account but I cant take the money out. As was assured that all documents are complete and intact I used the same cheque book for ECS options in my policies which got bounced back and I had to suffer the losses.
