    I just shifted to Pune from Nagpur.
    On Sep 14 I tried to withdraw 6000/- from HDFC ATM Baner,Pune as ICICI ATM of that area was out of order at that time.
    To My surprise i got only 4200/- that is 1800 Less. and 6000/ is dedcuted from my ICICI Acount.
    Details of Notes(Currency) i got was in below order.
    100/- X 10
    1000 X 3
    100 X 2
    That clearly indicate it was not fault of machine but fault of Man as ATM in-charge had put 100/ note in-between 1000/ notes. I immediately raised this complain with HDFC first with the ATM Guard Register also called HDFC person.
    But as I was ICICI customer i had to raise the complaint with them.I raised the complaint with them but all in vain after regular followup too nothing happen. According to them according to HDFC Official I got all 6000/- My Complain no with ICICI is[protected].

    Please suggest me now what should i do?
    As ICICI is no more entertaining me and i cant complain with HDFC as i am not their Customer.

    file a police complaint and write to banking ombudsmen - this is a normal practice by CMS which fills in the notes with banking staff

      Dear,

      This is regarding my home loan from icici bank ltd account no LBNOD[protected] which i have closed last year by two cheques one of 4950000/- and another of 22000/- approx but by mistake my cheque of 22000/- got bounced which was informed to me by icici after 3 months when i visited icici for my property papers,then i have requested them to take bounce charges and delay payment interest for this period but icici executive in sector 50 noida branch i.e. samta told me that you have to pay interest on whole outstanding amount and told me that your 4950000/- credited in miscellenous account.if my amount is deposited in icici then how icici can ask for interest on that amount.
      to resolve this problem i have submitted complain in icici bank ltd complain no-SR[protected] dtd[protected] but still there is no update.
      i have also submitted complain in banking ombudsman ref no [protected] but still there is no update.
      Kindly resolve this issue and help me getting my original property papers asap.

        I had purchased "Kotak Global Emerging Market Fund (closed)" in Sept 2007. The scheme became open ended on September 27, 2010 as per Kotak AMC website and their e-mail. However the ICICIdirect site still showing the scheme as "closed ended". I contacted them and provided them all info including the e-mail from Kotak and their scheme details sheet that is posted online on Kotak site. However, ICICI direct has not taken any action.

        I spoke to a person by one Mr. Yatin (ICICI support), who told me to write to [protected]@icicidirect.com . On 16th Oct 2010, one Mr. Bhosle called me and told me to get said MF details at AMFI site updated by contacting Kotak registrar! Later I called ICICI again and spoke to a person from their call centre Mr. Hardik , who in the middle of our conversation told me hold me as he has another call. He did not mute the MIC. I could clearly hear him joking and chatting with some lady. After few minutes, he came back. On questioning his rational of keeping me waiting on an international call, he started giving excuses, and later hanged the phone. Long live ICICI (direct and bank!)
        As per them the AMFI site is still showing the fund as closed ended. Hence I cannot sell. I asked them why the investor is held hostage for some update on a website for which he is neither responsible nor concerned. They are mum on this. The matter was reported on 12th Oct 2010 to ICICI. Even a complaint is lodged with SEBI on 19th Oct 2010. No progress. In an online world, if you stop a investor from buying / selling, can’t figure out what ICICI is up to?

            this is sujith.. i have a saving account with icici as rao nagar branch hyderabad.[protected]. i requested for its closure as i am not operating the account. since i have a demat and trading account related to it they asked me to go to icici directt branch to close it.. i visited icici direct branch and they denied saying we dont close accounts . u need to visit icici brach at navketan building near clock tower secunderabad. i visited them and applied for closure of direct account and they replied saying u need to go to ashok nagar branch to close it.. i dont understand when i open an account in a base branch .. y i cannot close it in the same branch.. i have been roaming only for this reason ffrom quite a long time now..and till now not even a single account of mine is closed. after a week they will charge QAB from me again.

            i want someone from icici to actually take this seriosuly and resolve my issue to the earliest possible.

              My Name is Parag haresh Shah, i was holding your credit card, the no. being - [protected] .This credit card has been discontinued by you without my knowledge after paying the last dues amounting to Rs.1292, Bill dated july 29, 2007. This bill has been paid by cheque from Punjab and Maharashtra co-operative Bank, cheque no. being 936768.
              This is is to inform you that inspite of discontinuing the card from your end i am still receiving innumerable bills and statements from your end and also letters for non-payment of dues of dates after discontiuing the card. One of the letters is dated April 8, 2008 Ref no.:cc/28-03/37876 which is asking me to pay an amount of 60,876.76/-.I would like to bring to your kind notice that there has been a mix up from your end as you have given the same card no. to another Parag R Shah and his address being: A 203 Vizapur Nagar, Damodar Wadi, Ashok Chawl, Kandivali (east), mumbai-400101, his contact no.: [protected] & 28847034. The opposite party is also aware of this mess up by you. when i had spoken in customer care regarding the dispatch of credit card i was been told that the card was dispatch on 24/07/ 2007 on the kandivali address. as per the cibil report i had opened the new credit card a/c no [protected] on 24/06/2007 but my credit card first statement was received on 02/08/2003 . i also request you to kindly check my credit card statements from 02/08/2003 to 29/07/2007. for the credit history. It clearly seems that you have not done your job by changing necessary details due to which it has caused great inconvenience to me since the past year, nor have you'll bothered to acknowledge my calls given to your horrible customer care service. Here i am also giving you details of my calls made to you, one made on 5/3/08 at 4.51pm and 30/3/08 at 4.30pm. These are just details of the few calls i have made to you'll but yet after three year no action has been taken. as i am receiving calls from recovery agent for the balance amt due. i have also received letter for the card no [protected] & [protected] which are not even mine.               Dear Madam I am holding a Credit Card NO [protected] which is expiring in Dec 2012. As per bank procedure I received a new Credit withe Validity period of 12/04 to 12/16 but surprise to see theat Instead my photograph and signature, some one else photo graph and signature was embossed on my credit Card No.

              I approached ICICI Bank Arlem Branch in Goa and explained the facts to Branch Manager Ms Saipriti Shirodkar on 7th of Dec 2012. She immediately called the customer care service for help after almost for 1 hour Ms Jalaja supervisor promised to give me call back on 11the Dec 2012 and did not give complaint NO, but Till Date Nobody contacted me.

              While discussing thee matter Supervisor advised me use thee card withe wrong photo and signature after my deliberation she said she needs to check why in first place the card was issued with photograph and signature ( I am using thee card withe my photo and signature since 2004).

              Branch Manager has sent the scanned copy of Old and new Credit card to make them understand the point.

              Incidentally RBI in last week has directed even ATM card to have photographs to prevent any misuse and here is ICICI Bank Supervisor is questioning why the Photograph was placed on the credit Card.
              I Hope some body will revert back with solution.

Vasudha Waman Datar',had a fixed deposit with the Sangli Bank (Now merged with ICICI bank,Lakshmipuri Branch,Kolhapur)which had got matured in year 2000.In year 2008,I had submitted the certificate to issue the corresponding cash,but now the staff was refusing to give back the same.I have the receipt which tells about the submission of the certificate.

                  I HAVE RECEIVED THE CARD STATEMENT DATED OCT 19,2010 WHERE I AM INSTRUCTED TO PAY LATE PAYMENT FEE AND INTEREST CHARGES WITH TAXES TOTAL AMOUNT RS. 552.00 APPROX.
                  I AM NOT IN RECEIPT TO MY PREVIOUS BILL FOR WHICH THE LATE PAYMENT CHARGES ARE MADE IN THIS BILL AND AS SUCH MY RECORD SAYS WHEN EVER THE BILL COME THE PAYMENT IS MADE IMMEDIATELY HENCE IF YOU HAVE ANY DETAIL OF THE RECEIPT OF MY PREVIOUS BILL FOR WHICH THE CHARGES ARE LEVIED, THAT MAY BE FORWARDED TO ME OR REVERSE THE ABOVE CHARGES.

                    My ICICI credit card No. is 4477 XXXX XXXX 8000. I called the customer care and requested for a full and final settlement for the above mentioned card for which they said that you will have to pay the minimum amount due for this month and they will start the procedure for the settlement. A month goes by and they again ask for the minimum amount making excuses about papers not being ready for I replied that I wont pay the minimum amount on which they say that settlement is not possible and you will have to pay the amount else interest will be charged and hung up. Now I've also use credit cards from two other banks viz. ABNamro (now R.B.S.) and S.B.I. and they where ready to do the settlement (I got the settlement letter from them the next day after calling them). Now my question is why the hell is a bank like ICICI not ready for settlement and what must I do to settle the issue. Also note that I don't care about being reported in CIBIL.
                    my credit card no. is [protected] i have applied two times for auto debit of my credit card bill from my saving a/c but the same is not implemented. i will be forced not to renew my health insurance by icici lombard & my close my saving a/c & surrender my credit card under protest.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am a Credit Card holder of ICICI Bank since 2007. On 12 Feb, 09 I have received a call from Customer Care of ICICI Bank offer for Health Insurance Policy against above mention Credit Card.

                      On 12 Feb, 09 without my consent on amount of Rs. 23003/-( Twenty Three Thousand Three only) was charged from my credit card account towards policy charges which was never opted by
                      never has been received by me till date consequently I stopped using the card thereafter.

                      On 27 Feb, 09 I received an EMI Statement from ICICI Bank Vide letter Ref. No. 5327197 & 5322705 dt. 17/2/2009 stating a option of cancellation of said policies in case I do not opt to retain
                      then, within 60 days. On 10 March, 09 I gave my option of cancellation of both the polices vide my letter on 10/03/2009 to credit card department, mumbai and copy to H.O., Varodara throughcourier and also informed the telephonically by the bank for cancellation. On 18/03/2009 vide request No.[protected] &[protected]. At the time Customer care executive told me that policy
                      cancellation refund will be given to me after deducting charges Rs. 13802/- I told then I will not pay any amount for the policy cancellation for which was given to me fraudulently. Thereafter I received Hundreds of call from the ICICI Bank to clear my credit card balance, but I hold them that I would clear all my dues if the bank shows me any documentary proof of policy/policy
                      cancellation. The bank still kept an calling me without any feedback.

                      On 26 June, 09 bank called me on phone to deposit of Rs. 650/- as processing fee and they would clear my refund. I paid the fee of Rs.650/- vide Ch. No. 945445 dt. 12/07/2009 for Rs.650/- drawn of ICICI BANK. Nothing was done by the bank except deducting Rs. 650/- from my account. I lost my trust from the ICICI Bank. I then filed a complaint to the Mr. Shiv Kumar Tadikanda, Nodal Officer, Hyderabad with all the details on 27/10/2009 through speed post No.SP ED[protected] IN. The Nodal Officer Hyderabad informed from MobileNo.[protected] at 5.30 PM on 31/10/2009 that they were in the process of clarification with ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD and they would inform me within short period. No call tilldate has been received from the Nodal Officer, Hyderabad.

                      As per the instruction from ICICI Bank I also applied for cancellation of above mentioned Health Insurance Policy Vide their Cancellation request No. 11894639 dt. 15/09/2009.

                      On 22/09/2009 the policy was cancelled or amount of 9201/- (Nine Thousand Two Hundred One only) was credited to my credit card account. I was in found that the balance amountof Rs. 13802/- was with held by ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD as policy cancellation charges. I do not understand attending a mobile phone call from ICICI Bank costs a person

                      I then filed a complaint to ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD Office at connaught Place to through speed post No.SP ED[protected] IN on 21/01/2010. Their response was showing. They telephonically ( No[protected] at 11.50 AM) told me on 15/02/2010 that no refund will be made and no written feedback is given to any one as per company rules.

                      On 7 June, 2010 ICICI Bank (Miss.Manisha) Rohini Branch Sector-8 called me to settle the dispute and refund of Rs.24379.51 would be made to me if I deposit Rs. 1000/- as processing fee. I gave cash payment to the Bank reprentative vide cash receipt No.[protected]. On 24/6/2010 a call one again came from the same bank By Miss Manisha that my refund was realised in fulland NOC for the same will be sent to me in case I deposit Rs. 700/-. I gave this amount also vide cash receipt No.[protected] dt. 24/06/2010 to the Bank representative. But this amountof Rs.1700/- was only shown as deducted from the dispute amount i.e.(Rs. 24379.51 - 1700/-) and the balance 22679.51was reflected as good against me and no refund was made.

                      Now the above amount reversed by ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD dt. 01.09.2010 and balance amount dt. 29.09.2010. But the Rs.2350/- was not reflact my credit card statement paid for full & final settlement. Therefore, I request you to kindly issue us draft/cheque for Rs.2350/- with interest immediately because the above case not settled. I want good relation with your bank So, I request you to reactivate my Credit Card No.5177 xxxx xxxx 3014.

                        My mother is having an old pension policy named "Life time super pension"
                        premium mode is monthly and Premium term is 3 yrs which has completed 2 yrs. .
                        before completing 2 yrs an advisor from ICICI company contacted us and told that kindly give last and final 1 yr premium in advance ie. Rs.24000. and we'll give you some bonus in november My mother paid that amount thinking that our policy has now fully paid up.
                        Now when she contacted your udaipur, Rajasthan office to consult about policy they told us that your old policy is diffrent and the advisor has given you new other policy named "icici pru assure pension uni- 105L102V01".
                        She has filled a complaint in that icici office .
                        Now we want to get our money back and punish the concerned advisor.
                        Several times I had sent complains to icici grevience but nobody is listening.

                          My name Bala Gangadhar Nalam, My LIC policy No.[protected]

                          I have ICICI Credit have, for this policy i have choosed BILL Pay option,

                          till 20 sept 2010 ICICI not paid the premium amount

                          then i have paid premium amount through SBI net banking on 20 Sept 2010, and 25 Sept 2010 ICICI also transferred funds to LIC for the same policy.

                          i have sent mail to LIC, by mistake we have paid 2 times for the same policy, then LIC has send response they inform us they are received only one payment that is date 20 sept 2010, this information i have informed to ICICI Credit cards and requested to refund the premium amount.

                          and i have sent the LIC payment premimum receipt (paid through SBI Net banking) and Response from LIC regarding this issue.

                          somany times i am requested ICICI refund the payment or send the LIC receipt, but till date thier is no response from ICICI.

                          i request you please inform ICICI refund amount.

                          because LIC not received the payment from ICICI.

                            An error /unauthorised transaction of Rs 1474 plus other hefty charges levied to my credit card account [protected].I immediately asked bank to terminate my account and investigate the matter in detail and at later time I paid the amount in full against my credit card bills assuming they will reverse the amount after investigation.But Bank did not do anything neither did investigation nor reversed the amount charged to credit card.What should I do.

                                      Its been 2 months that I have been in touch with ICICI customer support team for NOC request for a Car loan taken in 1997 through Anagram Finance which was taken over by ICICI in 1999.

                                      The loan was fulfilled in 3 yrs and in 1999, my husband, should have received a letter with that effect from Anagram or the then owner ICICI after completion of the loan.

                                      Now that we want to sell and transfer the car ownership, I was directed after a month to the ICICI J.B nagar Asset loan dept.

                                      I submitted the request. They said they would get back in 10 days. They still havent.
                                      Its so difficult to get in touch with them..the only way being is to personally go to the bank several times.

                                      Why cant ICICI have a proper database of Anagram once it was bought over???

                                      Writing to the Head of Car loans was also of no use.

                                      Have to again go the the bank and ask for status which I am sure they will not have any updates on.

                                      Can someone help?

                                      applied for car loan and taken. but when I could not pay EMI for two months they forcefully recovered without intimation. this is corporate fraud and against to rules
