    Dear Sir,

    I bring to your kind notice that a sum of Rs.5000/- debited in our credit card account on 11/05/2010. Immediately the very next day when I came to know I had lodged a compliant in ICICI Bank, through email & over phone. ICICI Bank confirmed that they are investigating the matter, after two months they told matter went in favour of bank and provided the details of debit entries given below. I had filed an FIR with police station and submitted copy to ICICI Bank.

    Transaction Date : 11/05/2010
    * Transaction Amount : Rs.1000+Rs.2000+Rs.2000=Total Rs.5000-00
    * Details of the dispute : Rs.5000-00 transaction not incurred by me
    * Type of Dispute : Amounts mis-used through on line transaction

    The scan copy is attached here with for your ready reference to resolve the matter. ICICI Bank had blocked my salary account with ICICI bank for Rs.8605/- Rs.5000+ 3605 = Total Rs.8605 including interest & taxes etc.

    Sir, as a salaried class person I cannot afford such a huge penalty levied by ICICI Bank blocking my salary account.

    Please help me do the needful.

      On 9th March 2010 I withdrew Rs 3,800/-(Three Thousand Eight Hundred Rupees) through ICICI ATM from Navketan SD Road Secunderabad at 11.05 AM. After inserting my ATM Card, pin no & withdrawal Amount , the machine processed normally but a error message came indicating “ The transaction not done successful” Then neither the cash nor slip came.

      I went to another machine of the same branch and withdraw Rs 3500/- (Three thousand five hundred) at 11.06 a.m. The transaction was done successfully.

      I thought the first transaction was cancelled but when I checked my mini statement on next day ,both the transaction amount were deducted from my account.

      On 10th March I complained to ICICI customer care (1st Complain No[protected].They took 7 days for the process and gave unsatisfactory reply . I went to (ATM - Navketan SD Road) branch manager as well as my own branch manager. They did not give proper response to me. I filled second complain for the same on 17th March 2010 (2nd complain: - SR[protected]. After 7 days again I got a inappropriate replay from them. I went o my Branch Manager for third complain. In the beginning he was refuse to take the complain but later he took my written complain and taken 7 days for process. He asked me to make a complain with the banking ombudsman, if i want and refused to process my request.

      It is nothing but it is amounted to physical and mental harassment to customer . Please do the need as soon as possible for me. Otherwise I will be left with no other recourse, except to approach appropriate redressal forums including the banking ombudsman and consumer forum

        This is to state that Cheque No 793776 dated 21.09.2010 for Rs.4790.00 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd, M G Road, Bangalore-1 in favour of "ICICI Credit card No [protected]" was dropped on 21.09.2010 at Old Airport Road's Skypack Box (Behind Rajeshwari Theatre).

        Regret to state that it is still not cleared as on date. I request you to kindly look into the matter as I would not be able to pay the late payment fee as I have dropped the Cheque much before the Due date.

          We have ICICI POS terminal. One of our payment of Rs. 15000/- was charged bank by icici upon providing the needed documents.
          The complaint was raised on 15/01/2010 at all the level of bank but till date there has not been any respone from the bank.
          Please provide us help on how to get solution over this matter.

            I have been visiting the ICICI Bank Home Loan branch at Nariman point since 3 years and have seen the service go from Bad to Worse to THE WORST EVER. Today on 6th october 2010, I visited the branch entering at 1.42 pm ( Service request number CL 147). As i awaited my turn I observed for almost 15 minutes all counters were free but the numbers on the electronic board were unchanged. No Branch Manager. When asked who was next in charge the watchman directed me to one staff ms.NAMITA RAJ. The other one who I have dealt with on earlier occasions ms. PARVINDER BAWA simply chose to leave her place and walk around. Ms Raj took my case and before giving me a response within few minutes asked another customer who was standing to take the other seat in front of Ms Bawa, who had still not returned. This customer had walked in full 21 minutes after me ( CL 157 time 2.03pm). I was shocked that she called another customer randomly without even attending to the first one leave alone finishing.
            When asked why she hadn't given me a reply for a long time I was told the systems were slow. If they were so slow how come she was able to simultanoeusly look up 2 accounts at the same time on the same machine ( ms Bawa's) as she was able to give the reply to the other customer and give details to the other customer with me sitting under the pretext of a slow system.
            Finally she took my pre-payment cheque and gave me partial details of what I had asked, the amount for foreclosure and was unable to give me the amount for downward readjustment of the Interest rate. I decided to leave in DISGUST rather than waste more time there. Finally ended up coming out of the branch at 250 pm over one hour of frustration with the worst service.

            ICICI Bank had better sit up and take notice. If the Service at other branches is anything like this they woudnt have too many customers left to service. I for sure will never bank with ICICI Bank in any way in future. They would certainly qualify for the WORST SERVICE AWARD.

            Dear All,

            I hold an account with ICICI bank. I would like to highlight the poor quality of service offered by this bank to its customers. The Internet banking website doesn't work (almost 90% of the time) when you require it the most & if a call is made to the customer care, the call either gets disconnected citing the large number of calls they are servicing even at 6:00 am in the morning or at 11:30 pm in the night. If you somehow manage to get through to the customer care executive, you will notice that they are not equipped to address the concern of the customer.

                I went to ICICI Bank to update my address and contact details. they suggested me to transfer the account at drive in road branch and within two working day they will transfer my account and update my contact details.

                My account has been transferred but they have not updated my contact details, due to which i am unable to use add beneficiary in net banking. i went to their branch twice to get the detail but no proper response from them. i have tried reaching on the contact no provided by them but even no response on that.

                Please look into this on urgent basis.

                icici bank/saving account — my a/c has been freezed without prior information.

                MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FREEZED WITHOUT PRIOR INFORMATION. I AM NOT ABLE TO DRAW MY MOMEY AND WHY IT HAS BEEN FREEZED PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                As per the letter dated oct 15th 2009 it is said that my salary account[protected] would be converted into chargeable salary account.It was also said that there was a letter sent to me on Aug 08 2009 which i did not receive so i could not reply, however as i got the letter which was sent to me on oct the 15th 2009 just want to say that i would appreciate if you could close my account as am no more working and cannot expect any salary in the bank so i was kindly request to do the needful and close the account.

                  I had issued a post dated cheque of Rs 10000, dated 1st Oct'10. But the cheque was submitted by the beneficiary to his bank on 18th Sep'10.

                  on account of his mistake cheque bounce charges were deducted from my saving account which is with ICICI , senapati bapad road, Pune Branch.

                  I tried calling the customer care department on 3rd oct'10 but didnt get any positive response.

                  How can the bank deduct the money my account for a mistake commited by somebody else.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that we had made Invested in ICICI Home Finace FD as below:
                    Investment was made for Rs8.0Lakh+ Rs 7.0Lakh i.e Rs 15.0Lakh in your ICICI Home Finance FD for 30 months as per details given below:
                    1. Shibani Chatterjee & P.K.Chatterjee(Nominee,Jaideep Chatterjee)-FD Certificate No[protected]/75/72 for Rs 3.0Lakh+Rs50.000+Rs50,000 i.e Total Rs 4.0 Lakh w.e.f 28-07-09 & also Rs2.0Lakh+Rs2.0Lakh i.e Total Rs 4.0 Lakh,FD Cert No,[protected]/77 w.e.f 12-08-09 @ of 8.55% annual rate of Intt with the option of depositing Intt in saving A/C No (Also given MICR No)
                    Qtrly Intt was deposited for QE 30-09-09, QE Mar-10(With TDS although Form 15G & PAN No furnished) after long time & after lot of discussion & follow up from my side & by the intervention of Mr Murli as above for QE 30-09-09.

                    I have further complaints as below:
                    i) TDS was deducted for Intt QEMar-10 although I had deposited Form 15G & PAN No to Mr Prakash Sharma,Area operation Manager of ICICI HFC Ltd,228 AJC Bose Road,Land Mark Building,Kolkata (PH No[protected]/40090801/[protected]-Sri P-Sharma) for which receipt was also given.
                    ii) While I am trying to talk to Mr Sharma he is not attending my Phone. Kindly advise so that last TDS deducted for QE-Mar-10 is refunded & Intt for QE-Sept-10 must be deposited without any TDS.
                    iii) I have also come to know although my FD documents were with AJC Bose Office as above but now all my documents have been shifted to some other place without any knowledge & intimation to us.
                    iv) Kindly resolve my issues otherwise I have to take Legal recourse & shall also stop EMI deduction for our Home Loan from ICICI as a preventive step.So long I have coperated but ICICI Home Fin FD is really playing a truant.
                    Pl reply to my mail & over phone as well & further advise AJC bose Office to keep us apprised about all such developments.

                    NB; Pl note even my Intt due on 30-09-10 has not been credited to my A/C & nobody i.e call centre no [protected](Kolkata) at kolkata or [protected](Mumbai) is attending to my complaint.Some serious action needed to stop ICICI in their such negative attitude & for playing with the public money. Even today I am not able the where about of my document because Kolkata Office & Mr P Sharma Area Operation Manager ICICI,AJC Bose Road is not responding to my phone calls.

                    ICICI Home Finance - home loan — Non deduction of interest rate by ICICI

                    I am Rakeh Behl have taken housing loan from ICICI during april 2006. ICICI has increased 5 times interest rate from 7.75% to 12.75% with in span on 18 months. But now its time to reduce the rate as per RBI policy ICICI is relluctant / silent.

                    I am not satisfied.Any correspondences to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com, customer.[protected]@icicihfc.com is getting bounced by telling-rejecting on filtering process & I am not able to Contact any body to apprise that although I have also sent scanned copy of Form 15G to all concerned still my TDS deducted InQE Sept-10 &QEJune-10 has not been reversed. Pl settle my problem.You have already taken long time since my last complaint & nobody is taking concrete steps. Pl ensure QE Dec-10 Intt Deposit in time becuase so long it was delayed every time & in every Quarter.Pl correspond to my Mobile-[protected] or give your direct contact no other than customer care no, which is not taking any action.

                      i had posted an application also to ICICI bank sector-15 branch of Faridabad, Haryana but i got no response from their side.

                        I am maintaining saving account in ICICI bank since 2006. Recently bank has deducted Rs150 as ANW charges & Rs 15 S-tax from my account without my knowledge.                             Hi this is in reference to my Icici cr card ending in 1007,had a bal of abt 62000 which went up to around 85k with all the late fees,over limit fees and interest over a span of 6 months.now i had the collection agency call up a couple of times which i agreed to settle for rs 21200 (i.e the amt provided by them),however there was a called Shubash cell # [protected] who used to come home shout,abuse and harass the ppl at home and neighbours ,he said when i make the payment ill be given a letter then(which i knew would not happen)so i did not make the payment..then on 23rd Nov a guy called Navneet Dubey [protected] came home along with some guy in the mrng when i was at work..as soon as i reached home they were about to leave so i caught up with them,when i spoke to my sister at home she told me that they abused her very badly in Hindi and made her cry they even told her that they would throw her out of the house or lock her in the house,they did the same with my neighbour who is a senior citizen and abused him too(who had nothing to do with this),as i did not want them to be harassed because of me i sold my gold and made the payment in two installments one for rs 15000(receipt # 9044234) on the 23 nov and the remaining on 24th nov for rs 6200(receipt # 9044236),and was waiting for the letter the next day ,the name of the agency is VAISHNAVI ASSOCIATES,the guy who collected the amt also demanded rs 200 frm me coz of the traveling expensive which he said i have to pay coz he came home to collect the money.as i did not get the letter i tried calling him up but no one answered my call even his boss Adil Naik # [protected] who also abused very badly did not pick up the ph,i did file a complain with icici 2day,and the amnt i paid went towards the bal which regularized the ac and nothing is mentioned abt the settlement..can any one suggest me wht to do as i dnt have money to pay them and i really worried if they come home any create a problem in my absence

                            I had a credit card with ICICI BANK and to close the account i called up the bank 3 years ago and they told me i have to pay Rs.60000/- odd , so i paid the amount and told them to close the account. Now to my surprise, i was calling up the bank to collect my NO DUES LETTER, they say i have to pay Rs.14600/- odd to them as i had taken a mobile on EMI. SO, I told them why didnt they tell me when i had paid them Rs. 60,000/- and for this they dont have answer....And for the last 2 months they are telling me to wait and will revert in some day and when the final day arrives, they again send me a mail and give a later date....And for last 3 years they have spoiled my credit rating....Kindly give me a permanent solution

If you want then you can trace the past bank statements and see I was not at all having minimum balance then Rs.10000/-.On the basis of my salary i am eligible for atleast 14 lakhs.Is this the way to treat your privileged customer who is having not 1 but 2 salary account with the ICICI BANK from the past 19 months.

                              I have seen around that your bank has provided the loan for the people having only one year of experience. Then why I am not getting the loan?
                              Eventhough I have not defaulted then also I not getting loan from your bank.

                              That means you people are treating me as a defaulter.

                              Kindly look into this issue seriously and revert me back as soon as possible cause i will be homeless within a week.

                              To my shock when my wife applied for a home loan(Ref No:[protected] on 04/09/2010, with me as a co-applicant I came to know that my name still exists in CBill. Even though I have already cleared my dues. This was not expected from such a prestigious bank like ICICI BANK. We are genuine customer of ICICI Bank. The details of accounts in ICICI Bank are as follows:
                              1. A/C No:[protected]. Branch: Infosys Pune, Ph-2. Banking since 09/02/2009. Status: Salary account.
                              2. A/C No:[protected]. Branch: Vikhroli(W). Banking since 20/08/2010. Status: Salary account.

                              I had few queries:
                              1. If I had paid my loan then why my name still exists in CBill?
                              2. Being just a co-applicant why my wife's home loan is not being sanctioned yet?
                              3. My wife has salary account then why you are not considering that and taking time for sanctioning the loan?

                              Firstly, I want a strict action for my name in CBill. It should be removed as soon as possible because I have cleared the dues.
                              Secondly, I need an assurance that when my wife's home loan will be sanctioned as going through past banking records of her.
                              Kindly sanction my wife's home loan as we have registered the flat as per the instructions given by your executive.
                              Kindly intimate me the action taken by you through mail as soon as possible.

                                  i recently got a car loan settlement letter which reads only about the amount after waiver given and nothing about when they are issuing noc,when asked they say it is a natural process,but why dont they mention it in the letter saying that once the payment is recd the noc will be provided,what is the problem in giving it in white and black?what ever is assured orally can be confirmed through the letter.why are they not doing it? is it to harass us further for more money? please resolve my query

                                    I am one of the unsatisfied customer of icici bank ltd.
                                    1. Actually i was an ex-employee of icici bank with a salary account..i had also applied independent credit card(not staff card) but the bank has automatically turned my normal card into staff card and when the charges incurred due to jammu bandh in the month of jul 2008 bank didnot reversed my charges by saying its a staff card.
                                    2. In the month of April, i came to know that there was a debit of Rs 1450 as subscription, at that very moment i called up customer care for blocking my card and raise the dispute to the merchant for the same and executive informed me about blocking card and assures me of a new one but TILL DATE i have not received new card neither they have raised the dispute to the merchant.
                                    When got a call from bank they said give us application letter signed me and the same was provided to mr praveen potharlanar and majeet on 13 may 2010 and he just take this for granted and didn't raise the dispute.
                                    I was in conception that he might raised the request but when i am getting reminders mails from bank then i took the case with that guy along with senior persons of icici bank(chanda kochchar, ram kumar, amit das, praveen, customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and call centre guys.) but no reply from any side rather they blame me of not taking followups with the bank.
                                    then in the month of Aug i talked to Mr Amit Das (Senior manager) regarding the negligence, he simply denied bank;s negligence and said that they never received my signed application. and if received its not singed..(see attachement)
                                    Then i forwarded the same to amit das and he mailed me the TAT of 90 days.
                                    Now, today 27 sep 2010, my two SIP's of RS 1000 each got bounced because bank has marked lien in my sb a/c without intimating me and when talking with the customer care they are informed about the dispute and threatens me for payment otherwise they will debit the amount from my account.

                                    i also lodged complaint in banking ombudsmen, they say that first bank has to take action if not taken then came to us....i submiited my application ONlY after when these this happened .
                                    Now where should i go....customer care of bank is not helping.senior managers not helping, chanda kochcha and ram kumar not responding, branched unable to help.????banking ombudman is also helpless??
                                    So where i customer can go and fight..

                                    Plz provide me with proper resolution.

                                      I received a call on 28th of Dec 2009 from Delhi ICICI office that our Representative will be at your door step shortly regarding policy. Next day Mr Yogesh Kalara ( [protected] & [protected]) ICICI representative visit to my house, with his briefing about policy I was not convinced and I insisted him to get me policy features in written and asked him if any another policy with maximum premium. He assured to come next day with his Sr manager Haryana Zone Mr Dalginder Singh ([protected]). Another day both were at my home & same time again I received call for Delhi ICICI office Mrs Sheetal ([protected]) enquiring about their arrival at my home
                                      Mr Dalginder explained me as below
                                      1. The policy will cover Rs 40 Lakhs insurance
                                      2. Rs 4 Lakhs Medi claim for whole family
                                      3. Deposit Rs 1 Lakh for 5 years & 170% annual premium at the end of 5 years
                                      4. 20% per annum cash back as agent money to my account
                                      I was convinced and on asking ICICI written policy features he assured me to get it next day and on just verbal assurance/belief assuming this much reputed company’s Sr manager will not state lie, I rendered him a cheque of Rs one Lakh and signed the required documents. Off course till I received the policy on 18th Jan I daily called him for policy features but he kept on giving excuses
                                      On receiving the policy I was shocked to read it as its absolutely different then what Sr manager stated me, Immediately I called Mr Dalginder and returned the policy ( within 2 days/free look period) on 20 Jan. He promised me for my money back within coming two weeks .After waiting two weeks again I called him & was continuously in touch with Mr Dalginder and he keep on giving excuses that he got the cheque and will deliver on Monday/Friday/then got admitted in hospital etc
                                      Secondly the policy has been done through an agent from Karnal (HR) Panipet Office whom i never meet sure
                                      The sign on EBI is completely duplicate as I am sure I did not sign this documents and any one can clearly make out the duplicity

                                      This time it stuck in my mind that there is some fraud and misguidance taken place with me through above said person and he has made me fool after trusting a reputed company Sr manager. I confirmed from ICICI through some other sources about the policy and got reply its still active.
                                      I contact him again now he told me sir this is the case of miss sailing and you can lodge a complained in this Regards and switched off his phone , at present he is not traceable on his tel No also. He send me my policy through courier at my home address on 29th April 2010 with ICICI Panipat envelope he ( I am keeping the envelope with me) .
                                      Now hoping no option I wrote e-mail to [protected]@iciciprulife.com. , several times referring Call ID# 22454407, 22676383, 22688781 & email contacted with anil.[protected]@Iicicprulife & anita.[protected]@icicprulife stating only about free look period and finding my fault rather than reading the whole mail, can say just casual reply. Also I can forward all the correspondences’ done through e-mail including ICICI reply
                                      This shows that ICICI staff is not interested in solving the costumers problem, about the marketing gimmicks individual is playing for selling the policy and I am surprised how the reputed company is supporting and keeping this type of fraud staff , who are just interested in their commission only
                                      At last I request to refund my money back at earliest have been suffering for last 8 months for my own money

                                      icici prulife — fraud of rs.20,000/-

                                      Sir,
                                      I have honour to request you that i, Vikas Babbar was an adviser of iciciprulife having lic. no. 3551347. I had done very well business. I had forward a policy case to the branch in the name of Mr. Dilbag Singh ( policy no. 6174462, life time super ) & deposited rs. 20, 000/- in branch. By an objection, the policy rejected & mumbai branch had issued a cheque in the favour of mr. dilbag singh . But in the batala branch, ( then mr. lalit sharma was the branch manager) the cheque had cashed by unknown emploee. I personally complained to the branch manager, miss megha in the amritsar branch, mr. vipin in risk branch, chd., but all in vein. Mr. lalit sharma ( [protected]) till now give me sweet toffeee as not to file 420 case in police.NO ONE GIVE ANY INFORMATION FOR LAST 1 & HALF YEAR. As the result of bitter experience, i can't concentrate on my career . The concerned customer had filed a criminal case on me in police station, Amritsar., as the result i pay him rs. 20, 000/- from my pocket. I request you to take keen interest in the case.
