I have 11500 Rs in my account and I'm not able to use it because its freeze. Kindly unfreeze my account I cant go to any branches Because i'm admited Hospital for leg fracture and ambulance chargeing me 2500 If I visit any icici bank branche . So I need to pay hospital bills
its my money please dont freeze it I need it very urgently . I will maintain QAB in future please do the needfull as soon as possible ..

    I received a call from [protected] Number from a lady regarding Loan Recovery. She introduced her as Inspector Rajni From Delhi Police and threatned me for Loan recovery from ICICI bank. After some time i received a call from a person named Advocate Goyal [protected] (later i investigate that was a fake name). He told me that you will go to jail as ICICI already lauched a complaint against me from delhi. I don't understand why these recovery agents think that public is fool. Please investigate, as you have both the numbers, so that these people dont take advantage of police and Advocate names. This will always spoil image of police, advocates and ICICI bank (the most foolish bank i ever seen)...

    ICICI — Loan recovery

    I am Manjunath.AM, an ICICI credit card account holder (No XXXX2003) since 2005. I had taken loan of amount Rs. 1.5Lakh,( While giving the loan they created dummy creditcard number in attachment with existing creditcard) and have been paying EMI regularly to the loan account.
    Last month I declared to clear the loan amount as per ICICI rules(i.e Paying principle amount plus 3% interest). While repaying I paid loan amount of Rs 1,33118.39 mistakenly to my credit card account(which is verymuch attached to my loan account) instead of loan account which is attached to the credit card.
    Later upon contacted by a ICICI customer care representative, I explained the same and following his given directions, I rushed to the nearest ICICI branch to place a request to transfer the amount from credit card account to loan account. The representatives at the branch asked me to place a request online. I dutifully placed the request online. I was confirmed by the customer care representative that there will no late payment fee or interest would be levied.
    On Mar 12th 08, I received a statement levying Rs 8515 as interest and late payment charge.
    I have been a loyal customer to the bank and have been making all payments on time. It is really unfair on the part of the bank to levy any charge on a payment made before time.
    I have completely lost trust in the bank operations. Every time I call the customer care, I get a different picture of the bank policies by the customer care representatives, a result I am still not clear about the bank policies.

    Now the customercare people are scaring me that this amount will double every month if you are not paying now.

    It has become mental harrasment for me not able to concentarte on my work or anything otherthan resolving this issue.
    Please help me to resolve this ,

    ICICI Bank Credit Card — Harrashment and threat of arresting

    Dear Sir
    I was having a credit card of ICICI bank I have use some amount Rs 2000 to Rs 3000 in which I have paid them the minimum balance for 2 to three times I have not receved any statement till today from last one year. Iwant to pay the actual amount I have used But they are now claiming Rs20000/-.They are harrasing me over telephone that I am Mr R.l Tomar of Delhi Police and a non bailable warrent is going to be issued against you and you talk to the layer Mr harsh Bardhan Singhinia .When I talk to Mr Singhinia they are telling me You pay Rs 20000/- immediately to bank then I will stop proceddings nagainst you. when I told them that I want to settele the used amount they told that this cant be done .I told them that you are not providing me any statement or any legal notice on reply they are saying the notice has been returned and they are talking in a very abusive langauge what i will do please help me

    ICICI Credit Card — harrasing,abusing,scaring us

    Are you able to sort out the matter, As I also receive the call from same person and same lady, Still trying to figure out what next step.
    I want to draw your kind attention that, yesterday (Friday - 21-Jun-2013) there was a series of incidents as below :

    1. A call from a phone number [protected] (Name: Mr. Rajib Shukla, claimed himself as Police officer, Delhi) to my mother at my permanent resident (at West Bengal) and abused her as "Mother of Thief". Mother is a heart patient and was about to be hospitalized.

    2. Within very next moment, From same phone number and same person (police officer) called to my brother's office and informed officials as 'this is a call from Delhi police', which caused huge panic in my brother's office and even my brother was interrogated by office HR and Security department.

    3. Finally I got call from brother and I did urgently call to the person (Mr. Rajib Shukla), came to know that, he is aggressively searching for me as there is a warrant against me, and asked me to contact Advocate Mr. Gautam ([protected], email id: gautam.[protected]@gmail.com).

    4. I again did call Mr. Gautam (Claimed himself as Advocate, Delhi court). He informed, one of my ICICI credit card (number [protected]) has a due of Rs. 76903/-, I have to come down to Delhi court and need to pay this amount within 3 days or I shall be arrested (Case no. 193/09). This did cause huge tension to me and felt completely ill, situation caused almost my heart attack and had to take medical advice and medicine.

    5. Now for your information, This card got settled on 27th December 2008. The recovery process was almost the same, and I did pay Rs. 28000/-. That time I got a call and mail from your appointed Advocate of ICICI (as claimed by the person who called me) for settling the due.

    6. I did send the same mail to Mr. Gautam, he said it was a cheat with me previously, now I have to pay another lump sum amount to clear the due. I have been bound to be agreed to avoid all such of harassment and threats as above.

    As of me, there could have been some softer way, either via phone or via email reminders. I am a gentleman and so my family. I do not have any intention to cheat the Bank. I am not going off anywhere unless this matter is resolved. If it was reminded to me through proper channel (email/phone), I think it could have been resolved long back.

    I do not want to be cheated as well any more and let me clear off what ever is the due, but in a proper way so that I get NOC of my dues and as well if any legal bindings are there in reality to be cleared off. Even I do not want to keep any further relation with ICICI in any forms. Its enough of financial transaction with ICICI.

      This is Purnima Sanyal holding 2 icici bank credit card from last 3 years. One is 82000 and 23000 credit limit. For 2 and half year i have paid near about 2L adn still they are saying that i have only paid interst not the actual amont.I have made lot of payment to this bank. But from last 8 months i am jobless as i got married and had to leave job from last 5 months. My inlaws not allowing me to do the job. Now ICICI bank is asking me to pay a lump sum amount of 75000 rs for each card at one shot as settlement otherwise they will send me legal notice or ask police to bring at my house to arrest me...
      I am very much scared and afraid as i dont have that much amount and cant ask my inlaws or husband the same as it will almost break my relation...
      Please help me in this case what should i do in this case...
      I may forward you those number who is incrementally harrasing not only me but my all known family members, friends...

        I have a saving a/c in ICICI BANK Jaipur & Goa brabnch. I have transfered 20000/- cheque from my goa branch to jaipur branch on dated 5/12/2010 but this cheque was not clear till date. Bank management told me that your jaipur branch a/c not mantain minimum blance since 4 year so we deduct
        300/- rupees per month. What is the rules without any information the bank hold the payment.

          I've been using ICICI Direct for my online share trading since 2005. I am writing this to inform you all about the discrepancies in the ICICI direct website due to which I had several problems in the past. Also, I am very unhappy with the support personnel's response.

          I would like to quote couple of my past experiences

          1) Sometime back, when I tried to buy "Cals refineries" stock, ICICI direct website did not allow me stating that penny stock trade is disallowed. I had to call my Relationship Manager in Mumbai, who bought the stocks for me.
          My friends who have trading accounts in Geojit and Indiabulls have never faced any such problem for buying the same stock. As an investor/trader, I need the freedom to decide which stocks to buy/sell.

          2) On[protected] ,I tried to buy 'Core projects and Technologies' stock (which fell by 30% in an intra-day) in the cash market. ICICI direct rejected my buy order stating that I am not allowed to buy that stock at a price below 5% of the previous days close.
          For your information, the stock is listed in derivatives and such stocks do not have any circuit breaker in the cash market. Again, I had to contact my relationship manager Abhishek Toshniwal in Mumbai, Since he was on leave on that day, I had to call him on his mobile to reach him. He directed me to lady called Bincy.she asked me my USER ID to put the buy order. But she too couldn't buy because of the same reason. So she told me that she needs to talk to the technical person to rectify this problem and would call me back. She called me after an hour without any solution and by that time, the stock moved to positive and I lost my trading opportunity.(I've faced similar problems while trading in other stocks also)
          Again my friends who have accounts with Geojit and Indiabulls did not have this problem and could utilize this opportunity.

          3) On[protected], "A2Z Maintenance & Engineering" IPO opened and when I tried to apply for this IPO at 9.15 AM, ICICI Direct website didnt update the IPO link and the company name was not shown in the IPO list. Again I called Abhishek and he told me that the website will be updated by 10AM. Waiting till 10AM by leaving my other urgent work is causing Inconvenience. Other broking websites updated their IPO link before time.

          I've sent many mails to the concerned persons in ICICI Direct . But didnt get any reply or phone call regarding this. Seems like they are least bothered.
          Their brokerage fees are high compared to other brokers and provide worst service.

          I am highly disappointed with these types of issues and regret to inform that I am no longer keen on continuing with this account.

          Those who have plans to open online trading account, PLEASE NEVER EVER open account with ICICI Direct.

            I, Sachin Kumar Arora, am holding above refered SB account with your ICICI bank Nehru Place branch, I wish to bring to your attention that on 17-Feb-2010 a fraudulent transaction for Rs.16036.50 has been made in said account. Upon enquiring with ICICI customer cell, they informed that the same is on account of some ICICI credit card payment.

            I wish to inform you that i am not holding any credit card of ICICI bank and have not given mandate for debiting the account. In view of the above you are requested to reverse the above referred debit of Rs.16036.50 as soon as possible.


            In this regard complaint was already lodged through ICICI bank portal 4-5 times,but No reply or resolution done so far.

            You co-operation in the matter will be highly appreciated

                My name is Abhijit Lele and having salary account in Viman Nagar, Pune ICICI branch.

                On 29 Nov 2010 I tried to pay my vodafone bill using ICICI bank netbanking.

                However, after entering grid matrix values (such as A=10, B=11) on debit card, the error screen came.

                Just after that I checked my account and it showed 435 Rs. got debited. But nothing showed up in MY VODAFONE portal and I didnt even get sms for bill pay.

                So I tried 2nd time and this time payment of Rs. 435 was successful and I got vodafone confirmation.

                However , now ICICI bank says that the failed transaction was not failed and Rs. 435 payment was forwarded to biller. But my vodafone account does not show anything.

                Every time I complained , they say 6 days you wait. The customer care executive also told me that "SIR AAP ITNA ACHCHHA BALANCE RAKHTE HO AUR 435 Rs KIDHER LEKE BAITHE HO."

                ICICI bank, if this is your customer care then you are most pathetic bank in India.

                Please refund my Rs. 435 dear ICICI bank. Its hard earned money, not like you earn from your customers by cheating.

                ICICI payment gateway was offline last month and that was confirmed by IRCTC customer care.

                My transactions failed many times at that moment but ICICI bank never told that their payment gateway was OFFLINE. How mean ICICI .

                I think its time to close the ICICI bank account. No customer is happy with you.

                This issue has been resolved. ICICI bank had credited money to vodafone but they failed to realize it.

                vodafone credited the money to postpaid account after long followups.

                  ICICI Bank — withdrawal of amount by bank without information

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  This is regarding my salary account number :[protected]. The amount of Rs. 6134 is withdrawn by icici bank directly from my salarised account without my consent and the said amount is transfered to the credit card. The credit card was not in the operational state since last three years.
                  After talking in the bank with Mr.Sangram Andhe ( Chinchwad Branch). The said matter is very frustating and not expected from the so called known bank.
                  When taking to Mr.angram, he did not respond us in corrrect way.
                  we are looking forword to have the said amount back with the compenesation of the time and frustation.

                    Please help me as the ICICI BANK IS NOT HELPING US I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED A COMPLAINT IN CYBER CRIME AND ATLEAST I MONTH HAVE PASSED BUT I HAVE NOT RECD. ANY HELP OR EVEN A PHONE CALL.

                    THE BRIEF DETAILS OF MY CASE WITH ICICI BANK :----

                    ON 28/10/2010 THE PHONE CALL CAME FROM ICICI BANK - CALL CENTER IN MY HOME AND ON MY CELL REGARDING DEBIT OF RS.154000/- appprox FROM MY ACCOUNT.

                    HOW IT IS POSSIBLE , WITH OUT CONFIRMATION OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER AND CONFIRMED WITH ICICI BANK PERSON ON 28/10/2010 THAT TRANSACTION NOT DONE BY ME AND ALSO REQUEST TO REVERSE THE SAME.

                    AND ON SAME DAY ICICI BANK REGISTERED COMPLAINT NO. SR[protected] DUE DATE GIVEN TO ME WAS 28/11/2010. ON CALL ON 29/11/2010 ICICI BANK TELLING US THAT THIS TRANSACTION IS GENUINE TRANSACTION.

                    HOW IT IS POSSIBLE , AS THE BANK IS CONFIRMING THE PARTY ON 28/10/2010 AS THE PAYMENT GONE TO SOME OTHER ELSE FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION ON 27/10/2010 AS PER MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT.

                    AND FURHTER I AM ALSO GETTING REPLY FROM THE ICICI BANK THAT -----

                    ICICI Bank — Money transfer to India

                    I am totally frustrated about this bank's money transfer to India. If you are transferring to another ICICI bank then it is ok but if you dare to transfer to any other bank its a nightmare. I had transfered money 20 days back from Australia to India and still the beneficiary has not received it. The ICICI bank customer care is pathetic. I called them about 10 times from Australia and all they could say was we will look into it!!! They still havent sorted it out and they are grossly inefficient. Just be aware when you deal with this bank!!

                      To whom it may concern,
                      I have a debit card(salary account) with ICICI BANK,CLOCK TOWER,SECUNDERABAD branch and on December 1st when my salary got credited,I was in Kerala on a medical emergency for my mother. I went to the ICICI BANK ATM, attached to ICICI Bank, S.B.College road, Changanasseri (ATM ID S1AD0931) and selected a withdrawal SUMof RS 18000 to pay my mother's hospital bill. To my surprise only Rs 3600 came out of the ATM machine(100 Rs notes) and I lost Rs 14400(Transaction number 3752). I waited there and got a receipt saying that I had withdrawn Rs 18000 from my account. There was one person standing behind me to whom I asked not to withdraw money. I alerted the Branch operations manager immediately and she counted the money to confirm the amount. She told me that before my withdrawal 2 other people faced the same issue but for small amounts. Only after my request the shutter of the ATM was put down to avoid further mishaps. I lodged a complaint at the Bank and I had to cancel my ticket for next day to Hyderabad since the manager told me that next day only the ATM filling will happen when we will come to know whether the extra money was there in the ATM. Next day I went again and she told that Rs 27000 extra was available at the ATM machine from the previous day and my issue will be resolved in 24 hours. In the meantime, I got a complaint number on December 1st as SMS(SR[protected] which said that the problem will be addressed within 5 days. I started my journey on December 3rd from Kerala. On December 5th, I got the following SMS "Dear Customer,We are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid for as per our records." I contacted the branch operations manager again on December 5th who asked me to lodge one more complaint with the ICICI call center. I did that and the request number was SR[protected]. Till now the problem is not resolved. The branch is telling that they are helpless in this regard though they have witnessed the money I received on Dec 1st as Rs 3600 and extra money they received the next day at their ATM as around Rs 27000.Please help me to resolve this issue. I don't know whether any body who came after me had received the extra money.

                        The Phone Banking Officers, when contacted ,are completely unaware of whatever is going on !!
                        Why cannot a senior officer take charge and set things right ?
                        This irresponsible and shoddy working is most unbecoming of a reputed (!)
                        Bank like ICICI., who, we are sure ,will be losing a sizeable number of customers because of their indifferent attitude.

                            I had a credit availability of Rs. 11000.00 on my credit card and i deposited another Rs. 4500.00 cash at your New BEL Rd. Branch. I wanted to take two return air tickets worth Rs 14000.00. However, when i tried to book the air- tickets it showed insufficient funds.
                            Earlier before depositing the amount your phone banking officer Mr.Pankaj advised me to remit the difference amount in order to honor the transaction. Accordingly after depositing Rs 4500.00 when i tried to transact I was unable to proceed and on contacting your representative i was informed that the credit for the cash deposit will be given only after 24 working hours.
                            It is really painful to hear from ICICI that the cash transaction will be reflected in the account only after 24 working hours. Is it so ? If yes, why can't steps be taken for giving immediate credit for the cash deposit as in other banks?

                                I agree I too have recievd call from the # 30264200. The caller name was Nitin (that's what he said!).

                                Surprisngly he had my complete information. There seems to be zero or no security to the customer's information in ICICI bank.

                                I am extremely apprehensive and would like to warn all to pls take care of such calls.

                                i have been using icici bank credit cards since 2005 and since then facing hell issues with ICICI Bank they call everyday and harass me to make my pending dues at times when i delay they use harsh words and start talking badly with my wife too and this has made me feel ashamed of myself and request someone to take severe action against such stupid banks and make sure they close the business. i want Mr. Kamat to answer my query and he is the MD of ICICI Bank and i want him to realize that his bank is heading to a disastrous situation.

                                The best way to get rid of all unsolicited calls is to register your number in NDNC. For this, in case of landline, call 1909. Press option "1" to register for first time. Then call 1909 again and press option "3" to register your complaint. You need to give the telephone number with exact date and time of receiving of the call. Don't forget to take complaint number for the same. In case of mobile you can SMS "START DND" to 1909.                                 Hello ICICI,

                                This is with regards to the harassment that I am going from the past 3 months from calling who are calling me (during ODD HOURS) and tell that they represent the PRESTIGIOUS ICICI Bank. (Please call on [protected] for loan details)

                                I had taken a 2 wheeler loan from ICICI Bank in 2006 which I paid as per the tenure. I always used to keep sufficient funds in my account all months for the EMIs. Once the loan tenure is over, I started using the bike as my own as the loan is successfully matured and settled. I even called the Customer Care for my NOC and I was assured that the NOC would be mailed to my postal address which I never received.

                                Now its 2013, after 7 LONG YEARS all of a sudden ICICI has wokeup from a long sleep, I received a call from a person who said to be representing ICICI Bank and my 3 EMIs are pending. THE STRANGE THING IS WHOEVER CALLS ME IS NOT READY TO TELL HIS NAME AND EMPLOYEE DETAILS even after asking them repeatedly. They keep on calling and ask to pay the pending amount (Rs. 5000) and also threatened me that "IF I DONT PAY, IT WOULD NOT BE GOOD FOR ME". Is this the response that you expect from a normal person when asked for name and Employer details. I dont think ICICI is hiring such an UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL AND COUNTRY PEOPLE to represent themselves in the market.

                                I would to inform one of the incidents that happened. One afternoon a guy called me and informed that he is representing some AGENCY OF ICICI BANK. When I asked him for his NAME and the NAME OF THE AGENCY, he denied and he aroused to such an extent that he said the below words to me "I WILL NOT GIV U ANY INFORMATION. JUST LISTEN TO ME, GO AND PAY THE PENDING AMOUNT ASAP ELSE IT WOULD NOT BE GOOD FOR U. I WILL DRAG U TO THE POLICE STATION, I KNOW THE COMMISSIONER OF THIS CITY, WHAT DO U THINK OF ME HA". These were the exact words told by that UNKNOWN UNNAMED GUY and this is the same told to all my family members whoever picks the call without even respecting the Gender. If this is not THREATENING and HARASSMENT, then what is it ??????

                                One more funny thing "THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHETHER THEY ARE SPEAKING TO THE RIGHT PERSON". It is very unfortunate that ICICI has come to such a stage that they are hiring such a low class agencies.

                                My Question is, what was ICICI Bank doing all these 7 years??????. I[censored] calculate the Rate Of DEPRECIATION of the 2 wheeler today, it may not cost more than 2000 to 3000 rupees and they demand me to pay 5000 though my loan is settled.

                                ICICI is one among the most harassing banks when it comes to RECOVERY. So was the Bank waiting all these 7 years for me to pay the amount once again which I have already paid.

                                All the viewers please suggest me what to do in this regard and what is the solution for the HARASSMENT and THREATEN that I am facing day in and day out from these unethical people. Awaiting for a positive and customer friendly resolution from ICICI if possible.

                                  I am K. Suresh Kumar. I hold an ICICI bank credit card No - [protected]. This card I am holding since Apr 07 and I was using it properly and making the payment regularly. For the past one year, unfortunately I was not using this card because I was not in my home tome and the card was lying in my house.

                                  Now when I took the card back and try to use , I was surprised to understand that my card is been cancelled due to no usage. I really dont understand what is this means. There was no communication at all given to me . Without any intimation to me, how can my card be blocked.

                                  Before giving this card, I had undergone numerous verification calls and verification visit. Then why when comming to cancellation of the card, why not even a call made to the customer.I have a good payment track record in the card and I just cant accept the arugment since I was not using this card its blocked. This was not communicated to me neighter at the time of applying the card, nor at the time of blocking the card

                                  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Card Blocking without any reason

                                  I did a shopping of around 3500/- at Hypermart on 03-Jan-2009. I wanted to split the billing in multiples of 250/- as there were gifts on the billing of Rs 250/-. But to my surprise my card was not getting honoured after 8 transactions. I waited for 1 more day but the card wass blocked by the Bank. Although I was expecting a call from Bank side to clarify on the transactions, but I called up the Bank on 5th Jan and checked, then I was told that card was blocked due to security reasons as multiple transactions were made on the same merchant. I asked the CCare exec to show me if there is any such policy that consumer can not make multile transactions in a single day, the exec was blank and told me that my card is unblocked.

                                  Because of this I could not use my card at 2 other places and had to use other card instead unwillingly.

                                  ICICI Bank — ICICI BANK is calling without reason

                                  ICICI BANK is calling to my personal number they said" we have found your number in google.com
                                  so they are forcing to me without reason that u have took credit card from ICICI BANK and you have to pay card balance.

                                  we dont know whay they keep calling daily and asking about That defaulter card holder.
                                  i mean" if again i got call from them we will take action against ICICI bank
                                  so please stop them to call us and should not harm to our work

                                  we will send notice to ICICI BANK harassment by ICICI BANK

                                  Stupid bank even they does not know to whom they are talking.

                                        I am customer of ICICI Bank from last 5 years. i have may salary account in ICICI.
                                        I never used my internet banking in last 5 years. but 2 Nov 2010 i activated my internet banking and on 5 Nov 2010. some unknown person transfer my full amount balance to his ICICI account through internet banking.

                                        i register a complaint in Cyber cell and also inform TO ICICI on 6 nov 2010.
                                        but till 30 nov 2010 ICICI not giving any details to Cyber cell crime branch.

                                        and my branch (Bhandarkar road )says they are not responsible to any fraud case.
                                        some unknown person send me SMS by name ICICI TM he have all my accounts details in that.
                                        and called me saying that he is belongs to ICICI customer service agent.
                                        he have all the details of my salary account.

                                        ICICI agent is not supporting to the police team they send 2-3 times mail to that agent but he is not givig the details to them.

                                        also customer care center don't have any updates on my case.every time they are just giving same answer our agent investigating on it but they are not doing any thing.

                                        without any feedback from my side there agent told me that my investigation is over and from my side every this is over and for further any updates contact with police and customer care service.
                                        it is really e responsible and till date he is not giving the details to police.

                                        Don't trust on ICICI Bank It is relay E Responsible.

                                        and The account holder who had transfer my money to his account his name is
                                        Arun chekhaliya . he is also ICICI account holder still 30th Nov the ICICI are not giving his details to police.

                                        and last 3 weeks i had seen 3 news against the fraud in the news paper. one is same as like me transfer the amount from internet banking .

                                        i don't have any faith on ICICI bank now.
                                        Now they are saying that they are not responsible to any fraud case or any such transfer money.
