I am K. Suresh Kumar. I hold an ICICI bank credit card No - [protected]. This card I am holding since Apr 07 and I was using it properly and making the payment regularly. For the past one year, unfortunately I was not using this card because I was not in my home tome and the card was lying in my house.

Now when I took the card back and try to use , I was surprised to understand that my card is been cancelled due to no usage. I really dont understand what is this means. There was no communication at all given to me . Without any intimation to me, how can my card be blocked.

Before giving this card, I had undergone numerous verification calls and verification visit. Then why when comming to cancellation of the card, why not even a call made to the customer.I have a good payment track record in the card and I just cant accept the arugment since I was not using this card its blocked. This was not communicated to me neighter at the time of applying the card, nor at the time of blocking the card

I really wonder what kind of customer service is this

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Card Blocking without any reason

I did a shopping of around 3500/- at Hypermart on 03-Jan-2009. I wanted to split the billing in multiples of 250/- as there were gifts on the billing of Rs 250/-. But to my surprise my card was not getting honoured after 8 transactions. I waited for 1 more day but the card wass blocked by the Bank. Although I was expecting a call from Bank side to clarify on the transactions, but I called up the Bank on 5th Jan and checked, then I was told that card was blocked due to security reasons as multiple transactions were made on the same merchant. I asked the CCare exec to show me if there is any such policy that consumer can not make multile transactions in a single day, the exec was blank and told me that my card is unblocked.

Because of this I could not use my card at 2 other places and had to use other card instead unwillingly.

ICICI Bank — ICICI BANK is calling without reason

ICICI BANK is calling to my personal number they said" we have found your number in google.com
so they are forcing to me without reason that u have took credit card from ICICI BANK and you have to pay card balance.

we dont know whay they keep calling daily and asking about That defaulter card holder.
i mean" if again i got call from them we will take action against ICICI bank
so please stop them to call us and should not harm to our work

we will send notice to ICICI BANK harassment by ICICI BANK

Stupid bank even they does not know to whom they are talking.

        I am customer of ICICI Bank from last 5 years. i have may salary account in ICICI.
        I never used my internet banking in last 5 years. but 2 Nov 2010 i activated my internet banking and on 5 Nov 2010. some unknown person transfer my full amount balance to his ICICI account through internet banking.

        i register a complaint in Cyber cell and also inform TO ICICI on 6 nov 2010.
        but till 30 nov 2010 ICICI not giving any details to Cyber cell crime branch.

        and my branch (Bhandarkar road )says they are not responsible to any fraud case.
        some unknown person send me SMS by name ICICI TM he have all my accounts details in that.
        and called me saying that he is belongs to ICICI customer service agent.
        he have all the details of my salary account.

        ICICI agent is not supporting to the police team they send 2-3 times mail to that agent but he is not givig the details to them.

        also customer care center don't have any updates on my case.every time they are just giving same answer our agent investigating on it but they are not doing any thing.

        without any feedback from my side there agent told me that my investigation is over and from my side every this is over and for further any updates contact with police and customer care service.
        it is really e responsible and till date he is not giving the details to police.

        Don't trust on ICICI Bank It is relay E Responsible.

        As per request I have registers complaint with ICICI Agent Dharmveer Vyas his mob no. is [protected].

        and The account holder who had transfer my money to his account his name is
        Arun chekhaliya . he is also ICICI account holder still 30th Nov the ICICI are not giving his details to police.

        and last 3 weeks i had seen 3 news against the fraud in the news paper. one is same as like me transfer the amount from internet banking .

        i don't have any faith on ICICI bank now.
        Now they are saying that they are not responsible to any fraud case or any such transfer money.

            I AM USING ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD FROM LAST 2 YEARS GENUINELY TILL DATE I DIDNT PAY ANY PENALTY OR INTEREST . EVERY PAYMENT DONE ON TIME . IN MY LAST BILL I PAY ONLY RS.0.03 PAISE LESS SO I GOT CALL FROM ICICI BANK RECOVERY DEPARTMENT TO PAY THIS BILL WHICH DATE IS NOT DUE (DUE DATE 12TH DEC,2010).               I Ravi Venkata Kotaiah ,Hyderabad i have ICICI Bank Ac at Begum Pet, A.P, Hyd. My Account is blocked with out prior intimqation i have been suffering from last 3 days for daily house exp wise i came to other palce out of Hyderabad. i submitted proper document to Miyapur , Hyd branch in SEp,10 but they are not till update my informatiuon but they blocked my cash transsatiuons with intimation . what isthis? who given authorised to you hold my money ?who responsible to suffer this ? take immidate actioon

                i was holding a credit card of icici bank. It was my fault that i applied for a personal loan from the bank and instead of that, i got the card. i was regular in repaying the loan but due to sudden misfortune, i had to stop paying for 2 months.i lost my job and my family was struggling with the worst phase of life at that point of time. i was contacted by the 3rd party agencies from Icici bank and used to make harrassment calls with foul language. i asked for some time to repay to the bank but they denied point blank. i was disappointed with the service i was getting from such a leading banking service and i cancelled all by relationship with the bank. i cancelled Icici prudential insurance, stopped making any transaction with my personal bank and out of furiousness i stopped payng for the card.
                Now im getting harrassment calls from the bank again for the same.i want to settle my card but no one responding to my contacts.

                  I have a salary account with ICICI Bank and a representative of the same bank asked for attaching an Over Draft account and confirmed that it will be chargeable only if you will over draw amount having in your account. After two year without any prior notice/ information they have deducted Rs. 4700/- from my account and after making complaint (No.:[protected] they reversed Rs. 551/-. for remaining amount they are not responding properly. Please look into the matter and settle the case.

                    I had sent a courier envelope to Bangalore on November 16, 2010 from ICICI Bank Ltd at Sangli. The said envelope contained important documents. Till date this envelope has not reached the destination. It is surprising and your company is not bothered. I am at Mumbai, but my colleagues have visited you Sangli office umpteen number of times but no respond. The incharge of your Sangli office is also not responding when contacted. The POD number is[protected] dated Nov 16, 2010. I was trying to attach the copy of the POD but unable to do so.

                        I am holding a saving bank Account with ICICI Bank at new dlhi.
                        My Account no. is[protected].
                        This account is been Debit freeze by Rbi department from last 24 months. My case is with RBI Department. I had already submitted the concern mails to prove myself innocent to RBI Department.
                        I am following this matter from last 24months continuously, but yet nothing has done. I have send request to customer care, but they asked me to contact the Account holding branch (NEW DELHI). I contacted the they, but they told they don't have authority and RBI department will activate it.
                        My concern is who is responsible for this matter? who and when is this Account is going to be activated? Atleast let me know if I can close this account.

                          I have taken a personal loan at Icici, hyderabad branch on december 2008. i have been clearing my dues every month 5th by ecs. on september 21st suddenly from my account without prior information they have sent an ecs clearance. because of that i have not cleared my dues for the past 2 months. but the collection executive daily calling my wife and torturing my wife, visiting my home frequently. i am in madurai, my wife staying alone with my kids. it is becoming a mental torture. though i have informed that i will clear the next ecs, and expecting some money then i will clear the due. before month end you have to pay that only i know, whatever you do it is none of my problem, why you have taken a loan,etc. like this that person is speaking to my wife. she is very much frightened. she is working also. morning by 8.30 a.m he is visiting home. sending message to my wife. his name Raju and his phone number is [protected]. please help me.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is to my utter surprise that Rs. 5,783.79 has been debited from my ICICI SB A/C against Credit Card No : 4477 XXXX XXXX 2008 without my permission.

                            I would like to bring to your kind attention that I was regularly using the aforesaid Credit Card and subsequently making payment on time. However, on 20th of July 2001 ICICI Credit Card Division have asked me to pay Rs. 75/- against late payment wherein I have raised concern that being a preferred customer how the late fine of Rs. 75/- has been charged to me as due to your collection delay. The same has been raised to customer care with subsequent SR numbers also mails has been sent on the concern. Now after 9 yrs ICICI Bank have debited said amount from my ICICI SB A/c against Rs. 75/-. This is not at all acceptable and this is totally unjustified and untrusted. Hence I have wrote a mail to ICICI Customer Care as well as the MD of ICICI Bank requesting to reverse back the the said amount Rs. 5,783.79 into my ICICI SB A/c immediately or otherwise I will force to take legal action as well as to produce the proof with media stating the ICICI Bank has malaise intention and after 9 yrs have debited the said amount against Rs. 75/-. Hence I would request you to look into the matter immediately and ask the ICICI Bank to debit back Rs. 5,783.79 in my ICICI SB bank A/c.

                            Being a preferred customer of ICICI Bank and holding this account more then a decade would request you to do the justice and oblige.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Please note that transaction of Rs.20900.00 was declined on 23.10.2010 on my credit card no.[protected] and I received SMS from ICICI Credit card bank regarding SHORT OF BALANCE for above transaction of Rs.20900.00. Hence I made payment by cash to M/s.HEMSONS JWELLERS and collected my article from them. Subsequently I received e-mail from bank regarding monthly payment on 11.11.2010, where Bank has shown transaction of Rs.20900.00 on 23.10.2010 and demanded payment from me. Due date for this payment is 28.11.2010.
                              Now this is ridiculous to charge me Rs.20900.00 when transaction is declined by your bank on 23.10.2010 & I already paid amount to M/s.HEMSONS JWELLER by cash.
                              Pl look in to this matter and take corrective action against ICICI Credit card dept.

                              ICICI Credit Card — Regarding payment of cash transaction

                              Dear all,
                              I withdraw cash Rs 1000 using my credit card, before I did transiction I conformed ICICI teleexecutive about the payment procedure. I was having some payment uphold so I conformed that first cash withdrawl payment will be updated and then after other payment will be updated.
                              But now ICICI people are saying that first you deposite your earlier bill only then cash payment will me accepted, but still I am many days as my payment date is 21st this month.
                              I am submitting online query, they are calling me but not solving my query and behaving rudely. They are not solving my problem but I am geting mails from ICICI that my query is solved.

                                  I would like to put it on your notice that icici bank in Bangalore conducting courses for probationary officer s with a tie up with manipal university. the youths both boys and girls are mis guided there by the set up they have arranged in the hostel. first of all the course start s up at 8 am and ends at may be 12 pm and every where we can see many pairs of boys and girls smooching and doing sexual activities in front of icici teaching staffs. they are giving such an environment which is spoiling and misleading them. I strongly put this in front of those parents who are sending there children s to some other place in a belief that they will study and come back safer.But they are misleading them to the hell.                                       Sub: Complaint against the ICICI Collection agent harassment

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I need to bring to your attention my experience as an ICICI Bank customer.

                                      My name is Ms.Usha Khatri residing at 58/C, Mihir Tenament Flat No.301, Vaishali Nagar, Indore.(M.P.) had availed of an ICICI Bank Personal loan just 3 year ago. My loan number is LPIND[protected].The amount was 127900 in the name of my Father Mr.Manohar Lal Khatri. We had continued paid upto approx Rs.60,000/-.The rest still to be paid but now we have the problem that My Father has been suffered from an Paralise Attack 1year ago. I have written letters to state the same.

                                      These recovery henchmen calls anytime on phone, mobile, irrespective you are sleeping in early morning or late night. They came in group anytime, gave hundreds of personal visits insulting in my home, society. My Father was trembling and today is suffering from so much depression & trying to suicide also due to ICICI Bank. My mother had ruined her mental and physical health both because of horror of ICICI Bank. Today she is suffering from much health related tensions including insomnia because of ICICI Bank torture for the agony caused to her. This is a serious concern, I and my aged mother has been harassed by the recovery agents of ICICI bank ..


                                      1. Shouted at my mother and gave her mental torture.
                                      2. Used foul and raw languages
                                      3. Gave threats and was very abusive.
                                      4. Taunted and tried to humiliate.
                                      5. He was adamant and said that he will come anytime to disturb till the time we do not pay him.
                                      6.He always pressurized tp pay otherwise will seal our home.

                                      These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behavior and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.
                                      I request you to give us some time & co-operate us.We are ready to pay the whole payment but at the moment we are unable to pay the installments.Otherwise i[censored] will less or half some of premium amount & increase the time period of our payments. Then we will be great thankful to you.

                                        On 22nd,November 2010, when I went in to ICICI Bank, New BEL Road branch, it was 5:15 PM. At that time the transaction was closed. But outside the timing mentioned was 9:00AM to 6:00PM. I went up to Manager and asked why the transaction is closed since another 45 minutes are still there. He rudely told me that "Cant you see the notice board which is sticked from past 1.5 years". I did not know why he got angry. He could have told this politely. If it happened only this much then it was somehow ok. When I asked "it is not sticked outside, it is sticked inside so how can we come to know", he absolutely became an evil, he came to beat me! I suddenly came outside of the Bank and escaped.

                                        Is it the way how to behave with the customers?!
