I am therese. 814.20 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-22 on 28-Jun-2022. I have never used my demat account since last 4 year.

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount and close my demat account permanently.

    I am Ramkumar Lakshmanan. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL May-22) on 28-JUN-2022. I already submitted application to close my trading and Demat account with ICICI.

    If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and with out any prior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. This is completely unacceptable.
    Please refund my total amount and close that service or Demat Account if it is open.

    I'm using credit card and salary account with ICICI. If this worst customer service continues i have to look for alternate private banking service.

        My account has been blocked and its been more than a week. I have been using my Internet/Mobile banking account for long ago now its says it is disabled, I called customer care and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activated.

        Its been more than a week, poor services from ICICI Bank. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

        How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated?

          My icici current account has been freezed without prior intimation from past one month 26th of may 2022. i met with the branch manager and I was informed that my account has freezed for the reason of "others". I was trying to contact the manager but no response. my icici current account number :[protected]. please take a necessary action as soon as possible.

            Hi, From my account 590 is didacting every day. Please let me know why that is didacting and please refund that amount. as soon as possible. and i am trying to react customer care but i am not able to contact and My relationship manager is also not taking my call.

            None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.

              DMC/ DP CHGS TILL MAY-22 Deduction

              Myself Muzammil Ahamed, I have been with icici bank since 2017. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 27 June 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL MAY-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited...

              I have 2 ICICI credit cards both of whose bills I pay manually at the end of each month without fail.

              On one particular card, I had a significant amount due that I paid on time on 13th June. But on 14th June, the day "after" I made the payment, I see an "auto-debit return fee" of Rs 15, 203.14 along with IGST of Rs 2, 736.57.

              This is either a major mistake or fraudulent behavior because I have never setup an auto-debit payment for this card so there's no question of an auto-debit ever occurring.

              I have seen another complaint here with the exact same problem so there's clearly a pattern with ICICI bank. One way or another, I am not paying this and would happily close my accounts with ICICI if need be.

              I responded to ICICI's message for my phone number days ago and ICICI has gone muyr since then. And the email ID provided above is "protected". Even, Their online email complaint form never registers a complaint.

              So effectively, ICICI does not seem to care outside of sensing a generic response.

                  I applied for icici mine savings account and they asked to deposit 25, 000 and I did it, but after I deposited the sum, they showed me a page saying "Your account details have been captured. Bank will get back to you in 4 days with the account number" Insted of video kyc, so I tried to track my application but nothing comes out, I didn't get any sms nor any email. I tried to contact their customer support but I need an account number to do that which they didn't gave me. I am a student and 25, 000 is a big sum for me, please help me.

                    Loan was taken after written confirmation in loan agreement that no foreclosure charges after 12 months.
                    The bank denied the validity of agreement and wanted to collect loan foreclosure charges.

                    I complained to RBI, ICICI agreed in email with RBI that they will do waiver under MSME category.
                    I submitted MSME certificate with clearly mentioned owner name being same as loan sanctioned name. But they are denying this due to trade name being different.

                    This is fraudulent behaviour. It is not in spirit with the loan agreement, done in good faith. Also the branch ABM promised me that he would not charge interest for loan due to delay in resolving this issue...but they have deducted loan interest, EMI bounce charges, etc...all this while they had kept my loan closure cheque with them for entire loan amount and excess also.

                    ICICI is not a trustworthy bank. They are tricky, any kind of oral discussion or written agreement...they will twist it with their knowledge, experience. They use perverted intelligence.

                      It is very painful to inform you that I have visited 4-5 TIMES your branc located dhand road Kaithal last month for payment challan of HUDA. But every time your server was down on one hand and on other hand your staff was was not even cooperative. So everyone time I take the new printouts of challan but nothing happen and i not pay my challan in May. So today also i visited for the same purpose but same result. Even your branc manager force me to visit another branch instead of improvement in your server.
                      I have face harassment mentally and financially.
                      So plz take action against the you staff

                          I am an ICICI account holder. On 26th June 22, my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-May22+GST" charges for Rs. 463.14.

                          I didn't receive SMS alert or email. Then why should pay for SMS alert

                              Due to some financial problem I have missed my credit card payment on due date every month but i will pay every month minimum amount due to manage all EMIS also . I have explained this to the executive PHONE NO. - [protected]/ [protected] but she wants money 2 times in one month how it is possible to pay 2 amount in one month if i get salary is on one time comes he /she forcefully blackmail me to pay right now they dont care she /he also told me that help and beg to someone but they want amount otherwise they call my refrence and apart from that She also threatened and call my contact list of family and friends and misbehave with that persons also to talk about card payment . I told her that I need more time but she keeps on threatening, and sending me fake msgs also by fake legal team to blackmail me . so i request you to kindly take action on urgent basis with these kind of reprensentatives /executives. i already complain on icici customer care but they told me that they cant help me to control these things pls do the needful

                                Above subjected charges deducted from my account from last 6 months, no any intimation given to me with msg or calls. It's a salary account.

                                Other transactions msg are received by ICICI but this was not disclosed by ICICI.

                                More than 3 thousand money deducted by ICICI bank with out any intimation .

                                  I received a call from an icici bank credit card agent through a personal number regarding an offer, i was told that i am being offered an increase in my transaction limit and in order to avail that i have to message ast yes to [protected]. In the name of increasing my limit she applied for a new credit card without my consent, she was then asking for details such as father's name and business name. I reckoned that there was something wrong so i contacted icici bank customer care and they told me that there is no such offer on my credit card, after realizing the fraud, i refrained from giving details but she forged a fake business name and processed the credit card application (makemytrip signature credit card), i also asked her that are there any monthly and joining charges?, she said there are no such charges, later i found out that there is a joining charge of 2500/- on that card. The agent's name is depti sharma, the phone number she used to call me is [protected] and used the number [protected] to contact me on whatsapp.
                                  She used fraudulent methodology to take my consent through ast yes message and used it for her own benefit by processing a new credit card application, Please take strict action against her for doing fraud with customers. i am adding the screenshots of my whatsapp chat with the agent as an evidence.

                                    I was applying online today to open an insta savings account. I applied for everything online and was asked to make a fixed deposit of Rs 25000 there.I also put its complaint and mailed it. Posted a complaint on Twitter Complaint posted on Instagram too but no one is responding properly. That's why I am putting a complaint here that you guys will try to understand my problem.Did ₹25000 fixed deposit successfully, after that page time out and neither I got my account number nor my debit card number and when I talked to customer care he is ready to tell anything are not happening.And if you guys are not capable about solving the problem then get my refund as soon as possible.

But there is no response from the bank side. Please you guys take some action on that. Those people are not ready to understand anything. Doesn't understand the value of the customer. He has never understood the problem of the customer and will never understand. please you guys understand a little bit and sort out my problem

                                    They make a voice call and mail and ask what proof you have. You share your proof with me. I have shared proof everything four to five times. Despite that my refund has not come yet. Point out that the customer's money has nothing to do with these. When these people are not capable. To open an online account, why do we still open an online account? There is no value of ₹ 25000 for cheating the customer?
                                    Sir how did you get your money back? Please help me, I am a student and need the 25000 for emergency work. They don't let me talk to a customer support staff too.
