    Am a icici bank customer. Yesterday 14-06-21 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you

      ICICI bank with out informing me they have converted my 0 balance account to saving account . I don't know when they did this. if I don't maintain minimum balance 10000 they charging the amount monthly as MAB charges. After Adding the minimum balance also they have Cut the amount.

        i am fed up reaching to toll free icici bank customer care, but its of no use.
        [protected],[protected],[protected].

        i reach out to one of the branch near by but they tell us we cant do anything about it.

        I am waiting from 6 months wasting my time, but still of no use can you please let me know what can be done about the issue?

        the process is pathetic very disappointed.

          ICICI Bank is Fraud and Cheaters Bank. Full of Fraudsters in this Bank. Don't open an Account with this Bank. Worst customer care experience. Third Class and pathetic services. None of the calls are answered by customer care. All calls are disconnected. Customer care of ICICI Bank is the worst and sucks. It is better not to have an account in ICICI Bank. They just keep deducting unnecessary charges as an when they want. They Enable features without customer consent. Fraudulent Banking Services.

            Today i was registering udyam aadhar from government website but unfortunately open
            (https://www.eudyogaadhaar.com/) which was looking same like government site there i have entered all information and through upi asked payment 1833/-and payment done after some time when i have not received any reviept then realized that this fraud happened with me So now i need your help to get refund pls.

              ICICI bank deducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. This is scholarship account from 2018 and I don't know if they have removed it as a scholarship account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the scholarship account to normal saving account.

              It deducted my MAB charges for the 14th June 2022 as MABchgs-May22+GST. My money got debited as Rs.474.29 from my account.

              This kind of activity is really a mess for customers and it cannot be accepted from the ICICI bank.

              I need my money to be refunded back asap.

                Hi,
                I am Anupam Kumar, From my ICICI account 826 Rupees deducted without my permission and without any prior notice.
                I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and I haven't received any deduction message.

                I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

                My name is Neeptha .I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 11/21.

                every month a fixed amount from my salary was credited to that account. so please issue a new card. please contact me ASAP -[protected]

                      When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ' DMC / IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL APR - 22-- INR 826'.MNo.[protected]
                      When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile or Email ID which is registered with Mob banking with ICICI.

                      Till now i have never used demat account i will use it in future so did not close it because i was told while creating demat account that it never charges any.

                            I created iwish RD on 11/June/2021 & it was set to mature on 11/June/2022.
                            I closed the Iwish RD on 12June2022 & to my surprise I received no interest since march22 month.

                            I was promised 4.9% of interest rate but I didn't receive any interest since march month.

                            When I called customer care, I was asked to visit bank branch . The bank branch aren't helpful &...

                              I got my credit card Amazon Pay one, using that I tried to open a savings account, my video KYC was also done and I received my debit card too but not still received by account no. I can't generate my debit card pin without my account no and surprisingly it says my mobile number is not registered with my mobile no, If my Video KYC was done why this all lapses, Why I need to go the bank still to register my mobile no when I have provided all my information via Video KYC. This is really not working . This is a catch 22 situation, I don't know what to do now. Please help me or I am not not going to do any banking in ICICI.

                                Amazon Pay/ICICI/Concern,

                                i would like to raise a complaint to ICICI +AMAZON for doing a fraud to me i was using my amazon pay card ending with last 4 digits -1016 i did some shopping by using my card which was 2 lakhs plus approx for which i had never been intimated that i am not suppose to use my card not over & above 2 lakhs .

                                A)why & for what the card has been given then do i am supposed to put it in my wallet & occasionally wave in the air to show off instead of doing transactions????

                                b)where it was mentioned that rewards point above 8000/- rs in a month is upper cap for any card ...its disappointing a card with 190000/- if consumed in full will be get 5% i.e 9500/- rs rewards point then how cum this policy came in between???

                                c)furthur no here i was intimated that my usage is getting above the upper cap of 2 lakhs rs in a month ...

                                d)why were my orders taken & were not cancelled when they were crossing the upper limit of shopping in a month ???

                                e) kindly prove that I used my purchased items for commercial uses as they are for us at home .

                                f)if all those purchases were for commercial uses then why orders were taken, fulfilled & delivered ?? were your eyes closed at that time & now when it's time for giving the cashbacks the whole story is being made ...this is fraud & cheating which was not expected by ICICI & AMAZON its like hand in gloves clap clap

                                Further i will not beg you to reactivate my card it's up to you because if i use my card you people also get revenues but (YES I WANT MY REWARD POINTS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AS THEY WERE EARNED ON ALL VALID PURCHASES IF THOSE WERE INVALID WHY THE HELL MY ORDERS WERE NOT CANCELLED & I HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO GET THE SAME KINDLY CREDIT MY REWARDS POINT TO MY AMAZON ACCOUNT .

                                NOTE:- I am surely going to consumer forum as this is not the way to treat your customers by blocking there cards & eating there rewards points as per your wish & one sided decisions

                                  I have credit card of ICICI, I always pay my bill manually and never opted for autodebit, but bank started charging me autodebit return fee around 5k with GST and interest charges from following months, when I saw, I started complaint through their complaint section in official website then, I sent many mails to their customers services, I got replies from them that they are unable resolve my problem.
                                  Unethicalliy by hidden charges they are looting their customers.
                                  Finally I decided, I will spread about their unethical business in all social media and internet.
