This is regarding to the card-less EMI letter for the loan - LCFGUR[protected] which i have received in courier to my address on 02-june-2022. From icici bank.
I have not purchased any product in online through card-less EMI option, i have just enquired the eligible through my mobile number -[protected] for purchasing the product but finally i have not purchased any product in online or in retail stores.
When i have been calling the icici bank customer team, they are telling me that i have purchased Smartphone in online for INR 96, 499/- and the amount went to merchant account but as said above i have not purchased any product in online or in retail store.
How come the amount is went to merchant without purchasing any product ? Or else please confirm me, by enquiring in online with mobile number how can be the amount is went to merchant account and loan is generated on my name.
I have been visiting the neareast ICICI branches as Madanapalle and Tirupathi are near to me in Andhra Pradesh from yesterday no one is helping me out in this issue.
Kindly escalate this issue to higher management and resolve this issue asap. Kindly help me on this
