Address: 1565 Near by Nehru School Mahidpur road gogapur dist ujjain

Today (3rd jun 2022) two USD 100 transactions were made from my icici debit card, without my authorization to VIM*GOOGLE ADS. I didn't get any notification or any OTP verification for the transactions. I have attached the message below. Please raise the complaint and give me my money back.

      This is regarding to the card-less EMI letter for the loan - LCFGUR[protected] which i have received in courier to my address on 02-june-2022. From icici bank.

      I have not purchased any product in online through card-less EMI option, i have just enquired the eligible through my mobile number -[protected] for purchasing the product but finally i have not purchased any product in online or in retail stores.

      When i have been calling the icici bank customer team, they are telling me that i have purchased Smartphone in online for INR 96, 499/- and the amount went to merchant account but as said above i have not purchased any product in online or in retail store.

      How come the amount is went to merchant without purchasing any product ? Or else please confirm me, by enquiring in online with mobile number how can be the amount is went to merchant account and loan is generated on my name.

      I have been visiting the neareast ICICI branches as Madanapalle and Tirupathi are near to me in Andhra Pradesh from yesterday no one is helping me out in this issue.

      Kindly escalate this issue to higher management and resolve this issue asap. Kindly help me on this

        I got a call today Someone from ICICI Credit card rewards point asked some details and deducted 14000 rupees saying that its blocked and will refund back. As I asked them to cancel this things they said it will happen but all numbers are switched off

          I have purchased 2 Nos of Deep Discount Bond in May 1997 of Rs 2750/0 each in my name (Girash Kumar)and as per initial commitment that it will get matured in May 2022 with the face value of 1 lakh each, Now when I went and approached, i have been informed that the scheme does not exist and it was withdrawn in 2003 for a face value of 6000/-.

          This is absolutely ridiculous, as it is my hard earned money which I had invested against the Bond from a reputed financial organisation.

          I have been holding ICICI bank account for the last 16 years and never even thought such cheap act happen with ICICI.

          Most important is that no one has informed about this, I have been waiting for last 25 years and this amount is very important now.

          I would request the concerned folks to look into and provide me the face value of 1 lac each as per the initial commitment.

              I transferred Rs 5000 through IMPS on 21st November at 7.25 PM from ICICI A/C to Canara bank A/C.

              Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

              The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

              But I got a message that said

              "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.5, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 31-May-2022. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."

                I had transferred amount from HSBC Dubai to ICICI Indian account on 11th May and it has been on hold by the beneficiary bank since 12th May as per the information from HSBC. I had raised two service requests with customer care (SR[protected] & SR[protected] and provided all the details including the SWIFT. All i received were generic emails with incomplete information as below.
                "We would like to inform you that your Wire transfer related Query has been completed. The funds have been disbursed vide Reference NA with value date of NA and processed on 01-JUN-22, there is no delay at our end."
                But the funds have not been credited yet to my account. Can you please get this resolved at the earliest. It has been 2 weeks now.

                  I am Upasana Gupta, From my ICICI account 826 Rupees deducted without my permission and without any prior notice.
                  I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and I haven't received any deduction message.

                  I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

                    Hello recently my account has been charged with RS 1899 for WPP policy which i have not signed up nor asked to be a part of. I would kindly like to get in touch with an icici representative to resolve this issue and to be refunded RS1899 as this policy is not in my best interest.

                      This complaint is for mysel[censored]sing icici credit card and located in Tirunelveli Tamil Nadu. I have been using a card for more than 2 years and were regular in their payment for a while. Lately due to COVID situation I was not in position to pay the dues every month as we are going through a financial crisis. So we decided to settle the amount. My outstanding amount is amount 220000, and they said the settlement amount would be 150000. We told them we can pay as soon as they give the letter. Later they took so long also they debited an amount of 41000 from my account. Now I told them there is no use of getting a settlement. So I told them to cancel it. After this they started harassing me on the phone by using abusive language. They dont have a courtesy to talk properly to me & my mother. I never said that I wont pay. Please help to take a proper action against them

                        I hold an account with ICICI Bank, Palarivattom branch, Kochi, Kerala. I noticed that an amount of Rs. 706.82 has been deducted under
                        DCardfee2695APR22-MAR23+GST charges. I have no idea what this is and I feel this deduction without notice is totally a fraud practice. It never showed up as a mobile alert too.

                        I would like to get my money credited back. I have anyway decided to gradually close my account with them.

                        Appreciate if you could please take this up.

                          I am having a saving account with privilege banking in ICICI Bank and my account details

                          I withdrew the RS 12 lac from my account by self Cheque, after a few days of withdrawal, Bank has deducted INR 6342.50 against the CashTxnChgs (Attaching the screenshot of Bank Message ) . When I was withdrawing the amount, no one informed me about this charge and even there is no RBI rule mentioned of it .

                          I request you please help me to get my hard earned money returned

                          Will you please confirm when you return my deducted ammount, as it's been long time when you committed that your money will be returned soon. I also emailed you on your registered email, but didn't get any response.
                          As discussed customer care executive, they said that deducted ammount will be credited with in 2 days but still waiting our money to be credited in my bank account.please look on it on priority basis.

                            Hello.. I am salary account holder with ICICI bank for many years. Today, I pulled out the transaction statement for last month and was surprised to find a deduction of Rs 590 under description ECSRTNCHGS... I am sure that I have not done this expense myself. Moreover, this deduction has been done without my knowledge. I did not receice any sms on my registered mobile number. I would request ICICI bank to promptly look into this.

                              I am Rajeshkumar. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till APR-22) on 27-MAY-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

                              They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                              When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. kindly do the needful.

                                Hi, I'm Riya Srivastava. I feel troubled and helpless by the service provided by ICICI bank.
                                Transaction failed but amount got deducted, no refund provided. Wrong e-mail registered by bank only as credit card was sent forcefully. No customer care number works. No proper responses on mails. On mails, they keep asking for registered mail id even after updating the email id. Pathetic service by ICICI bank.

                                      My Account got debited with 590 Rs as ECSRTNCHG. Please refund my amount and do needful.
                                      I am old customer of icici bank but not satisfying icici bank rules.this is not first time so many times same issues i am faced.
                                      This is not fare.
