I hold an account with ICICI Bank, Palarivattom branch, Kochi, Kerala. I noticed that an amount of Rs. 706.82 has been deducted under
DCardfee2695APR22-MAR23+GST charges. I have no idea what this is and I feel this deduction without notice is totally a fraud practice. It never showed up as a mobile alert too.

I would like to get my money credited back. I have anyway decided to gradually close my account with them.

Appreciate if you could please take this up.

    Hi,

    I am having a saving account with privilege banking in ICICI Bank and my account details

    Account No[protected]
    Account Holder Name Geeta Devi

    I withdrew the RS 12 lac from my account by self Cheque, after a few days of withdrawal, Bank has deducted INR 6342.50 against the CashTxnChgs (Attaching the screenshot of Bank Message ) . When I was withdrawing the amount, no one informed me about this charge and even there is no RBI rule mentioned of it .

    I request you please help me to get my hard earned money returned

    Will you please confirm when you return my deducted ammount, as it's been long time when you committed that your money will be returned soon. I also emailed you on your registered email, but didn't get any response.
    As discussed customer care executive, they said that deducted ammount will be credited with in 2 days but still waiting our money to be credited in my bank account.please look on it on priority basis.

      Hello.. I am salary account holder with ICICI bank for many years. Today, I pulled out the transaction statement for last month and was surprised to find a deduction of Rs 590 under description ECSRTNCHGS... I am sure that I have not done this expense myself. Moreover, this deduction has been done without my knowledge. I did not receice any sms on my registered mobile number. I would request ICICI bank to promptly look into this.

        Money deducted from my savings account

        I am Rajeshkumar. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till APR-22) on 27-MAY-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        Hi, I'm Riya Srivastava. I feel troubled and helpless by the service provided by ICICI bank.
        Transaction failed but amount got deducted, no refund provided. Wrong e-mail registered by bank only as credit card was sent forcefully. No customer care number works. No proper responses on mails. On mails, they keep asking for registered mail id even after updating the email id. Pathetic service by ICICI bank.

              Ecsrtnchg charges 590rs debited

                Unable to make transactions due to "security reasons"

                I have been trying to make a fund transfer of ~3, 37, 000 for the last 5 hours, and haven't been able to. All it keeps saying is, "Your transaction couldn't be completed because of security reasons".

                I have to transfer this amount latest by tomorrow, or I would lose my vehicle.

                A customer agent called me to ask if the attempt to transfer fund was fraudulent. I told him no, I was attempting this myself, and asked...

                ICICI has some server issues or what I don't know. Every time shows a random error for seeding my bank account with Aadhar. Says name mismatch from previous bank, which is totally an unacceptable request.

                  Rs. 826/- charged for DMC demat account which I am not using at all. Demat account was opened free of cost and now they are charging the money out of the blue without any notice or explanation for the deduction. This is not a way to deal with your loyal customer. My appeal is to close the demat account and credit the money which was deducted from my bank account.

                    I received a sms as below "Dear Customer, your ICICI BANK Deposit Acct XX0650 for Rs.2000.00 has been opened on 29-May-22. The deposit advice will be updated on Net Banking within 1 wkg day."

                    Then i checked my account it got 2000rs transferred. But i didn't invoke any transaction.

                      I am therese. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/IN[protected] dp chgs till Apr-22) on 27-May-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

                        I am trading member of ICICI Direct and my unique number is [protected].

                        On 22nd February 2022 in the morning around 9.15 am had a credit balance of Rs.19707.30 in my trading account.

                        Placed an order to buy put option of Asian paints with strike price of 3340 at market., Of expiry on 24th February 2022.

                        The system picked the order at the market price of Rs 437.95, as my order was for market price.

                        The total value of the order was Rs.65692.50, and it was executed.

                        Immediately on the 22nd itself, ICICI customer care, help desk and subsequently compliance officer, coo was communicated but yet to resolve the issue.

                        Now with the available trading limit of Rs.19707.30 how an order for Rs. 65692.50 can be approved, .

                        The SEBI's circular effective September 2021 states in orde to get an option order exeuted the customer should have 100% upfront margin, in his trading account, certainly it wasn't there in the above referred case, apparently there was a system error on that day/moment.

                        Further on going through the order book of my account it was noticed the buy orde was executed at Rs. 437.95 and the square off price (sale price) was shown as Rs.96.25( have already forwarded the snap shot to the concerned team).

                        Comming to the Trade book of my account the purchase price is correctly shown but the square off price ( the sales price) is shown as Rs.129.45 ( this snapshot is already forwarded) .The contract note and relevant account posting is done on Rs.129.45.

                        Generally the order book and the trade book should be showing the same figure for the completed order, but here there is huge difference of Rs.96.25 to Rs. 129.45 between order book and trade book, this again confirms that there was a system error on that day/moment.

                        On going through the historical contract wise price volume data of NSE, it shows as the opening price for the above referred order
                        Was Rs.437.95, and that was the day High, the day low Rs.129.45, now the question arises from where did my order book picked Rs 96.25 when the price never reached on that day. This also add to the confirmation that there was a system error on that day/moment.

                        One of the repersentative of the organisation had mentioned in one of his response that the system had taken the price of Rs.96.25 as last traded price and calculated/ compared the availability of my trading limit and placed the order in the execution platform, but while executing it picked up market price and executed the order.

                        Now as per the historical contract wise price volume data on that day price was never Rs.96.25, this is also adding to the confusion, further a system/computer/ technology would and can work from higher to lower and not the other way around, so the statement of the repersentative as it picked market price was not possible as the market price was higher than the so called last traded price on that day, my orde was for buy order at market price, unfortunately the price referred was of sales price in the sales order book.

                        All the snapshot are available with the recent communication made with coo /compliance officer of ICICI direct if you still need them please let me know shall provide.

                        Now from the above it is clear that the whole issue is full of annomolly, and hence would request ICICI direct to reverse the entire transaction and bring my trading account position status quo a of 22nd February morning 9.15 am, and save me from the penalizesation for no fault of mine.

                          Dear Sir /Madam,

                          Few houses has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The house has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day. This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level in the region.
                          Similarly there are around 6 bore wells in this area. I also doubt if they pay income tax for their earning.

                            First of all i begged the representative while opening my icici saving account to do not open demat account but he told its free of cost.

                            i am not any investor and not interested also but they didnt listened to me

                            now they called and asked me to activate demat account i told no. i told i want to delete my demat and related all account. then one representative called me and told he will help to delete demat account and he then told me steps which i did. later i realized that he buy wipro stocks on my account. then he tried explaining how trading works. i got irritated with such behaviour i told i dont want investments and all related ### i want only one saving account but he did not listened. that representative name was suraj and his number was [protected]

                            later i made complaint on icici then on representative called me and told he will help to close trading account and later demat i said ok. then he told me some steps which is resulting in selling that wipro stock something. then he told me to request trading closure from account. when requested it was showing as clear the transactions/allocations/stocks. i dont know but i was unable to close it

                            i am trying again today earlier i was not having any stocks/holdings in my account not it is showing same wipro again. i dont know who will help me in this to close all this.

                            really i dont want any investment, stocks, i never interested in such things i requested only saving account and they misused me. please help
