Unauthorized transactions

I have had ICICI savings account for more than 12 years. I also have the ICICI direct account that is linked with the savings account. Never had any problems but today I noticed several transactions done on my savings account related to the linked ICICI Direct account. These look like EBA/EBA/EQPEAKMGN/...I also noticed trading done on my account that I have no idea about. Can someone from ICICI please help understand what is going on. This...

Hi this aswini, I have taken by phone emi from zest money app connected with my savings account icici bank. That emi date is every month on 5th date for 9months before that I have paid for 6months on 30th every month but my last due date every 5th...this month I don't have cash to pay on 30th so tht last due date I will pay on 5th May...     Within 15-20 days bank has deducted around[protected] rupees. Why they are charging i dont know its my salary account and it comes under the nach_adn_chrge_ingen something like that please resolve this issue aspa. Today 433 rupees got deducted again.

      Without any prior notice or email, my bank account has been frozen since almost 1 and a half week now, and there has been no action taken for the same. No reason has been given for this either. When we visited the main branch of the bank, the branch manager mentioned that he also doesn't have the required information. He told us to wait for the bank to contact us, which the bank has not done till now. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible, as we have our whole business halted due to the payments that are not being received or being sent.

                I have received a call from ICICI customer care on 21.05.2022 regarding a personal loan with a minimum interest of 8.20% based on the credit card. I shown interest as the interest is low. Then they asked for my savings bank account number for crediting the loan and I gave my number. After that, they told that the interest rate is 8.20% for the loan amount of Rs 2, 50, 000/-. I have agreed to the said interest rate. Further, they told that EMI amount for Rs 2, 50, 000 is Rs 12500. I asked that the EMI amount seems to be high (Your calculation is Rs 12500, as per the standard calculation is Rs 11330 for 2 years) compared to the standard calculation.
                I have compared with the standard calculation, your EMI amount is very high around 18% interest rate. Then I didn’t agreed this interest rate and loan amount. But ICICI customer care official said you have already told me yes. Not possible to cancel the loan now, I told I will not agree. Then they told me that, one SMS we will send your registered mobile number, and you have to send a reply as I agreed on the terms and condition of ICICI. I didn’t reply to that SMS. After two days, (23.05.2022) I have received a mail from your customer care stating that, your loan process is completed and DD will reach my address within 5 days.
                I have surprised, by how this ICICI team is threatening me. I believe that ICICI is very good banking and they are customer-oriented. But after seeing this mail I have shocked.
                Now today ie 25.05.2022 they are dispatched the DD to my address.
                Here, you see forcibly sending the DD even we are not agreeing.
                I raised the complaint to the ICICI customer care official, they told once credited in my account, you may cancel with penalty charges.
                This is totally against the customer.
                This has to be addressed by ICICI bank.

                  I couldn't do that so even in past i saw 2 more transaction happened.

                    A Deep discount bond Viz. Ashirwad deep discount bond of ICICI was purchased in the year 1996 in my Uncle's name (dated 15th July 96)for Rs. 5200 with maturity value of RS. 2 lakhs to be redeemed in 2021. The details are given here under:

                    Certificate NO.62905

                    To my surprise, when I contacted ICICI recently, I was told that they do not have any information related to this bond,

                    I request for taking up the issue suitably for early redressal.

                      My Name : Khwahish Sehgal

                      I have only a savings account with ICICI bank. I never opened nor gave my details for Demat Account with ICICI, still, I received a mail that my Demat Account has been withdrawn. And another day (31 August, 2021), I received mail for debit, I responded over to that mail to customer care with same details, that I never enrolled for this service but didn't get any response.

                      I have tagged this savings bank account to the Trading account ( Zerodha ), I don't have any trading account with ICICI till date. While having random look at my detailed statement, I again found a transaction for demat charges.
                      Also, in my Accounts view, I cannot even see any Demat Account. While checking e-statements for Demat Account, I get a pop-up, no records exist.

                      Why this DMC Dp charges Rs826 or more are deducting from the bank account xxxx735 without my knowledge and permission.

                      Please do the needful and generate the refund of all transactions.

                          I have seeded my ICICI account details on EPFO website on 18th May 2022 and till date the verification from Bank's end has not been done. I called ICICI customer service and they asked me to visit the branch regarding the same.                           I've cleared all my loans and there are no active loans for my icici account even though I'm facing unnecessary deductions from the month of February 2022, due to this reason I'm not maintaining any balance in my account though left over changes are been deducted.
                          Because of this I'm not able to use my bank account, I need my refund back(ref to the ss attached). There is no proper response from any of the concerned person.
                          Hope this gets resolved.

                            I have newly seeded the ICICI bank account to EPFO portal. I have made this request on 13/05/2022. But It is still showing KYC pending approval and verification in progress.

                            I am unable to do the PF transaction unless it's completed and I have an urgent need for this as i have been waiting for more than a month for EPFO to approve some claims.

                            Could you please do the needful to the concerned department to complete this KYC pending.
