My statement has arrived but till now the rewards point is not credited on Amazon Pay, I have received the message that hold for commercial use but I do this for personal use, now so much offer has come so what can i do. I know that I will use a little more, I called customer care, then they said that your reward point is more than 8000, said that you cannot do more than 8000 in a month, so that's why I am on hold, I told him, I know i used a little more but i see the terms and conditions there is no such mention anywhere in it or not there is some mention of commercial use, it's clearly mentioned there is no limit for earnings and there is no limit for redemption and said your card is blocked ok fine once my issue resolve what will you block I will do it myself i want my reward point fraud card.
