Can I know why my account got ECSRTNCHGS charged in 2022? and why there is no email and SMS communication about this ECSRTNCHGS?

Because of this pandemic situation, I lost my job but somehow I managed to pay my outstanding EMIs. And now I am worried to deposit money into my account because of this unknown ECSRTNCHGS.

I contacted to my friends but no body has this type is issue.some of friends is telling it is fraurd…So please solve my problem as soon as possible….

In this pandemic situation every penny counts but I guess ICICI only entertains their big client and not the middle-class people.

    ICICI Bank eba/nse charges from icici bank

    Dear Sir,

    Under EBA/NSE, ICICI Bank has deducted Rs. 523/- in FY19-20, Rs. 1268/- in FY20-21 & Rs. 7781/- in FY21-22 from my saving account.

    Total 9572/- a huge amount bank has debited from my account.

    I'm not making any transaction in ICICI DMAT, then what is the reason i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

    Please refund my amount and also let us know the...

    Dear team

    An amount of Rs 826 is paid from my account for demat acccount that I never used. Advisor at the bank informed that they will go through a demo which never took place. In the meantime, it got inactive and was not used for over year.
    Can you look into it?

        Im staying abroad and i informed the bank once i come to india ill pay all the amount how ever this collections agents are visiting my home daily and misbehaving with my family members my sister is alone in the home if in case any thing will happen in future uh will be responsible for not taking any actions along with icici bank, they always use bad words on phone call to my family how ever im informing everyone that let me come back ill repay still they continue please look in to this thank you

              Bank A/c opened in Jan 2019.
              Mobile alert charges(MAC) @ Rs.29.50 each were charged on 25.03.19, 25.04.19, 30.05.19, 21.06.19, 29.06.19 & 22.07.19. All charges were reversed after requesting to manager on 12.07.19 Rs.350 & on 24.12.19 Rs.92.50 and informing him I do not need mobile alert services. From July 2019 upto Dec.2021 no MAC were debited to my a/c.
              MAC Rs.29.50 each debited again on 16.01.22, 15.03.22 and 21.03.22, Why? I had informed the bank I do not need MAC and they have not charged from July 2019 to Dec.2021.Then why did it start from Jan22?
              The bank manager of J P Road Branch has refused to reverse the charges then I told him to stop sending further mobile alert messages. He said remove the mobile no. from Bank A/c. Is this as per RBI Guidelines? Why is bank asking for 10000 min bal? For giving free Mobile alerts, 1 free cheque book of 50 leaves per year, free credit card AMC Charges. But ICIC bank is charging for mobile alert charges and even chq book charges.
              Kindly reverse charges and stop mobile alerts.

              10 days have elapsed, no news from ICICI Bank about reversal of charges,
              No explanation MAC was not charged from July, 2019 to December, 2021. Why did it start suddenly from January, 2022? Does ICICI Bank have no Rules and Regulations to Send intimations by email/SMS, WhatsApp messages(They send 5-10 messages for Payment of Dues, They even call to ask for giving them 10 points for services rendered) whenever they make any unauthorized change in my Account without my permission? I have seen that ICICI Bank deducts Amounts instantly without asking but while reversing it takes months together to reverse the charges. If you want I can give you an example, let me know if you need one.
              Kindly give a deadline by which date it will be reversed SO that I can take proper action on this.

              MAC Rs.29.50 each debited again on 05.04.22 and 22.04.22 Each. Twice in the same month.
              So far Rs. 147.50 Has been Debited so far in my account.

                  I am puli venkatesh, an mount of 820.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till feb-22 on 6 th april 2022

                  I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                  I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 28 March 2022.                           Placed an order on swiggy by online paying through my ICICI debit card, but order got cancelled for some reason, Order id is #[protected] For the same swiggy initiated refund and as per there app amount is refunded in my bank ac but as I check my bank ac statement amount is still not credited.                             Have created an ICICI MINE Savings Account 4 Days ago but still I don't get my account number and all the details of my account. After Filling all the necessary details I have deposited a sum of 12000 Rs as it was necessary proceed further with the application. After that it told me to do my Video KYC but without verifying my Video KYC, a new message appeared which was saying that "Your account details have been captured. Bank will get back to you in 4 days with the account number." But it's been 4 days I didn't received any SMS or CALL from the Bank neither got any MAIL. I tried to report this issue to their customer care service but they don't allow me to get connected to any customer care executives without account number. I haven't got my account number yet and that's the main issue I'm facing. Bank lied to me that I will receive my account details within 4 days. So I tried to every possible things for me, I mailed them and explained my issue, I visited their nearest Bank Branch and they told me that the MINE account is opened online and no help will be provided offline to you. I had experienced the worst time with this Bank while creating an Zero Balance Mine Savings Account online, their staff lied to me because they don't know what to do. My request is that please solve my problem and open my MINE savings account without giving me any kind of harassments. I can't even retry because when I try to create the same account again or if I try to track my application it says "There is an existing Account in our records with the Permanent Account Number (PAN) entered by you. If you are holding an existing account with us, please login to internet banking or iMobile else contact customer care". But the funny thing is that I can't do any of the mentioned things because they won't allow me to do. Thank you so much, I hope I get a solution very soon.

                            During the process of mine savings account opening online they take initially funding of 25000-/ but I have done my initial fundings of twenty- five thousand but I didn't receive my account details or any further information regarding my mine account opening status I m really concern because 25000 rupees is big chunk of money 💸 for me and I m students and now am nervous and anxious and lot of anxiety please help me please god

                              I have been granted a home loan(plot+construction) during the sanction your team clearly said there is no foreclosure charges, now when i go to close the account after paying the EMI for over 1.5 years you are asking me 2.3% preclosure, entire process was onine, documents like my Sanction letter, RBI letter, your website clearly mention 0 foreclosure for floating interest rate.

                              Yesterday, I had to visit with more than 3-4 branches with my wife just to check who will support. Noone is even ready to take my DD stating we can't to partial payment for foreclosure. Is this what you call a centralized banking

                              Not a single branch supported. When I raised complaint no one was ready even take complaint. I have already taken another loan to clear this and I have to pay interest in two places. Who will own the cost for 2 place interest.

                              I have not missed a single payment till date and this is how you treat your customer. After requesting 100 times I think Vijayanagar branch made a request not sure what as I don't even get any copy over email or written.

                              I have raised a email complaint with noone responded yet.

                              Please take action on this as I am really mentally harassed due to this.

                              Please help we by cancelling foreclosure or i dont want to beassociated with icici anymore. Help me to close my salary/credit account i will also ensure all the accounts my family holds also is closed with this.

                              And if requires, I am even ready to take it to banking ombudsman, or file a complaint/case on the mental harassment and financial pressure you are putting on me.

                                I was doing a payment through through eazypay portal on 6th March to pay my exam fee. The upi transaction was successful in paytm but it was not processed in the eazypay portal. I mailed to them but did not get any satisfactory response . Later on 12th march they said the had transferred the money to a bank account . But i asked for the refund already paid the exam fee before that. Now i want refund of my money as soon as possible .

                                  I have created an ICICI MINE Savings Account 4 Days ago but still I don't get my account number and all the details of my account. After Filling all the necessary details I have deposited a sum of 12000 Rs as it was necessary proceed further with the application. I can't even retry because when I try to create the same account again or if I try to track my application it says "There is an existing Account in our records with the Permanent Account Number (PAN) entered by you. If you are holding an existing account with us, please login to internet banking or iMobile else contact customer care". But the funny thing is that I can't do any of the mentioned things because they won't allow me to do. Thank you so much, I hope I get a solution very soon.

                                    I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs.588.82 including taxes. The message they sent were unclear. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw amount from my account. Expression debit card cancelling request options are also unavailable.
                                    I don't need expression debit card as i already have my basic debit card.
                                    Please help me getting my amount back.

                                      IMPS Payment stuck

                                      I transferred Rs 10, 000.00 through IMPS on 2nd April at 10:41 AM from ICICI A/C to SBI bank A/C.

                                      Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

                                      The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                                      But I got a message that said

                                      "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.10, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 02-April-22....
