Ms.Charvi Jain, ICicibank person dealing with Homeloan, at madhuban branch, udaipur, is not providing and generating any sr for interest certificate since last two years. her behaviour is very routely, even branch manager also call her, she did not respond properly, so many times i visit to her and ask for interest certificate, she refuse, she can't provide interest certificate on my home loan.
you are requested to take action against her, and please provide me interest certificate for last two years, also provide provisional certificate for next year.
