Hello,
I worked with ICICI Bank as Deputy Manager 1 from oct 2020- Jul 2021. I didn't wanted to leave ICICI Bank but my situation wasn't favorable for me to join bank as my mother and my father was covid+. And my mother was admitted in hospital for approximately for 3 months and later she passed away. It necessitated for me to look after my family at that time.
I have given multiple intimation regarding the same to my seniors for leaves and my ER manager over phone and mails, but I still got absconding letter and my name got removed from system. My ER manager never contacted me or supported me in this regard.
An employee is not considered absconded, if they have given proper intimation or reason, which I did to my colleague, branch manager and HR via call and mail.
kindly release my relieving letter as soon as possible.

    Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no monthly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 826 & ₹ 354 has been deducted on my account[protected] as DP CHGS TILL JAN-22 transaction on 24th and 25 th February Respectively.

    I have not applied for any type of services. I need my money back.

        I have paid my electricity bill through ICICI GATEWAY UPI PAYMENT on 28th February 2022. My money has been debited from my HDFC account but not received by the receiver. Kindly check and rectify the issue as soon as possible. Already more 5 working days over still my money not refunded to my account.

          This is regarding late payment charges of Rs 790.81 levied to me on my credit card no - xxxxxxxxxxxx3003 in the March 2022 statement.

          I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that I didn't receive a reminder on the due date due to which I forgot to pay on time (Payment was only 5 days late) but they talked with me very rudely and told me that I should have informed the bank beforehand about the reminders not coming. All my past payments have always been done before the due date. Also, I'm holding a salary account in ICICI bank for a very long. Despite all this, I was not provided with any relaxation regarding this.

          I have credit cards from 2 other banks, where I get regular reminders from the bank side and where the customer relationship is valued. This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that I have been a customer of ICICI bank for such a long time and I have received this kind of response even though it was not my fault that I didn't receive the reminder on the due date.

          So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges.

            Hi there,

            I'm living outside country and I just completed my loan by prepayment. My father is living in India and he is also co-owner of the property. ICICI bank is not returning original documents as I am not there and not accepting general authority letter, they need NRI Authority letter and that's time consuming and expensive where I am living.

            Why you guys not accepting general Authority letter and also one owner is there then why you gays tourchering us. Please Give me solution?

              This is robbery of my hard earned money.

              If a person have limited amount in his bank and was thinking that he have money.
              He goes out buy something... Then he check his account and found no money.

              Who is responsible for that situation.

              I hardly withdraw money from atm... How the charges are this much.

                Everytime I call them, they say its from a different product and when I finally reach after waiting for 30-60 minutes, those guys somehow want me to put the phone and never really try to solve the issue. A simple request to send ClientmasterList is taking me 4-5 hours of calls with them without a resolution.

                Please look else where for banking services.

                  They charged me 885/- for not maintaining monthly balance. After the second charge, I updated to 10k on 10th of Jan 2022 but again at 22nd Feb. i was charged with NMMAB of 885/- for no reason. I was charged three times where after the second NMMAB deductions I updated it to 10k so I won't be charged again for NMMAB but still somehow I was charged with 885/- even after maintaining 10k. I need ICICI to reverse the last deduction in my account that has been charged for no reason.

I asked for the relieving letter to HR. I contacted the HR but the HR is saying that you will not get the reliving letter. pl help

                        i have applied for home loan in ICICI bank but which turned out to be very disappointing from there side and not tolerable anymore ...as I applied home loan after paying logIn charges of around 3800 Rs and they assigned me Mr Rajat Pradhan as relationship manager who will guide me to process the loan faster but he has no interest to take my file.I contact him from my side but he didn't respond me neither told me any status regarding my loan application for which I am facing a lot of issues..then i contacted there customer support team but they didnt care about my mail and told me that we cant refund my login charges as i have given undertaken, yes i have given undertaken but they have also given commitment regading support from there relation ship manager for faster processing but didnt got anything he started avoiding me for which i have faced a lot of issues, sir/mam if they cant provide the service then they dont have rights to take processing charge thats why i want my refund.

                        your official contact me and told me that the application got rejected (not an issue), issue is he contacted me after 1 month after mailing multiple times, now the price of the property has increased by 5 lakhs within this month, who will bear that cost ..i think no one then why he didnt informed me 1 month back so that i would have arranged it from somewhere else or would have applied in other bank ..but your relationship manager didnt care about the customer neither you..if you didnt care then why you have charged me for the login process..you could have told me before applying that you or yours employees not capable to handle the cases..so requesting you and gently asking you to kindly refund the charges because of negligence from your side..

                        you are easily telling me that charges are non-refundable, i agree but you have charged me because of service which will be provided by you but i didnt got that, so i have rights to ask for refund..2nd thing i tried to contact ICICI bank through your complain site level 1 done but didnt got the valueable answer..then i tried for level 2 then response from your complain site " unable to process the request try after some time" for the past few days..neither you have responsibility to check that..then i tried to contact customer care ..no response.
                        so requesting you to kindly refund the money back

                          A fraud transaction of Rs.39, 996 has done from my ICICI credit card through website called "Housing.com" on 27 th january 2022, I have filed the FIR too and complaint to customer care also, its been 6 days but i haven't recieved any news about it. My SR nb is SR[protected]. the transaction is fraud and i havent given any confirmation or information about card to anybody. Please check and revert back me for any futher information.

                                Hi I was asked by the ICICI HOME LOAN customer care SRIDEVI TO pay my home loan EMI directly to my loan account number using UPI or transfer to the loan account number directly. There is a auto debit account which was issued 15 years ago which the details are not updated to our latest address or phone nubmers and not accessible. We have requested multple times to enable the access but the Bank has suggested to pay emi drectly to loan account. But now i see messages the auto debit is alos trying to get the EMI though we have paid all pending anount and cheque bounce changes also given

                                  I made a transaction on 08 Oct 2021 amounting ₹26026 on flipkart e-commerce. I cancelled the product on same day. Flipkart refunded the amount but bank converted the same in EMI. I was unaware about this because statement of card was sent on some wrong E-mail ID. I want my refund.

                                    I booked airticket via UPI from ICICI bank account from yatra.com. Later I cancelled the trip and Yatra.com has initiated refund on 18 February, They also shared me RRN number for refund transection. When I contacted ICICI bank representative, no one is responding to my issue.

                                      I'm a customer of ICICI Bank for past 10 years and moved to US about 11 months back. For some reason my number which was registered with ICICI got disconnected and my old debit card also got expired.

                                      To generate the new Debit card Pin - It requires OTP on my registered phone number. To get my OTP - I don't have access to my registered phone number. My parents went in ICICI branch in person in Covid to change my number. No one helped. The support phone number I call always end up in Robo call and ask for OTP to connect with representative.

                                      I'm stuck in a cycle of requiring OTPs to even do a smallest thing. I can't even transfer money from ICICI account to my parents ICICI account because that also requires OTP. Can't get cash from ATM as new Debit card requires new PIN - to generate it requires an OTP.
                                      Why does OTP is the one point of failure?

                                      I can't change my registered phone number because I'm avoiding travel to india in Covid. Can't have my parents access my funds in ICICI bank account as well.

                                      Can anyone update my registered phone number on my account to atleast access my account for basic fund transfer to my parents.

                                        This is regarding my Home loan which ws stated in 2006 from ICICI Bank Shashtri Bridge( Jabalpur). The payment term was fixed for 12 years and supposed be to end in 2019 but concern bank has adjusted all the amount as interest of principal acount .Now they are asking for more money and contact extended till 2025. Please check the details below for more clarity on my request .

                                        Loan amount -525000

                                        with interest it supposed to be - 950000

                                        But we already paid the payment of Rs 1300000

                                        After this all Bank People are still asking for money . I am only earning hand of family . My parents are more than 70 years of age .Both have Regular medicines and health issues .if you want I can also show supported documents on same .My salary is 15 K every month by which i have to take care of 3 members and their daily needs .

                                        We are following up with the bank people from last 4 month and request them to settle down this matter between 25k to 30 k But they are not listening us and sending people to home whenmatter.
                                        n job. They are giving trouble by phone calls and visiting my home when i am not around and give botheration to my old age parents which is not good for any senior citizens.

                                        My Humble request with folded hands please take me and family out of this problem .I can only pay between 125 to 30 to settle this matter.
