I am supposed to pay 90000 INR approx towards ny credit card bill of ICICI Bank. The due date was on 25 th of February and due to several and severe health issues, I could not make the payment on time. Every day, i keep getting 3 to 4 calls for sure, And 60 percebnt of the calls I fo respond and convey the facts. Today i started getting calls from 4 pm approx. The lady talking to me, was with only one motto. Just Insult me and Degrade me. She asked me for the payment and I promsied to pay on Monday and explsined my helpless situation to arrange funds right now.
Even after that, the lady was continously degrading me with her statement ", that I have delayed the payment by so and so days. And I have to beg from my friends or request from family members. But The payment has to be done today itself...
The call was disconnected. And to my surprise, I received anither call in just 15 mins from same or another person. Even this lady did the same to me . I requested again and again, that they dont have the right to insult, humiliate and make me get into such levels of depression. But she said, its nothing to do with law or something. They will keep calling me through system generated calls, and disturb me until i do thr payment
This drama happened today again and again on repeat mode, with a timing gap of 15 to 20 minutes. I have been informed by the supervisor upon my request ( That the executive who speaks to me, updates the promise to pay that I have done and also the reason for the delay in payment . And she clearly conveyed today that each and every executive who speaks with me ensures that my verdict is noted down in the system. But Icici Bank dosent care of all that and keeps the software to ring up our phones back to back...
I am very very very dissapointed and going through severe mental discomfort, due to the defaming words, unethical trials and traits and continous flow of calls ( even after conveying the reply needed ) by the executives. And I have strongly decided to go legal, against such kind of establishhments, and the teams working over there, who are giving the least priority to Customers Respect and suppressing us with their words which are forever troubling. I have all the call recordings pertaning to the incident and will reveal them one by one, as things move a head

Updated by kiran599 What Action should be taken on maniacs like the staff calling on behalf of Icici Bank... Its been almost 48 hours that I have complained... I did not see any support or progress at all.. but in return the number of calls being made to me have increased gigantically. I was driving on a highway today and just missed from ...:::::::: becoz of the disturbance that was being done by icici staff. We were not even able to use the google maps on my phone due to the uninterrupted rings to my phone from those maniacs. Please see the screenshots am attaching. I have infact blocked many more calls as I was experiencing an amount of Torture .. which cant be explained in any manner that i know...
