Hi Team, one of my EMI got bounced due to an insufficient amount in the bank account. My salary was not credited during that period. However, I talked to customer executive regarding this he said to keep the amount in the account, Bank will try again in a few days. And in the next attempt, it was successful still bak has charged me twice 1. on 3rd March- Rs 590 and on 22 march rs 31.10rs and on 23rd March 559 rs. Please help me to understand what the bank keep charging me for without any reason.

    On 22 may2022 my account was debited with 500 and 490 rs for ecschrg for which the reason is unknown. This has happened unknown and i need clarity on this. Bank officials are reluctant to address this hence I am writing it in this forum.

I got a call they said they are a bank member they said their employee id and read my new card and cab expiry with out saying Otp they did transaction

            Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

            It seems that it is related to BSE limited but I haven't activated any service. As per your customer care, I have cancelled the ECS/NACH mandate for BSE limited. It was deducted on a same day and exactly this is very pathetic to charge 5009 rupees directly. Moreover, I didn't receive any email/SMS regarding this deduction. Otherwise, I could restrict this at a same time.

            Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum and police.

                Went to this branch for requesting reissue lof damaged debit card.The stupid lady nitya being deputy manager gave a wrong form o upgrade debit card and cheated .After 1 week I was deducted 950 rupees for! hat card .shamless beggar lady has done open daylight cheating .can't beleive such ### are being hired in icici bank.

                    I received an SMS on my phone from AIrtel that my KYC has expired and need renewal. Call no [protected]. On calling on that number a man picked up the phone and said do deposit Rs. 10 which I did from my debit card. Then he asked me to download an app from google store The name I cannot recollect. Then he went on giving instructions which I followed. I felt something is wrong so I asked the fellow what was he doing he said there is an error all the money will be refunded.. Till I discovered the all the money was withdrawn from account to 2 accounts in kotak bank Ac, number [protected] and two transaction to Std Charterd Bank account number[protected].I immediatly informed ICICI bank who gave me a number[protected] and put the amount of rs, 325522 in a lein account in my saving account all this happened[protected] on24.2.22. Now that has been debited from my account by bank stating that I had given the OTP for the transaction. When I was never even asked any OTP.. Please help me recover the money as I had informed the bank immediately and also filled a complaint with the police and my ICICI bank branch in sectot78 Noida. On 19 March the ICICI bank has debited the whole amount from my account. I am a senior citizen living on my pension. It is very difficult to survive when money is being withdrawn from account.

                                I am using an ICICI bank credit card and account for the last 10 years. recently I have made my icici bank credit card payments before the due date and still, the bank tried for auto-debit and due to insufficient balance, they charge me a fee of 625 rupees. Tried to call icici bank call center but they told me that they are not going to refund these charges. very bad support received from icici bank customer care.

                                  My father had purchased Ashirwad Deep discount bond (Option1) in 1996.
                                  He passed away in 2017 and the bond have matured in 2021.

                                  I had worked with ICICI BANK (Niraj parekh) from March 2021 to March 2022 my employee ID was 474730. On 21st March I received the payment of 18500 as a final FNF settlement, I want to know the breakup of the same why so less amount got credited in my account. Please provide breakup of FNF because from 18th Jan to 8th March along with one comp off of 26th Jan, amount should be get credited in FNF. As per calculation 25000 amount should be get credited in my account as a FNF settlement. Also as checked pf amount is also reflecting less and all the my contributions is reflecting in PF what about employers contributions.
                                  If it gets suppose to credited in EPS account. Where do I able to see that and kindly release my EPS amount in my account.
                                  Please provide complete resolution.
                                  Please check and let me know the same on priority basis before I escalate to Social media.

                                    I did a transaction on MARCH 1st 2022 worth of 2399 RS with Myntra.
                                    Amount got debited but order was not placed.contacted myntra for the same and they confirmed they have not received the amount and they mentioned in the same under my complain which was raised with MYNTRA.
                                    So i contacted ICICI Bank multiple times for the same they asked me to draft email to icici customer with the details which i got from myntra i did the same.but i have not received any response again i contact ICICI customer case now they confirmed the amount is with gateway PAYUINDIA.in order to initiate the refudn they need email form myntra when they already know that myntra dont have any amount beacuse i confirmed the same in the email with screen shot which i recieved from myntra. but they need only email from myntra not screen shot.
                                    now even after knowing my amount is with PAYUINDIA gate way ICICI still dont want to refund.now they want me to get the confirmation from myntra in the email format .
                                    confimration from MYNTRA----forwarding the same to ICICI BANK--and ICICI will contact gate way.

                                    so as a token of punishment to the customer i need to go back of them .i wanted this to check and get my amount back.
