I purchased Samsung TV from Vijay sales on 19th Dev, 2021 and I was eligible for a cashback of 6000+1200 as reported in the attached screenshot. I still dint get the cashback into my account and yesterday I received the statement as well for this period.

        I am having a Top Up Loan Account LBBNG[protected] with above Bank. I have done the EMI payment on 3rd Jan 2022 (2 days prior to the EMI date).
        My EMI falls on 5th Jan 2022, on that date I have no EMI due. On 5th of Jan 2022, a statement/ cheque will be prepared by the bank, and exercised of only those, whose emi is due. In my case, the EMI has been paid already. Now, the Bank is refusing to return any of my charges and writing to me as chronic defaulter and a loss making customer.

        My cheques are presented, even though I had done the payment 2 days prior to EMI date. The BM & DBM Mr Sathya by name, of that particular branch, without understanding the issue, straight away, reject my plea to recommend to return charges -Late payment Penalty fee Cheque bouncing charges and Other charges. Now I have foreclosure letter from ICICI Bank, which reflects these charges.

          I have a trading account with ICICI Direct (NSDL Demat A/c No. IN[protected]. The account was inactive for quite long time. Recently I reactivated the account to resume trading. Since I had several doubts regarding the specifics of the portal I sent a mail on[protected] to [protected]@icicidirect.com requesting to arrange a discussion over phone with a representative of theirs. Since I had very specific doubts about the working of the portal I felt it would be better if I have one-to-one discussion. But to my surprise I received quite irrelevant reply stating that my account is active, no mention about the tele-discussion. I again wrote to them specifically mentioning that I need to talk to someone over phone. But I started getting strange replies. In one instance I had to send them 3 reminders and threat of complaining to elicit a reply.
          Finally on March 07, 2022, I escalated the matter by writing to the following email addresses '[protected]@icicidirect.com'; '[protected]@icicidirect.com'; 'rakesh.[protected]@icicisecurities.com'.
          Again to my surprise the reply from [protected]@icicidirect.com was irrelevant. No mention about complying my request for the phone call, instead I got the list of their branches in Pune. I replied to them stating that enough is enough, please resolve my problem by 11 March, 2022. For that I got the following reply from their Head Quality Service!

          "we are trying we will get back give us time till 16th March 2022
          Than you can whatever action you want to take .
          Till than no communication .
          Thanks for writing to us
          Regards
          Nayna Mehta"

          I had been persistently requesting them for a phone call for more than a month and finally I get such a rude answer. They could have addressed my issue in a much better way. My request was for just a phone call. If the phone call was not possible, at least they should have told me that. Neither they had arranged the phone call nor they have told me why the phone call cannot be arranged. As a customer I deserve a better treatment than this. Kindly look into this matter and help me.

                This is the scond time I have faced this problem, At 1st time the charges was 200 Rs and now aftr 2mths again they have charges 396 Rs as Ecsrtn charges, can you provide me at what bases they are charging it, and that to no msgs no confirmation mail.

                  Am an icici customer, Today 11/03/2022 ecsrtnchgs charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchgs. They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any compensation email SMS and even phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. dp chgs till JAN-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.                       Unable to update car registration number on icici fastag

                      My car number is being used by another fasttag user. ICICI has issued a fasttag to another user who has registered it with my car number. There is no RC submitted for that fasttag. My car fasttag was registered using chassis number. When I tried to update my car registration number, it says it is already registered to another user. Called customer care and it says that there is a fasttag already issued on my car number, but it is being used...

                        Last two months I am trying to unblock my credit card. I called the customer care center 5 times. The first one said download banks app, which I downloaded and it did not work as I do not have a bank account. The second one said, you go to the internet bank and do something. I am 60+ I tried many times but it did not work. The third one said that keep on trying the app, I did it again but did not work. The fourth one said you use WhatsApp number say Hi... then continue as per the instruction. Expect Unblock rest all are working, I also complained through an email Id to unblock my credit card. Please help me if possible, otherwise, I have to dump the card.

                          Am an ICICI BANK customer. Friday[protected] ECSRTNCHGS charged 590 rupees. Tuesday[protected] ECSRTNCHGS charged 72.64 rupees. & Wednesday[protected] ECSRTNCHGS charged 517.34 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                           This should be taken seriously.

                            Two days ago my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr[protected]renewal. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. As a student who stays away from home, this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.

                              Amount 826/- has been deducted from the account with remarks DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-22, the amount has been deducted without prior notice or intimation through email or SMS for this deduction. Also, no intimation of any type has been received post deduction of the amount. Reporting this transaction as fraud. Kindly resolve the issue.

                                    I recently received a ICICI Gift card from my friend. I tried to use it at a merchant and the card declined. I tried calling the Customer Care for assistance but it was no help. Any immediate help will be appreciated. Very Disappointed with ICICI Customer Service.
