          Our user ID has been disabled due to security reasons. Please call our Customer Care for further assistance.

          I have been using my Internet bank account for long anf now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activiated.

          This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

          How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated?...

          29 Jan 0222, ICICI bank deducted INR826.00 from my account for "DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL D EC-21". This charges not informed when opening the Demat account and mentioned that no hidden charges. However, now they start charge this amount.
          Can you please verify and reply to me about this charge?

              I am Rahul Malik. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-21) on 28-JAN-2022. Which I did not ask when I was opening account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) but the icici representative stated that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and he convinced me that I can use it in feature. But he didn’t tell me that it will be charged which I don't want(I have not used till now).

              If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and with out any prior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. Today when I check my account I found it.This is completely unacceptable.
              Please refund my total amount and close that service or Demat Account. My icici account number is :[protected]

                  Gold bond not visible

                  I have purchased gold bond from icici mobile app in Dec 2021. I did get the bond information from rbi via mail but in icici site and idirect site the information is not available. I have raised issue to both customer care of icici and idrect but no use. From last 2 months they are just wasting my time each time I follow up they say new SR number is raised and in 5 days it will b solved but no update not solution till today from 2 months....

                  I ordered a phone via Amazon on 27th Jan, 2022 and cancelled the order on the very same day. The refund was initiated by Amazon on 27th Jan, 2022 as per as the Customer Care Executive. The Refund Reference Number is - 74766512027203591145646. Since 27th Jan, 2022 a lot many days had elapsed and I haven't received the credit in my bank account yet. Kindly look into the matter asap and credit my account with the same asap.

                    Unable to do UPI Transaction

                    Hi,

                    I am using ICICI account from past 15+ years and using UPI transactions for past 3+ years. All of sudden my UPI transactions are failing with "your account is frozen" message. Reached call center and near by branch for couple of times and didn't got any resolution. Kindly look into the issue and resolve the issue ASAP.

                    I am an ICICI customer I moved to the UK about 4 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or make transfers because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my US phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      I have lodged a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department which has illegally put the amount of 40K on my salary account as a lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call, and hard copy letter or SMS). As my phone number updated with them is not my phone number and there is no email updated as they never had my email.

                      I had received an Email from ICICI Customer service about the same and I was told to speak to the credit card department Manager.

                      I spoke to the concerned Official and I was told to visit the head branch in Chandivali, Andheri east.

                      I went to ICICI bank on to meet the credit card Department Manager to resolve the issue as I was suggested by the official.

                      As mentioned above, they have illegally put the lien for credit card outstanding that I never had with me.

                      I was not at all contacted either by the Credit Card Department or Recovery Dept at any point in time since the credit card was issued in 2004 until the Lien was set on my salary account in December 2021.

                      Following are the details of my conversation with the ICICI credit card Department Manager:-
                      I was informed that the credit card Fraud Dept will take around 40 days
                      to complete the investigation.

                      They will investigate and accordingly take a decision in 40 days time.

                      I have also confirmed from them that my mailing address is wrong, my phone number is wrong.
                      My email was not there at all when the card was issued by fraud.
                      All the transactions that were made as seen on the credit card statement were never made by me.

                      Please remove the lien on my saving's account at the earliest.

                      Someone using my credentials has done this fraud as I never had a credit card with ICICI.

                      My current company has also told me to leave as they will not credit my salary in my ICICI salary account as there is a lien on the account they have confirmed it by sending a conformation email and they do not deal with any other banks except ICICI bank.

                      I am a family man and I am the only earning member in my family with wife and children and if I loose this job I will be in a very big problem and we will be on the road.

                      I request you to please contact ICICI bank and remove lien on my savings account.

                      Looking forward to an early and favorable action from your side.

                        I am holding one Bond of ICICI Money multiplier Bond-082000-MMB-FOUR, which matured on 5th January, 2022. But we have not received any communication / money from ICICI Bank. Also we have not received any information, where we have to surrender the Bond certificate and get the redemption amount. There is no customer care number available for this.

                              I have request for my ICICI Credit card Limit enhance. Submitted all the documents which requested but at the Last they said sorry! I really hurt when Level 3 Officer talk with rough language . I want to said to her before they disconnect call. their tone of talking is Totally rubbish. She put down call. She did not listen my concern. Feeling sham to using icici credit card.

                              They do not enhance my credit limit on the card Hence, I have a Good Cibil Score and have a good Income. Even I have submitted all the documents they requested. On the call they do not listen me, just say sorry and put the call.

                              All Banks respect those customers who have a good cibil score, make payments on time, gentle useage of credit & who are financial responsible but ICICI Bank does not value all of this factors. Since oct 2020 I am using ICICI Credit Card but does not enhance Credit Limit.

                                Hi Team,

                                My name is Aswathi. I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 11/21 .

                                I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old email id and phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach helpdesk can you assist me.

                                Every month during salary credit 3000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 12000 rupees so please help.

                                  Is ICICI really looting people those have direct account with them, without any prior information 826 was deducted from my account DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-21 on[protected] and 917.39 was deducted from my account on[protected]..All above transaction happened without my knowledge, brokerage chagre was paid 2 months back 999+GST still taking money. How can bank be taken money without information. This is absolutely ridiculous, this should be solved ASAP.
