On 13 Jan 2022, a fraud atm withdrawal transaction in my account and after that i complaint in ICICI BANK for this transaction. So ICICI BANK customer care blocked my netbanking, card everything, and provide new card. Also they want some required documents like dispute form, fir, card copy and other bank statement. i shared everything but these people closed my request and told me insufficent documents received. So in that case what i do?

The email which was sent 25 Jan 2022 plz cross check each and every required document was already sent. How you guys closed the case by saying that you didn't get the Debit card no. Image or photo(last four digits -8459).
