    I am Sajjad Manal, I have been with icici bank since 2016. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till dec-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

      I am sumit kumar arya. Amount of 637.41 Rupees has been deducted from my account DP CHGS TILL NOV-21.
      I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

        Hi,
        I am an account holder of icici bank for more than 5 years. Due to my personal issues iam not aware of smab charges and iam not using my registered mail id. Now currently after checking my account statement i was debited of amount without any knowledge. I visited the bank as well but no help.

        Kindly request you refund / reverse the amount as early as possible to meet my urgent economical needs.

          I have noticed that every year my ICICI account got debit transaction of Rupees 826 with DP CHGS TILL. Not sure why this was deducted as it was clearly communicated that no charges for having demant account in ICICI. This is like a fraud from ICICI it seems. Can this be looked into and get my money reversed ? Or else need to escalate in all possible ways to get my money back .

            Within 15 days about 2100 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg without any notification. What is wrong with icici bank.
            What is this transaction purpose?

              Icici bank has deducted 826 from my bank account without any prior notice in the form of DMC DP charges .
              Even I am not using my demat account and earlier I raised the request to close my demat account I approached to bank for my demat account closure they given me toll free and told me raise a request there after that they will automatically close your demat account I contacted icici direct help line number and they said that your request has been noted and assured me that no further charges will be charged to me from my bank account.

              I want justice and I want my money back.

                When I reached out to bank official I was told that ICICI has unilaterally exercised early redemption in 2001. I was informed that the bank as transferred the amount to Gov and I would only receive Rs. 10402 after 25 year of investment with the bank. Much less that 2Lakhs I was promised.

                I am planning on using these funds during my retirement and now I feel that I am cheated out of my hard earned money. This is not fair.

                    I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-21'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                      I'm Lay Desai from Surat, Gujarat. It's been 2-3 days since I'm trying to cancel my wallet protection plan (OneAssist thing). There servers are always messed up, terrible CUSTOMER service and they still debited rs. 2199 from my account for that ### policy.. Stop this asap and I want my money back..

                              On 13 Jan 2022, a fraud atm withdrawal transaction in my account and after that i complaint in ICICI BANK for this transaction. So ICICI BANK customer care blocked my netbanking, card everything, and provide new card. Also they want some required documents like dispute form, fir, card copy and other bank statement. i shared everything but these people closed my request and told me insufficent documents received. So in that case what i do?

                              The email which was sent 25 Jan 2022 plz cross check each and every required document was already sent. How you guys closed the case by saying that you didn't get the Debit card no. Image or photo(last four digits -8459).

                                I am sushant patil, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till Dec-21 . Same amount also deducted in last year.

                                There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message. How bank can directly intiate debit without informing a customer who gave access to debit transaction without customer authentication .

                                I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

                                    Dear Sir/Mam, I am student of Btech Computer science in Kalinga University Raipur. On 26 January 2022 I was paying my fees and the transaction was successful and money was debited from my account but the site of Icici bank Eazypay was showing transaction failed and my college finance department is denied that no money is transferred to their account. Please help as soon as possible.
