    Address: phase5, mohali

    I am account holder of icici branch, phase 5, mohali. i made a transaction of 50, 000 on december, 2021 by mistake in someone else account through imps. and raised the complaint within half an hour of the transaction. its been more than 23 days and i am still waiting., y complaint number is SR[protected]. I regret being a part of this bank. they always charges high amount for every service even when their services are zero

    bank is asking me to wait for 40 days as the payment has been done through imps.. but what i am asking in every mail is where the procedure went between these 24 days? what have you done on these 24 days. bank is not calling me.. i am calling to customer care every day..i am the one who is mailing them.. email id is [email protected] i am mentally getting harrassed... i have made an transaction of 50, 000 by mistake not even branch manager and branch emplyees have helped or called

    even you just closed my case without even refunding my amount..you guys are just haarrassing nothing else..i dont know what kind of bank is this ..call me or i will go to ocnsumer forum...the bank did not even had a word with the beneficary who is ready to give the payment bank

      Why is it happening? Even there was sufficient balance to deduct my EMI. What is actually ECSRTNCHG? Why does it deducting from the account? Could please help me to understand explaining to me the email address ([protected]@gmail.com).

            An amount of Rs.412 & Rs.179 have been deducted from my account [[protected]]
            as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG, without taking any loan from you and other 3rd party then how can it be possible to deduct such type. Let me know and kindly refund my money

              I am surendra sharma, having a current account in ICICI bank MP Nagar Zone-II Bhopal (M.P.) Account No: SPBHP[protected].

              The bank representative Mr. Prashant kumar came to my office many times regarding loan, but i was already been refused to get the loan, but after many request i have ready and he has provoked to me for getting the loan on vehicle engine with interest rate @ 7.2 % so i have ready and processed for loan, but in offer letter received that loan amount at 13.5 % rate of interest so this is an example of cheating by your representative to customer, he has given false information to grasp customer this will ruined your bank reputation and lost faith from customers by this type of fraud, I don't want to continue this loan amount at 13.5% interest of rate, so you are requested to take appropriate action against bank representative, so that this type fraud and false information is not spread by him in future.

                I have requested for Demat closure twice but bank is not closing it and all the time saying that clientlist is not enclosed and informing me the same after closing the request without doing any progress on my application.
                Today, ICICI Direct deducted 3538 rupees for prime plan renewal .

                I have shared client list through mail and requested to close the demat services but no reply.

                I am requesting for closure because I cant hold ICICI direct account if am working in my current company. I have compliance issues when holding ICICI direct.

                    I have a house loan with ICICI bank.
                    Its been almost five years I have applied for PMAY,
                    But ever since its in pending.

                    ICICI people say it is sent to NHB.

                    But status always says "Summited" that means it is never sent .

                    If the subsidy amount was sanctioned yearly I could easily avoided paying more interest.

                    Now on this subsidy amount only I may be paying at least 3 more laks as interest and I don't think bank has no idea on this.

                    Purposefully and Delibrately The Bank Staff has not sending my application to further.

                      Pathetic services by you guy, this is india’s top private bank i am talking about.

                      I took amazon pay icici credit card ending with 4004 with that i generated the reward points worth of 9530 Rs which were suppose to be credited after 2 working days from the date of bill generation, I didn’t received the reward points when i reached out to customer service they are just putting the call on hold and then there is no reply, you guys generated the ticket but there is no other person to work on that ticket !!
                      So here it is i know i am gonna loose this 9530 but ICICI bank is the fraud bank if you guys can’t afford to what you have committed then why you commit please don’t make false commitments, i really pity on your clients such a pathetic services you guys hold, i am going to stretch this ISSUE to RBI, CONSUMER FORUM, AMAZON. YOU GUYS ARE THEIF I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU OFF MENTAL TORTURE.

                          I recharged sbi-fastag for Rs.500 from my GooglePay. The money has been debited and Gpay marked transaction as completed successfully but the recharge is not successful in FAstag server also the money is not refunded.                             Beware before you own an ICICI credit card!!

                            ICICI bank charges very very high late payment and other subsequent charges and have no process of its reversal. I haven't seen such process or policies with other banks.

                            My payment got delayed for just 4-5 days after my due date and ICICI bank levied all sort of late charges & fees amounting to approx. 4000 rupees.

                            I am very very disappointed with the services of this bank.

                            The complaint is still unresolved. First time I am dealing with a financial institution who has no waiver policy despite of the fact that the customer was a new ICICI credit card customer and wasnt aware of the billing cycle due to which the payment got delayed.

                                  I got one call he claimed that he is the bank representative and asked me to share the details like net banking or debit card pin. I found it suspicious and disconnected. Please clear one thing if your bank official calls us then will they verify the details like debit card number or CVV?

                                      Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care icici bank.
                                      But the customer care executive say she don't know anything regards the deduction.
