I have a transaction with in the statement as nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip~12jan22~13b6c33 which has deducted 552rs without any authorizisation. I need the clarification and get the money refunded to my account ASAP.

    Icici bank charges me amount of 590rs &588 again and agian 4th or 5th time with the name of ecsrtn charges.they making fraud because they didn't even inform...and no deduction sms alert on masage and mail also .

      I'm maintaining my ICICI bank salry account since 2018 with loyalty. All of a sudden ICICI bank deducted 478 and 587 rupees from my account without any intimation. It was a highly unprofessional act from ICICI which i never expected. My opinion got changed on ICICI. Now i don't have even single rupee in my account . How can i survive for this month without any money in account. I want my money back and questions to be answerable.

      Still I didn't get any response from ICICI bank. What kind of service it was. You guys are simply looting the poor and below middle class people to fullfill your debts and to cover bankruptcy . I want my money back and my questions to be answerable.

        My user id has been blocked fo security reasons without my consent or prior permission. It's very critical as my 1lac rupees payment is on hold. Who will bear this loss . I want an answer . I want my user id and UPI services to be resumed asap... It's urgent . Even after repeated calls and mails I haven't received answer from authorities.

          MAB Charges Applied without notice

          Address: Phursungi, Pune

          I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining minimum balance in the account. I have following issues with the charges and request for reversal

          My account was a salary account type when opened and in that no minimum balance was required to maintain as per the rules however, ICICI Bank started charging me for the MAB out of no where from January 2022 hence I have following issues to raise:

              Hi,

              This is regards to my debit card converted into EMI, where in the month of December2021 on 21/12/2021 I called the bank and asked my ECS reversal as I paid my EMI late, I have the recording for the same where staff did not provide my resolution for ECS also did not informed about ECS that will hit in the month of January 2022, even after paying EMI on time I got hot with ECS and as a customer I don't know all the banks procedure of banks, I ahd a word with escalation Manager- Jagruti Salvi who helped me stopping my ECS through online website but did not helped me for ECS reversal, kindly look into this matter.

                Cashback not received after 90 days

                On 16/09/2021 purchase VIVO X60 from offline store in 34990 with my credit card and the running offers is 10% cashback on devices is 3500 but after 90 days cashback not received. Pls help...

                I am account holder of icici branch, phase 5, mohali. i made a transaction of 50, 000 on december, 2021 by mistake in someone else account through imps. and raised the complaint within half an hour of the transaction. its been more than 23 days and i am still waiting., y complaint number is SR[protected]. I regret being a part of this bank. they always charges high amount for every service even when their services are zero

                worst bank with worst emploees.. it has been 41 days ...but this bank has not done even a single thing to help me oit except mailing me, ... their branch can not even print out the papers of customers and even request tehir customers to go to another bank by themselves for the resolution...a ccording to them bank can not contact bank but a normal customer will go and other bank will agree for the reverse.. thats how they harrass their customers till the end

                  Not getting reward points earned by using Amazon pay credit card

                  I am using an Amazon pay icici card, and for the last month, I earned more than 10000 rewards points.

                  The customer support kept saying different issues everytime.
                  Initially they said that this is a backend issue which will be resolved in 3 days.

                  Then they said Amazon has put this on hold.

                  Finally they said that as the reward points are over 10000, they put the reward points on hold for an investigation if the card has been used for business purposes and this would take 10 business days and after that I will get the balance in my account.

                  First of all this is not mentioned anywhere in any document. Even if I agree that this is a policy, the problem is even after waiting for 10 days, I have not received the balance.

                  The bank's customer support is awful and a waste of time. I always felt Icici bank was one of the best banks in the country, but honestly this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a bank.

                      My net banking account was blocked on 19 Jan while doing a transaction and got a message to cantact CC to get it unblocked, I tried with my registered mobile number and was not able to connect due to busy server, but got the call connected from other number but CC told me to call from registered mobile number only.its two days passed I am not able to contact ICICI CC and my account is still blocked .

                          They have just mentioned this dcardfee+gst and deducted 588 rs against it. Is it my responsibility to ask for explanation from them, isn't it their responsibility to make us aware with these fraud charges. Is this the way to have a healthy relationship with your customers?

                          This is high time to chnage my bank account from icici to some other bank

                              Can you explain me why you charged such high amount of penalty for ECM?

                                I have a NOC for my closed loan account and still they have deducted 590 rupees for insufficient balance for emi.The other bank is also trying to deducted money as emi as in their system it is not updated.
