    I have not given any mandate for Auto debit so how come this debit from my account.

    You are requested to revert, if its some error from ICICI BANK, then cancel.

        I have been trying to work on transferring my mutual funds to my NRO/NRE account for the last 3 months. I have submitted all the documents, cancelled cheques multiple times but still the issue has not been resolved. I have spent more than 250 US Dollars on making ISD calls to ICICIDirect customer care. the customer care reps don't reply to emails and disconnect the call in between.

              Hi Team,

              My account has been debited in the name of "IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-21" consistently over a period of time.

              Though the amount is small but this is really alarming that even without having a single transaction from my Demat Account, DP Charges are subjected to my account.

              This should be rectified at the earliest and the Fraudulent Team shall take strict actions against such Monetary Phishing activities.

                My credit card settlement

                Hi,

                I have a complaint for ICICI Bank LTD regards to credit card settlement.

                Credit limit was 18k
                Due to pandemic and job loss I was not able to make payment which has been come to rs 54k despite being pandemic I made it possible that I paid a less amount of 2k from my end so tha the outstanding amount become less but they kept on adding up interest, the LPC, now that they have put a lein on my savings...

                Hi,

                I have a complaint for ICICI Bank LTD regards to credit card settlement.

                Credit limit was 18k
                Due to pandemic and job loss I was not able to make payment which has been come to rs 54k despite being pandemic I made it possible that I paid a less amount of 2k from my end so tha the outstanding amount become less but they kept on adding up interest, the LPC, now that they have put a lein on my savings account I tried reaching all thier banks as well communicated on phone in thier customer care they are not providing me settlement for my
                CC outstanding. Whenever I called the CC department they kept on transferring and disconnecting my calls

                I visited branch they said me u can call customer care the will solve your problem by waving off the interest amount or for settlement
                When I contacted the Customer care of icici bank they said you need to visit the base branch I did that too they told me to contact online as they will solve your issue.

                I am really fed up as I being customer want to clear my dues by settlement and also don't want this headache they are not helping me

                2 month ago I got call from a manager from debt collection stating for settlement but that time I was not having that much amount to do settlement now where I have arranged some sort of amount they just Denied me saying no settlement can be made and are not helping me and just pushing the issue from band to customer care department.

                I spoke with the floor manger names Sandhya she said that you can escalate to whomever you want but we cannot help you.. is this is way to give resolution to customer.

                They are so helpless than one customer has 100 thoughts in thier mind one can end his life till this extend they trouble.

                Please I have escalated this kindly provide me a way out a resolution.
                I have a lot to say but i end here please take proper action for troubling customer this way and provide a positive resolution for me.

                    Why was my amount deducted under the following statements: Why am I getting all the charges from my account? I asked Bajaj Finserve and they told me they only authorised me to deduct only the loan amount, not any other charges. I moved to call the customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hung up.
                    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will be charged like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                    Please stop all of these.

                      I have been charged on 21st jan. 2022 and 24 january 2022 transaction id being [protected] named as dp chgs till oct-21 . I joined icici as an employee so the account was given to me with the basic salary account telling that it is free for life time and no charges would be levied on account. Although i never used the demat account and even many mails have been received telling your demat account would be inactivated as you havent traded for pas 12 months and still i chose to not invest so account has been deactivated i havent even logged in the account from past 3 years that is from the date of creation. You people are seriously charging us for anything and everything. I have been having issues with your bank already on account of overcharging on my credit card and have not received any kind of service there so had to pay alot for that . That was a great loss i over came. And now these stupid charges . Your people seriously know how to earn . I am an educated person who checks on these things so i get to complaint and get my money back, what about the loyal customers of yours who do not know how to complaint or the people with no knowledge have been charged who do not have enough money. Why cheat and earn this way? i know that now your executives will reach me but dont have any expectations that you would resolve the issue immediately.

                            I'm maintaining my ICICI bank salry account since 2018 with loyalty. All of a sudden ICICI bank deducted 478 and 587 rupees from my account without any intimation. It was a highly unprofessional act from ICICI which i never expected. My opinion got changed on ICICI. Now i don't have even single rupee in my account . How can i survive for this month without any money in account. I want my money back and questions to be answerable.

                              My user id has been blocked fo security reasons without my consent or prior permission. It's very critical as my 1lac rupees payment is on hold. Who will bear this loss . I want an answer . I want my user id and UPI services to be resumed asap... It's urgent . Even after repeated calls and mails I haven't received answer from authorities.

                                MAB Charges Applied without notice

                                I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining minimum balance in the account. I have following issues with the charges and request for reversal

                                    This is regards to my debit card converted into EMI, where in the month of December2021 on 21/12/2021 I called the bank and asked my ECS reversal as I paid my EMI late, I have the recording for the same where staff did not provide my resolution for ECS also did not informed about ECS that will hit in the month of January 2022, even after paying EMI on time I got hot with ECS and as a customer I don't know all the banks procedure of banks, I ahd a word with escalation Manager- Jagruti Salvi who helped me stopping my ECS through online website but did not helped me for ECS reversal, kindly look into this matter.
