I am using an Amazon pay icici card, and for the last month, I earned more than 10000 rewards points.

The customer support kept saying different issues everytime.
Initially they said that this is a backend issue which will be resolved in 3 days.

Then they said Amazon has put this on hold.

Finally they said that as the reward points are over 10000, they put the reward points on hold for an investigation if the card has been used for business purposes and this would take 10 business days and after that I will get the balance in my account.

First of all this is not mentioned anywhere in any document. Even if I agree that this is a policy, the problem is even after waiting for 10 days, I have not received the balance.

The bank's customer support is awful and a waste of time. I always felt Icici bank was one of the best banks in the country, but honestly this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a bank.

    Online transaction of Rs 20000 was done on 14th Jan'22 but transaction got timed out. But amount got deducted from account and didn't went to beneficiary account also.

      My net banking account was blocked on 19 Jan while doing a transaction and got a message to cantact CC to get it unblocked, I tried with my registered mobile number and was not able to connect due to busy server, but got the call connected from other number but CC told me to call from registered mobile number only.its two days passed I am not able to contact ICICI CC and my account is still blocked .
      My registered mobile no is [protected].

        sir/madam

        Am a ICICI bank customer. On dated 11-01-22 ECSRTNCHGS charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ECSRTNCHGS that the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type of direction is not good please return my charged/debited amount.

          I am unable to figure out why they have deducted 588 rs without my permission. Who gave them permission to impose deductions of their choices? Just because i am using their services it doesn't mean they will do anything from my account. I want them to transfer my money asap, its not a matter of few bucks its almost 600 rs.

          They have just mentioned this dcardfee+gst and deducted 588 rs against it. Is it my responsibility to ask for explanation from them, isn't it their responsibility to make us aware with these fraud charges. Is this the way to have a healthy relationship with your customers?

          This is high time to chnage my bank account from icici to some other bank

              Hi Team,

              Can you explain me why you charged such high amount of penalty for ECM?
              That’s also two time please refer my attached photo . @icici bank please give us proper or satisfied answer because I have reached nearest branch and they even don’t know about this charge just said it’s bank policy bank policy etc.

                I have a NOC for my closed loan account and still they have deducted 590 rupees for insufficient balance for emi.The other bank is also trying to deducted money as emi as in their system it is not updated.

                  Refund initiated by amazon.in but still not received.

                  This is regarding my Amazon.in order #[protected].

                  I have ordered Urban Terrain bicycle worth ₹12299, from Amazon.in on 11th December 2021, order #[protected]. Above order got delivered to me on selected address on 16th December 2021. As I have selected Pay on Delivery as my payment mode I have made payment for the ₹12299 using UPI payment mode at the time of order delivery.

                      Within 8 days 1300 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ADBLDE_sk ( Rs 590/- (13 Jan 2022) and Rs.379 ( 19 Jan 2022) And MAB_charges +GST ( Rs.505 (14 Jan 2022) without any notification.
                      What is this transaction purpose?
                      It's almost 8 years I have been a customer of icici bank but I don't trust this bank anymore. Poor customer service, executive don't answer properly, so many problems in recent year. ( Writing it in a decent language here )

                      I want this issue resolved at earliest. Otherwise I am closing this account immediately.

                      Already we are facing financial issues due to covid and then there comes an icici bank adding to it.

                      Complete Nonsense!
                      And totally disappointed!

                          ICICI Cash deposit machine error and money not credited to account

                          Address: Tenkasi Branch

                          I made a cash deposit on 01/19/2022, by the time 14:33:36 on machine no: 0061291HRY on Tenkasi ICICI Bank branch.
                          Once cash was deposited, I received a slip saying "TROUBLE SORRY, MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE"
                          And I have not received any money back from the machine and my money is not credited in my account as well.

                          This is simply a fraud caused by ICICI bank.

                          IMPS Txn timed out at Beneficiary Bank

                          I transferred Rs 2, 500 through IMPS on 19-Jan-2022 11:22 AM from ICICI A/C to Yes Bank A/C.

                          Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

                          The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                          But I got a message that said

                          "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.2, 500.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 19-Jan-2022 11:22...

                              I have been trying to open an NRO account and ICICI bank is rejecting my application stating visa is invalid. My Visa is permanent resident and has unconditional stay as long as I’m in Australia or visited before expiry. This is somehow not understood by the incumbent staff (Mohan) and he fails to process this further. I have been trying to convert my account with no luck and want to register this compliant.

                                I have tried to purchase a mobile from Amazon but transaction failed with same reason as below,
