Unable to do UPI Transaction

Hi,

I am using ICICI account from past 15+ years and using UPI transactions for past 3+ years. All of sudden my UPI transactions are failing with "your account is frozen" message. Reached call center and near by branch for couple of times and didn't got any resolution. Kindly look into the issue and resolve the issue ASAP.

I am an ICICI customer I moved to the UK about 4 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or make transfers because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my US phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I have lodged a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department which has illegally put the amount of 40K on my salary account as a lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call, and hard copy letter or SMS). As my phone number updated with them is not my phone number and there is no email updated as they never had my email.

    I had received an Email from ICICI Customer service about the same and I was told to speak to the credit card department Manager.

    I spoke to the concerned Official and I was told to visit the head branch in Chandivali, Andheri east.

    I went to ICICI bank on to meet the credit card Department Manager to resolve the issue as I was suggested by the official.

    As mentioned above, they have illegally put the lien for credit card outstanding that I never had with me.

    I was not at all contacted either by the Credit Card Department or Recovery Dept at any point in time since the credit card was issued in 2004 until the Lien was set on my salary account in December 2021.

    Following are the details of my conversation with the ICICI credit card Department Manager:-
    I was informed that the credit card Fraud Dept will take around 40 days
    to complete the investigation.

    They will investigate and accordingly take a decision in 40 days time.

    I have also confirmed from them that my mailing address is wrong, my phone number is wrong.
    My email was not there at all when the card was issued by fraud.
    All the transactions that were made as seen on the credit card statement were never made by me.

    Please remove the lien on my saving's account at the earliest.

    Someone using my credentials has done this fraud as I never had a credit card with ICICI.

    My current company has also told me to leave as they will not credit my salary in my ICICI salary account as there is a lien on the account they have confirmed it by sending a conformation email and they do not deal with any other banks except ICICI bank.

    I am a family man and I am the only earning member in my family with wife and children and if I loose this job I will be in a very big problem and we will be on the road.

    I request you to please contact ICICI bank and remove lien on my savings account.

    Looking forward to an early and favorable action from your side.

      I am holding one Bond of ICICI Money multiplier Bond-082000-MMB-FOUR, which matured on 5th January, 2022. But we have not received any communication / money from ICICI Bank. Also we have not received any information, where we have to surrender the Bond certificate and get the redemption amount. There is no customer care number available for this.

            I have request for my ICICI Credit card Limit enhance. Submitted all the documents which requested but at the Last they said sorry! I really hurt when Level 3 Officer talk with rough language . I want to said to her before they disconnect call. their tone of talking is Totally rubbish. She put down call. She did not listen my concern. Feeling sham to using icici credit card.

            They do not enhance my credit limit on the card Hence, I have a Good Cibil Score and have a good Income. Even I have submitted all the documents they requested. On the call they do not listen me, just say sorry and put the call.

            All Banks respect those customers who have a good cibil score, make payments on time, gentle useage of credit & who are financial responsible but ICICI Bank does not value all of this factors. Since oct 2020 I am using ICICI Credit Card but does not enhance Credit Limit.

              Hi Team,

              My name is Aswathi. I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 11/21 .

              I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old email id and phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach helpdesk can you assist me.

              Every month during salary credit 3000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 12000 rupees so please help.

                Is ICICI really looting people those have direct account with them, without any prior information 826 was deducted from my account DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-21 on[protected] and 917.39 was deducted from my account on[protected]..All above transaction happened without my knowledge, brokerage chagre was paid 2 months back 999+GST still taking money. How can bank be taken money without information. This is absolutely ridiculous, this should be solved ASAP.

                  Deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp renewal

                  On 29th Jan 2022, Rs 1899/- has been deducted from my ICICI bank account mentioning wpp renewal policy.

                  I do not remember opting for the policy and I do not remember giving consent for its auto-renewal.

                  I request the bank to please cancel the policy as I don’t require it.

                  I kindly request you to refund the deducted amount of 1899.00 to my account.

                  The total amount deducted from NRE account :Rs 23, 633.34 from 2012 to Nov 2021.

                  The total amount deducted from NRO account is Rs 23, 872.02 from 2012 to Nov 2021.

                  DP charges were deducted from both the accounts NRE A/c Rs 1011.24, NRO A/C 1516.84.

                    I have held a savings account in ICICI Bank for the last 7 years, I
                    created my Demat account in the last week of January 2022.
                    Unfortunately I have been charged an amount of 826RS
                    DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC -21 on 28th of January 2022. I
                    didn't even receive an SMS notification for this amount debited from
                    my account.
                    I wonder how you can even charge for an account which does not exist
                    on the dates you have mentioned.
                    This is highly disappointing that a Firm like ICICI looting money from

                      ICICI has opened a demat account and linked to my bank account without my consent and without informing anything to me. Now they are charging annual fee of Rs 826. I called customer care, they told me to go to icici bank and get it resolved. But when they opened the account, they didn't even bother to take any consent.This is complete FRAUDULENT activity and it is hindering me to use my icici bank account.

                                ICICI bank has deduced Rs. 826.00 from my account for DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL D
                                EC-21. I have never opened any DMAT account and this is an old account and all of a sudden Dmat charges were applied. Kindly raise the reversal and do the needful.
