This is Prakash and im using ICICI bank account[protected] for past 10 years and I was holding ICICI credit card and it was removed without my knowledge and after that I was getting mail now and then about my min due and I wil pay the same but past 8 month I'm not receiving any updates on min due but after getting call I paid min due past 2month before. Without knowing the min amount and statement how can u expect me to pay for card but even though if I get any mail I was paying but all of sudden my account went negative of 25000 . Its not my mistake without knowing what amount to pay how come u expect me to pay, even i cant access the statement in I mobile too . As a family man this creates a mental torture for stopping my spending for basic day today needs too, thus kindly remove the negative amount and let me Know the min due to be paid and as usual will pay within 3 days of receipt of mail, hope u understand the situation and as a long time customer need ur support for the same . I contacted customer care but they said to pay total we will release the lien .I had mailed to customer care too.

    I was charged Rs.590 from ICICI Bank on 15th February, 2022. The detail showed that I was charged for ecsrtnchgs130222. There was no call or no text confirmation or any information related to it.
    Kindly look into the matter. Looking forward for a speedy solution.

      Hi, My name is shubham pandey, I have 2 credit card from icici with merge limit, last month I got a insurance from a 3rd party company for 45600 which was deducted from my limit, after that I cancelled the insurance, and that amount was refunded and my limit was restored. as the bill was generated I called and asked do I still have to make the payment for the bill generated as the deduction was refunded, the executive asked me to make a payment as bill was generated and asked me to call back after that so he can refund that amount or as I mentioned that I have to use that money to make payment on my other credit card so he proposed an idea that he'll transfer that amount from one card to another. to which I agreed, after making payment I called him and asked him to reimburse the amount to which he took a request and my extra paid amount was transferred to my other credit card. Now I have received a late fees charges on the same account. I called them they took a request but now they are saying that we won't be able to refund that amount as you asked for transfer after the payment. after going back and forth, the person agreed to raise a request for refund. but also told me the GST wont be refunded. why I will pay even 100rs extra if I made my payment on time. This is not a professional way of handling any customer, I have always made my payments on time. I have been using credit card for more than 1 years now. I had axis card from which I never got any issues like these.

        I placed an order on Swiggy App on 31st December 2021 and made online payment through Google Pay App, but the order got cancelled for some reason. The Order no is #[protected]. Swiggy has already initiated the refund but the amount still hasn't been credited to my bank account. Kindly refund my money at the earliest.

            I was charged a hefty interest amount of INR 6, 043.94 plus IGST of INR 1, 087.91 although I paid INR 1, 08, 000 (on the outstanding amount of INR1, 12, 496.98 before its due date) on my credit card statement dated January 23, 2022. I placed a complaint with the bank and the bank gave a standardized reply

            If the Minimum Amount Due (MAD) or a payment less than Total Amount Due (TAD) or no payment is made, interest charges are applicable.

            Rate of interest of 3.4% per month is charged based on the following criteria:

            ï¾· On the transactions in previous statement from the respective transaction date till the statement date
            ï¾· On the total amount outstanding from the statement date till the part payment date
            ï¾· On the remaining amount outstanding balance till the next statement date
            ï¾· On the fresh purchases done thereafter, till the next statement date.

            I asked for a breakup of the interest charges. It is been more than 10 days and I am waiting

            I am wondering why such a huge amount? Kindly look into this matter and give me a reasonable resolution, at your earliest

                    I want to what it is for?
                    If this is for IDFC where my personal loan was running, Loan is already closed in 2021 and I have its NOC.
                    It is not first time it has happened many times.

                            Nach_ad_rtn_chrg Ingenot~Innofins

                            Within 01 day about 6433 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot_Innofins
                            From the date of[protected] to[protected] without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency it's pendamic situation and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                            I have been provided with ICICI multi wallet card when i joined TCS 5 years ago.
                            I have changed the organization and currently tcs mail id is not available.

                            I have not using the card since lock down starting, but it has some amount around 5000 rupees.

                              I would like to inform you that I have written more than 100 Emails to ICICI to unblock the beneficiary's account with service request SR[protected].
                              I do understand that once the dispute is resolved, the unblocking process starts.

                              I have called several times on customer service. Even the dispute manager had informed me that account of the beneficiary shall be unblocked automatically after the outcome. Inspite of the assurance from ICICI the unblock process is taking a lot of time and ICICI fails to reach the resolution dates in time !!! It promised a timeline of 42 days again to unblock an account.

                              The beneficiary is suffering because of the negligence and delay from ICICI. Kindly clarify why it takes upto 24.03.2022 to unblock a beneficiary's account when the dispute SR[protected] is already resolved on 05.02.2022 and the customer has to call multiple times and Email customer care to unblock the beneficiary's account?

                              Banking officers say it takes 1-2 working days to notify benificiary's bank but 42 days is too long. Icici never issue a callback from the concerned department inspite of their sweet toned banking officers. They beat their own records of providing misleading information.

                                I am having an account in ICICI Bank. I have been charged Rs.25/- was issued to me I believe when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although i was having enough balance at that time.

                                  It is to inform you that I am receiving 20-30 messages per day through VD-ICICB on my mobile number cited above which is wrongly linked by ICICI Bank. These messages either relate to the Bank Credit Card 4477XXXXXXXX3008/ Bank Credit Card 4477XXXXXXXX0007 OR Loan Account XX1171/ Loan Account XX2349 /Loan Account XX7000.
                                  The text of the few messages is mentioned below:
                                  “Dear Customer, your ICICI Bank Credit Card/Loan Account 4477XXXXXXXX3088 is overdue for an amount of Rs 56445.3……………Our authorised channel partner Kuber Consultants [protected] may contact you for payments”
                                  “Dear Customer lien has been marked on your account XXXX288 for Rs 113621.00 against outstanding dues in your account ICICI Bank Loan Account XX171 In Case of any queries, please contact out customer care.
                                  Neither I nor my family members have any account in your Bank. Further I had never taken any Loan or Credit Card Issued from ICICI Bank. So the question of registration of Mobile Number with your bank does not arise.
                                  I tried to register the complaint on toll free number[protected] but failed to register my complaint as I do not have any account number or debit or credit Card number with your Bank.
                                  Secondly, these days when all the bank accounts are AADHAR linked and are verified through Know Your Customer (KYC) then how can there be such a lapse at your end.
                                  Hence, you are directed to STOP sending these SMS on my mobile number immediately otherwise I will be forced to take a legal course.

Total PF balance shown in alumni portal and as per salary slip is Rs.15980. I worked in ICICI bank for 3 months i.e.Nov 21, Dec 21 and Jan 22. This balance is not showing in EPFO portal. When will PF balance be updated in EPFO portal? Please update the PF balance in EPFO portal asap.

                                      Hi, I have an intraday sell order from 9th Feb 2022 in ICICI direct and it was not cleared till today (i.e. 10th Feb 2022 even after market closed). ICICI direct customer care, relationship officer, backend team not able to explain the current status of my transaction.

                                      Response from ICICI direct as on 9th Feb 2022 EOD is:

                                      Your Sell position for 2000 shares of ADAWIL in the settlement no.2022027 has remained open in NSE Margin broker mode product. This will be squared off offline on 10 FEB 2022 on best effort basis.

                                      In case if ICICI direct not cleared my pending transaction on 10th Feb 2022 after the market opens then i might have to pay huge penalty which is not fair from customer point of view as customer not having required privilege to handle/square off the pending transaction on 10th Feb 2022.

                                      Need proper explanation from ICICI direct to address this issue and the current status of the transaction.

ICICI direct customer care, relationship officer, backend team not able to explain the current status of my transaction.

                                      Response from ICICI direct as on 9th Feb 2022 EOD is:

                                      Your Sell position for 2000 shares of ADAWIL in the settlement no.2022027 has remained open in NSE Margin broker mode product. This will be squared off offline on 10 FEB 2022 on best effort basis.

                                      In case if ICICI direct not cleared my pending transaction on 10th Feb 2022 after the market opens then i might have to pay huge penalty which is not fair from customer point of view as customer not having required privilege to handle/square off the pending transaction on 10th Feb 2022.

                                      Need proper explanation from ICICI direct to address this issue and the current status of the transaction.
