I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-21'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

    I'm Lay Desai from Surat, Gujarat. It's been 2-3 days since I'm trying to cancel my wallet protection plan (OneAssist thing). There servers are always messed up, terrible CUSTOMER service and they still debited rs. 2199 from my account for that ### policy.. Stop this asap and I want my money back..

          I am Ravi, an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of DP CHGS TILL DEC-21, I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly, i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

          I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed.

          I need my money back ASAP.

            On 13 Jan 2022, a fraud atm withdrawal transaction in my account and after that i complaint in ICICI BANK for this transaction. So ICICI BANK customer care blocked my netbanking, card everything, and provide new card. Also they want some required documents like dispute form, fir, card copy and other bank statement. i shared everything but these people closed my request and told me insufficent documents received. So in that case what i do?

            The email which was sent 25 Jan 2022 plz cross check each and every required document was already sent. How you guys closed the case by saying that you didn't get the Debit card no. Image or photo(last four digits -8459).

              I am sushant patil, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till Dec-21 . Same amount also deducted in last year.

              There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message. How bank can directly intiate debit without informing a customer who gave access to debit transaction without customer authentication .

              I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

                  Dear Sir/Mam, I am student of Btech Computer science in Kalinga University Raipur. On 26 January 2022 I was paying my fees and the transaction was successful and money was debited from my account but the site of Icici bank Eazypay was showing transaction failed and my college finance department is denied that no money is transferred to their account.                       Myself Nizamuddin Khan, i have been with icici bank since 2018. This year 2022 /- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till mar-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                                  Actually i made a transaction from CANARA BANK ATM at vikash nagar lucknow,

                                  ATM ID- 2405W014, TRANSACTION ID- SB498800, amount of 2, 500 on 30/12/2021 at around 1:46 afternoon.Amount was debited from the account but cash was not dispensed .I already complained on 30/12/2021, complaint no-SR[protected].It is already take more then 21 working day's but there is no any update about it.
                                  First time I'm facing this type of service related difficulties, I'm using ICICI Bank last 5 years.

                                    Hi,

                                    I'm from NIT-1 Faridabad. In the month of November 2021. I got the letter from Income TAX regarding the ICICI BANK ACCOUNT on which they have clearly mentioned transactions that have been occurred on the behalf of someone. Once I received the letter I went to the nearby ICICI BANK Branch situated on Nehru Ground nearby Shubham Tower, they told me the BANK ACCOUNT opened in ICICI Bank Sector 16 SCO 104-105, Faridabad, Haryana 121007 Branch. I went to that branch met with the Deputy Branch Manager, Ms Anupriya Sharma ([protected]). She shared all the details of the ACCOUNT mentioned below. I asked for the ACCOUNT status and the Bank transactions from start to till-end, she denied it and told me to file the FIR. But the ACCOUNT doesn't belong to me, that is the reason I haven't filed any FIR so far. But the reason is I'm getting letters from INCOME TAX continuously from NOV 2021-JAN 2021. I had the conversion with ICICI BANK HEAD OFFICE they denied help and forward me to the Branch. I went to the BANK again to clear the concern, they denied to help me with this, I asked to share the courier tracking number as they keep saying we have shared letter's, and other types of documents. But they haven't shared any courier tracking number with me. Neither my contact number is registered with the BANK account, nor my email ID. So, how do they get updated my Aadhar number in the BANK ACCOUNT, as I have only 1 contact number which is "[protected]" and that is registered with my Aadhar card.

                                    I have started my job career in DELHI in FEB 2013 on that time company on which I was working used to call the Bank executives to open the account of all the employees, the process as they took our passport size photos, PAN card, Aadhar card along with the account holder signature and once the documentation completed them handover the KIT having chequebook, ATM card and rest of the documents. Since 2013 I have 1 HDFC BANK Account opened in the office itself, after that in 2019 I have opened another account in SBI. In ICICI I have 1 mediclaim policy, 1 insurance policy and SIP that is the only link I have with ICICI and that was started in[protected]. It's a fraud someone used my KYC documents in the ICICI BANK.

                                      In my icici accout no, rs.116.82 debited as "RwdFee/[protected]/271221+GST". I did not redeem any points from my debit or credit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

                                      Kindly confirm the transaction details to recover the debited amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.
