I am having an account in ICICI Bank. I have been charged Rs.25/- was issued to me I believe when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although i was having enough balance at that time.

    It is to inform you that I am receiving 20-30 messages per day through VD-ICICB on my mobile number cited above which is wrongly linked by ICICI Bank. These messages either relate to the Bank Credit Card 4477XXXXXXXX3008/ Bank Credit Card 4477XXXXXXXX0007 OR Loan Account XX1171/ Loan Account XX2349 /Loan Account XX7000.
    The text of the few messages is mentioned below:
    “Dear Customer, your ICICI Bank Credit Card/Loan Account 4477XXXXXXXX3088 is overdue for an amount of Rs 56445.3……………Our authorised channel partner Kuber Consultants [protected] may contact you for payments”
    “Dear Customer lien has been marked on your account XXXX288 for Rs 113621.00 against outstanding dues in your account ICICI Bank Loan Account XX171 In Case of any queries, please contact out customer care.
    Neither I nor my family members have any account in your Bank. Further I had never taken any Loan or Credit Card Issued from ICICI Bank. So the question of registration of Mobile Number with your bank does not arise.
    I tried to register the complaint on toll free number[protected] but failed to register my complaint as I do not have any account number or debit or credit Card number with your Bank.
    Secondly, these days when all the bank accounts are AADHAR linked and are verified through Know Your Customer (KYC) then how can there be such a lapse at your end.
    Hence, you are directed to STOP sending these SMS on my mobile number immediately otherwise I will be forced to take a legal course.

      I am an ex-employee of ICICI bank.My employee id was 844529.My pf number in ICICI bank is MH/BAN/18796/000/844529. Total PF balance shown in alumni portal and as per salary slip is Rs.15980. I worked in ICICI bank for 3 months i.e.Nov 21, Dec 21 and Jan 22. This balance is not showing in EPFO portal. When will PF balance be updated in EPFO portal? Please update the PF balance in EPFO portal asap.

        Hi, I have an intraday sell order from 9th Feb 2022 in ICICI direct and it was not cleared till today (i.e. 10th Feb 2022 even after market closed). ICICI direct customer care, relationship officer, backend team not able to explain the current status of my transaction.

        Response from ICICI direct as on 9th Feb 2022 EOD is:

        Your Sell position for 2000 shares of ADAWIL in the settlement no.2022027 has remained open in NSE Margin broker mode product. This will be squared off offline on 10 FEB 2022 on best effort basis.

        In case if ICICI direct not cleared my pending transaction on 10th Feb 2022 after the market opens then i might have to pay huge penalty which is not fair from customer point of view as customer not having required privilege to handle/square off the pending transaction on 10th Feb 2022.

        Need proper explanation from ICICI direct to address this issue and the current status of the transaction.

              I am an existing customer of ICICI, New Bypass, Patna branch holding saving account number[protected].
              Day before yesterday(08th Feb, 2022) my debit card was exchanged by an intruder at ICICI ATM center and once I realized the debit card was stolen by intruder, immediately I reached to the home branch(ICICI New Bypass Patna) and asked to block the existing debit card and UPI transaction. I gave the application for the same and was confirmed by the branch that the UPI transaction and the debit card has been blocked successfully.

              Later around after 25-30 minutes I got the call from ICICI branch saying sum of rupees 5.39 lakhs of amount got debited from my account via Debit card.
              So I asked the branch people how the transaction happened once the card was blocked completely but couldn't get any response from your branch employee. Then I called the customer care toll free number who confirmed the debit card was not blocked so the transaction happened, post which they blocked and freezed the account completely but by that time my account was debited for the amount of 5.39 lakhs.
              The open SRs' which was raised over the call are SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected] for your reference.

              The open questions to the ICICI are as below:-

              1. How did the amount get debited even after bank confirmation that the debit card and UPI transactions has been blocked ?
              2. How the ATM PIN was displayed on your ICICI ATM machine instead of displaying as XXXX?
              3. How the other Mobile number was updated to my account without any intimation(SMS alerts) to my existing genuine mobile number?
              4. How the ATM withdrawal happened for 4.5 lakhs in a day that too within 1 hr when the ATM withdrawal limit would be max of rupees 50, 000 or 1 lakhs(as per the RBI guidelines)?

              So, basically these transactions happened even after communicating to the branch and due to the ICICI system glitches, it looks like your system(ICICI ATM machine and tech system was hacked).
              Therefore I request you to do the required investigation and recover the unauthorized transaction amount as soon as possible on highest priority.

                I do not use my rubyx card and have been charged annual fees and and late fees and interest.Have submitted complaint of cancelling my card as i use the coral card.Have had long conversations with the tele caller, sometimes they say they will only give waiver on fees and sometimes he says full waiver but they need to cancel both coral and rubyx. my card number ends with 6010 and my name is anuj mata

                          On Feb 5, 2022 one assist plan was activated by the bank without my consent and the amount of Rs.1599 was deducted and I got to know about this through SMS and mail which was sent at 10:10 PM at night. This is highly disappointing as the bank is also doing these type of frauds and without the customers permission. We are using bank debit/ credit card this doesn't gives the right to deduct any money without the permission from customers account. I had also email the customer service of ICICI Bank and not recieved any response. Kindly help me to resolve my issue deactivate this plan and refund my money.

                          Thank u so much as now my problem is resolved the one assist plan is deactivated by the bank and I had also got the full refund also. There was no call from the ICICI Bank only the Sms was sent informing me that my full deducted amount will be refunded in my account. Now I had received my full amount hence my issue is resolved.

                          As i had earlier complaint about the activation of one assist plan bank replied and told me that they will deactivate my plan but they told that I had asked for deactivation of this plan after 30 days so only 50% of the amount will be refunded which is so not true they can't deduct my amount through false allegation I had received the mail of activation on 5feb 2022 and on the same day itself I had mailed the bank for deactivation. They have no right to cut my refund amount. Ask the bank to check their details thoroughly they can't do this type of fraud to their customers firstly they activated the plan without consent now they are deducting half amount by saying wrong details. I had also mailed the bank regarding this wrong information but still not got any reply... below i am attaching the screenshot of mail which I received from bank . Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

                            My name is suryaprakash pandey.on[protected] i visited andheri east koldongari icici branch with my father. my father is senior citizen and he has locker(locker no 631) with this branch. every time he is not possible to go to bank to avoid this i decided to join this locker. for this we have submitted all relevant documents to branch with KYC details & 100 rupees stamp paper (stamp paper is on my father name). complain is that bank employee is saying this will take 5days working. my question is that why 5days working is required ? please help or support to resolve this in less day i think your bank is not supporting customer

                              Dear sir, My gold loan account number is[protected].Loan from ICICI bank andheri east branch koldongari
                              this gold loan account is on my father name whose is senior citizen and dependent on me.
                              i have visited branch bank and they said you will get excess amount of 2000 but they just given 400 I have done online payment but number of time outstanding change I have done three times payment same day but every time new outstanding showing different value 1st time outstanding amount 294.66 2nd time outstanding amount 292.66 3rd time outstanding amount 585.32 4th outstanding amount 1170.64 5th outstanding amount 2300.
                              on 29jan loan is closed and bank is considered closure date 29th jan 2022. i am continuously following for closure of this gold loan account from December 2021 . i written to consumer forum and nodal officer but they have considered 29th jan 2022 and charges extra

                                  People from ICIC Bank are calling continuously for the past one year.. stating that " They first asked me do you Prashant Kumar and I said no.. But still they were saying that I didn't pay the credit card bill. I said I don't know who Prashant Kumar is and I have no relation also in this name. But they were saying that he has given alternate number of yours so we will be calling you.. Near I got 100 calls from this Bank. I was telling that I am not involved in this...you are calling a wrong person. Even telling that this mobile number does not belong to Prashant Kumar and I am using this number for the past 4 years. But still they are continuously calling me and asking me to accept that I know him. I don't have any account in ICIC Bank and nor giving my personal number to anybody. I told them that if he is the person kindly go to his residential place to collect the same. But they are not doing that instead they are calling me and torturing me a lot. I am really fed up. Kindly block all the numbers from ICIC Bank which will be more helpful to me.

                                    This is Krishnamoorthy and having Salary account with ICICI Bank. I am sad to write this complaint.

                                    I got to see that ICICI has deducted around Rs.1010 from my account on 21st Jan 2022. The bank statement shows that this amount was deducted as MAB charges. Please check the attached image for more details.

                                    But I was never knew this requirement when I opened the account.

                                    Please take some action to help me get back the debited amount, as there was no proper communication. Please write to [protected]@gmail.com for more information

                                      Rs. 343 has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL JUL-18
                                      Rs. 826 has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL JUL-19
                                      Rs. 826 has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL JUL-20

                                      All these charges deducted on 23/12/2021.
                                      I have never activated and used my Demat account using my icici account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile or on my email id. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                                        I have been a customer of ICICI Bank over 20 years. I moved to US and while converting my savings bank account to NRI, Bank added 2 more accounts with a new ID. I think sales team might benefit more showing me as new customer. I requested to merge all accounts under one ID but they started deducting minimum balance charges even after keeping a total amount of 20 Lacs and ~25 Lacs total assets across accounts. While I was working to get charges reverted, they slapped me another.
                                        I felt ICICI Bank is more interested in charging customers rather than solving problems or retaining them. I will ensure that NRI community is aware of ICICI bad services and stay away from them.
