    Freeze due to KYC approved by CRA, but pending at Bank

    I have opened a Tier-1 KYC account on 4.1.2022 with initial instalment payment of Rs. 1000/-. However till now KYC is pending from Bank end and i am unable to reach customer care for support. Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest....

    I am getting this error "Credit card transaction withheld for security reasons".
    I am not able to use credit card further. I called customer care. It is chargeable and they are not connecting with officers. I want it to get resolved today itself. Customer care is not connecting now. I tried it mire than 20 times now. Please look into this issue asap.

        I have a personal loan with ICICI bank. Since the pandemic started I haven't able to make ICICI bank personal loan EMI. I lost my job and then I started business by taking a school Canteen.
        Unfortunately the schools aren't opening in mumbai due to pandemic. After speaking to ICICI bank Abhilash sir I explained to him my situation and he said to make some payment so that he will take in positive note and he will stop sending recovery agent at school and at home. So some how I am making 3000 payment monthly.
        Now from couple of months Vilas Patil is contacting me as I am not making full EMI payment. He is calling my wife and speaking rudely. My wife works in the same school where I had Canteen. He wants to speak to her Principal to recovery my loan. In pandemic that is a only source of income. If she loose job how we will survive. Will her Principal make my loan payment. I requested Vilas Patil not to contact Principal but he isn't listening. I don't deny paying loan However it isn't possible till pandemic persist. Vilas Patil contact number [protected]. I also told him from. Next month I will make 6000 payment still he talks rudely. I have defaulted HSBC and Citibank payment but they aren't reacting this way.

          I am ICICI account holder, my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov21+GST charges for Rs.650 + 58 = 767
          I didn't get any explanation of why this charge in my account.

            ICICI bank has deducted amount of RS 590 two consecutive day in NACH-AD-RTN charges for my Policy amount while I have already deposited the same. Such type charge has no meaning and no bank has right to deduct amount like this way.
            I would like to quit with ICICI bank. Please return my money also it is our hard work money.

              We are the rightful owners of our apartment, flat-3, 3rd floor, Millennium Apartments, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Road, P.O-Bengal Enamel, Palta, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal-743122. We are in possession of the registered deed in our name and hold the chain deeds. We are municipal tax payers against the said property which has been duly mutated in our name and our premises has been registered with the local land and land reforms office as well. All the documents are on our name. The property was under loan from the State Bank of India until about 2.5 years back.
              Of late, your recovery/enforcement agents have visited our premises and have claimed that the property has been under loan from ICICI Bank. The same incident took place in 2012 as well, and when we took up the matter with ICICI Bank and threatened to go to appropriate authority, the matter was immediately withdrawn from your end. We also did not pursue the matter as we are also bankers with the State Bank of India.
              We request your good office to conduct proper enquiry and stop this "beating around the bush".
              Being bankers, we very well understand what might have transpired between bank officials and a so called "fraud", when some money was advanced against agreement to sale of the said flat directly to the "fraud" and not to the seller/vendor.

                I was having a EMI, to be given to Bajaj Finserv, which was linked with my ICICI bank account. After one overdue, I am seeing that whenever I am keeping money in that account 'Nach ad return charges' is getting deducted. Even though after completion of EMI, still I am facing the same issue. Kindly, stop this auto debit option and initiate the refund process for the same.

                  I have debited around 1700+ on January 2 2022 amount from my account and that is my salary account if this type of deduction will carry on i will register your complaint to the labour court i have also talk with the branch but he was saying he can't do anything please return my amount

                        I am holding one Bond of ICICI Money multiplier Bond-082000-MMB-FOUR, which matured on 5th January, 2022. But we have not received any communication / money from ICICI Bank. Also we have not received any information, where we have to surrender the Bond certificate and get the redemption amount. There is no customer care number available for this.

                        Bond is in the Name of my Daughter Heta Acharya and as guardian Brinda Acharya. Bond holder No.[protected], cert.1390, Distinctive No. 2360.

                        Please help me in getting the money.

                          I have an account in Icici bank vide account number[protected] in the name of SHIVARAM SHARMA MALLAVAJJALA in makammathota Branch . I have done a transaction 6500/- vide transaction number RIN/COMMUNICATION/[protected]/[protected] on 10.09.2021 for Kapil Chit Fund Private Limited but the amount has not been received by Kapil Chit Fund Limited. Kapil Chit Fund Number KMST14J23. I have enquired with Kapil chit fund private limited kamareddy but they are informing that the amount has not received by them. When I was went to ICICI Bank for enquiry they are saying the amount has credited to concern KAPIL Chit account.

                          Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                            Hello,
                            I’ve been charged with ecsrtnchg of about 2455rs. I wasn’t able to transfer my funds on time and hence my mutual funds auto debit were failed. I would please request for refund as it’s never happened before and 2.5k is a lot of money. And I’ve been a loyal customer of ICICI Bank for about 2.5 yrs now. I would really appreciate if you can resolve it soon. For future information please reply and all the details would be provided.

                              I downloaded my E-statement, There is a debit of 1770/- as CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov21+GST. I didn't get any prior intimation, or and text message after Debit. My RM didn't inform me about such charges, even I asked him about hidden charges at the time opening my account. 1770/- is a huge amount to deducted as whatever charges. Disappointed! I would to get clarification about these charges, I haven't done any transactions and when done I asked...

                              I have have a 3-in-1 icici salary account in which they offered one saving, one trading and dmat account. Although i never used their trading and dmat account for past 8 years i got the call from Mr Rajesh from their customer executive ([protected]) that since i logged in into dmat and trading account then it will be free deducted will not be refunded. I did login into dmat and trading account as the fee was deducted unauthorized. They have deducted 826 rs. From my saving account and when i called them for the same, their customer care was very rude and told me that you have to pay if you are using dmat account. Also enforcing me to visit their branch office physically in this covide time. My question was, I have never vsited their branch when they open the account, why suddenly I have to go for closing. I have been calling them from 8 years to close my A/C

                              I have twitted in their official twitter handle but there is no positive response.

                              Pls. Help me to get my money back.

                                  Why the hell do you offer internet banking, if you have to place grid authentication even after OTP validation? In the digital world, are we expected to carry our cards everywhere with us just for grid authentication during fund transfer? I had to transfer funds due to emergency and now I am unable to do that because of your stupid grid validation. What is the point of that ### virtual debit card if you cant provide the grid number virtually? Worst experience. Disgusting this is. Mental harassment to consumers. You guys should be sued. Your bank should be sued.

                                    I have been levied ecs charges of nearly 50K rupees in one year ..still they keep taking 590rs, 590rs and I dont have any emi dues or delayed loans. I have no protection or control over my account. Several times the money got auto deducted when I was going to hosptial or urgent need and found my account became zero.
                                    Don't know who is taking this amount as bank says it is not them and I have no clue. this is really killing me big time
