Had a Nightmarish experience with ICICI Credit Card Unit, ever since I had applied and got the ICICI Credit card, I have been facing issues at every step -
1 .) When I applied for Credit Card on 4th December, the card delivery got misplaced by vendor and ICICI Branch or their CC executives had no clue .
After much followup, escalations, Tweets and SRs, I finally got a Replacement card on 28th DEC .

2.) Then while recharging ICICI FASTAG using ICICI credit card on 29th Dec 2021, 1200 Rs. got deducted but recharge didn't happen .
quite normal ? Due to this I had to pay Double the Toll, ofcourse causing half a mile long queue of Cars behind me .
3.) While trying to Call the Customer care Selecting Credit card menu Entering my working Card details, every time it says 'INVALID DETAILS'
Hence I am unable to register any complaints .

4.) ICICI Imobile or even website has NO OPTION to register failed CREDIT CARD transactions .

5.) Again when asked Credit card team to Map my card with my current Employer .. first a SR was registered .
But after two days - Their Manager is asking me to again send a fresh mail from official ID and not Registered ID

I would strongly recommend against availing the services of ICICI Bank .Such level of callousness and unprofessional behavior is highly criticized .
All of this not only cost me money but also a whole MONTH HAS BEEN LOST in trying to get a workaround for never ending issues
