I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

    To reactivate my dormant account and access internet banking, I submitted KYC documents to ICICI branch in Kothanur, Bangalore on Nov 26, 2021. The branch did not inform that we should have a debit card to login to internet banking. So, I applied for a debit card after I was not able to login to internet banking.

    [Debit card delivery issue]

    The debit card Speed Post ID was not seen on India Post after 2 days. When I call Customer Care, I am asked to enter my PIN and debit card expiry date. I can't do that without debit card.

    I requested for a debit card, but the card delivery location as per Speed Post ID EA******954IN is Hubballi [Attached snapshot]. I am in Bangalore and I have never provided any address in Hubballi.

    I want the Debit Card to be sent to Bangalore.

    I raised complaints here and with ICCI bank, and after that, the card was forwarded to me. Also, ICICI bank had entered the wrong pin code for my account. It is sad that my complaints are getting resolved through Consumer Complaints rather than ICICI customer care.

        Dear icici team,
        My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

The branch did not inform that we should have a debit card to login to internet banking. So, I applied for a debit card after I was not able to login.

            [Debit card delivery issue]

            The debit card Speed Post ID was not seen on India Post after 2 days. When I call Customer Care, I am asked to enter my PIN and debit card expiry date. How do I do that without getting my card? How do I track my card delivery when the ID is not valid? I am stuck in a vicious cycle. Please help!

            I requested for a debit card, but the card delivery location as per Speed Post ID EA******954IN is Hubballi Vijayanagar S.O [Attached snapshot]. I am in Bangalore and I have never provided any address in Hubballi.

            Can you please send the Debit Card to the correct location? I was assured that I will receive the card by Monday, Dec 6, but it is unlikely.

            Notes:
            (1) I made the request on Dec 2, but the card was not dispatched till 2 days later, after I raised a complaint.
            (2) After the initial delay, it is addressed to wrong location, for which I am raising another complaint.

            Now, I am asked to get an address change update done in the bank again, for no fault of mine. How do I get my debit card now?

            Please update the recorded address in the ICICI website. Hobli (reference to 'village' in Kannada) is written as Hubli (an actual city). Due to that, my debit card is sent to Hubli.

                I am being charged DP charges on my icici bank account. I have not used any demat services.. And charges have been deducted in the month of December and November..

                Please explain the same at earliest and reimburse the charges.

                  Dear sir,

                  ICICI Bank deduct charges for return /ECS/ emendate by bajaj allianz but without notification he deduct hug amount .

                  in the November i start first transaction my salary to icici nri account . after 3-4 days on dated 12 Nov 2021 Debited 590 rupees on 17 times (590x17=10030) without any notification by icici bank. i mail to customer care also but not replying satisfactory answer . i keep this amount for maintain MAB .

                  Now i have to close my account again no need to continue if deduction like this. this amt for me is valuable 10000 INR is not small amount .

                  previously also deduct lots of charges every month without knowledge of customer . if asking for charges doing formalities by mail.

                  i mail to baja allianze also regarding this issue .

                      I am unable to figure why they have deducted 588 Rupees from my account without my information. who gave them authority to deduct money from my account without my knowledge?
                      they have just mentioned Dcardfee4541NOV21-OCT22+GST and deducted 588 without any prior information. Who gave them authority to do such transaction? Why they do not aware the consumer against these fraud charges. Is this a way to create healthy relationship with the consumer?
                      I will not recommend anyone to use ICICI bank.

                        Am an icici bank customer. Today 05-12-21 ecsrtnchg charged 83 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                           Am an icici bank customer. Bank is charging me more 5000 rs in the name of ecsrt charges.                               I, Dipankar Kar, your customer, noticed that Rs. 950.92 was deducted from my savings account no.[protected] on 23/11/2021 for MAB charges of Sep'21 & Oct'21.
                              Sir/madam, My ICICI Bank Branch Address is Durga CHowk, Haldia & I thought that for non metropoliton city branch Minimum Monthly Average Balance requirement is low.
                              This account was opened for my stipend during internship period when I was student.
                              Please refund my Rs 950.92 & I will be grateful to you.

                                The amount of Rs 590 was deducted 4 times in a row with some ECSRTNCHGS thingy. At least tell me about it before deducting my money. I'm already facing financial issues.

                                  We have applied for balance transfer from axis Bank to ICICI Bank. The loan process started from 15 September 2021. The agent said that he is an employee of ICICI Bank and he showed the visiting card also. Then he took almost two n half month to process the same. He promised that the loan interest is at 6.75% n for enhancement loan of Rs. 500000/- at 7%. He gave us the sanction letter for the same and took the signature on the documents. 5 days later he said that there is a changes in interest rate which hw was not aware of the same. Now the interest rate 7% for balance transfer and enhancement loan will be 400000/- @7.25%. this was not accepted by us and denied for the loan process and we have sent a mail that we are not happy with loan interest and their service and requested to cancell the loan process. After receiving the mail without mod payment and without signing the loan sanction letter they have disbursed the loan. This very big scam we have cheated by them. We request you pls look into it and resolve the issue.
