Dear Sir

My ICICI Prudential Us Bluechip Equity Fund Due date of SIP is 29.11.2021.
and I credit my account Rs, 500 for SIP installment on same date at 28.11.2021 night But SIP amount not deduct on 29.11.2021. He apply charge Rs, 590 and said after asking We would like to inform you that the bank will be charging you the ECS return charges for missing the SIP installment. While my SIP amount is less than bank ECS charges.
SIP installment Rs. 500
Bank ECS charges Rs. 590
This is not fair. I requested to you sir please take a legal action and help me to remove this ECS Charges.

Please check the attached file and brief explanation please call me.

      I applied for the icici bank credit card. And my application got rejected due to office address confirmation.I am working in MNC company but still you are saying your office address not verified i submitted all the documents.when i contacted the customer care executive. They told me that send your required documents by email and between 4 to 7 days. You will be notified about your application status.
      But after 9-10 days. I still didn't receive any email or message.

      But they are not giving me any update. All the time they tell me that send us an email about your company id and address. And i already send them email 10 times. And then again i called customer care executive and they said, you application is rejected. Then didn't tell me any reason.

      Please provide the solution as soon as possible

        I am Praveen. Each time 824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as follows:-

        I have never used my Demat account till now.

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deducted money and also I did not get any deduction message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

        I want my money back I haven’t use icici demat account till date and I didn’t request any Demat account it was open while I’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back

          Phone banking service or the customer care number is very unresponsive most of the times. When asked to type a number in response to select an option, our response wont be registered most of the time by the system. We would patiently have to sit through a good for nothing voice assistant to even get to the keypad menu. On top of all these the customer is being charged each second for all the mismanagement from the system's part. The call would also get cut abruptly and we would have to start all over again. The absolute worst, trying to outshine sbi in terms o[censored]X.

            I was charged for fuel surcharge from my ICICI savings account, I don't know why I was charged for fuel surcharge when I had made a transaction using a debit card If this is the case then why would I use a digital transaction, why would I spent my own after-tax salary money. I want an immediate solution why I was charged a surcharge on my debit card.

                I am the a/c holder of ICICI Banck Now they have charged under category of dcardfee4372 NOV21-OCT22st+gst
                706.86 Rs rupees
                I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter. even there is no SMS or email of this debit.
                I Need detail break of all these charges and even annul fees for this card is not that much.

                    I'm a customer of ICICI bank and there were two unauthorized transactions done from my account by the bank.

                    1. Demat account charges of INR 826 was deducted. I had never opened or requested for a demat account with ICICI bank. I raised a complaint but till now the money wasn't refunded back.
                    2. Recently a DCARDFEEOCT21-SEPT22+GST of 706.82 was charged. I didn't request for a new debit card, the amount was deducted without my knowledge again.

                    I would request the bank to refund my money as I did not give consent for any of the above transactions.

                      I have been deducted with Rs.544.55 on 25th Nov 2021 & Rs.281.45 on 30th Nov 2021 under the name of DP charges till Oct-2021.

                      I am using icici since 6 months and have never do the more than 1 or 2 trading transactions in demat account then how I am being charged . When I had got 2 times call from your customer care they told that, we
                      have to minimise the charges Rs.300 instead of Rs.800 for such trading trasactions in demat account on your name.

                            First I want to clarify one thing I am not holding any credit card from any of the bank. But I am receiving this message very frequently to my mobile number almost last ONE YEAR. It's making me too much stress every time. Please check and revert back as soon as possible.

                                Date of incident - 27th Nov, 2021.

                                Background - This was a pre-approved car loan disbursed before 6 months, based on a privilege bank account[protected] based off Bangalore. I also have multiple current accounts for my company. However, now Im inclined to close all accounts at ICICI due to this bad experience.

                                Owing to post-lockdown business situation, the car loan payments were not going through on time. The last payment made was on Oct 26th but there's 2 months' overdue now.

                                The Problem - 3rd party collection executives were harassing me by calling and messaging multiple times a day. They were not ready to listen that the payment would go through by the 10th, since they had targets to meet.

                                On 27th, I had spoken to ICICI customer care and they transferred me to debt collections team. I spoke to them as well. They acknowledged that I wanted more time and created a ticket for the same - SR[protected].

                                Yesterday (29th Nov) they (3rd party collections) trespassed into my house in Kotagiri and since I was traveling for work and not able to pick calls, they went to my mother's house in Coimbatore. She's not a co-applicant or even a guarantor. They forced her to call me and I wasn't able to pick calls. Then they demanded immediate payment from a senior citizen who was alone, and also asked for her Gpay passcode.

                                In short, this criminal intimidation is my problem and I wanted to make other potential customers aware and prepared, for such tactics.

                                I spoke to these collections people last night and they said they don't care about the Service Request or the complaint made to ICICI, and I had to pay up the money by today (30th Nov) otherwise they'll go to my mother's house again.

                                This appears to be a communication problem with ICICI. Perhaps they are deliberately not stopping these 3rd party collection people to behave civilised.

                                I had also escalated to level 2 yesterday, but the harassment has only gotten worse. The unprofessional behaviour of these collection men are probably a reflection of the bank itself and its senior management.

                                While I take complete ownership for my borrowings, I did not appreciate the way this was handled. I also have other loans and they've all been considerate and professional.

                                By the 10th, I'll be clearing all dues, if not pre closing. I am organising funds for an import/export venture (large amounts take time) and once these issues are sorted, I will move to other banks.

                                Harassment by:
                                Thangaraj (and Magesh) - [protected], [protected], Saravanan - [protected], [protected].

                                Yes, ICICI customer care have received multiple emails with screenshots of the repeated calls by these people, but haven't taken any action. Situation has only gotten worse. I will not be posting photos and CCTV videos, but will update the ticket if there are any developments today. I will take them to the nearest police station if I meet them.

                                I do not recommend taking up pre-approved loans or credit cards from ICICI. Their handling of situations during delay in repayment, is a cause for concern.

                                * Harassment began on 27th but the major incident (intimidation of a senior citizen lady staying alone) was on 29th Nov.
                                Regarding the loan, there's already a lein on all my savings accounts, have negative CIBIL markings and also charged for late fees, overdues, NACH bounce, etc. I'm absolutely fine with all these, but did not appreciate the behaviour of these multiple men on my family.
                                I've never met them myself yet, but looking forward to it, today.

                                Notes - Magesh (who Thangaraj reports to) told me last night over con call that even if the security guard does not allow them inside the apartment, they have other ways to do it.
                                This is hinting at potential safety issues for my mother, and maybe they wanted to create a scene in front of the gate, in order to try and defame in front of decent neighbours.

                                Other updates -
                                Loan amount disbursed - 10.5 Lakhs. Due currently - 32K (2 EMIs). It was disbursed within a day and the loan manager at Ramnagar branch (Rajesh) was awesome. Unfortunately, people like Thangaraj from 3rd party collection agencies spoil the bank's name overall. It is possibly because of the pressure from his manager - Magesh. What lengths will they go to, to meet their targets? They will probably find out in the police station today.

                                I get a call from Thangaraj's number and Magesh is screaming on the top of his voice. He's bullying the security guard lying that my mother and I called him home. They were not allowed inside.
                                He's demanding money and adamant that he won't leave the area.
                                Thankfully, the escalation team from ICICI (HYD number) called me and I put these people on con call. Although the lady explained that the debt manager will look into it, there's a complaint filed, and that it will be resolved by the 13th, these people were in denial.
                                After a few minutes, this Magesh (not sure if it's real name) calls me again to say that he spoke to his boss and that they still need one EMI's payment today, no matter what. I said that I will try, but it will be paid by 13th for sure.
                                Clearly, he was out of his mind for not meeting the month-end target and possibly losing commissions. Then he tried other provoking tactics to try and insult me that why I needed a car and I'm useless. I did not fall for the bait - on recorded calls, I did not shout back or get abusive. This is something that RBI would make a note when they look into the case.
                                Later, I called Thangaraj to ask for Magesh's phone number and details (for legal purposes) but he refused to give it. I wanted Magesh's and his boss' number, but looks like they hide behind a low-level employee like Thangaraj, to safeguard themselves from repercussions of hooliganism.

                                1st Dec:
                                I've received messages from ICICI on this portal asking for my number and assuring me that the problem will be solved. I appreciate the response.

                                Inference: It appears to be a case of a few bad apples, out to ruin the reputation of a banking institution that I have a relationship with, since 2005 (Infosys salary account).

                                Still, I'm writing with so much detail so that customers are aware of such behaviour and can be poised to handle surprising unprofessionalism, after situations like the lockdown.

                                  I have any insurance plan of ICICI PRUDENTIAL POLICY NO.35223467

                                  Recently I checked my accounts by taking icici Bank statement in that I found ICICI Bank doing fraud...

                                  Each and every 28 is my policy ecs and more than 7 months icici is simply bouncing my policy amount of Rs 4248 and charging me unwanted even there is enough fund in account..

                                  I felt discusting that for icici policy they are simply bouncing and looting my hard earned money even when I'm having fund in my account...

                                  I WANT ICICI TO RE CREDIT ALL MY UNWANTED CHARGES BASED ON MY POLICY ECS...ELSE I WILL UPLOAD PROOF IN COMMON FORUMS AND YOUTUBE...

                                      Hello I have brought airtel fiber connection on 5 November 2021 and paid 2828 fiber application number
                                      "[protected]" it got cancelled due to feasibility issue airtel processed refund on 5 November 2021 and refund initiated on 17 November 2021 ARN IS
                                      "74056631314131366563298" but till now It hasn't refund on credit card kindly please resolve it
