Redemption of Ashirwad Deep discount bond (Option1)

A Deep discount bond Viz. Ashirwad deep discount bond of ICICI was purchased in the year 1996 in my daughter's name (dated 15th July 96)for Rs. 5200 with maturity value of RS. 2 lakhs to be redeemed in 2021. The details are given here under:

I am holding a home loan account in ICICI Bank with Account no: NHMBN[protected], My EMI deduction date is on the 05th of every month,

Due to insufficient funds in the account for the month of October, amount was not deducted from the account and I had paid the amount manually from the ICICI website on[protected] at 07:01:17 and the transaction ID is "BD032779XXX".

Paid amount is 21831 and paid from SBI Net banking, Again on[protected] the amount of Rs.19506(NACH-DR-TP ACH ICICIHOMEFIN) and Rs.160 (UPI/P2M/[protected]/BharatpeM/ICICI Bank) got deducted from my axis bank account second time,

For refunding of deducted amount, I have several times contacted customer care support and there is no proper response from there end and they were saying deducted amount is not reflecting in there systems and I asked them to generate statement and it is clearly showing the both the deductions in the statement, I sent mail to (nodal.[protected]@icicihfc.com & [protected]@icicihfc.com) with attached statement and complaint request raised at toll-free number, they have simply replied me your issue will be responded within 7 working days, I think it is an auto generated mail I waited for 11 days and nothing came back from there end.

I was expecting an immediate response from ICICI but every call or mail they will say 5 days or 7 days for issue rectification, I even requested for number change which also not happened, after several calls and mails from the day of deductions, my issue is not attended and no proper response from there end,

I am responsible account holder and I did not skip any EMIs from start of loan, during covid situation it is very critical to handle financial and health needs. Please help me get refunded.

    i am using icici credit card since more than 1 yr, recently icic credit card team charged auto debit charges in my credit card, i m not activated any auto debit facility. This is wrongly charged by icici bank credit card team. My saving ac all ready closed staatus. Total charge debtied 05 nov - auto debit return 1079.48 +gst 194.31.       Address: ICICI Bank, Kalidasa road, Mysore

      Even after multiple follow up, ICICI bank is not customer friendly for home buyers. Their agents, managers none of them responds to customer needs. I am regreting big time for applying home loan under ICICI bank. They dont give you the money ontime even after multiple follow ups.

      And Mysore branch which is located in Kalidasa road is worst among all.
      I have raised Service request in their to escalate the issue, still no response from them.

          From my ICICI BANK account, there has been an un-notified deduction of 2950.

          This is so unacceptable, I need a revert and a refund of the same.

          Or an explanation, on which basis was it charged.

            EBA/NSE charges

            There was a deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 'EBA/NSE N 2021219/[protected]' and the amount is 24, 435.28 which is quite high and I was never informed if that is a hue brokerage cost that I am paying.

            I seek an immediate response for such a big deduction of payment from my account and a refund post a correction as I wasn't aware of such high hidden charges that...

            Dear Team,

            I'm Pavithran Pandian, I've settled the credit card payment in JAN 2020 which is almost more than a year. I've been trying to get a NOC from the bank but simply ignoring my request/routing the request. I didn't get any proper response from their team.

            I've gone through many calls with customer support as well as executive they're giving proper solutions for the same.

            When can I expect my NOC?

              Please return my hard-earn money.
              I have been charge of ecs return charges from my account today. Neither bank nor client party (Mutual fund sip) informed me about charges, I kept less amount than the SIP amount and thought not go for SIP investment this month. But then Today (23/11/2021) bank has deducted 273+590+590=1, 453. I. E charged 3 times for a single ecs return. That is again quite unacceptable. It is my hard earned saving that icici is looting in the name of penalties and charges by keeping me unaware of those charges upfront. I request icici by this platform to kindly refund my money in full and in further arbitration to be clear and transparent for any services charges and penalties for any service upfront. It is my hard saved money and means a lot to me. Kindly refund.

                Around 800 INR/- has been deducted from my bank account under NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~01NOV21~ffc2391, MNDT_CHRG~ADTPSLSIPG~01OCT2021~[protected] and MNDT_CHRG~ADTPSLSIPG~01OCT2021~[protected]. I have not made these transactions. I tried reaching out to ICICI customer care but they are horrible and was of no help.

                Can someone from ICICI call me urgently?

The fraudster introduced herself as Saba and promised to create promotional videos to help improve by business. After i paid her the requested money and sent the sample products to her address, the fraudster cheated me.

                    Dear Team,

                    In the credit card statement generated for the period Nov 16, 2021 – Dec 5, 2021. I found late payment charges even though I paid my previous bill amount on the due date(02-Nov-2021).
                    I had carefully typed in the proper card number([protected]) and I did my payment. Followed the below steps for payment.

                    Steps I followed for payment :

                    Payment & Transfer  Pay Bills  Credit Card ICICI Credit cards ICICI Bank Credit Cards  Typed ICICI Credit card No.

                    The below Screenshot depicts my paid amount on 2nd Nov (Highlighted yellow).


                    When I talked with the customer care team, they told me my credit card bill amount was received for one of my blocked cards [protected]. So they said they will transfer the amount to my latest card which was due on 9th Nov.

                    My Query is,
                    1. How the amount is credited to my other credit card number([protected]) even though I don’t have any outstanding bill on that credit card number and this card also blocked one.
                    2.It is the huge amount I paid. So I had carefully checked and paid to the correct credit card, however, as per the ICICI my amount was credited to one of my other credit cards. How this is possible.

                                  I had applied for Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card almost a month ago. Had all the KYC and processes been completed, I had also received mails and SMS saying the application is processed and the card would be dispatched through Delhivery. But I received a mail couple of weeks back saying "Unclaimed: Your ICICI Bank Credit Card - Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card status"
                                  I have checked the address on the Delhivery tracking website and it is incorrect. I tried all possible means, calling customer care and requesting for re-dispatch online, but all the forums need the 16-digit credit card number. But how am I supposed to know to card number if I haven't received the card yet. Please contact me and expedite the re-dispatch of the card.
