    Wrong and misguide information is being provided by bank executives since 1 month

    We have opened 7 (seven) saving accounts in a family (with same residential address) with ICICI Bank, Ahmedabad, Rakhiyal - Branch arounf 20th Oct. 2021. once our accounts opened we wanted to increase our NET Banking transaction limit. For the same I have asked the procedure to the bank executive who has opened our accounts. and who came to my office for collecting few documents required.

    I took loan of a lakh on credit card EMI'S are getting deducted on monthly basis. On 30th July, 2021, an amount of 48, 000 got deducted from my savings account without my permission.

    which I have kept for Medical emergency.

    I have already sent a detailed mail to Nodal officer, head service quality, there is no response. There are few transactions which were not done by me, which are fraudulent due to which I blocked the card also.

    I, Nageswararao Bakka, having account .no.[protected], for the past 15 years. I am a privilege banking customer. I took a personal loan on credit card during the pandemic for medical emergency of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Loan created date : 24/08/2020 for 36 EMI of Rs.3490.58.

    For which, I was doing payment on regular basis. To my surprise, on 30 Jul 2021 - Rs.48, 080.38, bulk amount got auto debited without any information from my account, kindly note this amount for kept for Medical emergency, had to suffer big issue due to lack of that amount.

    To inform the same I called up on the ICICI Bank, customer care number, there is no response., I approached ICICI Bank, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam branch, the concerned customer care person said there is no particular person to address my issue on Credit cards related. Need to call only helpline number, which never works, always disconnects after prompt.

    Also, today, i.e., 23 rd Aug, 2021, I received a letter of notice about the outstanding payment due inspite of amount debited from my account.

    The mentioned contact number published in the letter i.e., [protected] is also wrong, as I tried to contact the number, the person said he is not a concern person and number was wrongly mentioned in the letter.

    Is it a corporate bank or a private finance company, there is no proper channel to communicate the issue & unnecessarily amount is getting debited.

    I need immediate response on the issue. I want someone to call on my mobile no.[protected]. As of now I am blocking the credit card & will not make any payment further till I get proper explanation about the same.

      I am Ketan Uttamrao Manamwar. From 2018 to 2021 rupees 68.83 in the Oct month and 826.00 Rs in the Nov month has been deducted as ( DMC/IN[protected] DP CH GS TILL OCT- 2018 / 2021 ).

      I have never activated and used the Demat account till now. I was not informated and aware about this Demat account. there was no prior notice and I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

      I need justice and my money back as they deducted from the year 2018 to till date.

      Also make sure this will not happened again.

        Dear ICICI bank,
        on dated 03.11.2021 at around 11.30am, there was wrong deduction of Rs. 10, 961.00 from my account[protected] with transaction remark- " LCFMUXX16040 NOV21 Ranjit Noni ". On enquiry from ICICI online customer and local ICICI branch at Arrah, Bhojpur(Bihar), they said that the amount has been deducted against some loan. But there is no loan active with my account. So, i request you to do solve my problem as soon as possible and get the amount credited back to my account as per the rules or give the reason of deducting money.

          Am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 years,
          Now they have charged 706 under this category dcardfee8768oct21-sep22
          I am not aware what type of charges are these.
          They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
          Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
          Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

          There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

            I am pretty tensed and upset with icici bank lately as I am fed up going to branch here and then for negative balance resolution since no resolution I have to write it up here . So my Bank Account All of a sudden since 6 days showing me I have a balance of - 7833 rs since I am no credit card holder nor done any emis or took any such kind of loans .             And the main concern is even in bank statement there is no clariion how and when and what's that negative balance stands for . Please someone can assist I really am concerned about it.

              1.Please find ICICI reply & my account is RI account only. Kindly activate my ICICI Direct account. It is completely your system issue.

              2.In the Account & Demat account linking you are asking for POA authorization which I don't want to give.

              3. I am holding my ICICI account & demat account for the past 13 years but still the issue is not resolved .Is that way your customer care works

              4.After hectic followup for past 60 days nothing is happening

                Without my consent and my permission icici bank is deducting money out of my account for demat services which i never approved or applied for.
                They deducted 826rs without my consent on 25th Nov 2021.
                I would like my money refunded

                      Icici bank has duducted ₹ 36000 from my account on name of so many charges. It was my hard earned money. And they have done fraud with me. Please help me and ask them to refund my money. I even left minumum balance in my account and even after that they have deducted such a huge amount. This is such a fraud from bank. Please prevent people from such frauds

                        Hi,
                        This is Akash Rai, there was some deduction happened from my bank account against DMC/DP charges.

                        The details of the deductions are as below:-
                        1. ₹826 on 25/11/2021
                        2. ₹68.93 on 25/10/2021

                        Kindly let me know why this deduction has been happened ? as I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account. I have not raised any request for activation of my Demat account in ICICI direct & also i have not done any stock trading from icici direct.
                        There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                        Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest by returning my money back to my account.

I did not even open demat account anywhere and they charged me without any confirmation of message on phone. When I checked there was no single transaction in my demat account from past one year.

                              AMC charges deducted without usage or intimation

                              Rs 826 has been deducted from my account on 26 Nov 2021. I believe the charge is for demat account but i don't even use icici demat account.Please initiate the refund as i have never been informed about such deduction. This is absolutely ridiculous.

                              Please initiate a refund asap....

                              I recently received a new phone number. I started receiving ICICI credit card amount due alerts on my phone after a while, as well as calls from agents who harassed me for no reason. I don't have an ICICI Bank credit card, and I don't have a bank account with them. I told the agents on the phone several times that I had recently received this mobile number and that I was not the person you were seeking for. However, they continue to contact and send me messages to this day. I protested to ICICI customer service, but they did nothing. I'm still getting ICICI messages and calls, and it's starting to effect my mental health. I've attached a screenshot of the message. Please investigate this situation and take appropriate action.

                                    PMAY not processed for home loan account

                                    Address: Chennai

                                    I have taken home loan : LBCHE[protected] on 2019, the PMAY status is still not processed. It is still in status : "Ready for submission to NHB" .

                                    This is 2021 yet they have not completed the process. How long they will be take to complete the process of reducing my home loan amount....
